We have never had a Kia and never leased a car. My wife and I are excited about both. Skyler made the process very easy. He was patient in answering all of our questions and we appreciated that we did not feel pressured in the process at any time.

Amazing experience. Honest and friendly service. The General Manager John Prinzing even introduced himself and thanked me for my purchase. He also welcomed me to the KIA family! How great is that! Not what I was expecting from a car dealer at all. I would recommend him and Jake to everyone looking for a vehicle. What a great product and dealer!

This was painless, honest, no pressure, customer-oriented, no pressure, very comfortable buying experience. Mo worked hard to get me where i wanted to be for a payment. I have a top of the line car that fits my budget, unbelievably. I expected to buy low to mid line, and came away with top of the line. I can't say enough about how pleased I am. I'll be back! Ryan Korte was my salesman - right from the start, he put me at ease, talked to me like a friend, was so fun to work with! I traded in my 2012 KIA for a 2017 and got a great deal! Have been working with Tom Kadlec KIA since my 2012, and have always been impressed with the quality of service received. The service guys always vacuum and wash the car when they are done with service!! That is so appreciated.

I got some help with their online website. I never got a call or email back though from someone at the dealership about the question I had. I left my email and phone number and asked for an email back. I never heard back from them. Lost customer.....who shares his stories with others....

We went in and were quickly acknowledged and helped. Through previous emails, we were directed to the person we had already started talking with. He was knowledgeable and helpful and didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. The entire process from looking at different options and test driving as well as having our questions answered was very smooth. We felt appreciated as customers. Rated a 4 on "Buying Process" simply because of how long it took. Everything else was wonderful.

2500 Yukon XL. I found the vehicle online, dealt with Jamie over the phone. We exchanged texts about the vehicle I wanted to trade and arrived at a reasonable trade difference for both of us. Jamie was very friendly to deal with, the transaction went very smoothly once i arrived at the dealership.

From the online interest application to signing on the dotted line, my experience at Rochester Kia was superb. Our salesman, Jamie, was friendly, took time to explain both the purchasing and leasing options and showed us all the features of my future Kia Soul. Jake, our Finance agent, was very organized and knowledgeable about the different options available to me. I felt very comfortable financing through Kia. I bought a used Toyota Sienna from Tom Kadlec Kia. It's far from where I live but they had just the van I was looking for. I was nervous because I haven't purchased a vehicle in years. Mysalesperson, Jamie, was very helpful during the leasing process. He appeared to be familiar with the leasing process, however, was extremely sympathetic to and additional money issues our family may have. The only downfall to my purchasing experience, as may financial sales person. My paperwork was completed inaccurately and when I approached about the error he said, "why did you not notice this when you were signing the forms???" He also proceeded to "bash" my sales person. I found this not be quite uncomfortable and disturbing. Kudos to Jamie and all of his hard work!!! He is definately and team member!!

I wanted to write and let you all know that Jamie Iverson provided an excellent sales experience for me and the purchase of my used Ford Explorer. I explained what I was looking for and even though it took a while, he called me when he had a car for me. My expectations were high and he delivered! Overall, my experience with tom kadlec went better as I assume most first timers think. I have been extra nervous, but desperately due for a new more reliable vehicle. I really had no idea what to expect. Staff answered alm my questions with clarity, and am highly thankful for their patience given the fact that my co-signer, and I as two people couldn't be as fast as we were wanted to be. Staff made sure to get to me in a efficient time walking in each time. I Also had no problem getting a hold of at least one staff member considering reaching them via phone, email, messaging, and directly.

My wife and I had a wonderful car buying experience with Tom Kadlec Kia. We drove from Eau Claire, WI to look at a Lexus that we had seen on the dealer's website. Our salesman Jaime was a pleasure to work with. He had the car detailed while we took care of the paperwork. He even recommended a great restaurant to us for supper! Jaime Iverson has been a joy to work with. Very patient, easy to talk to, and did great follow up. He honestly was the reason we went with Kia. We loved the vehicle but the service we received made the difference for us. In addition, Chris Reiser, was wonderful to work with. He was pleasant and patient. Willing to walk through the paperwork with us at a pace we could follow without trying to just have us sign and get us out the door. The service received at this dealership has been wonderful.

We found a used Mercedes GL on Cars.com at Tom Kadlec Kia. This dealership is 5 hours from my home, so I called there and worked with Anthony over the phone. He explained to me in PERFECT DETAIL any small flaws that the car had, then he shot a video on his personal cell phone and sent it to me. We came to an agreed price over the phone, and we drove up the next day to finish the purchase. We arrived just before closing time on a Saturday and it took about an hour to get everything done. Their team stayed after hours and took their time to make sure we were comfortable with the car, paperwork, etc - no rushing at all. And the car was EXACTLY as Anthony had described it. Anthony and everyone we dealt with there were simply excellent. I highly recommend them.
