I had decided I wanted a Charger Hellcat about 5 months ago. After doing some background work, I decided to work with Tomball Dodge. Bernard Katz met with my husband and I and showed us all the top models in their exotics garage. Very exciting! I gave Bernard the specs on the Hellcat I wanted to purchase, and he promised he would deliver. He was not sure of an exact time frame as allocations had not yet been distributed to dealerships. Bernard answered all questions any time I called and we also kept in contact through Tim Fowler (Tomball Ford) who updated me weekly on the status of the Hellcat. I received a call on November 17 that the Hellcat had arrived! My husband and I went to the dealership the next day to pick up "Alice." Tim had all of our paperwork ready and we only spent about an hour finalizing everything before we drove off the lot. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Tomball Dodge and Tomball Ford. Tim Fowler and Bernard Katz were wonderful to work with.

I called Tomball and had the good fortune to be connected to Bernard Katz. I made an offer over the phone on a new Viper and Bernard really worked with me on the price. I got a far better deal than I would have gotten locally. Paperwork was started with information given over the phone. He assisted me in getting a great deal on transportation (note transport is not done or connected with Tomball). All paperwork was shipped to my home the following day. I completed and mailed it back. Meanwhile my car was on its way. Great buying experience.

My wife and I have been dealing with Tomball Dodge for a few years now and have purchased several vehicles from them. Ryan Farrell is the sales person we have used and have never had any problems. Always a great car buying experience. Friendly and knowledgeable people from sales to service and all aspects in between. And if you need a great aftermarket product they have a nice aftermarket crew as well. Just talk to Tim DeVito or Brian Devito.

2011 dodge charger I took my car in for a safety recall. Had to leave it. Was called at work with safety recall completed but found a defective speed sensor on right rear. Told them I can do it, just sell me the part. I was told it was a very involved process including removing the wheel well to access. Didn't have that much time so I agreed. Tech logged .6 hours on recall and 1.5 hours on speed sensor (total 2.1 hours). Dash cam recorded 62 minutes from time it was driven into the shop and parked after a test drive. Looked at it when I got it home and I could have changed it like I told them I could without even lifting the car or removing the tire. Was charged 195.00 for 20 min of labor on a 19.95 part. When you purchase a vehicle at Tomball Doge you get a service staff that it's going to work for you and complete any of the repairs that you need in a timely fashion. They are their for you as well as the dealership and will go to many lengths to satisfy your needs. i brought my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan in for service. Sammy Elahmad did an excellent job of taken care of my vehicle. He also informed me that part of the service was covered under warranty; that in itself was incredible, to know that part of the total service was not coming out of my pocket. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Tomball Dodge to look at the possibility of trading in my truck along with my dads for a new one. The sales associate (Chris Patterson) was very personable and a great intermediary with the back and forth on the trade in value for the two vehicles. I wanted to buy a vehicle from their lot. I was told I couldn't buy it at their internet price. Why? Because I was paying cash. He told me it said so on the ad. It didn't. What a waste of time! He also proceeded to tell me how hard cash was to come by and what I should do with my money. He seemed to think I was stupid. Very arrogant and condescending. I'm sure if he ever got a peek into my financial affairs he'd feel foolish. What a condescending jerk that ruined my day.I decided to KEEP my money out of there. And "salesman" if you are reading this, another dealership took my money and gave me their internet price which was awesome. They made me feel comfortable and happy about doing business with them. I would also bet that you are broke.

I went into Tomball Dodge to look at a truck with my son that we found on the website. We were immediately met by Jimmy George. We gave him the information and he went inside to see I he could locate the vehicle. I told him that I was pressed for time and that we were only wanting to look at that truck. He said we needed to walk the lot because he wasn't sure if it was there. (It wasn't) I told him that we had another deal working at Tomball Ford but was wanting to look at this truck because my son wanted a Dodge. Jimmy was so much more interested in the Ford truck that we were considering that he completely lost sight of why we were there. I left to run an errand when I returned 30 minutes later my son told me that they found a truck he thought would work. I told him great lets get the price of the truck. That was at 2pm. They took the keys to do an appraisal on my son's 2010 Dodge. Jimmie get asking me about the Ford deal, did I know about how terrible there frame was compared to the Dodge, did I ever own a eco boost before. He kept saying I cant compare apples and oranges. I asked him numerous times "why are you so concerned about my deal"? All I want for you is the price of this truck. What is your best price? All I got was how bad that dealership down the road is and more questions about the Ford truck. At 4pm I had had enough. I told him I want my keys. He comes back and with the keys and proceeds to tell me that when my husband comes in that he will give me the price of the truck. I honestly couldn't believe what I was hearing. We were there 3 1/2 hrs. and I never got a hint of a price. I never got there appraisal of the truck (wonder if they even did one). I asked Jimmie again your not going to tell me the price of this truck. His response, "No, you might go get a better deal". At this time another man who claimed to be a manger walked up. I told him all I wanted was a price of this truck. He points to the info sheet with the sticker price and says "here's your price". I grabbed my keys and we walked out. I have used social media to inform them of the "ABSOLUTE WORST SALESMAN AND DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO. I have bought 16 cars from various dealerships and never been made to feel as terrible as I was at Tomball Dodge. My husband was on the phone with my son and heard the exchange. When we walked out I told him of the discrimination that had taken place. What if I was a single mom, or widow? I bet they have no chance in getting a fair deal or better yet given the opportunity to purchase a vehicle. Needless to say I told them that we wouldn't be back and that they just lost a sale. Now, I know 1 sale doesn't mean much but word does get around. But, the day does get better, we went to Helfman Dodge and drove away by 7pm in a better truck with a great deal and great salesman.

Looking to replace my 10 year old RAM 1500 SLT Quad with a new version. Tomball Dodge's website had a banner ad promising $10,000 off of MSRP on RAM 1500 SLT Quad cabs. This sounded like a deal so I clicked on the button to request an internet quote. The reply I got told me I had to come and meet with the Finance Manager to get the best deal. I explained the ad I had seen and told them I would not be coming in until I got a solid quote from them. Later I fonally got three quotes - all of them for about $5000 off of MSRP. I went to the website - lo and behold the banner ad had been changed and there was no $10,000 off of the RAM 1500 SLT Quad cabs. I wrote back and asked about this change. I was told that "we are updating our website but we are still celebrating the ... $10,000 off on Ram 1500 SLT Quad cabs." I asked why my quotes did not include this wonderful pricing... Have not heard back. My perception is deceptive advertising and high pressure sales. Doubtful that they will ever earn my business. Feeling like I need to go take a shower. Good luck if you decide to jump in this pool.

My mother recently purchased a new vehicle from Tomball and had an appointment to have the car tented. My Mother could not recall the name of her service adviser. I asked my current service adviser, Nathan Dainton to see if he could help us out. Nathan was professional and took the time to help my mom find the right person to handle her request. I took my Dodge Van to have the DVD player repaired on a Tuesday. I told them I was leaving for El Paso on Sunday and needed my van by Saturday. I had purchased the extended warranty but was told that it would cost me $588. I had to call the warranty office myself to find out it was covered and so was my oil changes that I had been paying for. I called back and gave them a claim number from the warranty center and they acted like they never thought to call them. Saturday was told the DVD was not fixed because they had to order parts that would not be in until Tuesday. I picked up my van and told them I would return from El Paso on Wednesday and bring the van back on Thursday to finish the repairs. They finally fixed the DVD player but put Scratches on the passenger side. Was told they didn't do it because that never happens. It was one lie after another and never an apology. Will never go back to Tomball Dodge.
