Myself and several members of my family have bought vehicles from Tom. Each time we were more than satisfied. All his cars are in top shape for used vehicles and are serviced before they hit the lot. When he didnt have what we were looking for he found it for us. after the fact he didnt try and milk us for finders fees or any of that nonsense other dealers do. All said this is the best place for honest used cars, trucks, and SUV. I suggest everyone go to Tom Leis

I have bought several cars from Tom Leis Auto Sales ever since they opened, about 30 years ago. The cars I have purchased have run great and been low maintenance and very dependable! I have always had tremendous customer service from Tom Leis and his employees, they go out of their way to get you the car that is right for you, and insure that it will be a car that lasts!!

Found vehicle on the internet, 2003 Honda Element. Contacted Marshall at Tom Leis Auto to get information about vehicle. Made an appointment to test drive on the following Saturday. After my test drive and agreed upon final purchase price, I drove it home. Purchase was for my daughter and I wanted to know I was buying a mechanically sound vehicle. Vehicle was in great condition. Very pleasant experience!

Had a great experience. The customer service was great. Out of all the car lots I looked at cars at this place was definitely the most comfortable and the easiest to work with. very nice people and never once felt pressured from them to buy one of their cars.

I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tom Leis Auto Sales and could not be happier!!! They are knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with!! I was able to buy a great car at a great price. Buyer Beware. Bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tom Leis Auto in mid-June on a Saturday, drove it one mile from his lot to my house, did not try to drive it again until 2 days later. On Monday morning my son got into the car to go to work, it would not start. No engine turn-over, no clicking, no sound, nothing - not a battery problem either as all electrical was on and working including lights and radio and it would not jump at all. There were electrical problems. Sent an email to Tom Leis Auto - they offered no help other than to suggest a place to take it to and say sorry you bought it "as-is". Had to pay to fix electrical system issues.Pre-purchase I had discovered that front windshield wiper sprayer nosel wasn't working right, he said he would fix it before purchase. When taking car to my mechanic to put on new tires, I tested using the windshield wiper fluid, of course it did not work. Had to pay my mechanic to fix this - he ordered correct new part. He said it looked like what they had done was to take defective part and stuff it into tube with some super glue. That was their definition of fixing it I guess before my purchase. Totally shoddy.A few weeks later we noticed some water leaking into passenger side hand holder area after some rain but could not figure it out. A few days after that a hard rain came and the entire front passenger seat and floor area were flooded from leak. Over an inch of water standing in passenger seat foot area. Took car in to check this out, they determined that car had leaks in not one but two areas ... the sunroof and front windshield. Had to pay to fix sunroof leak, still trying to figure out windshield leak - will have to pay for that too. Sent an email to Tom Leis Auto about 2nd set of issues, leaks - no reply whatsoever.I know from what Tom Leis Auto told me when I was looking at the vehicle that it had been on their lot for a while. The idea that they new nothing about any of these issues is ridiculous.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! I recently purchased a vehicle (Honda) from Tom Leis and here I am 9 days later paying out of my own pocket for repairs! They were not willing to do anything or help in any way. I understand its a used vehicle and anything can happen but just expected a little more out of these guys. Will NOT be going back!!

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! I recently purchased a vehicle from Tom Leis and here I am 9 days later having to pay for repairs. Rear end goes out and they are not willing to do anything to help! I will NOT go back or refer this place to anyone.

All the cars we've bought from Tom Leis Auto Sales have run well for many years. Tom is a fair and honest businessman. You get what you pay for with Tom. One of the seven cars we bought from him has over 300,000 miles on it and is still going! If you need a new vehicle, go see Tom on Grinstead Drive, tell him what you can afford and want, and he'll find it for you! I don't even need to wish you good luck!

I have been a customer of Tom's for decades and they have always provided the most professional customer service. I also think they do their very best to provide a good value for the cars they sell. I would and have recommended them to many friends and family and we will continue to come back when we need new cars.
