Great experience! I came in on a Saturday. Looked at a white Audi A4 and was able to test drive within 15 minutes. The process for calculating payments was quick and the sale guy was extremely professional and was not pushy. He gave me all the information I needed and answered my million questions with a smile on his face. Would highly recommend this dealership. The Financing process was also quick and painless, and the representative was very nice. Cannot say enough good things about my experience! Recommend working with Yaz.

This place was wonderful. First of all they answer the phone within one ring of the dial. They are very kind courteous and were wonderful about explaining the whole process for my wife and myself. We will be returning to buy a new car.

After about ten places told me not to waste mine or there time applying for financing cause of my credit and down payment happened to be driving pass here and decide to stop in not only where they not pushy everyonr there was extremely friendly not only did they fill out a financial application with there banks there did everything they could and got me approved after got the car had one little problem they looked at it ordered the part and found a time that worked for me to get it fixed (I work mid morning to night) this place was the best place I have gotten a car and not only worked with me to get approved the worked with a car that for what I needed I'm definitely going back for my next car

We searched for a car for 8 months. When we went to Toro, the staff was friendly and helpful in order to familiarize us with the vehicle. The buying process was quick and painless. The staff was willing to do almost anything to help the process along. They communicated with our insurance and offered services to go to the MA RMV on our behalf. We truly felt like they were there to take care of US and made us a priority. We love our vehicle! It is spotless and beautiful with an unbeatable price! Thanks so much to everyone there!

In looking for used cars for my daughter I came to Toro based on their reviews from other customers - and they did not disappoint!! I did a lot of research to get my daughter a safe, reliable car in her price range and Toro's prices were spot on the expected asking price. No haggle needed. The car had an ABS light that kept coming on and we brought it back and Toro fixed it without hesitation or expense. Again, I did a lot of research, making sure the "fix" wasn't just them disabling the warning light, and the repairs they did were thorough and professional. I highly recommend Toro and wouldn't hesitate to go back to purchase our next used car.

I was looking for a used Jeep Cherokee and was getting the run around from the dealers I called and visited. Some of them had sold the vehicle but still were advertising it for sale on their website, and some vehicles were clearly not in the condition as advertised when I went to check it out...until I found Toro Auto. These brothers know how to run a great business. Heck, it was the first time a used car dealer EVER called ME back. Their customer service is excellent and surpassed my expectations. And if that was not impressive enough, the Jeep I bought was reasonably priced and I have not had one mechanical issue with it since I bought it. My son will be needing a newer used vehicle in the next couple of years and Toro Auto is going to be the first place we visit.

When I first walked in I was nervous that I wasn't going to get approved. I had been to several dealerships and each one didn't take me serious due to my low income. However, as soon as I stepped foot in this dealership I was immediately greeted by the guys there. They helped me to not only get approved but to get approved for the car I actually wanted. They were extremely helpful in the whole process and even stayed open 2 hours after closing to go through paper work. They really go the extra mile and care for you as a person and not just a customer.

I purchased a 2003 Toyota Sequoia at a very reasonable price from Toro Auto Sales in East Windsor, CT. The staff were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I test drove the vehicle on Wednesday, Yanal helped me get a loan, handled all the paperwork and I drove the vehicle off the lot on Friday. After getting the vehicle there were a few issues. The check engine light came on and it was difficult to diagnose. Toro Auto worked on the vehicle until they were able to identify and fix the problem. Now the vehicle runs great. I highly recommend Toro Auto Sales to anyone. They stand by their vehicles. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

If you're looking for great customer service, vehicles and deals, I would highly recommend starting your search at Toro Auto. I had nothing but stress going in and buying a car but these guys handled everything so professionally I couldn't have been more impressed by how easy they made it. They answer any questions or concerns very honestly and WANT to help you make the best choice possible and not just take your money. Ok so I just purchased a Lexus IS 250 from here, from the minute I walked in I was well taken care of , yanel was awesome . I was not pressured at all. I went there with a few cars in mind . When I got there the Lexus I originally wanted was already sold, but I had the is 250 as a second in my mind from the get go. Yanel handed me the keys and let me test drive this car for as long as I wanted. As I always do I pre tripped the car in a public lot away from dealer. I was very satisfied with the car. This man worked numerous hours for me making sure all paper work was finished to a T! I explained to him that I live far away and work a hectic work schedule and I really wanted to take car home same day. He made an exception for me and worked his tail off to get me on the road. This is a comfortable environment, and a very honest place. I look forward to returning here down the road for my next vehicle. I recommend anyone looking for a great reliable car and don't want any runaround crap to def buy your next car here. No Question about it!!!!!

I seen a 05 Infiniti g35 coupe online so i called and they still had it so i drove 2 hours to go see it and when i arrived everyone was so nice and not pressuring to buy a car yanal took care of me and got me financed at a good price for now on if i need a car or know anyone looking im recommending them great place and great people thank you yanal

Good experience dealing with these folks. Very helpful, honest and up front. Got good follow up from sales without feeling pressured or uncomfortable. Yanal was very responsive throughout my buying process, and I felt genuinely appreciated and respected as a customer, which was a night/day difference from another dealership I visited not too long ago. Researched all over Mass and CT for a clean silverado in the 10K range and Toro Auto had 2 to choose from. I have had it for over a month now and could not be happier. Financing and registration was all handled by their staff, great place to pic the best DEALS around, THANKS!!!

After going to several dealers and wholesalers, found Toro Auto online. They had a nice Toyota Tundra at a great price (below market value based on several websites). I arrived at Toro and asked them for a test drive. Very low pressure sales. They gave me the keys and told me to check it out. The inside of the truck was in great shape and very clean. Yanal helped get my truck financed at a great rate. Every person I met at Toro were friendly and willing to help me. My daughter will be looking for a car in about a year and the first place I am taking her too is Toro. If they don't have the car, they will look for it for you (seen them do that for another customer while I was there). Highly recommend them. Great car buying experience.

I must say that I had no problem buying a car from here. I bought a used Honda Accord and the buying process wasn't so long and the price was very good considering it was used.I checked out many places but no one would help me finance a car but then I heard Toro Auto. I did have a problem with the exhaust but Yanal was very professional and helped with it. He was able to fix it as soon as he could. I would recommend you check this place out.

I purchased my Nissan from Toro Auto last year and was very satisfied with the service they gave me so I continued to spread the word to others about the excellent service. My brother was in need of a specific car for his business and didnt want to buy a truck or another van, so he thought about buying a Ford Taurus wagon. He was looking at a few dealers before I mentioned go to Toro Auto. We talked on a Monday about a car, I contacted Addi about this vehicle even though he didnt have these cars on his lot. Addi explained he will find it for me by Wednesday. Wednesday he found only 1 of these vehicles at the auction that was in great condition, he confirmed with me if this 2002 Ford with 80,000 miles would be ok and I said yes. Right away my brother showed up took the car for a test drive and decided this was the car he needed. A few minor repairs needed to be done but the car was very clean, my brother purchased it with a 1 year warranty in the price range he was looking for. Amazing how he found this vehicle! And the car was ready by Friday! My brother is very happy and the car is running great. I will continue to refer family and friends to Toro Auto.

Me and my sister have been all over MA and CT looking for the right vehicle when we finally found Toro Auto. Our salesman Yanal definitely did us justice! He helped us through the entire process and made sure we got the best deal. And for this being my first car I never felt like i was being pressured into buying like other dealers made me feel. I had a great experience buying my Nissan Maxima from Toro Auto. I stopped by one day and I spoke with Yenal (sp?) who was very helpful from the beginning. He was very patient with me as we filtered through which car might be best suited for me. My credit was not the best so I had mentioned that for any deal to work the financial package would need to be within reason. Thankfully, he was able to obtain a great loan package for me with a very low rate. I was very happy with the outcome. In addition, he included a three months warranty free of charge; but the car seems great so far so I'm not sure I will end up using it! All in all, I left a very satisfied customer and I'm sure I will be coming back here for my next purchase.

Just bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey from Ali at Toro Auto. Ali was friendly and helpful. He happily solved all problems and walked us through the purchase with ease. He has a mechanic on site that really knows cars and made sure our Honda drove like new. He did all the legwork for insurance and registration. Great car, great price, great service! I would definitely buy from him in the future.

I had been looking for a vehicle for about three months, after my Durango was totaled. I originally was looking to purchase from a private seller. My son-in-law saw the Honda Pilot so I went to look and test drive (being a total skeptic) expecting the "used car" reputation. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very upfront, helpful and worked with my vehicle budget. No pressure. I left a deposit and two days later I drove my Honda Pilot off the lot ! It's a great place to check out a car for your new teen driver or for yourself. Plenty of variety and if you don't see what your looking for, they will look for one. Very accommodating.

The try to work with uu but they literally have no patients are understand they try to push something on you that you tell them you dont want. They can be very rude, had to understand doesnt speak complete english & they are NOT at all organize it ridiculous, They also blame you for their mistakes. ONLY REASON I KEPT THE PURCHASE GOING IS BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK!!
