I was very pleased with the service that I received from both my sales person, Desmond, and sales manager, Corey. We all know that buying a car isn’t one of our favorite things to do, but these two made it a better experience. It was worth the drive and I will definitely be recommending this dealership —thank you guys!

Thankfully I don't need to have my 2013 Toyota Sienna serviced often but when I do I always receive excellent service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but also not pushy. They guide me through the process to determine what maintenance is urgent and what can wait until I can afford it. I highly recommend Toyota of Gastonia!

Craig Ballard was great to deal with. He worked very hard to get me an amazing deal. The Sales and Finance Manager were also easy to work with. The vehicle I wanted was 50+ days out but the team worked to get me a great value for my trade and locked in my deal with a very reasonable deposit. No markups past sticker price like some others are doing. These folks wanted the business and wanted to treat me fairly as a customer. I have purchased lots of cars and this was one of the quickest and most efficient purchases I’ve made. They have converted me into a Toyota buyer and I’ll definitely be back.

Exceptional remote experience at Toyota of Gastonia with Nicole. Definitely whole different level from other 3 dealerships in the area I shopped in. Nicole was prompt and professional, answered all my questions and got me what I was looking for. Just stopped at the dealership to pick up the car. I would highly recommend her.

They definitely do NOT go out of their way in ANY way. Promise things but don't deliver. Will not be purchasing from them again.
