I came literally trusting them. I only wanted an oil change. However, I was told since it's my 1st time it's free. BUT LISTEN TO THIS. FREE MY xxx. There very "honest" Employees stole 380 out of my wallet in my car. They took money without my consent which is considered burglary. All the managers did was say we can't do nothing. ! LIKE WELL YOUR SO CALLED TRUSTED EMPLOYEES should have been Checked. THEY DO NOT. ! I MEAN DO NOT PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST ! If they did I would have gotten back my money stolen from me. Nope. There employee was made 380 dollars richer. I will never ever come back or even recommend this location to anyone. How can an employee actually steal from customers and not have anything done to them. This is the worse place I've been too. Usually things like this should re taken care of immediately. But there they do not want to look bad. I'm sorry to say but you guys make Toyota look horrible. They need to find this employee and fire him because it probably hasn't been the first time. It's ridiculous

I went to a couple of dealerships and came up SHORT. Although I was very hesitant due to prior turn downs, Jamie was very consistently determined to get me in a car. This is the second vehicle that I purchase from Anthony Damato, the VIP sales program manager at Toyota of Hollywood. Once again, the car buying experience that he offers is by far the best there is. Just like before, by the time I arrived at the dealership the vehicle I had in mind was ready for test drive and paperwork was a breeze. With Anthony, there is no pressure, no price haggle, no headaches. By the time I came out of finance, his assistant Yessica delivered the car in a superb manner. Best service ever! Everyone was friendly to both me and my husband and they really worked hard to meet our needs to find something safe and reliable. I recommend John Galli to everyone. He was funny, very open and warm hearted. He went the extra mile, especially since I'm pregnant. And both the finace manager Zak and the insurance personal Carlos were very down to earth so we only got what we needed. I especially loved how well everyone worked together. 2 months ago I went to Toyota dealership, I didn't have good credit, they start to helping me but my case was heavy and want to gave up. One day, I decided to called back one last time to see where I stand and Richard Jean-Louis answered the phone and decided to help me. I never see somebody care so much for the customers, he was the only person stood up with me and said Rose you will get this car tonight. From start to finish, we were extremely impressed with Toyota of Hollywood. We were able to get the car we wanted, a RAV4 Hybrid, with all the options we listed. Total professionalism by the staff. Again just called for the third time today can't get a hold of the person to adress my problem with a recall on the dashboard of my sienna she went home for the day and I asked to speak to a manager and was told they all went to a meeting for the rest of the day so far I've left at least 10 messages and not one reply as of yet this location should be closed that's why I can't take my vehicle in there for service because they say they did work on your car and didn't and when I confronted them they said oh it's a mistake on the paperwork I'm just trying to get the recall done with them because they're the DEALER but let's see what happens now they're just unreliable it's an embarrassment to see what that name Toyota has been brought to

My took my car for recalled items to be replaced or repaired. The repairman was so rough, he broke the air vent, messed up the gloves(wont stay shut)scratched up my door frame and my steering column. It took them a month but they did replace the air vent they say they worked on the glove box, still broken, they refused to fix this Frame where they scratched it and the service manager who is supposed to take care of the couches on my steering column can't seem to return my phone calls or make an appointment or get around to it for 4 months now. I will never buy a new car from them I will never take my car there for service I will drive ten miles farther. Everytime you call you are put on hold for 20 minutes you leave multiple voice messages and no one calls you back including the service manager the assistant manager of the dealership or the GM or the owner. These people do not deserve your money. You have been forewarned.

Driving a new car is one of the best feelings that you can have, but when you drive a brand new Toyota the feeling is much high. Last year, I had the opportunity to meet Toyota of Hollywood while visiting Edgardo Rivas; I spoke with him because I wanted to change the car that I had in that moment. I dont imagine that at that time could have a new car, but after explaining my situation to Edgardo with extra details he knew that it was my need. To my surprise, TOYOTA could value me as a special guest and allowed me to have funding to have a new 2015 Corolla; I still feel grateful for that gesture. TOYOTA not only gave me the opportunity to change my ex-car but also allowed me, enter in the system of financing Toyota which is generating to me a lot of benefits.I totally recommend TOYOTA of HOLLYWOOD and Edgardo Rivas because they are very friendly and help you really get the car you want.Juan Lopez

When the deal was done on the car it took me almost two weeks to receive the car, which was very inconvenient. After I received the car I noticed that the car was making a weird noise, and the steering wheel was hard to use. I took it back and they inspected the car they reassured me that the car was not making any noise and that they would get the steering wheel fixed. Found out that the power steering went bad after going there countless times. After about two months I got it fixed, however the noise was still there that apparently I was the only one hearing. I took it to Kia and they told me that it was the a/c compressor that was causing the noise and I needed a new one. They offered to fix it for a service fee of 800. I took it back to toyota and gave them the report and suddenly they could hear the noise I've been hearing since I received the car. They still did not fix it, then not even six months later the car finally broke down because the alternator was bad. I purchased an extended warranty with the car that was supposed to cover the repair but was unable to use the warranty so I had to pay for it myself. I was back and forth with them for five months trying to find out why I was unable to use my extended warranty. They kept giving me the run around for five months until I got in touch with Yohan xxxxxxx (I might be spelling his name wrong). I called the company and they told me that there was no record on file to show that I had a warranty with them. At this point Yohan found out that whoever did my deal messed up the paperwork so the extended warranty was never activated. I contacted a manager there and told them all that was going on and he tells me that I never got an extended warranty from them, despite me having the contract in front of me! I got in touch with Yohan again because apparently he was the only one that could find this warranty that I was making up in my little head and also paying for. Anyways, he was very helpful and understood my frustration, resubmitted the paperworks and now I am waiting for it to be activated so that I can receive a refund for the warranty and get rid of this lemon that I was sold. I just have to say this was the worst experience ever and I went to a "trusted dealership" to avoid this and it still happened to me. Thank you Yohan for your help and I am sorry that you were left to clean up the mess your colleagues caused. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I hope you all see this review!

I bought a used certified 4Runner 2013, it's only 45.000 miles and the 2 front doors power lock are broken already, the dealership says it's too late for the warranty. I think it's too soon, for both locks to stop working. They are not willing to even replace the parts or do anything for me. All they want is to sell cars and they don't care about backing up the quality of cars they sell.

I have an appointment today at 8:00 am for oil change and asked to check my front right side brake, I have to mention that I am a customer at this location for the past 14 years. I have been directed to Gregg Whyte as my service manager. I have arrived at 8:15 at dealership service and waited half an our on the appointment line to get my car serviced. Gregg was polite and gave me an estimate of 2 hours, which I have decided to take. I wait and wait hoping that maybe my oil change might be less than 2 hours. Guess what ? after patiently waited 3 hours I have asked what is the status of my oil change and ask Gregg to cancel my Brake Inspection and to return my car either way. Of course they did not even touch my car, I have it returned after three and a half hours after arriving at Toyota of Hollywood Service. Before leaving I have to find out what went wrong with my car and of course with my time. Next in line was Manager Brian Singletery which told me that I am the third person in line in my attempt to reach him. Polite and stress out he offer me to have my oil changed in one hour ...hmmm after having an appointment early in the morning.. My last attempt to find out why this happened to me or maybe for a positive solution was the Service Director John Diaz, which was honest and told me that he does not have an excuse for this situation. My personal opinion is that this Service either does not have enough personnel or is taking a lot more appointments that it can carry, creating a very bad environment for all people involved being involved, starting with customers and finishing with employees and management. Please avoid at all cost! unless they will remedy this awkward situation.

Made an appointment with Sandra, I was open to anything as long as the payments were within my budget, if not, I would keep what I had. At first I was weary and I explained my situation and what I wanted. I was so impressed with their desire to help me meet my goals, and they did, more than I expected. Maybe it is about time that negative star rating should be created because this business deserves the negative infinity.I went in to shop for the Toyota LE 2016. The salesman Jose and offered me the worst price (included these crazy high fees and taxes) though I tried to negotiate a few times. The manager walked in with his stuck-up attitude, which made me wonder if I was his beggar. I told them that I had to work and have no time to waste if they can't offer me reasonable out-the door-price.I walked out of there with no regret. They called me an hour later on my phone and left a message. His name is Javar Croekett. He talked with me and my sister on the phone and promise an out- the-door price which we agreed to. We put the phone on speaker and everyone at my work could hear his promise. I also specifically confirmed the price with him many times because we do not want to waste time to go back and forth. He said, "OK, please come now!"When I came back later, instead of dealing with me and my sister, he passed us to another salesperson named Prince Chen. At the time, he said that he just showed us my wanted car but ended up trying to close the deal with us. Mr. Croekett, supposedly Business Development Manager, was now too busy dealing with another customer and nowhere to be found. At this time, Prince told us that the price that we agreed on was not included with tax and other fees, which was another $2000 more. That was quite a low-class trick. The same manager this morning walked in again with some paperwork and raised his voice like we asked him for food in a third-world country. I was not sure if he had learnt BUSINESS etiquette before moving his ways up to be a SUPER HIGH-ENDDDD MANAGER. Please be FIRED so other customers do not have to endure your acts.We specifically called Mr. Croekett on his cell phone to tell him the issue. He pretended that nothing happened and said how he would talk to Prince Chen about the REAL OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE and eventually got disconnected (well that was no brainer). Now, after indulging fried chicken with his bare hands in front of us and talking while chewing (is that also Toyota's new working procedure? Well, that was inappropriate, filthy, and disrespectful to clients), Mister Highty Prince pretended to walk out to talk with Mr. Croekett for another half an hour outside. Mr. Croekett was hidding and never actually came in to talk with us. I did not know that Business Development Manager was being taught to be a coward CHEATER in school. That was SAD and DISGUSTING HUMAN BEHAVIOR!!!!!Now, Mister. Prince Chen had the audacity to tell us to pay their new price and walked away being happy. How can a person being CHEATED and TRICKED be content? $2000 cannot just grow on tree for a college student like me. After spending more than 3 hours of being treated like third-class citizens, we asked to speak to the most UPPER MANAGER to get this issue resolved. Well, guess who it was? The same manager earlier who is now avoiding to see us by hiding outside. My brother saw that he was requested to come in but purposely ignored it. Hence, I actually found out that the actual General Manager's name is Steve Ostrov. Prince Chen lied to me saying that the top manager was the other guy. How can you even lie about this? I hoped that there was SURVEILLANCE at the time to record this SOAP OPERA. Now, I understand how other unhappy customers give this DISASTER place 2 stars and call them SHADYYYY.For a big corporation like Toyota, these crooked individuals will eventually drive every car dealership out of business. They do not care for any other human beings, besides of their own GREEDY pockets. My car got trashed from a car accident and I need one to commute for school. Now, because of them, I cannot travel to Boca Raton tomorrow for an important school event, which will affect my education and future. Thank you so much HOLLYWOOD TOYOTA for being "THE BEST PLACE FOR BEING STEPPED ON AND USED."

I would be remiss if I didn't say the other staff (Jaimy, Saaid and Valia) were nothing short of excellent, and honest (believe me I tested them all for two long days and was a weekend too). Zak isn't kidding when he says he treats his customers with respect and that he is never busy for his customers. After we purchased our 2016 Toyota Camry SE and returned (several the next day ) due to a noise coming from the front of the car, Zak made it a point to greet us. He again took the time to call us back, invited us to take the car back and assure us that he would make it right and would unbusy himself and be available to us at any given time. In 2 weeks i made about 6 attempts with very simple question to be answered. In 2 occasions they could not answer at all because service dept was too busy, twice I was transferred back and forth between 2 same people who could not answer because they did not know and 2 times after transferring between several service department associates they took my number and told me that somebody competent will return the phone call. Associate took a note and kindly repeated my issue and contact info and promises that he will pass the info to person who will be able to answer. Cant blame her at all, but sure can employees who got message. Never received a phone call.Me and my wife both own Toyotas and she spent several 1000's for services in this location. I guess not anymore. I was trying to see what would be prorated price on (84 months Warranty) Toyota Battery which was put in 2.5 years ago to her 2010 Toyota and when it could be done. Very simple.I gave up..

I'm not one to leave reviews but as I work in the Customer Service industry I know how important they are. Adin ended up showing me a 2015 Toyota Camry SE and I instantly fell in love. Adin and his team made it happen! I was their until a little after 9pm and never felt like a bother. They are attentive and honest about everything. Unlike other sales persons who try to force you into purchasing, John was very patient and honest about the car. He willingly answered any questions and had a very personal approach. Their service department needs a zero. I am from out of town and had trouble with my Toyota Truck while driving through Hollywood. I thought the smartest thing to do would be to go to a dealership for service. Worst mistake I ever made!! The truck was running when we brought it there. They kept the truck for ELEVEN days each day telling us "just one more day". Since we were out of time and money staying in a hotel for ELEVEN days we had to pay $900 to ship our truck home. When it arrived the ENGINE WAS IN PIECES!. Our local dealership says it will cost $3400 just to put the engine back together and they clearly broke pieces of the engine!! And don't believe it when they tell you to talk to the general manager, NO ONE WILL EVER CALL YOU BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE DISHONEST. I have had many cars in my lifetime and I understand things happen but we trusted this business and they have cost of thousands of dollars and don't care one bit. Do yourself a favor and find another Toyota dealership. I am from out of town so I have no reason to tell you anything but the truth.

Toyota of Hollywood provided me my husband and I, superior service from A to Z, when we went to test drive a 2015 Toyota Highlander. We started by making an appointment with our sales representative, Jose Morales, on Mothers Day. We told him what cars we were considering buying; top on our list was the Toyota Highlander. We decided on the Toyota Highlander because it is one of the top rated cars for reliability by consumer reports and it meets our space requirements. Our sales rep took us to see an exquisite looking champagne colored Toyota Highlander and went over all of the electronic features with me before I took a test drive. Since I would be the primary drive on this vehicle my husband let me decide if this was the one and it was. The salesmen worked with us on the price and even took our 17 year old truck as a trade in. We received 3 keys 2 of which have wireless remote locking capability. The car mats were missing; however the salesmen followed up, as promised, and had the car seats delivered via FEDEX to our home. Toyota of Hollywoods finance department provided us with the terms and length of financing that met our financial requirements. My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from Toyota of Hollywood and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota vehicle.

It is worth your while to make an appointment with the internet department. you don't have anyone chasing you around the parking lot and you can be assured that you will have someone to help you. Jhon Libreros was awesome. He is one of the internet sales managers and he handled my purchase when I came in that day. He made sure to take care of us and was very thoughtful. He was very honest with me from the start which I really appreciated. This is hard to find when you are dealing with car sales. Call and ask for him. He did a great job! i also communicated a lot with Angela Serrano from the internet team and she is very knowledgeable and informative. She answered any questions that I had right away.This is why I keep going back to Toyota of Hollywood from Homestead. Shawn Jones was also a great helping in making sure I understood what was happening and felt comfortable with my purchase. And of course the sales manager Said was awesome. He made it happen - he's amazing. Lastly was Steve the finance manager. he made the finance process easy, made sure we understood our options and made us laugh too! I love Toyota of Hollywood and won't ever buy a car anywhere else! This is my fourth car buying from them.

This is my second time leasing from Toyota. Adain Acevedo is my man!!! He is so awesome ! Very very helpful and knowledgable ! I will only use him! John libreros was excellent . He made sure I knew how to use the car and all its features before I left. He spent so much time helping me with all the new features. Rafeal Pichardo in fiance made the whole situation relaxing. He was so professional and explained everything in a way that even a person like myself could understand! The manager Momi Nahon .... One word.... Awesome !!!! He was a pleasure to do business with. I am a single mom with an 8 year old daughter and have no family in Florida besides a 90 year old mom in assisted living . The team at Toyota spent hours and hours and hours (!!!!!) helping me. I highly recommend the guys!! Thanx again

Being a first time car buyer, I didn't know what to expect. But I got in touch with an excellent sales rep named Vlad, and he was fantastic in setting me up with a 2012 Toyota Corolla. Low mileage, clean carfax, and certified. Vlad took into account my situation and gave me no hassle, hustle, or run around. I couldn't have had a better deal with him and the finance agent Yohan. Will be returning to then for financing and future car purchases.

It's been a year of careful planning and shopping before I decided to walk in this dealership and made my decision. I've always been hesitant since this will be my first NEW car purchase. Everywhere else I've visited has always tried to just sell me a car, and I mean ANY car. Even a car I don't even want just to make a sale. Robby Cone was soooooo helpful. He broke down the steps and actually gave me options on the car I asked for. Of all the nightmares I've gone through the other dealerships, Robby helped me choose and purchase my dream car. Sales representative, Adin Acevedo was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and the type of person that wanted me to have a one of a kind experience. You do not see this at many car dealerships. Most sales persons are only interested in the bottom line, how am I going to make the most money of this potential buyer. Mr.Acevedo was most interested in that I would have a positive experience at Toyota of Hollywood. I also experienced a wonderful finance officer that handled my financing of my vehicle in a very positive way. I went in with over 830 in credit score, and left with no less than 6 credit inquiries. The buying experience was ok, but I think they were upset at me because I would not give in to the price and terms they wanted. I left with a deal, but they got me with the credit inquiries. There was no need for so many inquiries when i had a high score. I am now recovering with my 790, all related to purchasing the Prius C - which I love very much, no thanks to the credit manager.

As a woman purchasing a new vehicle was overwhelming. After speaking with Mr Cone over the phone I felt comfortable and decided to go to Toyota of Hollywood. Upon arrival greeted by Mr. Cone who provided exceptional service while educating me regarding the cars with the service provided and the criteria needed. Basically he was very transparent, with his honesty so as I continue with the process I did not feel like a number or being persuaded to get what do not want. First I filled out a form at edmund.com then the internet manager Robby Cone call me. Then I went to the dealership on Nov 24thI first talked to a sales person with who the negotiations derailed.But as soon as I talked to Robby Cone (internate manager) teh conversation went positive.When I left the dealer on Nov 24th I left with a negotiated price.I called him on Saturday Dec 29th and he kept his word on the las figured we had agreed.I bought the 2015 Toyota Corolla LE on the very same day.Mr. Robby Cone was an excellent professional I dealt with.Also I praisede the good servoces provided by Mr. Abraham from Finance.Great experience.Ivan S.

BAD Dealership...... DON'T HONOR THEIR WORDS. If I could give a negative stars I would too. They all LIE to try to sell their car and bad mouth other dealership when their price can't match the other dealership. They said the other dealership just want to lure you back. However, Toyota of Hollywood is the one want that are doing this dirty trick and would not honor it. GiGi (manager) call me back on Sunday around 6 to see if they can do anything for me to buy their car. There is only $1000 different between the 2 dealers. They said give them an hour to work it out to see if they can work it out for me. They call me back 15 minutes later and agree to match the other dealer price. They told me to come down there and do the paper work. I took off from work (i have 3 young kids) so I can come there. When I get there, they said there is no way they can sell at that price. They even have the manager - GiGi come out and in front of her manager and the sell manager admitted that she did told me that they will sell me at that price but all they did was "NO, sorry. SHe had bad information. We can't sell it". No apology whatsoever from GiGi. If they don't HONOR their words..... what can you trust them with.... Maybe I should go with HONDA. DON'T GO TO TOYOTA OF HOLLYWOOD. I should have read the review about them before I shop there.Another thing, Asian please AWARE (especially Chinese who do not speak any English). The salesman act like he is helping you but he is actually helping his pocket. He is not Asian but he speak fluently Chinese. From the price he give me at $40K he can lower it down to $30K. If other Chinese people that don't know about negotiate or about the car, he could has sell it to them for $38K and make them believe he saves them $2K. Shop around and with other dealer. DO NOT GO HERE AT TOYOTA OF HOLLYWOOD.

I have gone to various Toyota dealerships in the tri-county area and this dealership has been the best. The sales department was forth coming and did not beat around the bush with me, which was appreciated. I had to wait for my vehicle after purchasing and fully expected to be treated differently when I went to pick up my vehicle (since I already purchased the vehicle) but I was pleasantly surprised that they were just as accommodating. The customer service was on point every time by the sales, finance and service department. This dealership has the first finance department that I have dealt with that I actually liked. Two thumbs up guys.

I have purchased multiple personal vehicles as well as business vehicles. I have also gone to several Toyota Dealerships in the Tri- County area and this one has been the best in regards to Sales and Customer Service. I went into this dealership a few times and every time was a positive experience. Despite waiting for my vehicle, it was delivered as promised, on time and both the Sales and Service Department took care of any questions. My sales person Bob E. Bobe was friendly, courteous an knowledgeable in assisting me with my purchase of a 2011 Camry. I had to practically beg his manager Steve Ostrov to have the head lights buffed and the paint touched up on this vehicle. He was not eager to this for me and gave me a hard time. I had a lousy experience with waiting 4 hours to have 6 spots of paint on the hood and one scratch on the rear bumped touched up. Brian from First Finish detailing left me stranded. I had to be at work at 12 noon that day. I told them this when I arrived, they didn't give a crap. I was the second car there at 8:30 Friday 10-31-2014. The other detail guy kept putting the wrong color paint on car. He kept putting silver, the car is gold. That whole experience put a sore taste in my mouth. I was 1 hour late for work due to the detail company. Mr Bobe was very kind and considerate to me. He actually brought me the extra keys to my vehicle as I could not get there . I had some issues with the way the dealership advertised certain sales prices on the radio...However the dealership made good on a sales price that I was very comfortable with after Customer service (Shawn) called me back to explain the ad and to further try to make me happy, with the price of the new car. Overall, they treated me very well, Reynaldo was very informative and straight to the point...I appreciated his candor and Shawn's willingness to reassure me that the dealership was willing to go the extra mile to make good on the negotiated price, which in fact in the end, was a superior deal. I received a call this past saturday from Crockett, asking me to come by Toyota of Hollywood. He said he could significantly reduce my monthly payments of $340 for my 2013 Corolla, because I qualified for the "customer loyalty program". He insisted it was worthwhile going there....After driving over 40 miles to get there today, and after spending 2.5 hours of my time listening to a cheap car sales team, their offer consisted in selling me a 2014 corolla or camry (the 2015 model is out already in the market) trading in my car, making a $2,000 downpayment, with monthly payments ranging from $469 to $549. There is nothing wrong with my corolla, or with my credit.I guess they have the resources to waste my time, insult my intellect, and have the audacity to try to make me feel responsible for such a bad taste cheap strategy or scam to get customers buy their old cars... To my opinion, they are not to be trusted! Jose Vega

I came in to test drive a prius and then a corolla, after going on a test drive with Dennis I talked some things out with him and then went home. He stayed in contact with me but didn't call me everyday and push me. When I needed help he helped, but didn't smother, which as a new car buyer was something I needed. I compared prices all over the state, including a very cool completly green facility in clearwater, and nobody in the state would beat the price Dennis Aguilar was willing to give me. He works with the county initiative and being a teacher he was willing to help me out. The finance manager, Jose Oliu who worked with Dennis helped me get where I needed to be without pushing tons of options on me, but still explaining all the different stages and options but not forcing them on me. He stayed late and was professional, After I purchased the car within a week they made good on all of their promises, I showed up one day for help with the messenger options on the Corolla and Dennis wasn't there but another gentleman by the name of Bob E. Bob was, helped me out as if I had purchased the car from him instead, seemed like a great guy, knowledgeable and friendly.Finally I had leather seats installed and the man in charge, Sonny was extremely quick and professional, a clean and quick install with no problems and now my new beautiful car has new beautiful leather. Now the dealership is definitely old, and is definitely run down...but you can't beat the price or the service.

I am a big fan of Toyota, specifically the Camry line, so it's model I would like to continue driving. My previous 2006 Toyota Camry was totaled unfortunately, so shopping for a new car already carried a significant amount of stress for me, especially having an unsuccessful attempt at purchasing a 2014 Camry, mixed with a bad experience at Toyota of Homestead. Worst dealerships ever do not buy your car here!! ! Me and my Wife went in to see a used car (2009 Toyota Corolla) that we saw on the internet, however, they totally ignored that and went straight to trying to sell me a new car when I specifically told him we did not want a new Car because we knew that is was going to be way too expensive for our budget as a first time buyer. Eventually, we were told that we could get approved even thought we did not have the credit for it. Then we start filling out all the paper work even after DENNIS AGUILAR WAS told that we did not want the car he continued to be very aggressive and unprofessional with his sales tactics! Soon after Dennis asked for our credit card, we asked what for and he said just so we can have it on file. My wife being gullible and trusting him she gave him the card for the deposit he said nothing would be ran until a deal was agreed upon. We then head over to finance and start talking number they were trying to help us with our budget but the number were not for our budget. We tell them that we couldnt make the payments and that we were going to go somewhere else, then Dennis comes running from left field and starts telling us that we should go look at used cars which is what we had told him initially. So we then head over to the used car lot that where we didnt like anything we saw, Dennis continued with his pushy salesman tactics and did not want to lose us as a potential buyer. We then left soon after Dennis gave us a call and told us that he had a better car and to come back tomorrow. 3 hours after leaving the dealer my wife when to go use her card and it was declined, we go and check her bank statement and it was 0!!!!!!!! I call Dennis and could not get a hold of him for 2 hours!!! After reaching Dennis I asked him why he ran the CC after he had told us that nothing would be ran until we came to a agreement. He soon after gave us a BS excused and told us once again to go back tomorrow to the lot. We go back to get the refund and we were not able to get the refund after 3 days!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE !!

The experience of simply test driving a Toyota Corolla turned into a high pressure sales pitch that lasted almost an hour. I had the misfortune of being targeted my Mr. Prince (I don't remember his first name) who accompanied me on the test drive back in March 2014. To begin with any dealership you go to makes a photocopy of your license and returns it to you IMMEDIATELY before the test drive. Toyota of Hollywood will keep your license ransom so that you are forced to go into the office to retrieve it. Once this happens buckle brace yourself because you will be hammered. When we returned to the office Mr. Prince baited me into running my credit. You can call it whatever you want and blame the customer since its their credit being run, but at the end of the day but Mr. Prince was acutely aware of what he was doing. After almost an hour of being attacked by this man into almost buying a car, at a price which was not even worth the ordeal btw, I was finally able to demand and receive my license back. This wasn't the end of it, however, as Mr. Prince chased me down in the parking lot to tell me that I shouldn't run my credit anywhere else since it would affect my rating. Even after I emerged from this Mr. Prince called me incessantly for days after even though I did not pick up. Only after I finally answered and firmly told him to stop calling did the calls finally cease. This dealership is so bad that on a 1-5 scale giving them a rating of even 1 would actually be doing them a favor. If I were an executive at Toyota I would be embarrassed to have this dealership sell my automobiles.

I took a 2008 Nissan Quest for a test drive I loved it and the price was right. My salesman was one of the biggest BSer's that I've ever met but I ingnored him knowing that the vehicle was being offered to me for a reasonable price. He told me with confidence that the mini van had 270 horse power and took regular gas. I looked it up on my smart phone in front of him and pointed out that it had 235 hp and that it recommended 91 octane(premium gas). I purchased the vehicle and paid in full and was promised that I would be able to pick it up the following day after they inspected it. This vehicle was listed for sale on their website. The following day I was told that the DVD player didn't work and there was a problem with one of the windows and It wouldn't be ready for another day. I called the next day and then was told that the vehicle wasn't going to pass inspection and that It had something wrong with the engine. When I drove it during the test drive it ran perfect. And when I was working on getting my refund put back on my credit card it was a large pain. Also for some unknown reason they just ran my credit without my permission when I initially paid with my credit card, this seems very shady to me. I wasted several hours at this dealership and from my experience I would only send my enemies there.

I leased a brand new Toyota Camry back in 2011; by the end of 2013 I started to get phone calls from the sales associates of Toyota Hollywood, telling me that I qualified for a trade in and that they will take care of the remaining payments and I will be able to get a brand new 2014 Camry, with no down payment. Of course this sounded very interesting, so I waited until my next day off to go to the dealership, once I got there everything changed, they wasted my entire day, and after they ran out of option that will only benefit them, they finally told me sorry there is nothing we can do for you, you should try again in a few months.very disappointed I returned home telling myself that I will never go back to Toyota of Hollywood (Fl) Not too long after that I started to receive phone calls again, this time from a sales person named Crocket, with by the way call me over a 50 times, trying to get my attention, until he finally did by telling me the following: I really want you to stop by I have a great deal for you!!! You will trade in your 2011 Toyota Camry (with 7 remaining payment left) and we will give you a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry SE. You wont have to put a dollar for down payment (because of my Toyota loyalty) and you will even have lower payment going from $360.00 a month (what Im paying right now) to $ 240.00 a month.. Well needless to say this sounded really good, so good that I had to ask him, are you sure that you can do that??? To what he responded of course I can!! I already even talk to my boss about it. So I finally show up and I asked for him as he told me to do so (Crocket), turns out that he send another guy to talk to me, (this after bombing me with over 50 phone calls), not a good start at allHow rude are you not to show your face to a customer that you had been calling repeatedly promising something that appear to be a great deal?? Instead he send this other guy Peter saying that he was really busy on the phone.whateververy rude, very unprofessional So this guy Pete tried everything on his power to make me put money down, tried to convince me to buy the xxxx car, and he even tried to get my wifes social security number. I told him that Crocket had promise me such and such over the phone, and that is exactly what Im here to collect, he went two or three times to see his boss, and finally return once again saying, Im sorry dude, there is nothing we can do for you, you should come back in a couple of months. I hope any of the so called upper management individual of this so called car dealership reads this review take cares of the situation so they stop losing business.. You need to understand that our satisfaction as customers it is in fact your future as car dealership, and that there is many other car brands and different car dealerships that will gladly take our business, with this stupid game you tried to pull on me, you lost me and my family (that all drive Toyota cars), and we wont be coming back to you and we will never get a Toyota again. You should have more respect for your customers; we make the difference in between a great dealership, and a not so good one such as yours I will make sure to run this review in all major websites, and all social media, to alert other and prevent this to happen to other potential customers I believe that successful sales business is fundamentally and ultimately based on human relationships and personal connectionsomething you need to teach your staff about.

I went in because my transmission went out on my car. The manager told me to come back doing the week when Toyota can get approved that they can do my car that still under warranty. They must be the worst service I ever seen. The right thing to do was give me a rent a car & fix the problem. I didnt waste my time by going to upper management. Wont buy another car from this company ever again.

My first experience with Richard Jean-Louis was about 2 yrs. ago. I purchased a 2010 Camry, manual transmission from him. I had such a great experience with him, that when I decided to switch to a automatic, I seek his assistance again. He was so patient will all my questions. They were the absolute best I bought a 2001 toyota corolla like new with 26,000 miles for $4000 they said they often get in very clean cars like this because they have an older clientele that trades up. I got a great service by the internet manager Reynaldo del Rio. He spent a long time with me, was never pushy and very nice throughout the whole buying process and afterwards. He always made sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions. He even called a few days later to see how I liked my new car. Euly from the service department also took great care of me, making sure I won't have to wait too long with my 3 year old daughter. Everybody at the dealership was very nice throughout my stay.

Richard Jean-Louis was fabulous. Friendly and helpful - always answered all my text messages and phone calls and listened to everything I had to say. I think the dealership needs refurbishing and I was not completely happy with the initial appraisal for my trade-in. This was taken care of by Richard and a more appropriate offer was made. The car is absolutely perfect - couldn't ask for more. I also got several emails before I had the car in my possession to bring it in for service. So there is a glitch somewhere. Also got a letter saying that I was not approved for credit when I never asked for financing and paid for my car in cash. So I would definitely recommend Richard Jean-Louis without hesitation as he really tried to make me happy with my purchase and was eager to make sure I got what I wanted.

This was my first car shopping experience and I wouldn't have it any other way. Bob E. BOBE was very patient and explained the process to me the 20 times I asked him. I told him a few features that I wanted and right away he knew what car I was interested in without me having to point it out. I also feel he helped me get the best deal possible. Even though the process was a bit lengthy he managed to keep my 5 year old entertained, allowing me to concentrate on all the paperwork. On a side note, I saw him taking care of a previous customer; which makes me feel confident that if I ever have problems I can go back and talk to him. I LOVE MY CAR

This place should be the set for a sleazy used car movie (except it's a new car store). The building, location, people all equal a SCARY DEALERSHIP. Let's forget about the fact that this dealership must be Toyota's biggest visual embarrassment... When you pull up there are at least ten salespeople (mostly smoking) waiting to pounce. It made me feel uncomfortable from the start. I made an appointment to see a car, showed up and guess what? The internet sales guy wasn't available and nobody else could help me because they weren't in the internet department and if they had helped me, it would be "stealing a customer". I would call it "helping a colleague and a customer", but not at Toyota of Hollywood. Apparently if a customer shows up ready to drive and buy a car, Toyota of Hollywood won't let you buy it. The receptionists were very nice but they can only do so much. The corporate office for Craig Zinn Group (Toyota of Hollywood owner) is across the street... Maybe they should visit this store sometime and look the ugly reality in the face!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I was recently in a horrible car accident which lead to my 2005 Toyota Corolla being totaled. I had a short amount of time to find a new car with payments that fit into my budget which caused more stressed and overwhelmed on top of everything else from the accident. However, those feelings changed as soon as I went to Hollywood Toyota the care and concerned Clifton Budham. Clifton, treated my as his own daughter by hearing what happened, giving me knowledge and wisdom about the car he has in mind, as well as listen to what I can afford. He took every bit of time to worked VERY hard and with a great amount of care to find the car that will work. He went above his duties to even talk to the general manager about what happened and how can his team get me into a new car without causing me any debts or stress. By the end of the night, i drove away with a new 2013 Toyota Corolla with an amazing packet and feeling a load of stress off my back. Clifton, is one of many blessed angels that goes above and beyond. He cares more about a person then just a sale. Clifton even called the next day to follow-up on me as well as my new care. Overall I recommend this dealer for anyone who wants to buy a car. South Dade Toyota is a scam. Specifically Daniela (internet sales). She told us lies to bring us to the dealer and then change the price. All there (south dade toyota) was a big lie. I went into this dealership to get an oil change and was upset at the serviceman and the fact that had a brake problem. Anyhow sitting outside upset Manuel came up to me very friendly and asked me if I considered re financing my car. Explained no I didn't want to and that I wanted to but a 2012 Camry but was totally turned off by the people in Lauderdale Lakes, Fl. I was really considering leaving the brand. It also didn't help the situation with the serviceman . After the fact I expressed that I don't want to bothered he stated to just give him a few minutes. So I did , long story short his claming personality and honesty helped me into the 2013 Camry . But that not before Hernando Osorio helped with the finance part . He was very friendly and caring. they went above and beyond and expectations. In the end I now have a beautiful car with a 10% lower intrest rate. shocking!!!!! Nothing close to what Lauderdale tried to get me to take .

After 7 hours, no lunch, no dinner a lot of car testing, he kept his smile and his amazing sense of humor. I actually can say that WE had a blast at the dealer. Richard responded to my internet query, as did several other dealerships. I went to see what he had in stock and fell in love with the very first car he showed me...it had everything I wanted and even more. We worked out a purchase price that sounded good, but I had to convince myself and work out the finances. I went back the next day to make sure this deal was the right one for me. He was so helpful and did not pressure me at all, but did whatever he could so I could purchase the car I wanted. He knew I was in love with that car and had it all ready for me that day. They made me a deal I couldn't refuse. i had no idea I would be driving the car home that day and was so surprised that I could. He stayed with me until 10:00PM when all the other paperwork was finished...he set up the controls and radio/phone for me. I trusted them so that I never even drove the car before I purchased it. My first ride in it was to my home. Wow...how could I do that? But I had 15 years of good dependability with my Camry that i was leaving there, so I felt this one had to be just as good. Can't believe that I got a little tearful leaving my 1998 Camry, I felt it had another 100,000 miles to go. I'm looking forward to the same good experience with this new, beautiful car. Thank you Richard...you played a big part in making this possible.

I started working with Jodi after I was referred to her by Angela in their internet department. Let me just say that Jodi reinstated my faith in people going out of their way to help customers find the right car and get it to them at the right price. Unfortunately the only problem is there are "Managers" behind the counter who think every customer is the same and only thing that matters is their profit. I started my conversation with Jodi based on an online advertized special for lease on Sienna and Camry. I visited the dealership once but unfortunately they didn't have the right options on Sienna, they did have the Camry so we had to leave till Jodi could get the right trim/options Sienna. While at the dealership, unfortunately my wife and sons stayed in the car for a few minutes when we had arrived and they ran the ac/etc with the engine off and caused the battery to go dead. This was a very busy time for them and service was already closed but Jodi went out of her way to get us a jump, even though their jump start machine was not powerful enough but she tried her best to get the car up and running and asked for favors from other salesman to help me.A couple of days later they did have the two cars I liked and we went down there again. Me and my wife both took a test drive again and Jodi worked with us patiently. Then we decided to go ahead with the lease and I started discussing the numbers with Jodi. She made a few trips to the sales manager to see if the manager would come close to the numbers I was looking for. Leasing two cars in 1 day I expected excellent numbers. I have an excel sheet in which I created all calculations necessary to come up with lease numbers and I was guided by that when I was asking for the #s I wanted. Jodi even tried explaining my numbers to the manager who probably didn't agree but finally decided to meet with me.I told him what I wanted and he pushed a very high number. I told him that what I was looking for was based on my research and it was fair. Ultimately we came down to exchanging per month #s for all inclusive zero down lease. I refused his offer for $667 down plus $x per month and told him the # should be zero down and $x per month. so he says ok you got it we will give you zero down but the per months # will be $x+30, which effectively meant paying $400+ more for the entire lease than his own previous offer. Either his math was too poor or he thought that I cannot multiply and figure out what he was trying to pull. So after 1 hour of back and forth and having shown him on my excel sheet him how I came up to my #s the only trick this guy could think of was to try to fool me by adding the pork in the payment. My immediate answer to his offer, "Have a good a night!" and I got up. This guy didn't try to convince me further or say anything, he was willing to lose two car deal.The amazing part is I got my cars somewhere else for a few dollars less than what I had agreed to pay him. I feel very bad for Jodi who worked so hard to earn my business and get me the #s I wanted. Even after I told her I had leased my cars somewhere else she tried to maintain the relationship by inviting me to come down for scheduled maintenance which will be difficult since I live 40 miles away.If someone in management is reading this, please appreciate the work Jodi is doing for your company and I would recommend sitting down with the manager who was dealing with me and explaining to them that when you have a customer who knows a bit about #s, sneaking a deal with more money than you originally offered is definitely a no no!

We have purchased many a car over the years and the transactions never went as smooth and quick as it did with Danny. The information and promises he made on the phone the night before all were represented in person the next day. We more than appreciate his assistance, patience and honesty. This was a first new car purchase for our 25 year old daughter and both he and Mr. Kennedy in Finance Dpt. took the time to explain the process (several times) so she could learn and understand for the rest of her life how to complete a vehicle purchase. She actually lives on Orlando and goes to UCF, had gone to the dealership up there and left crying. On 2/20/13 we called Toyota of Hollywood inquiring about a used Sequoia. The Business and Development manager "Crockett" who answered, told us he had a Red 2012 Sequoia SR5 on the lot, with leather, sun roof, towing package, 5.7L V8 engine and 18,000 miles for $29,995, (a price that we reconfirmed over the phone!) We identified ourselves as being an all cash buyer, nothing to trade in, that we had driven 3.5 hours from the Florida Keys, and this was exactly what we wanted...(this was a great price which sounded too good to be true?). When we arrived, we were greeted by a very nice salesman, Paul, who went to the "Manager" Crockett, whom we spoke to on the phone, and then he lead us out to the lot to "find" this Sequoia. Guess what..."it must be out on a test drive...can I show you a new Sequoia?" (He was obviously nervous and uncomfortable telling us this). We politely declined and told Paul that we wanted to go back in the showroom and see when the car would be back. Paul then had us sit while he went to talk to "Crockett" . When he returned, the "new story" was that the Sequoia was under contract...which was amazing since it was available 30 minutes earlier when we called. We asked to see the car anyway in case the contract fell through, but the reply was the car must be at another dealership...so apparently in 30 to 45 minutes the car had a test drive, was moved to another dealership and had a contract on it! So...anyone reading this can see the true picture, and where this story is heading...CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH! The aforementioned SR5 never existed! The NADA Guide rough trade in value is $31,900, and the Dealers "clean retail value" is $39,400!...it was a price that was too good to be true! Paul, our nice young salesman was very apologetic and offered us two Toyota ball caps (which we declined.) We never did get to meet Crockett, and he would not take our followup calls, nor return our message on his voice-mail to appologize! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLASSIC RIP OFF dealership. I am a long time Toyota owner (Solara convertible)...I love my Toyota...great product...but...this dealership is about as slimey as they get! Shop for your new or used Toyota elsewhere...they are great cars!

Last saturday I went in to Toyota Hollywood to service my car. When I got to the service department everything that I needed done to my car was going to cost more than I could afford.I saw Mr. Jean-Louis, he sold me my first car. I explained my dilemma and he immediately started to ask me questions about my payments and how long I have had the car I was in. He told me that Toyota was offering special financing to their existing customers and if I was willing he would see if he could get me into a new car. I was not interested at first but when he explained that the new vehicle came with 3 years of service I told him to go for it. He spoke to the manager and got me the deal of a lifetime. On monday morning I went to the credit union that I bank with and asked them to beat the deal offered to me by Toyota. According to the representative at the credit union they could not even match the rate that Toyota gave me, let alone beat it. I was shocked...Not only do I love my new csmry SE, I know that I got an wesome deal from Toyota of Hollywood. So, Thank you Mr. Jean-Louis for all your help.

We bought a used car from Richard and Toyota of Hollywood nearly 5 years ago & have been happy with it since. However, I was considering whether it was now time to trade it in. Knowing that Richard was still working at the same dealership, we sought him out and in his usual knowledgeable & patient way he walked us through the many options offered by the new 2012 Camrys. We are delighted to now be the new owners of an SE Limited Sports Edition with 4 cylinders that gets better mileage & better handling and pickup than my old 2002 6 cylinder Solara SLE! I went to Toyota of Hollywood after having a very bad experience at another Toyota dealership out west. When I came to meet Mr. Louis, I was only interested in a used car with decent miles. I never thought I would be able to get a new car with ZERO miles. Well he made that dream come true. He took his time with me, never rushed me and I was able to get a brand new car! My fiance loved mine so much, we went back later that day, traded his truck in and he bought the same new 2012 Corolla as me but in a different color. And he wasnt even looking for a new car. Mr. Louis stayed with us until midnight, until everything was finished, and they close at 9pm but he never left. Then my mom saw mine and now she is getting one also. Overall Mr. Louis will find you the best deal for your budget. Im graduating grad school at the end of the year, and this just adds to my new beginning. I had the pleasure of working with Robert Bobe, the Internet Sales Manager, at Toyota of Hollywood. I was emailing Robert Bobe a month in advance of going to the dealership because I was out of town. Robert was very attentive to my car needs and always emailed me promptly with ideas and prices, not to mention the many chats we had the phone. When I did arrive a month later and was able to meet him face-to-face, I felt right at home with him. He was sincere and knowledgeable about the cars. I ended up getting more than I anticipated because Robert explained things so well. I brought a friend along and he even enjoyed the process. We ended up lunching together. After all of the paper transactions took place, Robert navigated me around the dealership and introduced me to the Service Dept. and Customer Relations. It should also be noted that I really enjoyed working with Said Alkhalaf, the Sales Manager. He was a great listener, very professional, kind and sensitive to me as a buyer. I liked the way Said and Robert worked well together; they are wonderful assets to the dealership! All in all, I was very pleased with the people I encountered at Toyota of Hollywood.

Time is very important to me. I requested a quote for the vehicle I was looking for on the internet. After reviewing the quote, which indicated the price,serial number and options, I called Robert and discussed the total price. Two hours later I was test driving a vehicle with a few more options for the same price. Shortly after that I was driving my vehicle home with Robert following me, with my new purchased vehicle. Robert also suggested obtaining a quote for insurance with the representatives located at the dealership. It turns out that will save me a substantial amount of money. Robert was very helpful during the complete process. However most importantly was the time spent on the phone prior to the sale and making the trip to deliver the new vehicle to my home.

Adin, was an excellent, no pressure, honest salesperson who was a pleasure to deal with. I communicated with him mainly through email since I live over 1,000 miles away from the dealership and because that was my preferred way of communication. His approach, and his honesty, was what ultimately led me to use Toyota of Hollywood to purchase my car rather than the dealership that is 50 miles from my home but was less than honest. I would buy again through Adin despite the distance I had to drive to get my vehicle home. Incidentally, the driver who picked me up at the airport (Jack) was extremely friendly and welcoming as well.

All the employees were very very nice but Richard Jean-Louis was especially warm and friendly and....persistent. I originally made contact on line and Richard was my contact. He called and called and we finally came in and to our delight we met Richard who was sweet and agreeable and patient all through our car purchase even to the very and when we walked out at 10:30 pm on Saturday night and there he was with our new Prius shining and gorgeous and he stayed to teach me the dash board and accessories . What a doll. He is the best !!! What an asset to Toyota of Hollywood.... along with Efram (I hope I got that right) in the finance/closing dept so efficenct and fast and pleasant and the young lad Hamlet in the insurance dept. Very very pleasant and fast as well. It was, in all, a very very plus experience.

We came to the dealership without an appointment shortly before closing time, even though it was late, Matthew suggested we go for a test drive. We liked the car and Matthew helped us to negotiate a fair offer which was accepted. The next day when we came to pick up the car there were some problems with the title, so at a personal cost to himself he made sure that we had the paperwork on time so that we could keep our schedule. Matthew was outstanding in finding what we wanted and making sure that we were satisfied, and we would highly recommend him.

Refreshing buying experience at Toyota of Hollywood, I love my new Rav4! I was shopping for a small SUV, it needed to be good on a gas, spacious and reasonably priced! I compared the CRV, Rogue and Rav4 online. I decided to go with the Rav4 Model because of the great reviews from consumer reports and chose Toyota of Hollywood because Norman and Angela emailed me quickly with the lowest price. I drove from North Miami to Hollywood and they have everything ready to go when I arrived. They new I was coming in with my daughter after work and would be pressed for time. They honored their word, got me in and out and the finance manager was informative and not pushy. I went to several Toyota dealerships searching for a good deal on a Toyota Prius prior to Toyota of Hollywood. I went to meet with Maxzuel Martinez (without an appointment) who had sent me many e-mails after I filled out a questionnaire on line. He was not in on the afternoon that I went so I met with Matthew from internet sales. He was very professional, polite and made every effort to meet my requirements as a car buyer. Compaired to the other dealerships, my wife and I were impressed by how professional everyone was. From our first contact with a sales representative outside in the parking lot, to Matthew handling our purchase, the manager Jorge and the loan officer Eric. Everyone treated us with respect and explained all aspects of the paperwork, and answered all our questions and concerns. Having purchased cars in the past and as a customer buying a new car I always believe there is a better deal to be made. Having stated that, I was satisfied with the deal that was made with Toyota of Hollywood. The other dealerships were not willing to meet my requirements, nor beat the cost.PS Maxzuel Martinez arrived for work after the sale was completed. Even though he was not involved with the actual negotiations, he was instrumental, with his persistant e-mails, in bringing us in to your dealership. I spoke to a few different dealers before calling Hollywood Toyota and received many differing quotes, Max , not only quoted a price but was a good, qualified salesperson, but quite knowledgeable about Toyota. After completing our firstcontact he followed-up by calling an convincing my wife an me to visit the showroom. The rest is history. We bought a new 2012 Camry LE. I worked via internet and email first with Angela Serrano. She provided me all the information necessary for my purchase. I was able to do the majority of my sale from the comfort of my own home. I was unable to get to dealership while Angela was still in the office so she handed all my information over to Tommy Mills. They had the vehicle I chose already detailed and ready for me at the dealership. Tommy even took the time to teach me how to use the new touch screen radio on my brand new 2012 Toyota Camry.

Their interest is in selling and not in helping the customer. The reason I visited the dealership was to get a lower rate on my financed car and ended up being pressured and talked into getting a new car. Jorken Kennedy did not listen when I explained it would be quite a hardship for me to pay a higher monthly rate, but his interest was to sell a car. I ended up with a higher monthly rate and owe double what I owed before. Shame on you Jorken Kennedy and Toyota of Hollywood!

The employees at Toyota of Hollywood try to be very helpful and our salesman was totally helpful and patient.Once you sat down with the financial person there was the typical dealership pressure to finalize the deal no matter what-if you said you had appendicitis they wouldn't have let you leave until you signed on the bottom line! When you drove out you were totally drained and exhausted. The salesman made some promises that were promptly and cheerfully kept when I came back. And I really like my new car.

I brought my 2010 RAV4 in for service under warranty on or about June, 2010 shortly after my purchase, the left side of the front bumper had separated a noticeable amount from the left fender, the repair was performed by using a type of glue to joint both parts together, the lite colored glue could be seen inside the gap, in a vehicle that is dark green metallic. It took 3 days to perform such poor job in a car that was brand new.I contacted the service manager whose name I can not remember, he promised to get back to me with a resolution to the problem, but he never did. I had to bring the vehicle to another dealership to correct the problem. That lack of regard for a customer concern can not be rewarded with a repeat customer. Toyota of Hollywood is NOT the only dealership in town!!!

After having a Tacoma TRD Sport crew cab for several years, my family and I wanted to purchase another Toyota truck. My wife and I went to several other Toyota dealerships looking, but was treated like dirt! I almost purchased a Ford F-250 instead. However, I walked into Toyota of Hollywood and I meet Sandra Molina! She was awesome. Very polite and understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond in every way possible. Toyota of Hollywood didn't have the truck that I wanted but Sandra found one and had it brought to Hollywood. There was no pressure at all. I also traded in my 2007 Tacoma and was given top dollar for my trade. All I can say is Toyota of Hollywood has earned my business for many years to come. Sandra Molina made my experience purchasing a new vehicle the way it should be! No hidden fees no arguing or games. Hats off to you Toyota of Hollywood.

As soon as I drive into the service center, I am immediately greeted by a service rep. The quality of service is excellent and they act like they value my business. The service reps are always very friendly and even give me a car wash. I leave with my car in great shape and lookin' good, too! I would not go any other place for service!

Purchased my first Tacoma at another Dealer in Delray Bch. all went seamlessly back then. When I decided to replace it with a new one I went back after getting a price I liked .After arriving at the dealer all that changed! So I started shopping around at different Toyota Dealers. Almost put off the buying a new Tacoma altogether.Until I got in touch with Sandra Molina at Toyota of Hollywood. No hassles, no Stress. She told me what the price would be, and that is what I paid! The Tacoma, with color and option I wanted, it had to be ordered! No problem and at no Extra cost! Like the way other Dealers wanted adding to the price.. In fact I almost drove off the lot, with my new Tacoma, to find out it didn't have a certain option, which I wanted! No Hassles to keep that one, she simply squashed that transaction. And reordered My Tacoma!! I can't say enough how happy I am with Toyota of Hollywood, And How pleasant it was having, Sandra Molina, and her assistant working with me. It was the best, now my wife takes her RAV 4 and me my Speedway Blue Tacoma up to Toyota of Hollywood for service. I will recommend Sandra, and Toyota of Hollywood to family and friends.. When its time for another Toyota I will be going back to Toyota of Hollywood

The last time I bought a car was 22 years ago, so needless to say, I was very nervous about purchasing a new car. The employees at Toyota of Hollywood were wonderful. They were very courteous and very knowledgable about the different types of cars. I had been to several other dealers--Honda, KIA--but felt that Toyota offered me the best deal and the best price at the time. The only reason I rated the price of my RAV4 as good and not great is because I bought the car between promotions and, unfortunately, didn't get the 0 percent interest offer that was offered some weeks later. However, the price was still less than what I was quoted for a car at the Honda dealer. I am very pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to my first courtesy oil change and car wash :)

I feel that they charged me too much for the car and I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere. Daniel,the salesperson was fantastic,but limited by what he could do. I even found the internet price and went back with it and was given the difference.Why was it not given in the first place? I also could have gottne a better finance deal.

It is comfortable and reassuring to visit Toyota of Hollywood for service on my Camry I bought there. "My" sevice writer, Danny, knows me and my car, knows what service I am due to have and personally explains to me what and why each service procedure needs to be done. No matter what my questions are he takes them seriously, understands what I want to know, is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I know when I leave Toyota of Hollywood my car has been professionally and completely serviced and is safe for the many trips I take alone over the state.Too often, a woman is treated as less than capable to understand the work done on a car. This attitude does not exist at Toyota of Hollywood.

She is a very professional person to deal with and for this reason gets our repeat business and recommendations. There are Toyota dealers and other dealers that are more convenient than Hollywood. Others have better parking. Nevertheless, we continue to lease our cars with ms Molina.

I absoultely love the Toyota of Hollywood Service Department. Dann Metts and team always treat me with courtesy and respect and are fast and dependable. They are knowledgeable about my car and always tells me what service is truly needed and what service could wait if I don't have the time or resources. In the 8 years that I've owned my car, I have never once experienced poor customer service or have had to take my car back because a job wasn't done right the first time. Without a doubt, every new Toyota I buy will be from Toyota of Hollywood. The sales team is nice, but the truth is, once the car is yours, their part is done. Service and maintenance is the constant for a car, and the excellent service and maintenance of Dan Metts and his team at Toyota of Hollywood's Service Dept is the reason I won't take my car to any other dealer for service and wouldn't think of buying a Toyota from any other dealer.

Never had a problem with him whatever I need done to make car he makes sure is done correctly and maintaines my car in perfect condition. I bring my car there knowing that I will be safe on the road.My husband and I are thinking of getting a new car but I hesitate buying a different brand then toyota because I don't know if I would like their service. I am very confortable the way toyota of hollywood runs their maintenance service. I always know that I can count on getting a ride to work and back home. I bought my Corolla over 3 years ago and have been servicing my vehicle with them since that time. Each time I visit I'm treated as a valued customer and told my estimated wait time. There was this one time when my wait would be more than 3 hours and their courtesy vehicle drove me home and returned when the job was completed. If there are things needed outside of the normal service I'm told my options and I don't feel pressured to buy anything. I'm escorted to the cashier and dealt with professionally. I enjoy going there and would recommend them for servicing.

The reason that I have given hour facility this ratinge is because even through everyone is nice sometimes the quality of the work is questionable. For instance, on two occasions I had to return my car to you after one for your technician have worked on it either because they did not reset the button after maintenance or the they had missed something (making the job incomplete). For the high prices your facility charges you should be providing excellent repair or maintanance work.

I bought a preowned Toyota from this dealer and regret not taking the time to read the reviews before making the purchase. Before signing the contract the car interior was okay. I made the down payment and due to some unavoidable circumstances was not able to pick the car the next few day. Had already told them and they were okay with it and happily took the deposit and I signed the contract. later, when I went to pick the vehicle found some damage to the interior so started questioning about it. With this inquiry the entire staff including the sales man changed their attitude and their tone was extremely rude. No body wanted to take the responsibility to talk and every minute I was introduced to another person to take care of it. I waited several hours just to bring my car home. Finally, I don't know who but someone made the decision to give me a discount for the damages and told the cashier what to do or whether the cashier did something but I don't know what was the long discussion between the cashier and manager was. I followed the cashier paid the bill and the cashier gave me the receipt. I saw my bank the checks are cleared. Next day I get a call that I took the vehicle without making a payment. Don't know the level of qualified people are there if the car was not paid the books wouldn't reflect that the car was paid in full. I made the payment via checks, I received the receipt and the sales man pull the car gave me the key saying enjoy your car and I left their parking (only to realize that the head lights don't work...aha! safe Toyota driving!). I didn't knew the cheap quality and level of their services and should have insisted to change the contract. I thought they are really nice taking care of the issue so why create unnecessary steps; but it was a trick to get rid of the preowned car. Next day no body remembered any discount for the damage and no headlights working. They start to threaten to take away the car. I am a professional and is horrified with their level of talk. Don't know if this was just another tactic to sell another pre-owned vehicle. The finance department and the sales man don't hesitate to make harassing phone calls at work rather than to see what internal manipulations are made by their employees handling such info. They call and threaten to take the car away. I don't understand that how the cashier is able to close the transaction one time and open it up as unpaid another day. There were enough reviews about this place to get the idea before going there I wish I had made some effort to read what I might be getting into. Watch out guys to deal with the after effects once the car has left their parking lot. There are many other dealerships in the area. You probably will spend more time regretting the purchasing experience than to enjoy the vehicle. This place stinks! Regardless of what the employees do even the managers do not have the decency to apologize rather they make full effort to blame the customer :( Rather than seeing that their own employees are involved in manipulating the transactions and simply telling the customer it was a mistake and try to clarify what happen and now they want more money they will create a whole big story to keep you busy for no reason :( I just want to bring this to their management's attention and the employees refuse to provide the contact info.

We went to this dealer after getting a price for a new Camry on line. When we arrived we were told there was stock on the car with the options we wanted.It turns out there was NO stock on the car we wanted . It was a bait and switch. Every car similar to what we wanted had "upgrades" adding to the cost. One alleged upgrade was a paint coating on the body and underbody. Every consumer advocate warns car buyers that this is a ruse by dealers to jack up the price. This two and a half hour waste of our time wasn't about to end in in a professional manner. When the salesman saw that we were not going to buy he brought in someone else who pretended he didnt understand the situation (our salesman had been gone for about 15 minutes talking to this person)....further wasting our time with schem,ing to con us into a deal we didn't want.. After he saw we would pay the quoted price and no more he said "You want your cake and eat it too." How insulting! No customer relations or people skills here. The original salesman never even said good-bye. I would recommend that any future Toyota buyer avoid this dealership. There are many others who offer far better service for less of a price without the games.

Bought a Corolla S model from this dealer 3 years ago and Went here to buy a new Camry 6 months ago , saw ad in paper and of course they pulled the we already sold that one , then raised the price of the car to give me the zero interest financing , then was very rude when I tried to negotiate the price and told me he was not there to negotiate with me and I could take it or leave it ! So I laughed in his face and I left it !! I bought the car somewhere else at $1800 cheaper ! Recently I went to look at a 2 door Yaris hatchback I was in that area so I stopped at this location , I liked the car and even though this time they were willing to negotiate and meet my price I went and bought it somewhere else just for the slight they pulled on me for the Camry , I would not buy anything from these people !!! Burn me once shame on you , Burn me twice shame on me !!!!!!

I was so nervous that I was going to be late for work, but I spoke with Bill and he fixed my car right away. Even though he said it was the fastest he's ever replaced a starter, he did a great job! I've waited in the past at dealerships for hours, and it seems they don't care where you need to be, but Toyota of Hollywood was the total opposite. They don't sit around and joke and drink coffee, they work! I was so impressed. Thank you so much!

I would not recommend this dealership. The way I was treated for the car tag was very unprofessional. They would not answer my phone calls,email nor return voice mail on my tag status. I had to go in person and at first they told me the tag was not in but after insisting that it was going to expire they found it.They told me the tag was just a small fee but it turned out over $100 over the price the gave me when I purchased the car. I have purchased a number of Toyota's from other dealerships without issue unfortunately this was a negative experience. Why would they have a customer relationship manager that doesn't contact customers.

MR SHIRDEL PROFFESIONALLY GREETED US IN A VERY RESPECTFUL MANOR AND SHOWED US A GREAT SELECTION OF HIGHLANDERS. MR SHIRDEL TOOK US FOR A WONDERFUL DEMONSTRATION . MY HUSABND AND I WERE IN LOVE WITH THE HIGHLANDER SO MR SHIRDEL TOOK US IN HIS OFFICE FOR REFRESHMENTS AND OFFERED US A NO HAGGLE PRICE THAT REPRESENTED SUCH A LARGE DISCOUNT WE COULD NOT SAY NO. The 1995 BMW 318i finally gave up the ghost and my wife was on my case to get a modern car (for her to drive. I could ride a bicycle as far as she is concerned.) Did my research and Camry came out right at the top of the value/reliability/handling equation. Where to buy/lease? We live on the north side of Miami so there are several dealers within 45 minutes of the house. Looked online at the dealer ads and saw what appeared to be a great lease deal at Toyota of Hollywood. Did I mention I am grumpy and cheap? We drove over expecting a bait and switch and were greeted by Brian Watkins, who stuck to us like glue for the next 3 hours. Well, they did have the advertised car at the advertised price, but Brian with his low key manner showed us several upgraded models, and old Grumpy actually went for better than the basic offering. Ended up being a pleasant experience, and the Business Manager only offered us one lease add-on, and wasnt pushy about it. Bottom line: if you live in SE Florida and have to get a car, I would certainly try Toyota of Hollywood first.

Toyota of Hollywood Defraud the Elderly and Infirm Hollywood, FloridaAvoid this dealership like the plague they are essentially criminals, who take advantage of the elderly, infirm and poor. Our mother, now deceased, was quite elderly, with the expected cognitive limitations, was functionally quadriplegic, wheelchair-bound and unable to drive. She and her aide went into this dealership to return what we expected to be her last car. My siblings and I were greatly surprised to find that instead, the dealership ahd talked her into a long-term lease for a new automobile. When I asked her why she had leased a car, her response was I kept saying no but they surrounded me, at least five salesmen, and they kept insisting We tried to amicably resolve this situation by letting our mother just return the car but Ms. Lettera is unwilling to do so, even after our mother died.

I called the dealership for parts inquiry after viewing their website. First problem was no toll free number listed on site. I talked to 3 people before someone could quote me prices. The last 2 people i spoke with sounded as if English was a part time hobby. The prices quoted were no where close to the prices listed on website. Overall just an unpleasant experience.

Brought the Camry from them. I stated I want a tag transfer, they didn't do what I requested during the purchase. They told me that they made a mistake and the new tag cost will be refund later. After several weeks, I went back and was treated as a clown. I was being redirect to different individuals, including the salesperson and the manager. I was simply being ignored in every phase. Great way to treat customer who have just purchase a vehicle from the dealer. I hope everyone reads this and no one ever purchase anything from Toyota of Hollywood. They treat you like crap.

I bought a Mitsubishi Galant from them. I test drove the car and it was great. After signing the paperwork, the salesman sent the car to be washed. When I went outside to get into the car, I noticed that the back tires were low so I informed the saleman. He instructed me to go to a gas station and get air. I refused and he had someone put air in the tires. What was truly disturbing was that as I was getting into the car, I saw an identical used car being driven around the north lot. They had switched cars. This was not the car that I test drove. One door did not match the others. The left front wheel shook at moderate speeds. The radio's crystal had a red stain on it. I should have trusted my instincts and never left with the car. Buyer beware!!!! They are truly without conscience, moral values or integrity. Never shop there especially if you are a woman. S.E.
