No pressure sales experience. I found a used truck in their inventory and worked with Jack Mitchell on it from start to finish. He took a ton of pictures of the truck for me because there was none online, kept me up to date on the status of the truck as they prepared it for sale, and was great walking me through the process when I showed up to the dealership. I had arranged the financials prior to my arrival and Jack didn’t try to pressure me into financing them which I appreciated. He even helped out with half a tank of gas (36 gallon tank) on my way out. I’d 100% work with Jack in the future. The financing manager was good as well, he offered multiple warranty’s and additional coverages but was not pushy when you said no. Communication was quick and very to the point. Dealership offered a 3rd party lifetime unlimited mile Powertrain warranty for used vehicles below 100K miles which is a nice benefit. The truck I purchased has 98K. Warranty requires 6 year annual check ups and ALL “Owners Manual Recommended Maintenance” records . Pricing was fair and below the NADA Clean Retail value, even not including all of the additional upgrades the truck had like bed cover, bigger tank/towing package. Came with “Husky / Home Depot”laser-fitted floor mats. I think they are better and cheaper than the Weather Techs.

Edited [This was from 6 years ago. Gave 5 stars then.] My service adviser Daniel Nguyen is awesome!! Very meticulous and thoughtful about my requirements. [Now 9/14/21 - Changed to 3 stars] I recently went to get my car serviced. First, after going there, the service advisor told me you don't have to take the car in as per the mileage or date on the service sticker they put on the front windshield. Then why put it as it is confusing. Second, when I felt my car definitely needed oil change, (given I am originally from auto industry), I took it back in regardless. The same advisor took care of the service, and he seemed to be on a money earning/bonus oriented because he definitely tried to upsell. I am usually very loyal to the place I buy my car from and this is where I bought it and I always took my car for service ever since. Now, given this experience, I may have to shop around for another service place as this place has turned out to be just scavenging for sales and not really service-oriented. Sorry to say this.

If you are selling your car do not go there. In March I am took my car to sell and was given a quote of $16 000. However I didn't sell then as I still needed the car for a while. In the meantime the sales person Patrick contacted me on numerous occasions to check if I was still keen on selling. Since March however the prices of used cars have risen significantly. Last week, I checked with Carmax and a few dealers and was offered around $24,000 for the car. As the salesman Patrick has been following up with me, I thought as a matter of courtesy, I would give him the first right of refusal. So last week, my daughter brought the car there. Surprise, surprise he told my daughter that the offer is $16,000 no change from the offer made 4 months earlier. If the offer had been around $23,000 I could still accept that it's around market price but for the offer to be at $16,000 when the market is at $24,000, you need to ask yourself what kind of people you are dealing with there. FYI, physically the car is still in the same condition as it was when the offer was first made. Make your own conclusions and be very careful and beware when you want to sell your cars there.

Chad our finance guy was awesome as well and did not try to talk us into anything we didn’t need either. One of the best vehicle buying experiences we have ever had. Best part is the lifetime unlimited warranty they give for free.

We had a great experience at this Toyota. They did not try to pressure us into buying a car and ultimately after looking around we came back to purchase our SUV. They offer lifetime power train warranty which is something the other local Toyota dealerships did not have. The sales agent Rafael and finance person were so easy to work with. Poorest service I ever received. Had to wait while empty countered sales persons had a little chat. Ask a question about tire rotation employee gave a great blank stare. I ask if they worked for Toyota stare continued. Absolutely no personality from anyone. Robots would have been a better department. Didn't even know the cost of oil change. RUN, RUN quickly from this place.

My sales representative was Karim at Toyota of Denton. Karim was honest with me from the moment I walked in. He allowed me to tell him what I was looking for in a vehicle and showed me what my options were. He did not pressure me or try to talk to me into a vehicle that was outside of my means. The deal I received was extremely more than what I would receive from my discounts from my employer. I would defiantly recommend my family and friends to Karim and the Toyota of Denton dealership. I purchased my Camry Hybrid at Toyota of Denton over two years ago and have brought it there for service consistently for the whole 90,000 miles I've driven it. I live an hour away and have seriously thought about bringing my car elsewhere or just doing the service myself, but the math always worked out in Toyota of Denton's favor -- their prices are competitive, they can do four-wheel alignment, they consistently deliver top-quality service, the car just...works...with no complaints and they can usually schedule me for when I want stuff done. Sure I've had to tell them no for a few suggested fixes, but they have never once lied to me or tried to aggressively push unnecessary repairs.Over the life of my car, I've worked with Daniel, Ben, Lyonell and several other service advisors, with very few complaints. My most recent experience (a little over a week ago) was with Andy. I had scheduled service a couple of months in advance, and when I showed up, he was ready for me and got the car right in. We spoke over the next couple of hours (I had a number of things I wanted done) a few times, and I was able to share yes, I want that done, no I don't want that done. In every case, Andy was courteous, helpful, open and professional.As I was preparing to leave, I happened to pat my pockets...no wallet. That meant: no license, and no way to pay for service! Furthermore, since I live so far away and this is our only car, my wife wasn't going to be able to get it to me. I was going to call a (very expensive) cab to come get me and hope that I could pay them when we arrived, but I thought I'd talk with Andy about the situation first. I explained what had happened, and he first offered to let me just *drive away* and pay when I got home (serious) since I was a regular customer and they saw me frequently. That was generous, but what happened next was even better: I asked if they could shuttle me to my home and then drive me back so I could get my driver's license. After checking with his supervisor, Andy called his driver, and we literally drove almost two hours -- just to get my wallet -- no charge.I just want to take my hat off to Toyota of Denton and the marvelous crew they have there. Also thanks to Kate Lamb (sp?), who has been a positive element of my entire tenure with them. Thanks for being great, Toyota of Denton!

I had an excellent experience having my car serviced at Toyota of Denton. I purchased the car there last December and they were professional, friendly, and exceptional. They give me e-mail reminders of when maintenance is required on my vehicle and all the worked performed on the car is of the highest quality. The fact that they are open on Saturday for servicing vehicles makes the experience so much easier and less stressful than trying to get the work I needed done during the workweek.

I had taken our 2014 Camry in for repairs to this dealership. In the process of the service rep inspecting and driving our car, i was asked if I would consider leasing a new vehicle now, and forgo the repair and servicing that the car needed (and that we had put off due to expenses at the time) and since I was very close to the end of our Camry's original 36 month lease...I was willing to consider this option.I had the time and told him I would listen to their sales pitch. Holly was the young salesperson I dealt with and she was great: she helped us make an unplanned decision a reality by working with me (and indirectly my wife) to consider this possibility only if we could match our needs up with what they had to offer. One definite change was my desire for a new Camry Hybrid modeling place of our (more tricked-out than we needed) XLE Camry and suffer none or very little change to our current monthly payments. She helped by offering to buy us out of our remaining 4 months of lease, forgo the needed mechanical, hail, and leather seat staining repairs that were necessary, as well put off the purchase of at least two new tires (if not a set) that were also on my mind as needed replacements, and work with us to upgrade the Hybrid's seats to leather, add tinting to the vehicle and alloy wheels in place of the steel ones...We were asked if we could put down a minimal payment which included the first month's lease installment as well (around $2,000 minus the first lease installment ). All in all, a satisfying experience. Slight Negatives: The dealership tried hard to sell me a Platinum insurance package which included gap insurance and lowjack, but I had no interest , seeing how expensive that would have made our monthly payments (nearly $300 dollars more a month!) and defeating our goal for this trade-in in the first place--which was to keep our monthly payments nearly the same as our original lease was. Also, this whole transaction took many hours. In fairness, I was asking for 'add ons' to the base vehicle presented and we had several back and forth's before I was completely comfortable with what we were getting (and having my wife's concurring approval) to the overall agreement.Pluses: Holly-the salesperson. Also, the head of sales did honor our downpayment (which we had understood to include the first month's lease payment) even though he was not aware of our agreement to have the downpayment include in that amount when we conferred with him after working with Holly...

We bought the platinum service plan when we bought our Toyota Camry. We were lied to about all of the services that the service plan would cover. We let that go. We had only serviced our car through Toyota of Denton. We moved and had to have the oil changed at a local Toyota dealership. We were told the last people to change the filter (Toyota of Denton) put the filter on crooked - causing the oil to leak and they had to chip the filter away to get it off and broke the housing. My husband called Toyota of Denton and spoke with Andy. Andy tried to pass it off as "since it had been so long ago" and then changed to "you're not even due for an oil change". He would not allow my husband to speak to a manager or an assistant manager and then demanded pictures of the broken filter. The point - your service people didn't put the oil filter on correctly causing the oil to leak and for the car to get broken - rendering it undriveable unless we pay to have it fixed. We did not break the car and it was not normal wear and tear. Toyota of Denton broke our car and should be more cooperative in taking responsibility to have it fixed.

Do not ever go to this dealership. My salesman, Tariq, told me whatever I wanted to hear to get me to buy the car and when it came down to it the information was not accurate. They were not honest with me about my trade in payoff. I had just made my car payment for my trade in and they told me they would pay off the full amount before that payment. They did not do this and when I went back to talk to Saif, the finance manager, he was not helpful and "forgot" me bringing up the issue the day I bought my car. I also spoke with Alex King and he also told me it was my fault for not being able to stop my car payment from my previous car. They knew I was unhappy and offered nothing to make up for it. They lie to your face and are not people you should give your business too. Please go somewhere else!

I have returned for my scheduled complimentary 5,000, 10,000,15,000, and 20,000 mile services. Pros: Clean, modern dealership. Friendly salesman (Amyn Padamsee was great, and was not the source of any of the problems below).Cons: Attempt at bait and switch pricing. Financing and warranty sales were very obfuscated.I negotiated with a salesman at Denton Toyota via phone and email and we agreed on an "out the door" price for a new car. My family and I drove up all the way up to the dealership from Fort Worth, and when I arrived, the price had been raised almost $500 from the previously agreed upon quote. It was explained to me that someone had made a mistake, and that the manager was offering to "meet me in the middle on the price difference." When I threatened to take my business elsewhere, all of a sudden the price was back down to our originally agreed upon price. Regardless of the reasoning behind the price change, it was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.Another warning - the financing department does a very good job obscuring the true pricing and terms behind the various warranties and services they offer. The fine print is not made immediately available to read and the prices are amortized over the length of your loan so it is basically impossible at a glance to know how much you are paying and what limitations exist. If you are not well versed in financing, warranties, and risk, this may be a very dangerous dealership to do business with. In the end I feel like I got a good deal, but the process was fraught with peril.

I have to say Mark Gonzales made my new car purchase from Toyota of Denton easy. I had sent an email inquiry over on the particular car we were looking for and since I had already shopped 4 other dealers I knew exactly the price I was willing to pay. Immediately he came within that price and arranged delivery to Allen Texas late that evening. Not only did he take the time away from his family after hours he spent the extra time to sit with us and show us all the features and how to operate them. Highly recommend Mark and Toyota of Denton to anybody that is looking to purchase a car and don't like dealing with pushy sales staff. By far the easiest car purchase I have ever made........

If there was a way to leave less than 1 star, I would. I lease a 2014 Corolla with them. I returned my Corolla early because they were having a buy back event and I wanted to take advantage. When I gave it back to them, under mileage, I used it as a down payment on a different car they had on their lot. When I signed the papers, I was told that Toyota would take ownership of the remaining lease payments. Its been 2 months since I made this deal with them and myself and my dad, who cosigned for the lease with me, have been called saying that the lease payments are past due. That's not my responsibility, as the dealership is supposed to handle that. Turns out, after multiple phone calls, this dealership sent my lease payments to the "wrong payment processing center." I was told that in order for this to not appear on my and my father's credit reports to "go ahead and make the lease payment for March today, and when we track down the check, we'll reimburse you." Are you kidding me? Criminals. All of them. If I could change the ownership of my current car so that I never pay Toyota again, I would do that in a heartbeat.

I didn't buy my Toyota at this dealership but I do take it to this dealership for my regular maintenance. The staff is always extremely polite and helpful. The facility is nice and always pristine. Not to mention I love the coffee machine that makes flavored lattes while I wait. I also have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time and they're nice enough to wash my car for me when I take it in too.

I researched many dealers and based upon the cars.com review for the dealer, I decided to stop by there before heading to an appointment with a manager of another Toyota dealer. I did not leave the dealership, missed my other appointment, and I got the truck that I wanted. Amyn and Kareem were superb and Preston the sales manager showed me the bottom line, and I got a great deal on the truck. I felt comfortable and never pressured. It was an easy transaction that made a customer for life.

Did not receive a fair deal on trade in. They advertised free maintenance which I PAID for - what is FREE about that?? I will never return to this dealership again because in my opinion I didn't get fair value for my trade-in and actually paid for a FREE maintenance plan.

Great experience; change the perception about the experience of buying a car. Internet Sales manager was very cooperative and patient. He provide the car, color and model I reauested. Finance department explained in detail all the option and did not rush us to select all the alternative. Toyota is a small dealer; but you fill like home and havea very selective inventory of cars. Brand new facility and close to main highways susch as #35 and #380.

Mark was professional, friendly, helpful and made my car purchase experience painless! Mr. Munoz is a true Sales Professional. Extremely knowledgeable about Toyota's products, care, and maintenance, he was the most positive salesman I have ever dealt with. He even installed my temporary plate! The employees of this dealership are happy and well-trained. Cross-training is evident and the staff exude confidence when dealing with their customers. Don't know how the checkup could have been better. An easy phone setup of the appointment with a very cordial person (Kate). The technician met me at my car when I drove up, where I signed the work order. Went inside their very nice, new customer waiting area. Got a nice hot cup of coffee and a donut and watched HGTV in a comfortable chair for about 45 minutes. Then they delivered my newly washed car with all the appropriate work completed for a mere signature and no money.

A visit to Toyota of Denton's service center is strikingly pleasant. The customer enters a spacious, very clean area with service personnel at their desks facing the entrances. I was immediately comfortable because more than one of the customer service reps looked up as I came in and smiled in welcome. Before I was finished, I had worked with five different reps, each of whom were polite, friendly, professional, and helpful. I had a warranty repair made which required several hours. A courtesy car (a brand new Carolla) was provided, which I enjoyed driving. I was impressed how quickly I was in and out both when I arrived and when I picked up my car. Beyond the call of duty: excellent waiting areas with a TV for both adults and kids (they have a play area!), a refreshing area with drinks and donuts, AND a car that was returned with a free service inspection and wash. Needless to say, you may expect and get the best. --MC--

I bought a Toyota RAV4 2015 couple of days before New Years as a reward to myself for all the hard work i put in throughout the year. Being in U.S. Army and just graduating from TWU, I was looking to buy a 0 mileage car that would last me 10 years or more. As a first time buyer, i had no idea whatsoever about the whole car buying process. I thought i could select one car and then bring it back home and all that stuff. So i took my older brother with me who had bought several cars before. We were greeted at the front door by Steve Cantwell. He had great knowledge about the car i was interested in. Not only was buying process streamline, the Service Department does their very best each and every time to make you feel at home. I would personally recommend Steve Doane as your Service Advisor. Its an Awesome place to do a car purchase. I visited 4-5 dealerships but I decided to buy my new car from here not because they were giving me a good deal but because of the Sales Person Jeff O'Connell. He put every bit of his effort in making sure I am getting a car of my choice with color, options and price wise. they were not harassing me by calling every time for price negotiation. In my first visit itself Jeff gathered all the Info and made sure at my choice I get the car at good deal. Not only this, the color I was looking for was not available in their inventory but Jeff asked for 2 days time and within a day he got the car for me and then had me to take a look at the car before I do a Final purchase. The sales and Financing was so easy that I will definitely recommend this place. it was the Sales person super nice gesture which made me to drive 30 miles from my residence to do a purchase with them. I was upfront about my trade and how I wanted to be treated when I first met Karim, since I have had bad experiences with other Toyota dealerships. After they found a new Tacoma for me and offered a fair price on my trade-in, I took delivery promptly. Then I noticed a high charge on the window sticker and, both Karim and Preston (manager) took care of me. Everyone was friendly and very patient with me and my 10 year old son. Avoid other DFW Toyota dealerships and go straight to Toyota of Denton; they wo take care of you.

Used USAA car buyers guide to look for a year end deal on a Toyota Avalon. Toyota of Denton was the only one within reasonable driving distance - 30 minutes - with the vehicle I wanted to see. Headed up after calling and was met by Mark Gonzalez. He was personable, knew about the USAA process and eventually produced a price that was LOWER than the "pre-negotiated" cost! WOW - I knew they were ready to deal on year-end vehicles but this price was really really good. Took my wife up to see the car that night and decided after the test drive to buy an Avalon Limited in dark metallic gray with a cream leather interior. Picked up up the next afternoon - spent about 45 minutes signing paperwork to transfer our tradein and finish the USAA bank loan. Easy - peasy! Would use Mark and Toyota of Denton next time - worth the drive and worth my time! Thanks guys!

Purpose of visit: To purchase a 2015 Prius C (Three) I was needing a commuter car as I will have a 100+- commute. I drove to Toyota of Denton my nearby dealer. Francisco Retana greeted me with a warm smile and introduced himself. He IMMEDIATELY put me at ease. I explained to him what I needed. Gas mileage being #1 concern. I could tell he was LISTENING to me. Since I was unsure if the Prius was the right car, Francisco initally showed me a Scion IA. This car was a LESS expensive option that had great MPG and pre-collision warning. It also had a lot more bells and whistles. Essentially more bang for the buck. He parked the car right next to the Prius C so that I could EASILY compare and make the best judgement. After test driving the Scion I decided I wanted to stay the course and spend a little more money for the Prius C. Having done the math, the savings over the longterm would be much more significant. Francisco sold me on the Prius. He reiterated that the Prius was a more established vehicle. It would retain its value. He also pointed out (which shows that he LISTENED) that I had initially said that gas mileage was my #1 goal. Once I decided on the color and features Franscisco pulled up the right car. I told Francisco what I was willing to pay for the car. I also was very CLEAR also what I did NOT want on the car. Francisco without any hesitation brought his Sales Manager Brad over to me. We went through the car with a fine comb essentially weeding out what I did and did not want. Brad was very professional and he also LISTENED. I have to say that I had a price in mind and Brad far exceeded my expectations. Price was quickly agreed upon. It was then smooth sailing from there. I was shown around the building where service was located etc.. By the way the building looks great. They are at the end of a major renovation to enlarge their dealership. So there is plenty of help when you need it! Have confidence when you visit and ask for Francisco and Brad. You will be well taken care of by people who actually LISTEN and DELIVER stellar customer service.

Leased a Toyota Camry, we agreed to a price, this went ok.It all went south when I was ready to sign the lease. Finance rep Aaron Roland greeted us in, he kept wanting to sell us extended warranties & I kept declining the offer. He then tells me that I am having a bad day, & responded that he is having a bad day instead of me. He walked out of the room & the rest of the signing was continued by Tony Cazares. Tony on the other hand was explaining the contract terms incorrectly, It seemed as if this was his first day at work. I did talk to General Manager Scott Fly 2 days later, he did not believe that his finance staff would have done so.If you have a General Manager with this attitude, you can assume the rest of the staff can behave in this manner. Customer service starts from the top of the ladder.

Professional courtesy is common in the automotive industry. I have sent many customers to this dealership to purchase vehicles. Normal procedures for this process is a referral reward. Due to the total unprofessionalism of the current management staff and lack of appreciation I will NEVER send another of my friends or family members to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. In this day and age of the car business customer service and appreciation to obtain every single deal is very important. The fact that I was simply blown off and told that my deals don't matter proves to me the lack of vision for the big picture and utter arrogance the managers posses.

My wife and I worked with Joe D. I spoke to him on the phone after I did a TrueCar quote online and the first thing I asked him was if I would get 0% APR with the TrueCar price. He said yes. We went to the dealer to meet him and look at the car, and I confirmed again "is this the price with 0% APR" and he confirmed. I called one last time a few days later after I had decided on the RAV4 to make sure the deal and the options were still good, and he, for the third time, confirmed I had the price and 0% APR correct. When we went in to make the purchase, right before he went to get the print out to show me all the line item amounts, I yet again confirmed the price and 0% APR on the car we had chosen, and he nodded and left to get the printout. When he returned, the price of the car went up $1100 from the same, original price we went over the previous four times. I asked him why, and he said I lose a rebate with the financing option. We immediately got up and left and he called after me while we're walking out, saying we never talked about financing. A couple different managers came and talked to us outside but would not honor the deal Joe had quoted/confirmed for us four times.

I believe the salesmen at this dealership represent everything that gives a car salesman a bad name. They listed a used Toyota on CarGurus.com, and I contacted them to make the purchase. Since I live 2 hours away from the dealership, a local couple in Denton with whom I am friends with went to look at the car for me, and reported back to go ahead with the purchase. I immediately returned the phone call to the dealer, said I would buy it, asked what they needed from me to secure it since I was 2 hours away, and was told to just come. Meanwhile, the manager decided to drive it up front, and just as I was getting into the car to meet with the person who had just bought my car so we could drive to Denton, I heard the phone ring, ran inside to get the call, and it was the salesman telling me, never mind, don't come, we just sold it to someone else. I replied, how in the world can you sell a car that was already sold, and what in the world would you have done had I had not answered the phone and showed up in Denton to pick up a car I thought I had just made an agreement to buy?? Whatever happened to honesty and integrity? Since they do carry the Toyota name, I did complain to Toyota Headquarters in California, and a few days later, the dealership called me to say at least we called you. The couple who went to the dealership to test drive the car for me who live in Denton also made it clear that they themselves would never do business with people like them, and would be sure everyone they know in Denton knows about the lack of honesty and integrity with which they do business.

Walked in to review my options on an upcoming lease end. My promotional manager, Bryant McDowell walked through several options with me between purchase current car, purchase new car, or lease another car. He had several options laid out in front of me and worked with me on what I could do. One of the options was to basically walk away and ride out my current lease until the end (13 more months). I have been to a lot of car dealerships, and have purchased several cars in my lifetime, but I have never been presented with the walk away option. After a meaningful conversation with Bryant, it was suggested that my best option due to year of car, mileage, etc, was to walk away, keep my lease and talk again in a year, where they could do more for me then they could now. I am very happy with my Current Camry (actually have two, one for my wife), and I am so amazed at the way I was treated, and the honesty from them that now was not the best time to make a deal. They wanted me to wait......never heard that from a dealership before as they always want to make that sale. I was very impressed with the whole situation, and it didn't take your typical 2 hours to figure out, which was awesome, as I have things to do. I am extremely happy with Toyota of Denton, and I will be back in the future to buy/lease again, no doubt about it. I recommend this place for sure, and ask for Bryant McDowell.

I recently purchased a preowned 2010 Ford Escape from their store on December. (4months ago) the sales rep was EXTREMELY helpful.About 2 weeks after I had bought it my check engine light came on. I checked the code on it and it came back and said an Evap leak. I assumed it was just my gas cap so I let it be. After driving about 45 miles the light went off so I was not worried about it. Over the last month or so the check engine light comes on so I started to get worried. I went got a diagnostic on it and came back the entire cap needs replaced and vent flap needs replacement. I spent $80 for the diagnostic. The mechanic said he would recommend it getting fixed soon because it will prevent me from PASSING INSPECTION. He said that with parts and labor it was going to run me about $630.So I called your service department and they told me that since I had bought it "as is" there is nothing they can do. If I wanted to bring it in and run another diagnostic on it (another $110) they could see exactly what is wrong with it. I completely agree that I bought the vehicle as is and I should be responsible for the damage. However, the issue was an issue before I bought the vehicle and it will prevent the yearly INSPECTION.WHY WOULD SELL A VEHICLE THAT HAS (EVEN THOUGH IT'S PREOWNED) AN ISSUE WITH INSPECTION ? something that can prevent you from driving on the road AND going to cost $600.The GM called me back and only charged me for parts. Was not expecting them to do that. Brought my 2009 Camry in for its 120,000 check-up. Joe Roberts was the Service Rep and answered all of my questions and made recommendations. I was offered a loaner car which was totally unexpected. I drive about 40,000 miles a year and have had Toyota of Denton service the car since I purchased it. Each time has been a great experience. On one visit, I asked to have my brakes checked and to replace them if necessary. Instead, I was told that there was enough life left on the brakes and could wait several more months. This is important for me in that they could have sold me on a brake job, but instead they told me to wait, what a great service department! I appreciate the honesty. I would highly recommend to anyone in using this dealership.

My wife and I just had a great new car experience leasing a new 2015 Corolla LE from Toyota of Denon. I called the dealership to ask about a recent advertised special and, from the point that my call was answered, we had one of the best dealership experiences in over 30 years of buying cars.Carrie Spears, our salesperson, listened to what we wanted at every step and made sure we got it. She knew the car inside and out, explaining and demonstrating the features very effectively. We were impressed with the level of technology and creature comforts in such a competitively priced vehicle.Carrie also understood the business side of the process. During negotiations, there was no running back and forth to the sales manager; when we needed to escalate, he simply joined the discussion. The final price, Incuding the trade in of our 2010 Corolla, was right in line with my expectations and below the advertised special. Throughout the process, we felt respected. During the meeting with the finance manager, we discussed additional options but, there was no pressure. We expressed our opinions on what we wanted and what we didn't want. That was one of the smoothest finance discussions I can recall.Prior to driving off the lot in our new car, Carrie made sure the Bluetooth phone connection was set up and walked me through a tutorial on how to use the features - all after the deal was done. Great after-sales service.We are glad we chose Toyota of Denton to look for a new car. We are even happier to have met Carrie, Alex, Roland, Ali and the rest of the team.

Sad to say but some dealerships are just like this. Disrespectful comments such as: 1) "do we need to look at a lower priced vehicle?" making assumption I couldn't afford the Highlander. 2) "do you think your current vehicle will worth more next year than right now?" uh...duh, really? and 3) took them 5 asks by myself for them to return my current vehicles keys to me so that I could leave. The cherry on top was when they finally came back with my keys and brought the sales manager who refused to look me in the eye as well as not even shake my hand. Sales Manager (young gentlemen) simply stated we can't do business with you today and walked off. This was the same guy I overheard telling a husband that next time he comes to purchase a car, he should leave his wife at home because that it what he would do.Shocked!

I had such a different experience than the one I had at a dealership just south on 35. I was told that I did not have to have an appointment. So when I finished other errands I drove to Denton and was greeted by such friendly people. They acted as if we were long lost friends, very refreshing. My husband and I wanted to purchase a used Toyota Camry. We did our homework and found a few at the Toyota of Denton as well as Toyota of Plano. We visited the Toyota of Plano and found a car we liked, but we saw virtually the same car online for the Denton dealership for about $1k cheaper. Knowing that it was a long drive to Denton, we called ahead to make sure they did in fact have the car we wanted and they confirmed that they had it on the lot. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to find that they did not have the car. Rather, it was located in Tennessee. When we advised the salesperson that we had called ahead to confirm and were extremely disappointed, he offered very little remorse or apology. This dealership intentionally mislead us to get us out to their lot in Denton.We do not recommend this dealership. However, we do recommend the Toyota in Plano as we had a very pleasant experience with them. They did not play any games. They listened to our needs and sold us exactly what we wanted. Thank you Toyota of Plano for restoring our faith in the car-buying experience.

I had a new set of tires installed on my Highlander at a tire shop, and my check air light came on, I checked the air pressures on my tires, and found nothing wrong. I drove to the dealership and told the Service Rep. Jose my problem. He advised that it might be the spare tire, He took my Highlander into the Shop, and a few minutes later came in to tell me that it was fixed. he told me that it was my spare tire low on air, they fixed it at no charge, I have not had any other issues but would expect them to be as nice and courteous as on the next visit. Buying those cars was a pleasant experience because Lisa not only treat me as a special customer, but demonstrated a professionalism beyond raproach. Wow!! Words can not describe how amazing Toyota of Denton is. I called in to see if a vehicle I saw on their website was still available. The phone was answered very energetically by a young man named Trevor. He informed the vehicle was available and set up an appointment for me to test drive. Upon my arrival Trevor already had the vehicle pulled up Ac on, and the car cool down in the 100 degree Texas heat. He took me on a test drive and showed me how to work anything and everything on the vehicle. After the Test Drive., Trevor gave me a straightforward price that was very affordable and it worked out and fit in my budget. All in all this was hands-down the most simplistic car buying process I have ever experienced. Trevor is truly an exceptional good looking well mannered amazing young man. Problem--dead battery on a Saturday morning. We were parked in such a way that we couldn't be jumped. I called Denton Toyota. Lacey gave me to Joe, who reassured us that he would send someone to my house. 15 minutes later V arrived and started my car, and then I drove to the dealership for repairs. V treated us as if my 92 year old mother and I were the only 2 customers there--of course, you had many! I realize a loaner car was an option, but we were soon notified that the car was ready----and V even took care of ridding the car of the lovely blueberry goo that the birds bless everyone with!I'm old enough to be V's mother, and any mother would be proud to call V her son. He's a real prince and my mother wholeheartedly agrees. V was attentive to my mother's mobility limitations in and out of the car.......well I could go on and on. Heard from a friend that had purchased here before about a lifetime warranty that they offered. However, I live in Terrell Tx and there are a few closer dealers than Denton Tx, so I called a few places from Dallas to Plano and also Lewisville to see if they could offer or match the same kind of warranty. The 1st dealer told me that it didn't exist and that the dealer was lying to me (which I knew wasn't true due to the fact of my friend) the 2nd place suckered me in and they were absolutely rude! Then once again I was suckered by the third and was told "yes" they can do the same thing. I went there and after 4hrs of getting the run around I was told that a "lifetime" warranty was going to cost me almost $4,000 extra. xxx? So after spending most of my day is Lewisville I shoot over to Denton and was greeted by a nice young man by the name of Nick Popplewell. He said he was a "friend" of the GM and that he promised and I quote "a world first class car buying experience" well by this point I was already tired and grumpy and just figured he was just another salesperson trying to get over on me and boy was I wrong. This guy literally ran back and forth for me because I waned to drive a few different vehicles (I'm a little picky) was sweet and answered with "yes ma'am" "no ma'am" and didn't make me feel awkward or uncomfortble. I found out the lifetime warranty is real and completly free even on most used cars too. However, I didn't end up buying the vehicle because I am waiting another month to put some extra cash down I just wanted to give Nick kudos on the excellent job and hard work. I felt bad and will be going back to him and that dealer but this is what really melted my heart when I told him I wasn't ready yet. Nick told me "no pressure or rush at all. He truly enjoys helping people and the only thing he ask in return for his time was that I tell people how I was treated" So Mr. Nick Popplewell this is my thank you and me keeping my promise! We drove in from two hours away to look at cars from this dealership. Although we found the one we wanted, it was not ready for us by the end of the day, so they gave us a loaner vehicle and drove the one we purchased to our town the next day to deliver it. They have a great staff, they are NOT pushy, and very willing to work with the customer. We will be making the trip again in the future when it's time for another vehicle!

On 8/27/14, Chris Nivens, Service Representative, Toyota of Denton, checked my New 2014 Avalon in for a repair unretated to anything over which the manufacturer or dealer would have any control and/or responsibility. I expected a cost to me of approximately $300.00. In less than two hours, while I waited, the work was completed and Mr. Nivens informed me I was ready for check out whereupon he accompanied me to the checkout counter. I was incredibly shocked to be presented with a "zero cost to me completed work order"!!!! .In asking Mr. Nivens "why, how" he said he and the dealership felt that the repair I needed was an expense that really should not be borne by me, thus they pursued a "waiver of the costs" by those empowered for such a decision. Imagine a dealership "unilaterally/voluntarily" executing such an action for the benefit of customer" at an obvious cost to the dealership. At my age of 77 yrs, this is absolutely the most satisfying experience I've ever had from any dealership. Long Live Toyota of Denton and Chris Nivens! Note: I purchased my New 2014 Avalon Limited from Jim McNatt Toyota, same location, just one week prior to the sale of the dealershiip to Toyota of Denton. I was totally unaware of the forthcoming dealership change of ownership until it happened.. Of course, I had some concern about the "unknown", but Toyota of Denton has a Happy Camper i.e., ME!!!!! What "World Class customer focus"!

I recently leased a 2014 Toyota Rav 4 at Toyota of Denton. The salesman, Randy Squire, was extremely helpful with information as was all the sales department. It went really smooth even though we had a freeze on our credit info. I just took the car in for it's first appt for service. Joe Robert quickly got me in and actually got it done in half the time estimated. Wow. I really appreciate their attention to detail. Every one I've talked to there is always extremely helpful and will call you back if they need to update you on anything. No complaints on anything at this dealership!

I was WAY upside down in my car, which I explained to each Toyota dealership when I walked in. Before Toyota of Denton (TOD), I had been to four other Dallas area Toyota dealerships, and we could not get the numbers to work for both parties. I was done with searching and had decided to drive my car till it dropped. The only reason I went to TOD that Sat morning was they had called earlier in the week and we setup an appointment. Jarrett (good guy) meet me at 0835 and listened to my situation. Three or four of the back and froths to the back office and we had a deal on a 2014 Prius Two we could both work with. I was stunned. Plus, Tony in the finance office was a bunch of fun and didn't try to up sale me. Go to Toyota of Denton!! They don't want to argue, they want to sale cars!!

He answered all of our questions, took us for a test drive in multiple cars (the ones that we were interested in) so that we couldn't make the best decision for us. I was on TruCar and Toyota of Denton got my name. After several calls they convinced me to come take a test drive because they had several models for me to look at. They only had one model. I drove it but it wasn't or didn't have all the right options I wanted plus I wanted to look at he Nissan Frontier. The sales person was rude and kept showing me cars I didn't want. Offered to get me what I wanted but at a higher price then what TruCar said they would honor because it was hard to get. So much for TruCar. At that point I just wanted to take my car back but they had the keys due to a below value estimate for my trade in. The experience sucked and I expected more from the dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The more the sales person pushed the more I got turned off. Please do yourself a favor and at least try another dealership before you pay more than you have to.

Simple Oil Change Service, at date 06/19/14 done. Wait time was about 1hr, but it took less. Great Service, decent Customer Service. I would like to thank "Steve" here for the great attention to detail from service to questions to a complimentary car wash. I did gave them however a 4 out of 5, for the reason of a bit repetition over with my service. I UNDERSTAND the customer service, but 4 times is a bit too much. I thank them nicely and went on my way. (for reference) Customer was a LEVEL "A" ASE Master Technician.

Had gone to the prior Jim McNatt Service for three years; New ownership and new service staff this time as Jim McNatt sold the Toyota and Honda stores (all existing staff have left); overcharged me for the 120,000 mile service from prior services and attempted to sell me on what their service advisor claimed was "needed service". Told me I need a wheel alignment when I just had new tires one week prior; told me I had brake problems when they had corrected that problem at a prior service. When asked, they first said they could not find in the computer but when I pressed them, they said "oh, I found that we did that for you so you don't need that now!!". Told me it would cost me $700 plus for a water pump but I got it done at another place for $400. They only care about overcharging you. I complained at the sale and was called by Joe, who said they apologized for the mistakes and would work with me on the issues. He said he would call the service manager and get back with me. Never happened!!! Don't go here for service unless you want to get ripped off. Will continue to tell everyone in Denton not to go there.

I was doing on-line car buying since I was out-of-state. I was in the process of finalizing a pre-owned car deal with Phil Watson. I explained to Phil that I want to be sure that the car not be sold while we are doing the paperwork electronically by email. He promised that the car would not be sold and its "parked in the back" I had the payment check and all paperwork ready to go. I asked the dealer via email what the next step was to finalize the deal. After numerous reminders and calls, I finally got a message 3 days later sayin they sold the car. Foul on them. Is this how they treat your on-line customers? ONLINE SHOPPERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This was our second new car purchase from Jim McNatt. Just like the first time, the service from start to finish was lacking nothing and was easy with no pressure or stress involved. The Sales Consulant Patrick Barrigan was exceptional and truly listen to my needs for a new Truck and provided me with some choices that were exactly what I requested. Patrick even went above and beyond what was expected in a sales consulant and returned after leaving for the day, so we could test drive a truck that evening with my family. We returned the very next morning and closed the deal with no additional questions. Patrick did answer all concerns and questions I did have prior to decision and was pleasent throughout the process. There were a few small gliches at closing, but quickly resolved and never had any doubts things were done right!!! If you like the new car process and purchase, you will also love their service department. We have been using them for over 10 years now and never had any questions about what was needed and/or repaired and had full confidence in their abilities.Thanks McNatt and Patrick for provided my family yet another reliable truck for use. This is my first experience with an auto dealer. My mother gave me her Toyota that she had only taken to Jim McNatt Toyota for service during its entire life. I went for my first visit in August for a 50,000 mile service. I was astonished to be greeted courteously, have the car serviced quickly and with no fuss, and then have the service manager talk to me professionally and courteously, explaining what the technician did and what I needed to watch out for maintenance for my car over the next few months. I left ecstatic at the quality of service and attention I received.I recently went back for a quick check before I took a road trip to Oklahoma. I was again greeted courteously, my car was looked at in less than 5 minutes, and again the service manager explained what I needed to consider when I brought the car back in for 60,000 mile service. Again, top-notch service and attention and I left feeling like I and my car were very special to Jim McNatt. I called the service manager the next day to thank him. My previous cars have gone to places like Firestone and oil-change places for service. Never again. You can't beat great customer service. Thank you for treating me so well.

I bought a used Toyota Tundra here and I was very pleased with the whole experience. This dealership was willing to negotiate and work with me on the price when other dealerships were not. I actually ended up getting a better, much nicer truck than I was planning to find in my price range. The salesman made the entire buying process very simple and enjoyable. He even texted me later that night to make sure my family and I had arrived home safely. The truck was cleaned and prepared really well. If I had not found this dealership, I would have settled for a smaller truck with fewer features at around the same price. But because of this dealer's willingness to work with me, I was able to come home with a truck I can be really happy with for years to come.

We had a great experience purchasing our certified used Pilot from Jim McNatt Auto Group. The process was fairly quick and everyone we worked with was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed working with Dennys Henriquez. He made things go as quickly and painlessly as possible. We had our 21 month old with us, and there was a room for him to play in with a few toys. They were as accommodating as a dealer can be to parents of a busy 21 month old boy :)! Overall, it was a very positive experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!These guys at MCNatt are totally dishonest!! I went in there last April to buy a truck on a Saturday, got the numbers all hammered out and then went to Finance guy (Justin Elliot), large and told him I did not want any of there options, warranties, add-ons ect. Well I get home and see that the finance guy(Justin Elliot) added Lo-Jack at $650! I did not want that or ask for that option on the truck, he asked me if I wanted I said no. Turns out they put it on and then charged me for it. Called up the next day and spoke with finance manager, said he would refund it...never happened. These guys at McNatt are the most dishonest Dealership in the DFW area. Steer clear of them for a new car Purchase!! Justin Elliot in Fiance Dept will add options to the buy and try to pull the wool over your eyes and will rip you off in a heart beat! After taking my tacoma here to be serviced for nearly nine years, I decided to bring in my girlfriends car for routine preventive maintenance. We had fluids changed and they told us the belts needed to be replaced. We agreed and had the service done. Keep in mind, this car only had 40,000 miles at time of initial service. A few days later, less than 2 hours drive time, a squeal could be heard coming from the engine while in idle. We informed Cat of the issue and she told us to bring it back in. After bringing it back she said that a belt was put on a little loose but they tightened it and the issue should be resolved. Upon returning home the noise returned and this time it was getting louder and more consistent when in idle. We informed Cat the problem was getting worse and she again recommended we bring the car back in. As soon as we arrived at the dealership Cat came out and was being incredibly defensive and rude. She was making comments like the car wasn't doing this when we left after the initial service and coming up with anything she could to make it seem like this was our fault. We left the car with them and all I said was that I just wanted them to make it right or they would no longer be maintaining my vehicles. She said it would take an hour but after 3.5 hours of waiting I finally called her and she informed me that the bearing on the water pump pulley was bad and the water pump needed to be replaced. She also informed me that they could not get the part and they would not perform the service. I was stunned. This has turned into a 1,000 dollar repair for us and Jim McNatt is declining they had anything to do with it and refusing to help us. This is after talking to Cat, Billy the service manager, and the GM. There are two options why this bearing in the water pump pulley, which is what the belt spins around, could have gone out. First, it was an absolute coincidence! The fact that the car only had 40,000 miles on it, was not showing any signs of water pump malfunction such as water leaking or over heating, and considering water pumps going out this early is extremely rare, it was strictly a coincidence that it malfunctioned less than two hours after they replaced the belts. The GM informed me that this was a much more logical explanation as compared to one of their technicians not being familiar with the car and was unable to remove the belt or get it back on and was placing excessive torque on the water pump pulley in an attempt to remove the belt. The car has an automatic tensioner on the serpentine belt but not the AC belt. If the technician was not familiar with this they would have struggled to get the serpentine belt on and off, having to place extreme tension on the pulleys. Also a belt being too tight can wear out bearings incredibly fast. I hope I don't have to explain to anyone else how incredibly ridiculous their explanation sounds and I am absolutely appalled that this is the treatment a loyal customer of nearly nine years is treated with. Sad to see our relationship end this way, but the last two years I have really noticed a difference in the service department here and it has not been for the better. You decide if you want to deal with these people or not, but I will not be going back. You really suck and truly think people are stupid Jim McNatt!

I took my Honda into the service department after our huge hail storm left over $7,000 worth of damage on my car. They assured me that my car would be handled by a certified Honda technician and would be given back to me in perfect condition. After 30 days of poor communication and wasted trips to the dealership, I got my car back. They failed to put a new clearshield on the car, saying I would need to come back to the dealership (which is 20 minutes away) to have it put on and that it would take only half of a day. If that wasn't frustrating enough, I got home and realized my windows wouldn't roll down all the way, the upholstry on the ceiling was coming out of the lining, the material around the sunroof wasn't attached, and the plastic siding between the windshield and front windows wasn't attached all the way. I took my car back in today (the date the technician specified to put the clearshield on) and showed him the many problems and explaining how inconvient this is for me since I currently need my car to go on interviews. He later called and said they can't do the work until Tuesday. I think I will take my car to an actual Honda dealership in the future.UPDATE:I went back to get my car today and Buddy was very friendly and apologetic. Technically it wasn't his fault that my car was returned back to me in less than perfect shape. He said that if he had been able to review my car before giving the keys over to me, he would've caught the mistakes and fixed them then. All of the errors have been fixed now and am just waiting on the clearshield now (which he informed me today actually will need to be put off until the paint has cured completely). He took all responsibility for the errors and wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the car and I am.

Got internet price from cars.com, received call from McNatt Honda, talked with the internet salesman and was given even a lower price than cars.com. Went to talk to them and we worked out a drive out price. Wife and I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school and told the salesman that I'll be back to purchase the car for the price that we agreeded on. I went back a couple of hours later with my check book in hand to purchase the CRV but now the car price has changed. Now they have to add the Destination charge, protection package price and window tint as well as some stripping done on the car. The price that I though we worked out now has gone up by 2K. So I asked the salesman about the price that we talked about and he stated that I misunderstood the price that he quoted me. MISUNDERSTOOD? REALLY? I walked out and went to Bankston Honda to purchase the 2012 Honda CRV. I even got it for 2K less then the price that I talked to McNatt honda about. All I can say is to stay away from Jim McNatt Honda. Go somewhere else.

Karen is the very best. I purchased a new 2011 4Runer from her last fall. All you have to do is tell her what you want and she will make it happen. This is a low-pressure sales environment. However, we found that no one at this dealership returns phone calls. We dealt with the pre-owned manager and were disappointed. Via email he told me he'd work with us on the price of the used Sienna, but when it came to purchasing, he wouldn't budge. We went ahead when he gave us a break on the warranty, and because we'd been shopping for months. Right before signing, we found a broken part on the seat back and asked him to fix it or we'd walk. He barely put the part back in, and it fell out again. He said that was the best he'd do because sales were "As Is". I told him that for a $16,000 vehicle, he needs to deliver something that isn't broken. When we told the person who dealt with the sales paperwork that we may not have a deal, he said that if it wasn't fixed to our requirements, he'd order the right part and give us a receipt to have the work done when the part arrived. IThis employee gave us better service than the sales manager! The part came in, but we never got a phone call for about 2 weeks because the sales manager was out. It was finally fixed, but it was impossible to get anyone there to return a phone call. I won't return there for another used car purchase

We have purchased three vehicles through Karen all Toyotas (4Runner Limited new, 2010 Corolla Sport used & 2008 Yaris used). I give Jim McNatt Toyota Five stars for a number of reasons including quality of service, quality of people, and willingness to work out a great all around deal. My history goes back to the purchase of my 2005 Tundra and 2 other vehicles. My most recent visit was for my second Prius. It was also the second time I worked with Karen. She is truly a great partner in buying a vehicle. Her general knowledge and experience is very useful and helpful in feeling comfortable with a new vehicle purchase. She made the investment in time to understand what I was looking for, find the vehicle I wanted, and explain all the details about my great new car. Closing the deal at Jim McNatt has been a painless process. The staff has been very fair with my trade-in, offered exceptional incentives going in, and great packages and financing coming out. The Jim McNatt Service Department has provided scheduled maintenance and service for all my Toyotas. I have always received great treatment and a good job at a fair price. Jim McNatt is an all around great dealership. It has great people, great facilities, and a great product. I left the lot in my 2011 Prius loving it and it gets better everyday.

Bought a new Tundra from this dealership 11 years ago when they were small and on University Dr in Denton. Bought a new 2011 Tundra from same dealership with Karen as my saleswoman and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER...She was very knowledgeable about the truck and was very efficient and professional. They definetly need to give Karen a big promotion, but...then they would be losing their best salesperson. When I buy my next Tundra it will be definetly from Jim McNatt, and hopefully Karen Severance will be my salesperson. The service dept has always been totally honest and very professional with each and every visit I've had. I have sent many friends to this dealership and they also have had very good experiences.

simply the worst dealership experience ive had - i dont seem to learn my lesson - 3 times now they have amazed me with their supreme ability to be inept at what they are supposed to do - service my vehicle without a lot of repeat errors....this last time - Kat, a service associate proud to have been doing the same job for 20 years (if thats not a sign of incompetence i dont know what is) lost my key - lied 3 times as to its whereabouts - the 3rd version being "i put the key in your hand ...buddy" (funny how i went from {my name} to "buddy") so knowing i had her caught in a 3rd lie - i called the general manager - i asked if the service room had cameras recording ...he said 'yep' - so guess what? he watched the video - and low and behold - not only did she not put the "key in my hand" - she never came within 10 feet of me - so when i said - "ok, enough with the lies - now what?" they said get an attorney and sue them - simply a bunch of clowns - inept in the most simple tasks - so my truck got an $89 detail from mcsplatt toyota - and i bought another key - FROM LEWISVILLE TOYOTA! I will drive 30 minutes right past mcnatt to the lewisville dealership before i would accept a free beer from those people - hey, i have 2 other stories just as bewildering as that. being lied to - looking at the video which proved i was right - and then to be told to just go away - i would think it hilarious...had the key not been $140!

BRAVO. Worked w/3 dealers, online. I wanted to work online. Rob Downing is the only one who DIDN"T call. If I wanted to be called, I would have checked that box. Gentle Rob responded to questions promptly. He LISTENED. Bettered Edmunds.com quote. He sent a personal email, not a mass generated one. When we went for a test drive, I said, "You're not like other auto sales people I've worked with. You listen. You're quiet. You're knowledgeable but don't fire hose me. So this is what sales at McNatt looks like?" Rob responds, "I like to treat people the way I'd treat my parents." I believe it. All that plus he found my all-time favorite car--the specific car I asked for. Before I left, I met everyone. Justin, his colleague taught me how to drive the Prius. He went at my speed so I didn't feel rushed or like he had a deal waiting in the wings. And he probably did: I picked up my car on 12-31-09. Thanks Justin. After the hour and a half lesson, Justin introduced me to the service department leader, the body shop staff person (with an aside that I probably would never have to talk to him again except to say hi, no collisions for me!). I asked if Jim McNatt was ever around. Justin said, "Why yes, we just passed him, he's talking to those people right now." As I left, I got an apple-how hip is that? I bought a Prius! Rob and the guys must know that we fuel-sipping car lovers are green livers, so the fruit is a nice touch.I went home and told my husband who owns a Honda all about my experience. He'll be bringing his Honda to Jim McNatt for service from now on.SOLD AND THRILLED.

As an out-of-state buyer who lives about 170 miles from Denton, Texas, I contacted Jim McNatt Toyota through its website to ask questions about a new 2010 4Runner Trail model that was not available with our local dealerships. Justin Elliot was the Internet Sales Manager who responded to my questions. After responding to my specific questions, he unexpectedly emailed me a 5-minute video that he created on-the-spot in which he walked around the vehicle, pointed out all of the features (both interior and exterior) and basically gave me as close of an experience in examining the specific 4Runner that I was interested in as anyone could accomplish 170 miles away. So he was right on top of using the latest technology to provide long distance customers with a high level of comfort that the vehicle they are talking about is exactly as represented on the dealer website. Once I had confirmed that it was the vehicle I wanted to purchase if reasonable terms could be worked out, he continued to be just as service-oriented and knowledgeable about the product. Everything came together very quickly and with great ease. While some dealers who know that they have a limited edition model in high demand take a very hard-line "you can pay sticker price or we will sell it to someone else" attitude because of their leverage position, Justin worked out the terms with me as though I was a valued customer who needed to be treated right and we quickly worked out a final deal. I have bought 3 prior vehicles in Dallas and, in each of those instances, had to drive to Dallas to pick up the vehicle and close the deal. To my great surprise, Justin volunteered to drive the 4Runner the 170 miles to my office and we closed the deal up here, which saved me about 8 hours of time and several hundred dollars in one-way car rental expense, gas and cab fare from the DFW airport rental locations to the dealerhip (which I incurred with each of my 3 prior purchase of vehicles in the Dallas area). I have dealt with some great dealerships and salesmen in the past, but this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Justin Elliot.

I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. When I put in for a price quote I had several calls that day from several different dealerships asking for my business. I chose to call Rob back because he had the most professional sounding message. Rob sounded like a person who was confident and could get me in the car that I wanted with no problem. When I first talked to Rob he made sure to ask specific questions about what I wanted and assured me that he would have Justin get back to me quickly. Justin stayed intouch with me through email and phone calls. He was very helpful and I was thankful that he was not extremely pushy. My absolute favorite part of the sale was the video that Justin made for me. It was above and beyond anything that I could have expected. I loved the extra personal touch of my name and the sold sign in the window. I've got to say besides the great price and the Toyota name that this is what kept me from going to other dealerships to shop for more prices. Once my husband and I came in to sign the final paperwork everyone we came in contact with was very nice, welcoming, and appreciative of our business.
