From the first phone call to the minute we drove off the lot with our new truck we were treated with amazing customer service and care. Bayleigh Smith was kind and answered all our questions. The whole dealership went above and beyond to help us get the truck we wanted. Mrs Smith took the time to explain all the features of the truck to us and even hooked up the bluetooth for the phone before we left. Most unprofessional group of people. Really showed their class in service dept. Rude with their response. Didn’t give a direct answer as to when the car would be ready. Kept getting different responses. Refused to help with transportation when this vehicle is brand new with several issues. What has happened to treating customers with respect today. No and no I will never purchase a Nissan from this place. Their is an etiquette class that is offered for being a professional . Suggest this place look into it.

I had only one car waiting in front of mine. They got me checked in and got me out really quick with a minimal waiting time. I was very happy about that because they are usually covered up at this time of day.

I had the pleasure of working with Crystal and Mark today and left the lot with a 2014 Rogue. I'm super excited/pleased with my purchase. The staff members I encountered today were friendly and there was a great energy throughout the entire facility. They even shared pre Thanksgiving dinner with me. Our family has bought five Nissan's at Townsend Nissan and they go out of their way to make you happy. The buying process is the best in Tuscaloosa and I wouldn't buy from any other dealer. They are honest and will help you pick the best car for your needs. Bill Mason has been our salesman for all 5 but the other salesmen and saleswomen are also great.

I had a low air pressure tire light come on and headed straight to Townsend Nissan. I knew it was a simple fix and that I could do it but they quickly pulled me in to the service bay and had me fixed up and back to work during my short lunch break. They're always so helpful and I always use them for all my service.

I had to have my car serviced before a trip to the beach. Just the basic oil change and tire rotation. The process was quick and easy. Jerry (service guy) went over a free inspection with me and even indicated when I might need to replace two tires. I would highly recommend Townsend's service department. The waiting area is clean and well lit with a big flat screen TV and free refreshments.
