Mike A. is the most helpful car salesman. He worked with me via phone and text. He had the car ready for me to test drive and the manager was ready to appraise my trade in upon my arrival. Mike A. worked with the finance team to draft my paperwork very quickly. He is very efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Mike listened to what I wanted and picked the perfect car for me and my family. The best experience that I have ever experienced when buying a car! Scotty Johnson went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find the perfect car!!! I was dissatisfied with my last vehicle purchase from a DIFFERENT dealership. I took a leap and traded it in. I’m in love with my new truck. Huge shout out to Toyota of Ashland for making the process as painless as possible. That was the quickest I’ve ever had the purchase of a vehicle go. I have known Scotty Johnson his entire life. Him and my daughter are only 3 days apart! I always knew him to be very kind with a good heart. He has grown up into a wonderful man and is also a wonderful salesman. He will always have your best interests in mind and will do his best to put a smile on your face. Highly recommend Toyota of Ashland. Mary Norris was fantastic! She's very knowledgeable and extremely nice. You need to ask for her when you go. I will definitely be going back for future car purchases. THANK YOU MARY!
