Initially I was disappointed I feel ad if I waited too long in the entry way before I was approached by any salesmen (all of whom were in plain sight on their cell phone) however this enthusiastic guy came running around the corner and said can I help you. I knew immediately I was going to purchase from him just because he did more than made eye contact. Mike Laks was a very experienced and knowledgeable salesman. This was by far the best deal I could bargain for no pressure no stress and didnt haggle me about my raggedy trade in. The entire deal was done within an hour I initially wanted to test drive and ended up buying a new ride. I actually always owned Hondas Chevys and subarus but because of this awesome salesman Mike I'm a Mazda girl. Or as the finance guy said Mazdarati😂 anyway shop here you wont be disappointed Ive been to 4 different dealerships this one is the best

I called Towne Mazda to see if they had the 2021 Mazda cx5 carbon edition turbo and they told me that they did. I got there after just 30 minutes of driving. When I got there, they told me that they sold out. How can they be sold out within 30 minutes? On top of this, he tried to sell me a non turbo cx5. They lied to me. They never had the vehicle I was looking for. They wasted my time and I don't appreciate people who waste my time. Just a horrible salesman!

I purchased a CPO Mazda CX-5 in March of 2021. When taking delivery there were a few hiccups, however the team at Towne handled everything extremely well. Tony McCarthy and Henry Downes went above and beyond to correct a problem and make this customer 100% satisfied !! Any business can handle customers when things go perfectly smooth, it's how a business handles the other situations that show how good they are. Towne Mazda is simply the best customer service I've ever experienced from any dealership in WNY.

Nice job of replacing my rotted out '14 Mazda6 gas tank with the cost of materials covered by the Mazda manufacturer - thanks for the use of the loaler vehicle while my car was in the shop

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I went to Towne Mazda and my experience with Joe "Zoom Zoom" was fantastic! He was so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to help me find the perfect car and I would recommend him and the Towne Mazda facility to anyone looking to buy a car!
