I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander and needed to get a 70,000 mile inspection. Earlier this week I signed up online for an appointment and was able to get a 8:15am spot today. When I arrived everything was smooth and easy. I was able to get the inspection, an oil change, and quote on new tires. I waited in the business lounge and was able to send some emails/make calls. Jason Carbone was amazing!!! I will continue to use the Toyota service department for the life of my truck!!! Thank you!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable and polite. The recall service was to take three hours and the Camry was ready in an hour and 15 minutes. Toyota of Louisville was able to take me the next week after I called whereas the Indiana Toyota dealership was over a month out on appointments. We definitely plan to return to Toyota of Louisville.

Purchased a 2010 equinox with 30,000 miles on it from sam the lower credit specialist. I haven't had this thing in my driveway longer than 3 moths it's constantly in the shop for weeks with several engine rebuilds. Tried 1000 times to contact them and never got a call back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE AVANTAGE OF YOU BY SELLING YOU SOMETHING THAT ISN'T RELIABLE. FAMILY BOUGHT HERE FOR YEARS WE ARE DONE!!

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know about my dealings with David Bramley and Toyota of Louisville. I had spent several weeks looking for a car and my frustration level was growing. I had been to several dealerships you showed very little interest in dealing with me after hearing what I was trying to do or had dealerships try to increase my payment goal by 75 dollars a month and kept me an there an hour trying to convince me.When I arrived at Toyota I was greeted by David who took a few moments to try and figure out what I needed. After explaining what I wanted he seemed a little frustrated and said he wasn't sure if he could help. He explained he was new there because his dealership had just closed down there recently and he wasn't totally sure what he could do. He went in and talked with his manager and pulled up this very nice Corolla for me to look at. It was pretty much better than anything anyone else had showed me and I was fairly certain it would exceed my budget. We drove it and I absolutely loved it. When he showed me the payments they were actually lower than my top end dollar I said I would spend. I was ecstatic. To make things even better once we agreed to terms the paperwork went by very quickly. I couldn't be more pleased.

While waiting for an oil change to be done on our previous vehicle, my husband & I walked across the street to see what was new on the lot of Toyota of Louisville. This is where we met Lincoln Satram; he showed us a few vehicles and was very knowledgeable of the product and gave us brochures that we requested. After a week of deciding we wanted to test drive a Tacoma, we called Lincoln and told him what we wanted and by the end of that day we purchased a brand new 2015 Tacoma. Lincoln didn't simply sell us our new vehicle. He built a relationship with us that will keep us coming back. He is now our car sales professional and we are his clients. I live only a couple miles from the other main Louisville Toyota dealership but continue to take my vehicles to him because it's worth it. We stopped by T.O.L. one day just kind of killing time. We like looking at cars and sort of shopping sort of tire kickin'. Not only was my buying experience with Ed Childers absolutely wonderful, yesterday, 2 weeks after I bought my car, I had locked my keys in the car and I called the dealership after 7pm, Ron Pence answered my call and in under 20mins Phil Clayton arrived at the kroger parking lot where I was stranded with my 3yo son to bring the spare key Ihadn't yet had programmed, to unlock my car....this dealership and all their employees go above and beyond anything required of the normal salesperson position....if you are in the market for a new or used car you absolutely HAVE to visit Toyota of Louisville on Dixie Highway, and I personally recommend Ed Childers, he'll help you hunt for the best vehicle and deal that fits your needs the best! 10 starts guys, not only do you rock but you're also my HEROS!

I am always skeptical about car dealers but Joseph Campbell was an exception to the norm. He was quite honest and open about the whole process. I felt like he was working with me as opposed to many car dealers who seem to just try to work the customer over. Joseph listened to me when I told him what I was looking for and what my budget restraints were. He didn't try to sell me something I wasn't looking for. Since my previous car had been totaled in an accident I had only a small window of time to find a new one. Joseph and the dealership were quite understanding about the problems that come with waiting for a total-loss check from the insurance company. They were willing to work with me in so many ways. The price was better than anything else I could find around the area. Joseph happened to own a Camry himself at the time so he was able to give me personal opinions and insight about the vehicle. Perhaps the most pleasant part of the process was the fact that Joseph made me feel like a friend or family member. He always returned my texts or phone calls quickly, even after the deal was done. I know without a doubt that if I needed help with something with the car he would return my call in a hurry. This probably won't be the last Camry I buy from him.

From the very beginning I was impressed with this dealership. I received an honest price for the used vehicle I was looking for from the beginning and did not need to haggle and overly negotiate. Amanda was new to the department, but her friendly demeanor, willingness to find answers to all my questions, and her patience were exemplary. Even with the opportunity to sell the car to another customer, she kept to her word and finished the deal with me - no pressure and not delivering on something that she couldn't. The whole experience, was exceptional. I was even picked up from the airport when I flew in to get the car. This dealer truly puts the customer first and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for fair treatment and practices of integrity!

Joe Cambell is the best salesman, that I've ever encountered! Literally, he was a Godsend in helping me purchase a car for my elderlymom, who lives in Southern Illinois, I live in Colorado. My wife wanted a Jaguar XF for years. In 2011 we bought a new Avalon from Rick Donnell. Because she wanted a Jaguar for so long, while she was in Afghanistan I sold her Avalon and bought her a Jaguar. When she returned she was very surprised and happy, however she often mentioned her Avalon was nicer and had better amenities. After driving the Jag 1 year she had enough and wanted a new Avalon. We contacted Rick Donnel and worked with him and Joseph Campbell. They were very courteous, professional, and customer service oriented. We left the dealership that night with a new Avalon and they continue to follow up and ensure everything is okay with our new car. I have owned over 50 cars in my life and dealt with many dealerships and car salesmen. None compare to the service received from Toyota of Louisvile's Rick Donnell and Joe Campbell. If it were up to me I would put them in for a bonus or award of some sort as they are the epitome of great customer service, taking care of the customer, and professionalism. KUDOS TO THEM!

Buying my new truck was the easiest and most enjoyable experience ever at a car dealership Steve Escalante was professional, straight to the point, knowledgeable, personable and made sure that I received everything I wanted. His attention to detail was second to none. Steve listened to me when I said that I needed to sleep on the details of the purchase and did not ever pressure me. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone purchasing a vehicle.Bob Garr was delightful to work with as well. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.Steve made sure that he introduced me to the service manager, who was very nice. I think the best testimonial I could give is that Steve made me feel that he was working for me with my best interests as his priority. The dealership was honestly the best I have ever experienced!

This dealer is HORRIBLE. Though at first he put on a facade of kindness and congeniality, when I hesitated signing a lease, he became bellicose and tried to "intimidate his way towards a sale." I consider myself a pretty nice guy. I referred to him as Mr. Campbell and was very amicable whenever we chatted. However, as soon as I said the rates seemed a bit too high for my budget, he tried to bully me into taking a lease I didn't want. He even referred to me as a "m**her f**ker" when I called his cell phone when he was off duty to ask a few more questions about the car. To be fair, I think he thought the phone was hung up when he said that.The worst part about Walter Campbell was not his bullying, but his sleazy car salesman tactics. The guy wanted me to pay a $498.95 handling fee. I called a different salesman at Toyota of Louisville, and he said there was no $498.95 handling fee. Walter made it up to get more money out of the lease!Don't get screwed. If you get set up with Walter Campbell, just kindly ask for a different salesman.

During my business trip to Louisville, I had a major car problem. At least, for me it was major considering I was 4.5 hours away from home and by myself. I had called road side assistance and they jump started my car. I was attempting to get to a Toyota dealer (I have a 2012 Camry) when my car died, again, on the way to the dealership. The bad parts: my car won't start, I'm alone, and no one would help me. I was forced to call road side assistance again, because the Toyota dealership of OXMOOR would not WALK (yes, I was walking distance from them!) down to my car and jump start it so I could get it to their garage!!!!Thank God, Toyota of Louisville was willing to help me. I had my car towed to Toyota of Louisville. The wonderful staff of Toyota of Louisville offered to stay after hours and give me a ride to the airport so I could rent a car to get to my business meetings. They were wonderful. They had my car repaired the following day, they helped me return the rental car I had, and one person went above and beyond the call of service.I stated I was 4.5 hours away from home. Well, I'm from a very small town that does not have interstates or major highways. My GPS could not find the address to Toyota of Louisville, so Steve Escalatte, salesman, gave me directions over the phone about how to get to their dealership, then gave me his cell phone number in case I needed it. I GOT LOST! I called Steve for help, he calmed me down, and got me back on the road I was supposed to be on and to the dealership. He was waiting for me when I arrived and helped me get my Camry so I could go back to my motel. Toyota of Louisville, GREAT JOB! The staff was friendly, the dealership clean and well kept, and plenty of vehicles to choose from.Steve, I praise my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for you and all your help. You went above and beyond. Thank you so much.This may not sound like a huge ordeal to some of you. But, for a woman who grew up and still lives in the mountains and coal fields of Harlan County Ky, this was a very trying experience. If you're in Louisville and looking for a Toyota (I still recommend Camry, it was just a battery) go to Toyota of Louisville. Ask for Steve Escalatte and buy from them.

I had a sales territory for five years and taught salesmanship for over 20 years, mostly at GE, and during that time I learned a few things about what characteristics make an effective sales-person. Joe Campbell is the best, most thorough, most caring automobile salesman I have ever encountered in over 60 years of buying cars. We drove many miles out of our way to get to this dealer on a service-related matter because of their values and ethics and our previous experience with a closer dealer. We had no intention of buying a new car. While waiting for service on our old vehicle, we visited the new car showroom and Joe came over to talk with us. His low key but informative manner impressed us....and one thing led to another and we bought a new fully featured Highlander. We were pleased with how Joe found out what we were interested in, gave us information, and HELPED US BUY. (I used to teach, "people hate to be sold, but love to buy....so help them buy.") He then worked with the dealer's managers to give us a fair price on our used car and the new one....so we bought.Perhaps one of the things that impressed us the most about Joe was his thorough follow-through. We had several questions or issues and Joe got the answers for us and contacted us. At no time was he overly pushy....but at all times willing to help us--even after we closed the deal.Since then, we have referred a relative visiting from Maryland to Joe and Toyota of Louisville and she bought a new Camry.When we are looking for a car again, we will obviously contact Joe Campbell.David J. Recently interested in buying a new Toyota. Made contact via internet with Toyota of Louisville. Initially, our salesman (Ed "K") was helping us and he was very polite, nice, and responsive to answering all of our questions. We were ready to seal the deal but had two additional questions. Our salesman said someone would call us back because he wasn't sure of the answer.The next morning, Tom Carr phoned us back (we thought) to answer our questions. However, at the end of our phone conversation, he stupidly forgot to hang up the phone on his end. While I was still on the line, I heard him and another man (not our salesman) verbally ranting, cussing, and spewing expletives about me, my husband, and calling me very foul names. I heard both men (Carr plus other man in his office) cussing my name and saying I was hung up on the little details,etc. All the while, calling me very foul names and saying that I thought I was in Bloomingdales and really in KMart plus other outrageous, impolite, and low class remarks. I tried to get their attention by saying "Hello?" but obviously they continued to rant and rave incessantly. They never heard me and went about their business of trashing me and my husband. I was only trying to get answers to simple questions that my husband wanted answered before we completed the deal. Later that afternoon, my husband phoned the dealership and said we would never do business, use, or recommend Toyota of Louisville to anyone. They lost a $75,000 car deal for Tom Carr being so careless, rude, and having no moral compass. This tells us that the management and owners at Toyota of Louisville (Mr. Swope and Mr. Fante) obviously tolerate this type of culture at their dealership and promote the "bullpen" mentality...being nice to your face and trashing you behind closed doors. Tom Carr's mistake of not hanging up the phone at the end of our conversation was the proof of what happens at this dealership. We were going to give our salesman the "go ahead" on the deal, but after Tom Carr's sad episode, we told our salesman that he can thank Tom Carr for bringing our deal it to a screeching halt.

On June 6 we bought a Toyota Avalon at Toyota of Louisville. This is the third car we as a family have bought from the same dealership. We were NOT disappointed with our decision. Once again it was a most pleasant automobile shopping experience. Mr. Dennis Fante, the general manager, sets the tenor at the store. I found out that he has served the country in the military and maintains a quiet, dignified, yet friendly and most professional demeanor. He is often seen walking and making pleasant conversation with customers and the sales force and secretaries. Everyone working at this store seems to be happy in his or her jobs, and everyone smiles a lot. It appears that much of their success is due to him. Mr. Pence, the sales manager, is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. I get the impression that Mr. Fante and Mr. Pence have very different personalities, and yet they appear to complement each other very well. Both in their own way are friendly yet professional. There are no high-pressure sales tactics and in my experience they do not misrepresent what they can or cannot do. The sales person we dealt with was Mr. Lincoln Satram. He too is very friendly, and is very knowledgeable about the product and has a great deal of patience. Even after we took the car home and had questions about some of the features, he answered our phone call immediately and explained everything once again and to our satisfaction. He clearly takes great pride in the product and in his work. Mr. Hagan and Mr. Garr help with the financing and explain the financial transection in an unhurried manner and make sure one understands the deal. I have enjoyed dealing with them both. The store itself is not in the best part of town, and it is some distance to get to from the East End, but if one is looking for courteous, honest, professional and unhurried service, and where they treat you like a member of their own family, this is the place I would recommend. There is another Toyota dealerships much closer to our home and yet I drive out to Dixie Hwy and have Mr. Carbone take care of our servicing needs. To give you an example, I bought a Camry from the same dealership a few years ago. When I asked Mr. Carbone if I needed a new tire, he informed me that I had more life left in it!! I do not recollect any dealership where the service person told me I had more life in the tires rather than sell me new ones. Even if I could buy a tire cheaper elsewhere, when the time comes to buy a new set I plan to give Toyota of Louisville my business. With their honesty they have earned my business. In short this is a dealership that has earned the faith and trust of our family. They are reasonable, courteous and honest, and treat all customers with respect. I recommend Toyota of Louisville most highly and without reservation. In future I have no doubt that I will use this dealership were I to buy another Toyota.

Mr. Ed Childers was a KIND and CONGENIAL GENTLEMAN (TOYOTA of LOUISVILLE). The Finance Manager (Rick, African America Gentleman) was ALSO a pleasant fellow. The Finance Manager and I together with Mr. Childers had a GOOD FAITH AGREEMENT on my TRADE IN (2011 Toyota Avalon LTD)and, the order of a 2013 Toyota Venza V6/LE/AWD vehicle. I was VERY PLEASED with this arrangement. When the vehicle arrived! The Finance Manager (Rick) that I had worked with WASN'T there to follow through with the arranged agreement. Another Finance Manager was. This other Finance Manager totally changed the agreement....saying: My credit was bad!!!! The (3) Credit reporting agency's rated me (1) 705 (2) 690 (3) 686This ISN'T bad credit! The second Finance Manager said they only use (2) of the three agency's? I was told by JEFF WYLER TOYOTA in Clarksville, IN. that they had a POOR 'CSI' (CUSTOMER SERVICE INDEX). That they routinely do these types of techniques to their customers. Other sales Rep's that I spoke with at Jeff Wyler Toyota/Oxmoor Toyota had worked there before (they knew the truth). To sum it all up! I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THAT DEALER (Toyota of Louisville)....AND I WILL NEVER DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. Christopher Joshua, salesman, does not go all the way to take care of you. Do not go to him. He needs to be taught to listen to what the customer reasonably wants and deserves. He delivered me a dirty car with cigarette smoke and wanted me to ask a manager's permission to get it cleaned up. Pathetic. I asked for permission and still the smoke was not gone; car was still dirty. How can a car salesperson not know what a cleaned up/ detailed car looks and smells like?The dealership itself is good in terms of service and price. I do like Toyota of Louisville and some sales managers including Rick D. Rick takes care of you when it comes to your car buying experience. I will go back to Toyota of Louisville, not to Chris Joshua though. I have bought multiple vehicles, new and used, from Sam Swope family of dealerships including this one.

Our family is growing so we needed a bigger vehicle. Met with Glen about an SUV, and things moved really quickly. Financining was offered through our bank, Class Act, on site. Once we were in the vehicle for a week, had a couple minor issues, but called Glen up, and he personally walked through the resolution of those issues. Great buying experiencing and referring other family members to TOL and Glen Harder!

I recently purchased a Prius from Sam Smith. This was the third Toyota we bought from him. We moved from San Diego to Louisville, work related, and decided to retire our Saturn and had a wonderful experience working with Sam when we bought the 2007 Corolla Sport. I will add my daughter now has this vehicle for college. Again in 2010 we went to Sam and purchased another Corolla Sport. The same friendly welcome back attitude and no non-sense customer service was greatly appreciated. With the Prius once again very helpful and went over everything concerning the vehicle. There was a question I had concerning the car and he didn't really know the answer. What I appreciated was the fact he said he wasn't sure the went and found out instead of throwing out an answer. Sam is one of two people I would send my friends, family and co-workers to to purchase a vehicle and the other is in San Diego CA. From day one to now Sam has been there to help and ensure we were good with our vehicle even after we left the lot. The best advertisement, good or bad, is word of mouth. I have passed Sam's name and contact info to people who were looking for a vehicle new or used. I am sure as long as I am living in the Louisville area we will do business again. Sam thanks for everything.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Toyota of Louisville over the past 6 years. One new and one used. I first met Sam, when I called Toyota of Louisville, told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. He had to search high and low for the 2006 Solara, I had to have (because it had to be a certain color, year, etc..) and eventually ordered it for me. He told me it would be 6 weeks and I got it in 4. After my first experience, I knew I could call Sam Smith, tell him what I want, what I want to pay and he will get it done. I highly recommend Sam Smith, and will purchase my next Toyota through him. I know he will take care of all my vehicle needs and I know I will get the best deal possible. When I needed a 4 wheel drive, he even made a special trip into the dealership on his day off, so I could have my Rav 4, "Right Now"!! Now that is service. By the way, I still have my Solara that I bought from Sam (even though many of my friends ask me to sell it to them)). Just can't seem to let it go, I still love that car. We are now a Toyota, family. My brother, father, sister-in-law and my aunt all drive Toyotas. My son might even get the Solara in a few years. Nah, that's MY baby! Guess, we'll be calling Sam, again soon...

I walked out of another dealership in the midst of a deal because the customer service was horrible, the salesman was pushy (including telling me to give him all fives on this web site and telling me how disappointed he was I hadn't done it yet, even though the transaction wasn't complete), and just the overall lack of warmth and care in the place. Ed and the staff at Toyota of Louisville were the complete opposite. From the moment I set foot in the parking lot, I could tell the staff cared about me and not just another sale. Everyone was warm and friendly. And Ed is the complete opposite of what car salesmen are supposed to be. He's nice, friendly, funny and immediately put me at ease. He's a genuinely good guy and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. I will tell everyone to go to Toyota of Louisville and work with Ed when in the market for a car.

I been having my car for a year now and I can honestly say that I love my car and I love all the benefits that they offer me and the Salesman Kevin Willis was the best in situating my needs and wants in what I wanted in a car...GOOD JOB KEVIN WILLIS and I will be preferring people to Toyota!!!!!

I'm 55 years old and this was the very best and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I am not into slick salesman with slick salestactics trying to pressure you into buying a car and then sliding in hidden costs on you at signing. I had done my homework and already knew which car I wanted and it's fair market value. Immediately after a quick test drive I asked Walter up front for his bottom line figure including all extra charges, he promptly gave me a very fair and complete figure, and I accepted it. In less than an hour and a half I had driven in, bought a new car at a very fair price without any sales hassle, and had driven out with it.

I had my 2011 Camry in for a blown head gasket. This dealership says it is my fault for leaving off the radiator cap. I didn't take it off. Of course with the BIG Toyota guys, you won't win. I now have to pay to have another motor put in my 1 yr. old car. I dealt with John Carbone, which he didn't seem to care either way. I even talked to him about my crappy tires that I had to replace at 15,000 miles, he didn't care about that either. No I am not a happy customer of Toyota of Louisville. They won't have to worry about seeing me again. THEY ARE CROOKS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

All of the personnel are TERRIFIC!!! They are completely HONEST with me about everything that involves my car. They never try to cheat me and always work with me for better pricing. I have been going to them for over 20 years, and I have no intention of ever going to anyone else. The only time anyone else ever TOUCHES my cars is when I am out of town and cannor get to them. Scott, John , Mike, Bud, and Nick are GREAT!!!! Also, Amanda is a great cashier!!! Their personalities are wonderful, and it's great talking with them not only about my car but also about anything else. I enjoy seeing them! Because of them, my Corolla has over 303,000 miles and my Rav4 has over 214,000 miles and STILL RUNNING STRONG!!!!! I am grateful for all of their service!!!!!

My wife and I just bought a new 2011 Toyota Sienna, and it was a pleasure buying our new van from this dealership.Klaus Rodriguez was the one who worked with us, and he was upfront with all the information so there would NOT be any nasty surprises later.He was also courteous, friendly and professional.The price could've been just a little better, but it still was a good deal.We do NOT have a complaint on the amount of $$$ that we paid for this van.I would definitely recommend this dealer and Klause to others.

I purchased my toyota camry from Oxmoor Toyota, but after a bait and switch service sales pitch, I went to Toyota of Louisville and got the same recommended service for much less. I have been taking my car to Toyota of Louisville since then. I feel I get quality service at a fair price. I probably will buy my next Toyota from Toyota of Louisville.

Drove 4 hours to buy a Lincoln LS. Car was used. Drove it back home that night and the check engine light came on. Took it to my mechanic and he said the cat was bad and it also leaked coolant and overheated. Called the dealership and they said they can't help me. Bunch of BS! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I went to Greentree first and they were good, but I was able to get an identical 07 Rav4 from Toyota of Louisville for $900 less and 3 weeks sooner. Greentree had to order from the factory, Toyota of Lou, was able to trade from another dealer. I would be hesitant to send anyone to Greentree, but Toy of Lou, was better than expected.

I bought a used Explorer from this dealership. The salesman and sales manager were pleasant and straight forward. I had my guard up but no games were played. Most dealerships in the Louisville area have a very poor reputation but I was surprised at how well everything went. I had a transmission issue and fully expected to have to call the lawyers to try and get them to fix it under warranty but they said "No problem" and gave me a loaner. Overall, I am quite pleased and will most likely buy a Toyota from them in the future.
