I had an issue with the brakes on our new vehicle. 2012 MKZ. Issue was addressed. Was accomodated with a loaner. Staff very courteous and helpful. I've never experienced a problem with any visit to Masano for any reason. This is my 9th Lincoln purchase, all but one from Masano. My only other experience at another dealership was undesirable - never to return. Keep up the good work. I have no reason to go elsewhere. Thank you.

We drove 45 minutes to Reading because of the car price. This is a straight forward dealership that just wants to sell you the car you want. There was a small issue we ran into a week after we bought the car (we discovered the paper work said the car had a feature it actually didn't have). We went back to the dealer and they were willing to make it right. It was a great experience before, the fact they were willing to stand behind us and make the deal right, now you have gained a loyal customer. Thank you!

I have a 2015 MKZ with 4300,miles and the wiper blades needed to be replaced, They were going to change me $48 when I said to the gentleman "your not really going to charge me for wiper blades on a new Lincoln with 4300 miles on it". Another gentleman in street clothes was standing nearby and told the person that billed me that the wiper blades are under warranty on the Lincoln. Your people should know that in case this happens again with someone else.

This is my 4th purchase from Masano's. The only thing that would of pleased me more would of been to have my payment be somewhat lower. I think I had to work too hard to get it as low as I did for being a repeat customer, and I did not get any kind of discount for buying so many cars from the same dealership. When I bought my new Eclipse they gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade and gave me money off for buying my third car there. I am not dissatisfied but I think my payments could have been better especially since I put so much cash down also.

Brian and Jeff were both excellent though out the sale.When I was driving explorer home Saturday the ckeck engine light came on and I retuned it on Monday. John in Lincoln service ,who is excellent,gave me a loaner but when I called latter to check status of repairs I was transferred to a ford service rep who told me they could not look at it since they were backed up. I called Joe and Jeff and a little latter John called me to tell me they were working on my vehicle and would call me when it was repaired. The O sensor was damaged and they replaced it and I got it back about 5pm.Jeff Spence called next day to tell me we would continue to deal with John for future service of both our cars, my wife's Lincoln and my new explorer which is great.

Really not a good experience. I have a car under warranty and took it to them for an oil change. I told the service advisor that something felt wrong with the steering and the clutch (it's a manual) was sticking to the floor, which is obviously very problematic. They did not investigate the clutch and told me the brakes needed to be machined for $200. I called another mechanic who had seen the car and they said the brakes needing to be machined was ridiculous, and that for under $100 I could just get new brakes altogether. I denied the "machining brakes" and got the car back. A few months later and the clutch goes to the floor and will not go into gear. The master cylinder was leaking, so they had to replace the transmission. A bearing was worn (my complaint earlier which was also misdiagnosed or not looked into thoroughly) and was causing suspension components to rub against the engine, meaning they needed to replace the suspension, brakes, AND engine. I was without a car for a month and received no loaner vehicle. This dealership did not even look into let alone diagnose these issues correctly. I showed them the multiple pages of work (done by another Ford dealership) and asked how they could not find a leaky master cylinder and also asked why they did not check the suspension after I had made specific complaints to them about those exact items. Even the person I spoke to was surprised, he said to me, "Wow that's a lot of work they had to do." This advisor, who was reasonably friendly, talked to the service manager who could not care less. There was no apology, no reimbursement, nothing. They handed me a card with a phone number on it and told me to call Ford about the issues (even though their failure to look into the issues made everything worse and lead to a complete breakdown of the car). They didn't even go through the trouble of getting me a specific phone number, I searched for the number and it was the generic roadside service number for Ford. Do not buy your car here and do NOT take it in for service, because their service department is about as useless as they come.

No problems. Dropped the car off the night before and it was ready before noon. Surprised me since they called me earlier that morning to let me know it needed brake work. It needed new pads and rotors on the back brakes and new pads and a rotor resurface on the front brakes. It was due sine the car has more than 40,000 miles on it. It's a 2011 Ford Fusion we bought at Masano's. We're pleased at the good service the car has given us so far.

As a Lincoln owner I am very pleased with the way we are treated. The enclosed brochure in our service invoice truly impressed me with the services offered by Lincoln. For example, 2 years maintenance warranty, 24/7 roadside assistance and a Lincoln loaner. I have owned Volvo, Land Rover and others and the Lincoln service package is excellent. Regarding our specific visit, the technicians performed the required service and were able to correct a previous problem with our dealer installed accessory with no issues. I was very appreciative for the quick turnaround for the Lincoln loaner since our family was in a bind getting my daughter to school.

My husband and I have been looking online for a used Lincoln and found one at Tom Masano . It was in excellent condition and we were fortunate enough to get Pete .He said he would fight for our business . Although we had found several cars around Lancaster , where we our from , as well as , surrounding areas, I said to my husband,, I would like to give him the business . The only thing I can say negative, which wouldn't be Pete, is I have never bought a car new or used that wasn't filled with gas. We drove a distance twice and will not utilize the inspection bonuses etc. So that would be the only thing just ask not only did they detail it but fill it up??

You always call with a reminder about service, which is great but it is a recording, you never get to talk to anyone. I needed to talk to someone, I called back and that person was not knowledgeable. You call back after service with a thank you, but it is a recording also. You should make your calls personal, people do not like recordings. In the past you always washed my car after the service, the last few times this was not done, this is a service your customers appreciate and you should do this again. The procedure for dropping off and picking up the vehicle was good, we just were not sure what department to go too. Our experience was great, I thought I would give you some helpful tips that would help customers in the future.

We needed a part for our Lincoln ... Ford no longer makes the part for our 2002 Continental. John K found the part for us , and ordered it ...when it came in ,he called and we made an APPT for installation . The part was installed and John K. kept us informed of how much more time was needed , etc ... they also did a check on a different problem we have with the sensor for the window washer and determined it needs a part which we did not order at this time ... a minor problem... The gentleman that helped me was wonderful, we weren't there to buy, but honestly once he started telling us everything about the SUV I was sold. I needed a new car for winter to help me get around and it's the perfect fit! The salesman was so kind and respectful, he really did an excellent job. Service was fine but when I came up there for a oil change and a paint issue which was to be looked at when the vehicle was being serviced no one had a clue. This was scheduled a week earlier also the day before the check engine light came on and when I told the service manager about it there were some technicians waiting at the desk and the first words out of there mouths were we can't do anything about that, "Really how about we will look into that for you". The service manager checked into it did some minor fix and cleared the code, but it came back on heading home. Now another trip back.

My 1997 Ford Ranger had to be towed in, due to a shredded serpentine belt. This belt was just replaced and had only about 5000 miles on it, I explained this to the service department, and they were very understanding of the situation, and did take off some of the cost to do the repairs. I do appreciate the good customer service,and will continue to bring my vehicle to Tom Masano. In the future I will probably buy a new vehicle from your dealership.

I have purchased a Ford Escape. I love it!!! The staff is friendly, helpful, and even check on you if you are waiting for the service to be done. The only thing that I that would have like is for them to fix or should I say change any settings like the clock when they reprogram the computer. When they reprogram the computer it knocks certain things off. Like the clock etc. I wish they would have fixed these things or explained certain things would have to be reset.

My MKZ had two recalls one was for bolt replacement in steering and trunk lid opening prematurely. This should of taking less than a day, but turned into three days, because the reprogramming for the trunk lid failed. Tom Masano personnel stayed on the problem and kept me informed what was happening. I was not inconvenient at all due to a free loner car provided to me. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Everything was done very well except the oil change. I have a fusion energy and when I have brought the car for a specific service interval the service people changed the oil and filter even though the oil life information read out indicated 50% and 35% oil life respectively. If this read out is the determining factor for when the oil is changed then the service technician should consult the information, if it is not the appropriate information why is it there?Bob Johnson

sun roof was leaking you found the leak and ordered new seals for the sun roof and because it got wet twice you also replaced the head liner. due to water marks on the interior of the truck resulting from trying to find the leak, you had your detail guys give the trucks interior a cleaning that was absolutely astonishing.

I had an appointment for 8:45 AM Friday to have my 7,500 mile checkup completed. I dropped my 2015 Lincoln MKX off Thursday night around 6pm when the Lincoln service rep mentioned he could 'make it happen' tonight. As it turned out he called me later that night and mentioned the Lincoln was done. The lincoln rep was proactive and knew he had resources available so he had his technicians complete the work right away. I was quite relieved since we were leaving for vacation on Friday to North Carolina and it was critical for this to be done.Thank you.

I drove 60 miles to test drive a 2013 f150 I saw online. when I got there, the truck was missing several items that it had listed in the ad. I still test drove it, and to my surprise it had warped rotors. this was a 'certified pre-owned' vehicle. I guess they just certify to it was previously owned. I told the salesman about the rotors after the test drive and he said 'I thought I felt something'. would never buy from this dealer.

My family very recently bought our second used vehicle from the Tom Masano group in the Reading PA area. Both experiences were enjoyable and painless. Our salesman, Keith Carl, was friendly, fair, and professional in all regards. I expressed interest in two vehicles on separate lots owned by the Masano Group. Keith went to the other lot and moved the 2nd vehicle across town so I could evaluate the two side by side. I conveyed my dissatisfaction with the painful (all day) back and forth negotiation processes that all to often occur in most car dealerships. I was pleased that from start (my trade) to taking delivery was less than 2 hours. It is exactly what I was looking for. There was a minor issue with a drop down DVD player (that captured my children's attention) not working at delivery. Keith and his service department bent over backwards to make it right and ended up buying a new unit as a replacement. This is how car buying should be.

Dealing with Tom Masano has been a complete nightmare. I bought a used 2004 BMW 325 Ci from them and the check engine light came on a week after I got the car. They looked at it and turned the light off (it was due to me not clicking the gas cap allegedly) Another week passes and the light comes on again. Before I had the opportunity to bring the car back I got into a minor car accident. I brought the car to them to fix and they told me there was a 700.00 problem with it that was not related to the accident. Basically I bought a badly damaged car and they were unwilling to fix it for free or help me out in any way. Tom C. in the body shop was extremely rude and unprofessional. He is now refusing to pay for the rental car he authorized for me to use while my car was being fixed since it took an astounding 2 1/2 MONTHS!!! They never return phone calls and they never contact me with updates. This is an absolutely horrible joke of a company

Bought a used 2012 vehicle from Masano Ford in Reading. Salesman Randy was great. Same with Sale and Credit managers, all very nice and helpful and not pushy at all. I had my kids and wife with me and they were very good and patient about them. Got a fair price for my trade and a great price on vehicle I bought. Was a large touched up scratch on door of vehicle I didn't like and they offered to repaint the door and even give us a loaner car while it was being fixed, all before I even had to ask! Also let us come back in a few weeks to get it done at our convenience. App and paperwork process was quick and painless.. got us a good loan rate. Great dealer will definitely return next time need a vehicle!

Traveled 50 miles to look at a supposed 2011 F150 Certified Pre owned. Went on a test drive and everything was great until I opened the sunroof. The sunroof would not re close. When we got back to the dealer they then tell me it's not a Certified Pre-owned beacuse the sun roof was broken and oh by the way it needs rear brakes. The internet still showed this as certified per-owned. I don't know what kind of inspection they do for Certified pre-owned but it doesn't meet my expectations. They told me they just didn't feel like messing with the sun roof repairs but also didn't come off the truck's internet price. Buyers beware....this dealer is not upfront and honest! After 2 hours wasted I left very dissatisfied.

Bought a car in 2012, was given the extended warranty, not offered they just added it to the price. Traded that car in recently had very few miles on it so was entitled to a refund of the extended warranty and gap insurance. Well sent my info in on May 27, 2014 as Mary Jo had requested was told it would take about a month or so. I contacted dealership end of June to find out the status, was told they had no record of my request I have the fax sheets showing fax was transmitted. I was told to fax over again (I had moved so I listed my new mailing address on the cover of the fax). I was told by Lori it would only be a week or two. Well here it is almost the end of July and received a call last week that the check had been mailed to my OLD address, funny thing is she said if that old address isn't correct let me know. So she knew she sent it to the wrong address, is this just there way of trying to hold onto MY money? I have not received the check yet it was sent over a week ago, my mail is being forwarded so I have to question if the check was ever actually sent. Called and left a message for Lori yesterday, then again today, no response. Spoke with GM and he said he was going to send her an email, I said yeah they did that this morning obviously she doesn't check it or she just doesn't care what you all want or expect.

The buying process went well. Service treats you like an idiot. You need to point out the warranty information to them. They are the first to say "it's not covered" or "you must have". Watch out. Mark tour fluids, mark your tires. They don't do much, not even wash it after your service.

We Drove an hour to look at 2010 Ford Explorer. Upon arrival vehicle was ready for test drive and Sales person was very helpful in answering our questions. We really liked the vehicle so we sat to go over numbers and make a deal. We were able to get the payment we wanted and included warranty and roadside assistance. Very happy with whole buying experience from salesperson to sales manager , everyone was nice and helpful. we even had two very young children running around, and were treated very nice and our salesperson bought them a snack from vending machine while we handled the paperwork.

I traveled 150 miles to try to make a deal on a 2012 Ford F250 on their lot. The truck was advertised as a Ford Certified Used Vehicle and supposedly had a 172 point inspection before being placed on the lot for sale. When we went on the test drive, I found the following problems: 1. First of all the battery was dead and the truck had to be jumped to start it 2. There was a backup sensor problem message present during the entire test drive 3. There was a bad vibration at 65 mph 4. The paint was completely worn off to bare metal on the drivers door threshold The salesman said, "We'll fix all those problems if you buy the truck. I was thinking, "How well was this truck really inspected? Then the negotiations began and the sales manager didn't want to give me near what I felt (and Kelley Blue Book estimated) my truck to be worth. We were able to get within a few thousand dollars of where I wanted to be. I stayed in town overnight because I have a daughter that lives near there and the next morning called them with my final best offer which they rejected (I had come up $1500 from my previous offer). They called back later with an offer that brought us within $400 dollars but I told them I was firm with my offer. I was told that they had no "wiggle" room in the price and their offer was the absolute best they could do. I made the drive home and had a message to call the salesman. I didn't call him that evening but went on their website and found that they had lowered the asking price of the truck $1800 and even advertised it as a reduced price. The next morning I called the salesman and he told me that the sales manager had agreed to take my last offer but that they would not repaint the door threshold. What they were actually doing was taking $400 dollars less from me but I would still be paying $1400 more for the truck than somebody walking in off the street today. When I told the salesman about it, he said he didn't know anything about a drop in price. Needless to say, I told him to tell his manager what he could do with that truck. Later the salesman called me again to tell me that the price I saw was a typographical error and the price would be changed back to where it was before. I asked how it could be a typographical error when it also said price reduced under the new amount. Also, why would somebody be retyping the price of a truck that has been sitting on their lot for nearly 3 months unless they were making a price change. It is now 24 hours later and the new reduced price is still the one being advertised. If you deal with this dealership be very careful.

I had been at this location in the past to purchase a car with my daughters boyfriend and had a very pleasant experience so when we found a vehicle on line at this location I figured great. This vehicle was for my wife so she went to look at the vehicle while I was at work. She said no one came out to assist her so she had to go looking for them. Then they just handed her the key and put a plate on the car to send her on her test drive. The key for the vehicle was not a normal key and had my daughter not had one of these cars she would have had no idea how to start it. The salesman never even took the time to show her. After the test drive she sat down with the salesman, whom she felt was very indifferent towards her and lacked personality, and he provided her with a monthly payment which was about $100 a month more than she figured. She ended up walking out. She was in love with the car and distressed about her experience so she asked me to go see what I could do the following Monday. I went to the lot and it took about 20 minutes for anyone to ask if they could help. And when they did they asked if I had an appointment and seemed annoyed when I told them I did not. I've purchased probably 30 vehicles in my lifetime and have never been required to have an appointment. Eventually the same salesperson showed up that my wife had during her previous visit. I told him what I expected to get and let him know if he was unable to provide that, I would take my money elsewhere. I was able to get him to agree that he could get me what I was looking for. It was then another 4 hours until I was out the door with the car, which in my opinion is an extreme duration of time. The finance guy was awesome and explained each line item I questioned with great detail and accuracy. Bottom line, the customer service stinks. I'm not sure if they are trying to make it a no pressure sales experience or what, but they need to understand no/low pressure sales compared to poor customer service. I purchased a car for my daughter from a low pressure sales place in a West Chester the week before and they had their customer service down. Masano should take note. The sales people should have better people skills. My wife was left with the impression that the salesman was chauvinistic towards women. Which is not a good reputation to get. Also the follow up phone call was automated. A little impersonal if you ask me. Really how hard is it to take 5 minutes and have an actual person speak to the customer. If I did have an issue to discuss it's not like I could tell the recorded message about it. Would I buy from here again? Maybe, I can deal with a lot of bull if the price is right. Will they be my first choice? Not a chance. This was not the worse sales experience I've had but it was far from the best.

(read full review) - Gimmicky... told me I couldn't buy Ford ESP Premium Care later... which I could - Probably didn't give me the best financing possible (read full review) - I have yet to be contacted about an issue we realized upon leaving the dealership (read full review) FULL REVIEW: Upon doing research and taking a full day to look for our new family vehicle, the last place we visited was Tom Massano's Ford...about 2 hours away from home. The car was priced right and it was what we were looking for - a Ford Flex. Upon arriving I was greeted and quickly attended. I asked for the car and I was taken to test drive it. I had earlier been at other dealerships and my first impression was that the salesman was not very knowledgeable of the car... at least not as the others I met that day. The Ford Flex was in good condition with some scuffs here and there... the salesman told me he's in charge of prepping the cars to sell them and that somehow that one had not been prepped. That was the first negative... it was a Ford CPO too. As I sat on the drivers seat, the motor for the seat's adjustment was busted. I pointed this out and he seemed puzzled but acknowledged the problem. We came to the agreement that they would reduce the price by $100 to pay for the deductible to get it repaired under the CPO warranty. Then they ran my credit and I was told 53rd Bank gave me the best rates...even beating Ford. I have excellent credit and that puzzled me... but I assumed it was true. A few days later I found out my credit was not even submitted to Ford... now I could be wrong about that but that's why my credit report indicated. I was then offered Ford ESP Premium Care... I was pressured to chose then because I was told that I can't buy it later... so I bought it. Thankfully I did my own research and got a cheaper quote elsewhere and realized that I had 30 days to cancel with Tom Massano. Instead of canceling, they matched the quote and it was a done deal...I'm just waiting to receive my new contract in the mail. This was a positive! The final...negative was that as we were leaving the dealership, the salesman was trying to teach me how the buttons for the code keyless entry work on the door... but it didn't work... it was also busted. He said he would talk to his manager to see what they could do for me and it's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything... this was the biggest negative. The biggest positive is that we love our Ford Flex... Tom Massano...... not so much. However, I prob would recommended if you find the right car and at the right price and are ready to possibly deal with some aggravations.

I just leased a brand new Mercedes from Tom Masano. Even tho I live closer to another dealership, it is definitely worth the drive to Reading to lease my cars. Neal (sales) Phil (manager) and Rob (finance) are all absolutely wonderful- all very smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There is not a thing they will not do to make you happy with your new purchase.

My husband and I stopped by Tom Masano to just check out the possibility of trading our minivan in for a larger SUV because we want to purchase a camper and need something to pull it with. We sat down with a lady salesperson who wasn't overly friendly to start with. We explained that we still owe payments on our van and that we are looking for something that we can keep the payments about what they are now and not go much higher. When she asked what our current payments are and we told her, she LAUGHED at us!! It made me feel embarrassed and looked down upon. Just because we didn't come there to buy an expensive vehicle doesn't mean we should be treated poorly like that. I would never go there again, nor would I ever recommend it. If they don't have anything in our price range that is fine, we move on, but no need to be so rude about.

All the negative reviews concerning this dealership were validated for me. They do not have their stuff together. I went to drive a used vehicle to find out that online they listed it as excellent condition and when I get their and my wife sees the car she almost cried it was a mess! There is damage to the body and the interior was wrecked. The salesman was embarrassed that we drove over an hour to test drive a car that wouldn't even pass inspection. Buyer beware!

The customer parking was not plowed or shoveled or salted or sanded. We took our life in our hands just to get to the showroom. This was two days after a storm. Then we stood there for almost 5 minutes before anyone approached us. I know the time because we were leaving at the 5 minute mark. We came to look at a specific car that was listed on line. After some confusion the salesman, seemed like a nice guy, discovered that that unit had been sold. When asked if they had any other similar units I had to show him how to use the computer to find out. I didn't feel that the salesman was knowledgeable about the car that they came up with. Wouldn't have bought from them anyway.

Ive been looking for months in a 100 mile search for a low mileage fully loaded MKZ in Smokestone metallic with a camel interior. Tom Masano Ford advertised one and I was the first to call and leave a deposit on it. I also filled out a credit application online to assist the sale. I live 158 miles away in Southern Maryland and was working with a salesman named Randy Kerschner. When I talked to Randy on the phone 4 days before I was able to come out to see it, I had a few requests before I drive out to see this car: (1) do not apply tire shine on the car, because of the mess it makes when you drive it and (2) answer the question why did Carfax report the car was in twice before any service was due?. Randy told me about the tire shine they dont that here and his answer for why the car was brought in early for service was to have the brake in oil replaced. I found out later the car had problems with it pulling to the side when breaking, and an alignment fixed the problem. When I showed up early on Saturday morning 11/30/13 the car was out front. I saw 5 dents, 2 damaged belt moldings, and damage on the rear bumper and tires loaded up with tire shine. He had all week to get this car ready and he didnt get someone to push out the dents. During the test drive about 1 mile down the road when the car started to warm up a very strong smell of spearmint was coming up from the rugs, so strong I had to test drive with the windows down on a 280 day. When we got back I asked Randy if he could rinse out the rugs with just water to remove that stench. He told me he would take it back himself and do it. I went back inside to finish the financing, which is when I found out thats when they ran my credit. Randy told me I was approved days ago. After we finished with finance I was ready to leave, the car was out front running with foggy windows because of the condensation. I said something to Randy that its bad to have a car running at idle for long periods of time. I got in the car, reached down to feel the rugs and it was filled with suds. I scooped out a handful of suds and showed them to Randy. For the second time I asked him to rinse out the rugs with water to remove the suds and smell. I got a long ride ahead of me and I would appreciate it. He again told me he would take care of it himself. More than an hour passed and as I was walking around the dealership saw my new car in a mechanics stall with the left front door open, rubbing against a lift post damaging the paint and a service lot boy spraying more soap into the rugs. The same soap that you would use to degrease an engine. Randy was nowhere around. When I located Randy I asked him for the third time to rinse the rugs. I talked with Joe [Randys manager] and told him that the whole left side of the car will probably have to be blended to fix the damage to the door because of the color. My guestimate that day was at least $450, my cost. Joe sent me a check for $300 for damages two weeks later. However, afterwards I found out it would cost $700 to fix the door right. I also spent over 4 hours extracting degreasing soap from the rugs when I got home that night and it is taking me more than4 weeks to neutralize that spearmint smell. I wrote John Masano a letter to ask him if this standard operating procedures for handling a matter like this. A customer asks to rinse out rugs and a salesman does the opposite, not once but three times. And there is the matter of the repairs to the car, there is a $400 difference what Joe offered and the actual cost to repair the car. I ask him if would look into this matter and see if he can find any way to compensate me for this gross incompetence and being misled by Randy Kerschner? Its been more than a month and still no response form John. Randy Kerschner is a typical used car salesman that will flat lie to a customer for a sale. DO NOT TRUST HIM.

I don't know what the negative comments are about, but I just purchased a car from Tom Masano Ford in Reading, PA, and had a very good experience with sales, and the sales person was not pushy. I did my homework on-line before I decided to go there. I knew every car they had on their lot, and I knew which car I wanted to buy, before I got to the Dealership. If you want to buy a car, you need to research what you're doing first. From what I can see, the people who complained, can't even spell the word Reading, maybe that's the problem. I drove 3 hours to look at a 2010 Certified Mustang after confirming it was available to get there and have my heart drop 5 minutes later. I had called and confirmed the day before that I would be there to look at the car and was 99% sure would be driving it home so please make sure the car was cleaned and ready to go as I was paying cash for the car. The car had some pretty good scratches on it, the bumper was falling of due to a broken clip probably, the lower side running board was falling off and the inside smelled like a wet dog and had dog hair covering the floor to go with the food in the seats. And the real great part about it was that it was freshly inspected to find that ALL 4 tires are completely dry rotted and has some pretty good 1/16 to 1/8 inch cracks in them. So I would be skeptical of the quality of the inspection center and the detailing center from my 15 minute encounter there. In my opinion this is about the worst car dealership experience I have ever had, very unprofessional.

I emailed the dealership about a used Prius listed on cars.com. I got an automatic response saying I would hear from the Internet department soon. 5 days later I get a call from a woman at the dealership telling me the Prius was sold. She then asked if she could help me find something else. I told her no, her response time was too long because I was looking to buy the previous weekend. She hung up on me. So I called back to the dealership and asked to talk to the sales manager. I told him what happened and explained to him that my husband works in the car business so I'm not unfamiliar with how it all works. He apologized, said the issue would be addressed. And then asked if he could help me find a vehicle. I gave him a chance, told him I was interested in a used Prius with low miles. He said he would get back to me after looking through their inventory. I never heard back. This weekend, I bought a Honda Insight, and I love it. Overall, my customer service experience with this dealership was poor. I'm not sure these guys know what it takes to sell cars...

I just bought a 2011 Jeep from Matt at Tom masano. We went back and forth with no less than 30 emails and maybe as many calls. The buy process had some ebbs and flows but in the end I got the car I wanted at a price I was happy with. Matt even called the rental company to get them to pick up the rental there. I purchased a used 2008 328i hard top convertible from Tom Masano Ford for a great price on Christmas Eve of 2012 without a warrantee. I wasn't happy that they weren't willing to negotiate the price on the car, but I made the purchase because they had the best quality car for the lowest price within a 200 mile radius. After a heavy rainfall in February, I noticed water droplets leaking into the car and called Masano Ford to complain. They told me to bring it back and that they would fix it at no charge. While they had the car, I asked them to investigate a rattle coming from the roof. They fixed the leak and then sent the car to Masano BMW to investigate the noise. To my surprise, all of the repair work was done at no cost to me. Considering that this wasn't a Ford, I was quite surprised with the level of customer service and true commitment to their customers. I'm really glad that I purchased my used car from Tom Masano Ford, and would definitely consider them again in the future.

I had a great experience buying my 2005 F150 from out if state. So i can only comment on the facilities and the buying process. They where very busy when I got there but Tony who I had talked to before driving 8hrs down worked with me at the same time as taking care of the other people shopping with him. They had food for folks where offering car show tickets that day. I don't see that up here at my dealerships. Little things but nice and the facilitys was nice.

This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a Focus from them and the USB port wouldn't work after the third day I bought the car. I also asked at the time of buying the car and reiterated over and over to the sales person regarding the tires as the tires that were on the car were low profile tires and my concern was the handling in snow and bad weather. After over a handful of times asking the sales person over and over about the tires, he replied with confidence that the tires are all season and I should have no problems what-so-ever in any weather condition, so I put my trust in him and purchased the vehicle. Now during the snowstorm we had this past Friday, it was like sledding on ice driving this car. I slid at least a half a block before I could stop, though only going 10 mph. Luckily it was a 3 lane highway and was able to slide to the end of the street to a complete stop without hitting anyone. I called a number of times to the sales person on this issue and then to the sales manager to get a story saying I knew what I was getting into, I should have known what I was buying and that there is no such thing as "summer tires", are you kidding me with this crap???? They really need to read up on the products they sell and go online and do some research! I did prior to buying the car, but also asked over and over, but took their trust and bought the car, what a mistake! Now I have to spen to get all new tires and also was able to get someone else not from this dealer to fix my USB issue since they couldn't figure it out and gave me a story that it depends on the phone you have is why it wouldn't work on a USB port. They are such a crock and like to twist your stories around to put the blame back on you. Such liars, never again!!!

I just purchased a '13 MKX. I did some research into the approximate price of buying this SUV with the options. The Masano dealership price to me was in line with what I had researched. The whole buying process was more than satisfactory. The sales person and the sales manager were involved and I had a peace of mind business dealing. Further and after the business transaction was concluded, the sales person provided even more attention to me and the SUV by demonstrating all the features and thoroughly answering my many and varied questions. And at the end, the dealership filled my tank with gasoline. Overall, I was very impressed with the Masano dealership.

We bought a used car.Drove it 7 days,1 week and the transmission went. Now we have to pay $1000+ and still pay for the loan on the car as well. Sale manager was rude when we took it back to help resolve the issue since it was bought "as-is" there was nothing they could do. How could a big name dealership sell a car that something was obviosly wrong instead of sending to auction? Then not offer any solutions to fix this. The manger was rude and were stuck with an inoperable car. Thanks for your junker!! So much for a big name dealership and customer service and quality. They do NOT care about you the customer!

We saw a 2010 Ford Escape online and called to inquire about it. Since we live in NC and would be driving 500+ miles to get the car, we asked the salesperson and the manager to check the car for us, asking specifically for the condition of the tires, any rust from being in snow and smoking. We were told by both that they had personally checked the car and it was excellent, so we decided to buy it. When we showed up at the dealership, the car had one new tire (Goodrich) and three very worn out tires (Michelin). Additionally the car had extensive rust. We asked for three new tires to be placed on the car since we did not feel safe driving back with a car in that condition and they agreed to put two of the tires if we bought a third one. We had no choice but to agree because we had driven a one-way rental and had no way to get back home. The manager was extremely rude and had no interest in listening to us or showing any empathy. Overall we are satisfied with the car, but very disappointed with the dealership and would never buy from them again!

I wrote to 5 dealerships concerning buying a car, Tom Masano called me and wrote withion one day, and actually a few hours of my inquiry. They were never pushy but were honest and asked me just the right questions, and directed me to what I was looking for. We drive a Flex and then we serched on line for the model I wanted, then agreed on it, with a really good dael intact. The car was unavilable, and they found another one, each time, very clearly making sure it was what I wanted. Two days later, my New Ford Flex arrived and it was perfect for me. I was totally satisfied with the dealership, my sales person and how I was treated. They have checked on me since my purchase to be sure this car was what I had hoped it would be. It is!

I was sorry to see negative reviews about this dealership. Nevertheless we drove one hour to look at the Chrysler 300s they had listed on their website. Our salesman, Randy Kerschner, was attentive, helpful and professional - not high-pressure at all. The Internet prices were fair. The value offered on our trade-in was lower than offered at another dealership. The sales manager split the difference between their trade-in offer and the previous offer we received. Overall I believe the final price was fair - especially taking into consideration the free annual state inspections and two free oil changes. I would disregard the previous reviews and check out this dealership for yourself. If you visit on a Saturday, be sure to get there when they open at 9AM. By 11AM the place was packed with customers.

My eperience started out shakey but with the assistance of the Sales Manager and a different salesperson I was able to purchase a used truck. I would recommend the dealership to others even if they do not live in close proxcimity to the dealership like me. The overall service and responsive manner in which they handled my transaction was above average. We had a few issues that wwe were able to address through email and UPS to ensure my experience was great

I saw an SUV online for $8971. I inquired with the dealer and they said the car is available. I asked if this was the best price and they said this car is in like new condition and "worth" $12,995. They suggested I come see it. I drove the 40 miles to the dealer to find out some shocking details. First of all, the car was not there. It was at another facility be prepped to go to auction. In addition, the car needed nearly $1000 in repairs to pass inspection. I was still interested in the car if the dealer would work with me on the repairs.....would not budge a nickle. Said they pay the same for repairs as I would and their cost was already $8740. I said if it goes to auction you will be lucky to get $7500 for the car.....their response was "oh we bundle 100 cars together so we can loose on some".....I was amazed at their attitude! I bought several cars in the past from them and I will NEVER buy another car and will tell every friend I have about my experience.....In todays connected society with facebook, twitter, you tube.....you would think some businesses would learn.....
