I was referred to this dealership by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. From the very beginning my salesperson Jeremy Sport was a great help ordering the exact car that I wanted. He assisted me through the entire process and made everything quick and easy. While we were there me and my wife felt very comfortable and welcome. We were offered food and drinks during our stay to make it more pleasant for us. From the moment I came in through the entire process it was just about or less than 2 hours which is pretty quick for buying a car. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a dodge. Especially if you can get Jeremy Sport he will get exactly what you need in a timely manner. Bought my first car here and I will definitely buy more in the future.

I am writing this for my mom because she doesn't have an account with Google. Jean Barton purchased her Jeep in 2019 and she enjoyed her whole time that she was there. This was her second Jeep Grand Cherokee that she purchased ,first one was in 2012 and she would recommend Tomball Dodge to anyone. I’ve gone to other dealerships in the past but this is the first I would say I would definitely like come back to and recommend others to go and see Jeremy Sport! I really enjoyed how professional and very polite he is. Through out the process of purchasing our vehicle he did a wonderful job with great and friendly communication. At the end of the day we felt like friends rather than just a number like any other dealers I’ve gone to in the past. Rather then feeling pushed to buy something Jeremy made sure to make our experience wonderful and more confident in our first vehicle! Would definitely recommend for anyone!

Thanks to my Service guy. Vernon who quickly approached my vehicle upon arrival at the check in area. Very pleasant assured me he would get me taken care of. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and when everything was done, he thanked me. Displayed great customer service skills. The mechanic did excellent. The lady at chech out was patient, thorough, and very kind. Today, I got top service. Thank you.
