Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Everyone was extremely nice, even the people not trying to sell me a car. The salesmen were all very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. The financing process was a breeze. The entire process was about as easy and painless as you could ever possibly hope for. If I need a car in the future, this is where I'll be shopping.

if you want a great car and great service go to Toyota of Danville Il. I bought my corolla in april 0f this year. Ryan Barnes was my salesman and was very helpful and got me in my new car. I love it and recently took it in for my 6 month check. The service dept, was great and I even got a complimentary car wash too. I couldnt ask for better service. Bought used Firebird asked if any major problems was told no but if found any they would work with us. Took it back because of noise in rear of car service advisor told us even tho sales person told us to have them in service advisor said they work only with his manager and sales had no right to say they would give us any break even tho it was less than 3 days after sale. After talking to all the managers they said they would replace ujoints and driveshaft , mechanic that was working on car said that would not fix problem and car would not be safe. Drove by lot couple days later,they had car for a week, saw car had been pushed off edge of parking lot with front spoiler buried in dirt embankment complained about damage to car and was called to pick it up assured that issue was resolved noise was still there and bad vibration took it to another shop mechanic was right at Toyota ended up replacing entire rear end so called new ujoints were mismatched caps on the body of used ujoint since the service manager already had his story down pat they do this on a regular basis, my other son had bought a car there couple years ago and even tho was a minor issue same thing have problem we will fix it free then before you leave pay full price would not advise anyone to do business with theses guys, turned them into States Attorney and BBB was to have heard from them but been way pass date AG told us to expect there reply have not heard a word

My experience at Toyota of Danville was pretty amazing! My sales agent Seth Humrichous was so attentive and good hearted. Wanted to get me in a good vehicle that wouldn't be out of my budget and he succeded. After the first trip I went and didn't find anything he kept in touch with me all the way till I came back alittle over a month later and finally found something. Eight years ago, I bought my FJ Cruiser from Toyota Danville, & they have been my go to dealership ever since! They always did an excellent job of servicing my vehicle and making me feel welcome. A few months ago, I decided to buy a vehicle that was a little more fuel efficient, and Andy Hosch took great care of me. I bought a used vehicle which needed a few things, including a new radio antenna they had to special order. I thought I'd have to come in for another service appointment, but when I came out from work, he had already installed it right there in the parking lot! His superior customer service combined with the great care both of my vehicles received will make me a lifelong customer!

Recently had a total loss of my only vehicle due to a wreck, Ryan was understanding and was very cooperative in helping me find a car that not only would work for my needs but also fit my budget. Andy Hosch made the buying process very stress free. I was sad about saying goodbye to my old car and nervous about all the new car payments, but Toyota of Danville eased my worries and found the perfect car to fit my needs. Kevin Burton is our families requsted to sseesalesman at Toyota. He always gives great customer service and tries to give you the best choice to where you are happy. Also the finance department works with you to help get you in a car of your choice and with payments affordable to you. They are honest and reliable. My wife and I came into Toyota just to look at their used vehicles, Alicia Rew met us as soon as we arrived and was a tremendous help. We explained what we needed in a vehicle and she led us to a 2013 Toyota Prius which we liked. After talking to the sales manager we found out a brand new 2014 Toyota Prius would fit our needs and be very affordable. Extremely happy with everyone at Danville Toyota! :)

i tried to contact the dealership through cars.com about a vehicle i was extremely interested it and no response back. so i went directly through their website and sent the same message with additional information and questions. 3+ weeks have gone by and not a single attempt to contact me. missed sale, definitely gives me a reason to avoid dealership

I first met David Munez at a local sporting event where he was passing out tickets. He was very nice and a big smile on his face. I kept his card and a few months later decided to car shop. Went in told I could trade my car in for something else got there looed at some cars I found a truck I feel in love with it. Took it for a test drive loved it even more, went to do some numbers and they told me I needed money down I said I didn't have that much on me could they try to get it to where I didn't need money down. They said yes go home and we will call you later. Well they never did I didn't hear back from them I had to call several times. I got on the phone with someone and they told me I needed 2,000 dollars down to trade my car witch was a 2010 and the truck I wanted was a year younger than mine. I didn't think that was right the truck cost more than my car. When I got my car I had traded in a 2013 car down to a 2010 car for no money down then I come back a year later to trade for a truck and its younger than my car and get told they can work with me but they didn't I'm done with Toyota. I went to another dealer and traded my 2010 car and got a 2015 jeep. So thanks Toyota for turning me down because I found my truck and its a 2015.

The salesperson did not want to answer questions about several used vehicles and problems that were see and heard on test drives. The dealer never offered to repair defects before the purchase or correct mechanical issues.. They wanted the purchaser to absorb all cost and were very pushy about "The Sale"
