My husband and I had a great buying experience at Toyota of Hattiesburg the customer service my husband and I received was first class. The sales process was fast and well organized you can really tell that this dealership is looking to have long lasting relationships with their customers. This was the first time in my car buying history that I walked away feeling like I got a good deal. And we would like to give Tommy Mellow, our sales / leasing consultant as well as the financing team 2 thumbs up for helping us get into the SUV of our dreams. :-) Happy Customer!!!

When I walked into Toyota of Hattiesburg with my wife I was really nervous. I did my homework to know what car to buy, but I honestly didn't think that we would be able to afford the high MPG "dream car" that we wanted. I also had heard stories before of other dealerships taking advantage of people; but, Toyota of Hattiesburg completely opened my eyes to how things Should be done. Wesley helped us get the car we went there for, and for a great price. And the best part about it was that the negotiation was entirely transparent. There weren't any hidden figures that would pop up on the invoice later. In fact there weren't many extra fees at all. This is what buying a car should be like. Carmax has a good thing going because of their transparency, but their cars are used and the prices are too high. The people at Toyota of Hattiesburg are good, hardworking people that are truly honest. I highly recommend them.

I just love coming in to get my car serviced I know that whenever I bring my Tundra in that either Josh or Ivan will make sure that everything is well taken of. I went in last week to get a oil change and tire rotation and as always Josh took great care of me and the ladies on the other side of the counter always welcome you with a smile. I can't wait to come visit you guys on 98. Great job!!!

Stunned by the BRILLIANT service we received when buying our F150 truck from them. Thanks to David Chapman (finance) and Jake Bolton (the salesman) for their highly professional service and treatment to us as customers. Made a call to them about the vehicle we saw online - couldn't get to the dealership due to issues with out current vehicle. They brought the vehicle to us - with the documents for purchase. We test drove the vehicle and bought it on the spot. Took about 30 mins of our time - Toyota Hattiesburg did everything else for us. I have bought 20 prior vehicles in my lifetime - but this was the BEST vehicle purchase I ever made.

I would not get a vehicle at this dealership if they were giving them away. First of all, I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. I spent several minutes walking around the lot and NO ONE asked if I needed any help. I had to go inside to ask if there were any salemen that worked there. The salesman (Mr. Owens) that finally assisted me was very nice. However, that was the only thing good I have to say about the experience. The sales manager treated me like I didn't have enough sense to tie my own shoes, much less make a deal on a vehicle. Another salesperson made a snide remark while I was there about not being able to explain anything to me. I'm certain I have more educational degrees that anyone I spoke to at that facility, yet I was treated very disrespectfully. Just because you're a female, doesn't mean that you can be easily taken advantage of or that you don't have any business sense. I went to a dealership across town who was more than happy to do business with me.....and I got a MUCH better deal.

Do not use this dealership! They took advantage of an 18 year old girl. They accepted her 2007 PT Cruiser for repair. Then, they said they didn't have a clue what was wrong with it and couldn't repair it. I demanded they tow it immediately to Dodge/Chrysler (who found the mechanical problem within minutes). When asked why they accepted the car... They lied and said my daughter told them it was a Toyota Camry. Our family has never owned a Toyota and never will! My daughter is NOT a liar!!!

Brought car in for replacement of 2 tire pressure sensors service confirmed as bad I paid for 3 as I knew we had just replaced one of the sensors. When the car was left to have them replaced I get a call telling me there are now 4 bad sensors and not I owe almost twice what I did. One of the 4 sensors on the car was less than 3 months old and I am forced to pay for it also. No one at the dealership in a position of authority has bothered to contact me to explain how 2 sensors now are 4. This is how people are treated at shade tree garages not at a place you should expect full professionalism.My presumption is in removing the tires they were damaged somehow and Toyota does not want to admit it.

Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Knew what he talking about. I felt he was putting me first and answering all my questions. The dealership is clean and the service dept. is wonderful and easy to deal with as well.

I purchased my vehicle at this location and I first took it in for my tires to be checked and they were able to do it during my lunch hour and then I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and the cost was far less than I had expected, since I had recently gotten my oil changed on another vehicle at another dealer and it cost more for that than for me to have my tires rotated and oil changed. I was able to get a ride to work and was picked up when it was ready. Just an outstanding location and service.

I went in for a routine oil change and I had a coupon for 30 minute or less oil change. I waited for almost an hour and a half for my truck to finally get finished. When I asked the cashier about the coupon she informed me the 30 minutes didn't start until the vehicle was pulled into the shop not the time I arrived. I felt embarassed that I used a coupon and she acted like I as trying to get something for nothing. I will not return to this service center and will not recommend it to anyone else. Terrible experience.

Since purchasing my car from this dealership I have made sure to make all of my service calls to the same place instead of going to somewhere else to have the oil changed. The service is out of this world due to the speed and efficiency in which everything is handled. When I went in for my usual oil change I signed up to have my tires rotated as well and found out within a short period of time that my tires were worn out in a way that would be beneficial to me to leave them as they are instead and was not charged which I was expecting to be since they took the time to look at the tires. Overall everything was perfect and the price charged in the end was well worth my time spent in the waiting room, somewhere along the lines of 20 to 30 minutes give or take.

I found Justin and the dealership very easy to work with. They spelled everything out and there were no surprises. I have only been back a couple times for maintenance and I think everything went well with the service department.

I have been dealing with Hattiesburg Toyota because I trust what they tell me and have not been disappointed yet. That is why I give them high ratings. I needed a car for the time my car was being serviced and they provided me with a brand new Camry 2012 to drive. They are always friendly. My car salesman, Wesley Breland has always come and spoken to me when he sees me at the dealership. Never have I had anyone to do this at other dealerships.

MOST VISITS ARE EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, RECENTLY MY WIFE HAD WAIT TWO HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. SHE WAS ADVISED IN ADVANCE THAT IT WOULD BE LONGER THAN USUAL. IT WAS A VERY BUSY DAY. STAFF WERE NICE AND POLITE. SHE DID NOT EXPECT TO HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG DUE TO MY COMMENTS TO HER AS TO HOW WELL VISITS HAVE GONE FOR ME IN THE PAST. WE WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE OUR CAR SERVICED THERE.

I have bought two vehicles in the past five years from Toyota of Hattiesburg. both purchases were overall smooth and enjoyable. Shad always is very nice and courteous to my wife and me when we come in for oil changes. The service personnel are very nice and never try to push unnecessary work on us. Waiting room facilities are comfortable . Overall always a good experience evrytime we are at the dealership. As I have worked at a dealership in the past, It seems that all the employees apwork well with each other and are all mor or less content with the management..

We have bought 6 Toyotas, 1 new and 5 used, since 2003 all from Raymond Fuller at Toyota of Hattiesburg. Raymond has consistantly gone out of his way to find us good used cars at a fair price. Raymond and Toyota of Hattiesburg actually deliver what so many dealers promise, that is I feel they put the customer first.

Our salesman Charlie Pinto was very courteous as was everyone we dealt with. The dealership gave us a great price and great friendly service from start to finish. Brandon was great help setting up my Bluetooth and also answering questions after the sale about our GPS. I could not ask for a better experience and plan on using Toyota of Hattiesburg again.

Brandon worked with us as far as he could. he made sure we got the deal we needed. and then when it came to financing he help the finance company with taking my check that they wouldn't take. It was very friendly and made us comfortable. If I learn someone's looking for a car, I will send him to Brandon.

My camry was at the mileage for a pretty major service. I dealt with Josh and Ivan and they took really good care of not only my car but of me. There were some thing I had read about on the internet and asked them if they could perform the work. They listened to me and explained why some of those things were not needed. They could have just said OK when I asked about it and made a few hundred more bucks but they didn't. That means alot. They also had a porter take me to the mall while they worked on my car so I could spend that extra cash from not doing un-needed work. lol. When they were done, they brought my car TO ME at the mall and took a check back to cover the work. They really made me feel like they cared about me as a valued customer and went above and beyond to do so.ThanksAmy Hayes

Dealer does not use manufactures suggested parts. Did not tell you before or after work is done they used sub-standard parts and refuse to use what the user manual stated.

Easiest car buying process I've ever been through. Would definitely recommend the drive from the Coast to deal with this dealership.
