Have to say we had the best experience buying our new vehicle. Paul our salesman was great at communicating with us and finding just what we were looking for. Shane in finance made us feel comfortable with all the options available to us. He explained everything well. Highly recommend buying your next Toyota from them in Ardmore. Great people!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience this afternoon at Toyota of Ardmore! We enjoyed working with Jake on the sale of the car and Shane was great on the finance of the car. They both made the process quick and easy and were both very personable. We would definitely do business with them again!

Paul provided an awesome, easy experience and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. In the finance section, Shane did great in explaining benefits of added care to a vehicle. Both great salespeople with down to earth personalities looking out for their customers and their business. Great personable and professional service. Would recommend Paul and Shane as people to work with when purchasing a Toyota.

Great buying experience! Went through Toyota.com to build and design the Toyota that I wanted, and then was quickly contacted by Paul (Internet Sales Manager). He answered all of my questions in great detail, was very helpful, and made the vehicle experience easy with no problems. Highly Recommend the Sales Staff and Finance Staff at Toyota of Ardmore, OK.

Purchased over phone. Was promised vehicle would be held until I got there the next day at 3:30. Called by the sales rep at 3 after I was already 1/2 way to dealer and told vehicle was sold for a higher price. The other party was still signing paperwork and the sales manager would not do anything about it. They do not stand by their word!!!!

I found the staff there to be honest, cordial and not stereotypical. No one was pushy. They were all very professional, and established the highest possible standard in service and quality.

Elvis in service is AWESOME! I just have to call him and he tells me to bring it in and we will take care of you. I have bought 2 cars from them and have been extremley happy with the sales process also. The ladys in the office are also very nice and helpful. I have had such great experiences with Toyota of Ardmore that I referred my sister to them and she also bought a car there. Five stars all the way around!

Made inquiry, requested info - never received. In week later follow-up - was informed that the vehicle was sold. That is OK with me - just concerned with attention to detail, if I were management.

Dee Davis was a great help in finding me the car that I wanted if I wasnt in love with one he found one that I absolutly Loved and did everything he could to help make it where the price was in my range, which ended in a happy customer will be back to see him when I am ready for another car. The entire staff was very friendly couldnt have asked for a better experience at Toyota of Ardmore! Heard awesome things from others that have been there as well.

We went into Toyota of Ardmore in need of a vehicle because the transmission had went out in our old vehicle. We walked in the door and meet Aaron and we couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He showed us a car (2014 Highlander) that fit our needs and was with in our budget. He showed us all the features of the car and gave us a price without any pressure. Big thanks to Toyota of Ardmore.

Got on the internet and got in contact with Jon Jaccard at Toyota of Ardmore. Told him exactly what I was looking for, and the price I was willing to pay which I thought was more than fair. He said he'd need to check with his boss, so I waited a couple hours and emailed him back. He told me that his boss Jeremy Hodge had agreed to the price, and to come on down. I went down to Toyota of Ardmore to purchase my vehicle, and there were no surprises. Price was exactly as promised, they were even able to beat the rate of the financing I brought with me, by 1%. I have since been back for service three times, and each time the service staff is prompt, friendly, and I am treated like a VIP each time. THIS is the way ALL dealerships should operate. Many thanks to Mr. Hodge and the team at Toyota of Ardmore.

I tried to trade in a Tacoma for a Corolla. They offered me thousands LESS than any other dealer. But when I was ready to leave I could not get my keys back. After the third time I asked I got mad and they finally went and brought them to me. I bought a Honda.

The repairs and maintenance I've had performed here have been done correctly and promptly. However, I question the accuracy of the invoice and pricing. Twice the invoice has indicated the incorrect oil viscosity for my vehicle (service advisor stated that the correct oil was used), and I paid for tire rotation labor with my oil change when they had the wheels off anyway for brake work. They are typical of most dealers in that they repeatedly try sell you extra service work through scare tactics (unsafe, etc.). I would recommend them but be aware of your bill and discuss any questions with Elvis, one of their service reps.

I bought my Toyota Camry from them & my experience couldn't have been better! The staff is so friendly and anytime my car needs serviced, they get me in right away. They even let me use a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Elvis, in service, is really great to work with!
