The service and care I received at Toyota of Newnan was exceptional. Muhammed worked tirelessly answering all my questions and concerns. Then he went one step further by introducing me to Niki who had the same make and model car I was interested in. She took special interest and showed me how to use functions I was not familiar with and programmed my phone and garage door opener to sync with the options on the car. Justin McCain was awesome. He worked patiently with me and seemed to be as excited for me as I was for myself once we made the deal. Walt was awesome, as well. He personally thanked me for my business. It was my pleasure. They took care of me all the way around.

I had decided that I couldn't afford a tundra. I went looking for a Tacoma. After speaking with Maurice Amie, I had a lot to think about. He provided me with info about new and used Tacomas as well as tundras. I hesitated to buy, and I shopped around. I quickly realized that Maurice had been honest and fair. Because of the legwork he'd done to present me with options as answers to my questions, I felt he'd earned my business. Notice that "pressure" has been excluded.

I experienced a very rewarding purchase of my 2016 Tundra. My salesman Muhammad was very easy to work with and went out if his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I received no pressure during the entire process. I had already picked out what I wanted and we worked together to make it happen. This was my second Toyota since the dealer opened and I have enjoyed great service for these last years. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and will continue any future business with them. My husband and I drove out of this dealership with a new 2016 Toyota Camry XLE because of Chris Kenner who was not your typical high pressured car salesman. He listened to what we were looking for and how much we wanted to pay for a Camry. He was extremely patient, sensitive, attentive and professional in answering ALL of our questions. We had not bought a new vehicle in 10 years. We were able to trade-in our 2005 Toyota XLE 6 without any haggling or drama. He was fair and open in negotiating our purchase. We will highly recommend and refer our friends, relatives and strangers to Chris because he can be trusted evidenced by how he treated us. We have bought many vehicles in the past, but have never met anyone like Chris. Great job Chris!!! Bill, the Finance person was personable, patient and thorough. His sense of humor was timely as he handled all of the paperwork with ease. By the way, the Service Department is very good. It serviced our old Camry for thousands of miles. We expect the same excellent service with our new Camry.

I scheduled an oil change service with this dealership. My appoint time was 11:30 4/7/2016.I arrived at 11:20.Check in was as always easy and professional.At 1:50, I asked the ladies at service checkout if there was any chance of getting my car back today.They checked and told me the car was being taken off the lift when they went back and checked. The car was put in the parking lot, and the technician dropped off the key fob at the service desk pretty quick after my inquiry.Then I found out the service writer had to do her paperwork, so another delay.The service dept. ladies were pleasant as they apologized for the delay, saying they were under staffed.I walked out of the service department at 2:20. Not at all impressed with the Toyota of Newnan Service Dept.When I got home and reviewed the invoice, I noticed the phone number was incorrect as was my email address. Maybe everyone's contact information is wrong ?If the Service dept. knew they were understaffed, why weren't the service reps who check you in tell the customer about the strong possibility of a delay so the customer has the option to reschedule? I would have gladly given up the 20 minutes or so I had invested to drive to the dealership to reschedule when the staff was adequate to handle the work load.Several other customers were in the same situation I was in. They were at least as irritated as I was/am.Very poor service today.

Erwin Wilson was especially helpful, attentive and friendly. There were four cars involved in the deal (two purchases of 2015 Corollas) and so much paperwork. He was very busy getting everything taken care of with some assistance from Justin D. Stephens, Sales Manager, and Emily Mausser, Customer and Community Relations (she was especially helpful.) The dealership owner was pleasant - if firm on pricing. We have had no negative issues with the two cars.

I have bought a lot of car's mainly from luxury dealerships but I have to say this is the best customer service I experienced. Muhammad Kahn did a great job showing me vehicles that met my needs. Craig Jones the sales manager made sure we got a killer deal and low interest rates. Both of them did a great job to follow up after I left and made sure I picked up my car that night. I must have talked to or been to at least 20 dealerships in the past 3 months and Muhammad Khan at Newnan Toyota was the absolute best. he brings something totally different to the car buying experience that no one else anywhere has to offer, Himself! His personality, enthusiasm and the fact that he actually cares that you find the right car for you, make the car buying experience something truly personal. My wife used Toyota of Newnan's shuttle service to go to a local retail store while her vehicle was being serviced. The shuttle driver forgot to pick up my wife. My wife had to walk back to the dealership. She had major surgery about 2 months prior so the walking that she had to do caused significant physical pain. We purchased a new car and spent quite a bit in their service dept. over the years. We will no longer spend our money at Toyota of Newnan. This dealership is flanked by multiple competitors in sales and service. You should avoid this dealership and take your business elsewhere.

Was unhappy with my vehicle. So stressed trying to deal with so many dealerships. I got recommended Toyota of Newnan by a couple of friends and my former employer. Wow. Incredibly nice salesmen and finance employees. Never once were they pushy or aggravating like so many dealerships. They worked with my budget, gave incentives to buy, were patient when I was indecisive and stubborn. Muhammad, Greg Faison, and the entire team were absolutely outstanding. The service was THAT good. I can't say enough about them. I know where my family is doing all car shopping from now on. Keep it up Toyota of Newnan..you guys are raising the bar! -Happy customer from Carrollton.

Bought it in June 2015. I had told the salesman that I had a bad experience with the used car that I traded in and he assured me that the car had been checked out and even the cabin filter had been changed. After a week or so, I started looking at the filters and guess what the cabin filter was filthy. I changed it myself along with the engine air filter. Then last week the water pump went out so I took it to Toyota of McDonough and on the way check engine light came on. They replaced the water pump and found a rats nest on the engine and it had chewed through the wires to the knock sensor. They want $700.00 to repair. The car has been driven daily so I can't believe that a rat did this with the eng. running, but they refused to take any responsibility for this. It was probably done on their lot. I would not buy a bicycle from this place.

My first impression was fine with Newnan but after I put a deposit on a vehicle that they would have to have brought in so I could buy it, things went downhill fast. The salesman never called to let me know the status for 2 days. When I finally got a hold of him he said that the car had sold at the other dealer so they were looking for something similar that they could bring in. After a week I went to the dealer to see about just dropping the deal since they had not called me. A different salesman then said, "I don't know what the problem was with the last car, but I can get this car for you today" so I then waited around for another phone call that never came. I ended up buying a car from the Union City dealer since they actually found the car I was looking for and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I finally got an email from the salesman just this week, they still did no have the car but were working on it. I told him never mind I bought a car at Union City. Maybe if I had just bought what they had on the lot my experience would have been different, but it shouldn't have been this way. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.

I have never written a review for anyone in my life, but I am so impressed by everyone in Toyota of Newnan that I take my time to leave review for them. I bought a brand new Toyota Camry SE on June 4, 2015. During my car hunt, I went to different dealerships (Kia of Union City, Nalley Honda of Union City, Toyota of Union City, Hyundai of Newnan , Ford and GMC dealers), and experienced speaking to different salesperson. I was already harassed by the sales manager at Hyundai of Newnan which is close to Toyota of Newnan, and I thought I would go through the same experience in Toyota of Newnan, but I was wrong. My sales person, Ruben, and sales manager, Greg, were very professional, kind, and patient and they gave me the best deal. These people are wonderful, and will make your vehicle purchase experience very hassle free, and enjoyable. I highly recommend Toyota of Newnan to everyone.

These guys are excellent. I felt so special when I bought my vehicle from them, especially after the experience of being harassed by the Hyundai sales manager in Newnan. My salesperson was Ruben, and my sales manager was Greg. These guys deserve a 20 stars if there was one out there. I know that buying a new vehicle is an important decision that you make in your life, but double or even triple the excitement by going to Toyota of Newnan. They will treat you in a way that you always feel very special. I have never wrote a review for anyone ever in my life, but I took the time to recognize these guys for other consumers. The lady in line behind me wasn't told that she was told it would be longer waiting time. Make sure you are telling all of your customers the same thing. You white lady, one middle aged black lady. Called for an appointment for my 10k check up, oil change etc. Very helpful in getting a time to get it taken care of. When I arrived the service writer greeted me very warmly as I explained that I have a special needs daughter at home with a neighbor sitter while I had the service done. I explained to the service writer that my daughter just got out of the hospital after 17 days and if she could put a rush on the service. I could not have been more pleased with her respond as she said she would do all in her power to get the service done ASAP in which she did. WOW what service with a smile along with extra work (check alignment as the auto was drifting a bit) and done to my perfection. Very pleased with all aspects of this dealership as they all say hello no matter if you are buying, looking or having service done as they all perform like professionals. From beginning to end, this was an unexpectedly delightful experience. They definitely aim to make this (usually dreaded but necessary) chore as pleasant as possible. Meet you when you drive up and escort you in to an office area to discuss reason for visit, escort you to waiting area with comfortable seating, with wi-fi, coffee and tea service, even cookies! Then they update you on progress of procedure and provide Bill with any follow up. This is my first toyota and this will be my forever Toyota dealership.

This Dealership was not the first one I went to, and it was on a day of challenging weather. The other dealerships did not even come out to great me. So I then went to Toyota of Newnan and I walked around yet again and as I got close to the dealership Bobby Came out to great me. He game a very warm welcome and the whole time talking with him he was extremely helpful and genuine. Not once did I feel I was being closed. My case was challenging, but with great determination to help me, Bobby, and the and the amazing staff there went out of there way to help me. The owner of the dealership also went out of his way to make sure I got the help I needed. I am so grateful and thankful that I chose to cross the street and go to Toyota of Newnan. I would highly recommend Marty Griffin from Toyota of Newnan as the salesman to use when purchasing a vehicle. He gave me the best deal he could from the onset. No other dealer could match his price! He provided education regarding Bluetooth Apps that another Toyota dealership did not provide to us in Alabama. My 2014 Toyota Highlander was due for its routine oil change and tire rotation, etc. On Saturday, 1/31/15, I informed Eric Bryant, the Assistant Service Manager, that I was doing some volunteer work at my Church and could not be late. It was 11:05 am, and I had to leave the dealership no later than 12:05 pm. My vehicle was ready way ahead of time, and I confirmed that the maintenance was actually performed!! It's well worth the drive to Newnan to receive outstanding customer service, especially if you are a female!! :-)

Because buying a car is brutal! First, do all the research. Find a reputable place to buy it and one that won't make it painful. I listened to a friend and am I glad. Nothing but friendliness, attention, responsive action, and help with getting just the model/color/interior I wanted. And having been for my first "maintenance " check, I can say that is a breeze too. Don't hesitate....go there & ask for Bill Lewis. If you're lucky, he can make even buying a car FUN!

Toyota of Newnan is awesome!! Such a great buying experience. Tom was our salesman and was very helpful and answered all of our questions we had. I can't say enough good things about the floor manager, Greg Faison. They were both making sure we were taken care of. This was the best car buying experience!! My pregnant wife and two children recently purchased a vehicle hear, and could not be happier. We negotiated to the price we wanted for the vehicle and even negotiated the price for the warranty. This process was fairly easy. We test drove, negotiated with the salesman, and signed all the papers in approximately one and half hours - two hours. Myself and my family were under the impression that the vehicle was going to be cleaned, checked, and ready to go during this time. Boy were we wrong! We waited an additional two plus hours for the vehicle. The total time spent at the dealership was over four hours!! While we were and still are very happy with our purchase, I can not give a five star review based on the waiting part of the sale.

I was looking for a new car and went to toyota of mcdonough and of union city, then went to Newnam and what stood out was the layout of the dealership i was easy to see where everything was and was nicley landscaped. Then when I met with Craig and then Chris they were always upfront with answering every question and then explaining things I didn't know about. They didn't try to feed me alot of hype about themselves or "try" to look like they were going to give me the best deal, by the way they did bet other dealers price. This dealer was nothing but professional and it showed. I also meet the owner which is unusual because they are never there, face it would you I would be off golfing or something, but he is there almost all the time overseeing everything and went out of his way to help me out with a small issue, and that told me if was a bigger issue it would get handled. I will be going there for all my maintenance and what ever comes up. I ordered some accessories and everything was put on just right. If you are looking to buy new or used this is the place to go. I ordered a corolla and it arrived july 12th and have been happy ever since. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see how they would handle everything and was very pleased. I hpoe this helps

I was told by a friend how friendly & helpful Newnan Toyota was, so even tho it was further away, I contacted them in Jan. when the 2014 Highlanders were due to be ccoming out. Luckily, Bill Lewis answered the phone; "I've been searching for a Highlander now for the past few years & can never seem to get what I want--now, I AM DESPERATE! Although none were available at that time, he not only helped me decide what I really wanted & keep in touch w/me....even through a several month delay where Toyota dropped a color combination! It took 6 months from start to finish...but he hung in there, kept in touch & actually laughed, sympathized, & reassured at the appropriate moments. Jan. 30-July 30---WHEW!---but I had MY CAR! HE is the kind of person I wanted to have through such a frustrating process, and someone I know I can call with whatever questions, or concerns. I can't say it was fun....but with him on my side, it was close!

I own a Highlander and have it serviced at Jim Barkley Toyota in Asheville NC. My family was visiting in Newnan GA. I needed to get my son's Honda Ridgeliine serviced with just a tire rotation and oil change. I chose the Newnan Toyota dealership (big mistake!) because of my respect for Jim Barkley Toyota.So instead of a Jiffy Lube place I chooses (big mistake!), yes, Toyota of Newnan. I thought it was odd that they do not have an express lane. My Toyota dealership in NC sure does and I use it all of the time. So two and one-half hours later the car is ready. The dealership service department is NOT busy. People who have come in after are leaving. Poor Derrick ( the service rep) is so socially inept it does occur to him e to update me even once.So I take the initiative with the checkout person who tells me the vehicle is still being worked on. I go to Derrick's desk. He is on the phone (probably social) and stand in front of his desk. He ignores me. I go to the desk (Lance), who at least has enough sense to note that I have been there a long time, long after customers who have come in after me have already left.

I purchased a replacement mirror for my Rav4 using their Toyota online parts catalog on the dealership website. One of their parts consultants called immediately to let me know the assembly did not include the cover. I am so happy she let me know since I needed the cover too! She ordered the parts for me that day and I received the items in 3 days. Their prices are competitive, they were quick to process & ship my order and they have great customer service. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely order from them again if I need any more parts for my Rav!

Needed new tires for my 2011 Camry XLE V6. Met with service advisor who took the time to review (in detail) what options would work best for my vehicle. On his recommendation, I went with the Michelin Defenders to replace the existing Michelins. Been driving now on these for several weeks and they are terrific. Service experience was excellent. Had to change my appointment at the last minute and Toyota of Newnan still got me in and out in less than 1 hour to replace all four tires and to complete a full brake inspection. Wondered through the showroom over this hour and was also impressed with the sales staff's knowledge of the new 2014 vehicles. Extremely pleased with my experience at this dealership. Would highly recommend them.

I purchased my 2002 from another Toyota dealer in the Atlanta and was not impressed with the service that was being performed on my truck. When Toyota of Newnan opened, I switched all of my scheduled service and repairs with them. I average 5,000 miles every 6 weeks, so I am back in the service department 8 times a year. I have never had a bad experience since I have been going to Toyota of Newnan. I am proud to say that I have 346,000 miles on the Tacoma and still get 27 mpg all this with a minimal number of repairs being done. I would definitely recommend Shelly Bowen as your Service Advisor.

I brought my car in for a head gasket recall. I made it clear when i brought it in the i am 18 and make minimum wage so don't do anything that will cost me money without telling me.. When i went to pick up the car i was charged $98 for labor because they tapped a spark plug hole. I have a friend who would have been happy to do it for me for free if they had told me! They didn't respect what i had told them more than once on the day that i brought it to them.. I will never take my 4runner or any of my families vehicles back to them.

Went to just look and test drive a new RAV4, Ended up trading a Toyota Sienna and becoming a first time car lease purchaser. Received a very competitive trade in on the 2005 Sienna and after some negotiating with the GM (mark) and Owner (walt), we settled on a monthly payment and walked out that evening in a VERY nice Toyota. Probably could have negotiated some more mile per year, but am pretty happy overall. Our Sales guy Barry was very accommodating as well and even stayed late by several hours to seal the deal.

While the truck was being serviced they provided shuttle service so that I could take care of some shopping and not just waste time waiting for the service. Bought a Scion FR-S from this dealership a year ago and had a smooth buying process. Decided after a year I really needed a more practical car (real back seats, 4 doors, less depreciation over time) so I traded in my FR-S for a lightly used Corolla. Toyota of Newnan was willing to work with me to get the right car even though my trade in was worth more than the Corolla. They had no problem issuing me a check for the difference between the trade values. And they gave me a great value for my trade too. Overall and most importantly they were working with my needs for a next car first. They aren't one of those dealerships that tries to sell you as expensive of a car as possible. I mention this as I have been to another Toyota dealership (who I will not name) that upfront wanted to know what I had to spend and not what I needed and rather quickly I was being offered cars more expensive than I desired. Not a problem at all at Toyota of Newnan. Lastly I would like to give special thanks to their financing department. I've personally met one particular employee 4 times over the past year and he helped me with some concerns and offered excellent advice.

Although we had a positive experience during our initial sale, we have been very disappointed by the result. Our 2009 corolla has serious issues relating to a faulty water pump that has caused engine damage. We kept our vehicle serviced and this issue came up suddenly this fall. We have had the car a little more than three years and it has less than 60000 miles total. We have had to put 4000 dollars into repairs since September. While we realized that warranties were expired, and did not expect to have these costs covered, we were told by several repair places that these kinds of issues should NOT be happening at this point. We did expect that a dealer from which we had purchased thee vehicles would take into account that these kinds of problems on a vehicle with fairly low mileage is unusual, and that perhaps they would have offered some kind of break on the repairs. Not only did they NOT do that, they were very rude and cold about the whole thing. Ironically, they chastised us for not having a Toyota water pump in the car. Never mind that the reason we didn't was that we had to have an emergency repair when the Toyota pump that was in theme car burst. We will never go back to this dealer for sales or service...not because we think that they did anything illegal or wrong, but because we expect that places we have given repeat business on big ticket items would treat us and unusual issues with more empathy and concern. We are people....and deserved more humane treatment. They were arrogant and uncaring.

Called on Thursday to rent a Prius in a couple of weeks and was quoted a weekend price plus a one day rental because I would have the vehicle from Friday to Tuesday. A lady by the name Elisha check to see if a pruis would be available and confrmed that a pruis was available for the dates.I felt that the price Elisha quoted me was very fair and resonable. Told her I needed to speak with my husband and would call her right back to confirm. I called back within 10 minutes, asked for rental and received a voice mail. I called back and asked to speak to Elisha. I got her voice mail as well. I didn't leave a message on either one . I called back in about 45 minutes for the same thing to happen. This tome I left a message on the rental voice mail. I tried calling all day up until about 450 pm when finally I told the receptionist that I wanted to speak with someone and not a voice mail. I was put in contact with Lauren and explain the above to her. She also confirmed about a vehicle being available when I needed it. Se took my name and number and said she would have them to reserve it for me first the in the am and would call me to let me know it was done. She called me today( Friday ) and told me they no longer rent Prius! Even though it is still on the list when you talked to them and the workers like Elisha and Lauren think they are available. So I called Elisha and she once again looks and confirms that a Prius can be rented. She puts me on hold and talks to Hernan Gutierrez who is the manager over the rental and this is when she finds out that NO they can longer rent Prius. So I call and leave Hernan Gutierrez a voice message to call me. I'm informed that they rent other vehicles but not Prius and that this was changed back on May 1st. My complaint is that it is now the 24th and you have had time to tell your employees and make changes in the computer and to the list of rentals so that when someone calls for a specific vehicle and they are NOT misinformed. I told him I wasn't happy with their communication between one other so that the customer doesn't have to suffer. I told him I would be writing a BAD review and dealing with another Toyota dealer that is a little distant s away. I also asked who the owner was andante to have them call me He chuckled and said it is privately owned, his name Walt and he is my brother. And thanks for the feedback. So here you go Hernan! That's my feedback. As I told you we are looking at buying one but wanted to try one out first but we will NOT buy from you! Thank you Elisha and Lauren for your help. Sorry you had the wrong information in front of you! Beware of Hernan Gutierrez at the dealership because he seems to think that just because his brother owns the place he can treat customers wrong!

1st visit I scheduled an alignment for my 4runner, i made an appt, it took 30 mins before they even took my information, alignment took 3 hours. Strike 1, I purchased another 4runner & took it in to have alignment, and multipoint inspection and to grease fittings & re torque propeller shaft, and for recall of accelerator pedal, none of the fittings were greased, nothing torqued,and i specifically said don't cut my pedal, install smaller one, they cut it, Strike 2, my wife took her 12 corolla which we bought there for her 15k service which was tire rotation and inspection, she made an appt. the service guy told her they were busy and it would take longer than an hour even though when she scheduled it she told them it would be on her lunch break, she asked why it would take longer than an hour to rotate tires? service guy then went out & looked at her tires and said they didn't need rotating, ha. he wrote it up as if they did the service and sent her away, I spoke to service manager and told him this & evidently he fired the service writer, ok felt a little better but that wasn't his first mistake and they were looking to get rid of him i was told, hmmm, not feeling better now... so me and my wife both took our cars back and I had the correct pedal installed and they rotated her tires finally in a timely manner, well not really since we both had to make return visits. Strike 3 you are out... Well my wife went out of town right after this, she came back in town and drove her car and realized a lug nut was missing and the valve stem cap was also missing, so today she returned and they replaced the lug nut & valve stem cap. Strike 4... Are you freaking kidding me? so yet another return trip which makes 3 total all for a simple 15,000 mile service which was basically to rotate tires, I'm positive they did not lubricate chassis or do multi point inspection bc of how long they actually had the car while we waited... And I will be following up with service manager again tomorrow since he was off today to let him know about the lug nut not being put back on... To top it off, I was offered an apology after the first visits and nothing else other than please give us another chance.. I figured at least a service coupon or something after I told him there was another dealer the same distance from my house as they are.. but no. nothing more than an I'm sorry, this isn't how we operate, and i fired the idiot that i hired that i knew was doing shady things and I think thats only bc i called toyota directly after he pulled that... so please don't take your vehicles here for service. Lagrange Toyota or Union City Toyota are both close and I can personally vouch for Lagrange as I bought a Scion from them a few years ago and wish i had used them again for the corolla purchase.. never had a problem with their service at all, just a little further from my house but well worth it... if you do use Newnan make sure you go behind them and check to make sure they actually did the work, i did and thats how i found out they neither greased nor re torqued my propeller shaft on my 4runner...

3 return trips for 15,000 service bc of service advisor not recommending tire rotation even though it is clearly stated every 5,000 miles, no other recommended maintenance performed either, took car back 2nd time dealt with manager, they left off lug nut and valve stem cap, took car back 3rd time, they put wrong lug nut on, took car back 4th time finally fixed with no apology or desire to have me as a customer ever again. also took my 4runner in for service & pedal recall, i asked not to have my pedal cut, they cut it, and asked to have my grease fittings lubricated and propeller shaft re torqued, they didnt perform either service, had to return a 2nd time to have right pedal put on vehicle and propeller shaft re torqued. I greased the fittings myself... I will never return to Toyota of Newnan again for anything... thank god Lagrange toyota is not that much further as i will be using them from now on....

While there are some really good salespeople in the Atlanta area, none could compare with the salesman I bought my Prius from at Toyota of Newnan. His name is Karl Domachowski, and he was so different from any other salesperson with whom I spoke, that I just WANTED to buy a car from him! I found him to be knowledgeable about his product, very helpful, and probably the best salesman I've ever met. He didn't pressure me at all, which quite frankly, would have made me reluctant to do business with him. Instead he was just a nice person, who was happy to help me. I have recommended him to several other people already, and will continue to do so in the future.

I live in New York but helped my mother (who lives in Newnan) purchase a car from Toyota of Newnan. I have purchased a few new cars in my life and have had the full range of experiences (good to bad) at various dealers. This was a bit unique because I actually dealt with the dealer over the phone to negotiate the price for my mother. The sales rep, Trey, was very professional and personable and I felt no pressure at all. In a matter of two phone calls we had a deal on a 2013 Rav4 and for what I believe was a very good price (I had done some research). More importantly than the price though, was how they treated my mother from the time she began looking at the various cars until she eventually picked up her Rav4. She let me know that they were always very helpful, professional, and she never felt any pressure to buy. I also know that they took extra time and effort to make my mom feel at ease and to explain the features of the car to her. I was actually so impressed I called the Sales Manager, Mark Feldman, to let him know I appreciated the work of Trey and his sales team. I hope to visit them when I come to visit my mom in Newnan. PS- She loves her 2013 Rav4!

Toyota of Newnan did not rotate the tires on my car for over 15K miles and 3 appointments. I purchased a new 2011 Camry from Toyota of Newnan, and also an extended service agreement as I put a lot of miles on my cars. For the first 34K miles, I took it in for regular tire rotation and oil change every 5K miles, as required. At about 20K miles, I began to hear a noise in the left rear of the car, but it sounded like road noise, and the car was driving fine (no pulling or vibration) so I put it off to lack of sound insulation. This noise continued, always in the left rear, even through 3 service appointments at the dealer (Toyota of Newnan). At 34K miles I brought the car in and asked about the noise. After inspection, they announced that my tires were cupped because I had never had them balanced. I asked why they had never been balance and was advised because I had never requested it. I reminded them that I did not request to have two filters changed, fuel injection system cleaned and air induction serviced either, but that didn't stop them from telling me it needed to be done, so why did they not ever advise me the tires needed to be balanced? I explained that my regular mechanic (NOT Toyota of Newnan), always checks the balance on the tires when he rotates them. They told me it was my responsibility to ask them to do it, and asked me if I wanted them to do it at that point. I advised them no, I would take it to my regular mechanic to inspect. When I took it to my regular mechanic, he agreed the tires were cupping because the tires had not been balanced, and also stated that in his opinion, they had not been rotated more than once or twice in more than 34K miles. He balanced and rotated the tires and immediately the "road noise" moved to the front left side of the vehicle, confirming his statement that the tires had not been rotated for at least 15K miles. I called Toyota of Newnan and they denied this was the case, stating, I find it hard to believe that our service team would not perform a service that they stated they had completed. I found it hard to believe too, until the proof was indisputable. They then offered me compensation in the form of free installation if I purchase new tires- which happened to be an existing promotion that I had received from Toyota Marketing earlier in the day. Basically they told me I was a liar and refused acknowledge the issue. They responded to the Better Business Bureau that I had failed to have regular maintenance on my car, even though they were the only ones who had touched my car until that point. My family has purchased 3 Toyota vehicles from this dealership in the past 2 years, and definitely will be the last vehicle purchased from them. Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied.

I had grown to totally distrust car dealerships, especially their service departments. That is, until I bought a new Prius back at Thanksgiving 2011 from Toyota of Newnan (Georgia). The initial free services lured me in to the point that I got to know and admire the dedication of the service advisors. They delivered "platinum-level" customer satisfaction. After 25,000 miles I am totally hooked. The service department has repeatedly reached "above and beyond" to see that my car was in perfect order and running as it should. When I have had to pay for anything the prices were fair and the work was done quickly and well. I have an unpredictable schedule and cannot easily schedule maintenance ahead of time but any time I drop in for service my car is taken in and returned to me in record time. I'm now sold on Toyota of Newnan and will continue servicing my car there now that I am past the free service period.

Being in the military, I've bought new cars (mostly Toyotas, some Hondas) all over the East Coast (PA, GA, SC), the mid west (IL) and as far west as Wyoming and Colorado; Newnan was THE best do deal with, even over the phone/internet. Traveled an hour and a half south of Newnan to buy. Saved $2000 more with them on Prius. Easiest, most pleasant staff to work with. Excellent deal on trade AND great price on car. Traded a 2011 F150 for a used Camry. New job necessitated a more fuel friendly car. They gave me a fair price on my trade and a fair price on the Camry. Some negotiating was required but I prefer that. The discussion was alway professional and respectful. The finance guy was fast and got me out the door quickly, which I value. The Camry was Certified and so far, it's proven to be just what I wanted, a solid commuter car. My Salesman Sam was good to go. Tell him what you want and he will find it with no silliness.

I came to get a second opinion because I was told by another service center my Sienna needed new struts and shocks.They looked at it and said it did not. That was a lot of money that I saved coming here and thankful they were honest with me (unlike the other center). We came to Toyota of Newnan in hopes of sealing a great deal on a certified pre-owned 2010 Prius. When they brought their offer to the table, the payments were exceedingly high. When our trade-in was appraised, it showed on the report that there were dents in places where there was none and that there was a large scratch on the bumper we could not find. The price on the Prius was not the internet price, this was higher. By the end of the night, they had tried to get us to trade in our other vehicle and weren't willing to work with us on trading in our (Garage-kept, routinely maintained, very well equipped) 2008 SUV. Instead of trying to work with us, they thought they could take advantage of the situation. We will not return. We left the showroom that night, no vehicle.

Salesman told me car was serviced had oil change and ready to go. Drove car home and battery went dead all filters clogged and did not get the oil change which was stated. I spoke with the sales manager Justin and he stated he only buys new cars and does not buy used cars to inherit other peoples problems were his exact words. Basically he was telling me dont buy a used car from them. These guys do not back up what they say and do not have any integrity. They stated your car when you drive it off the lot not there problem. I would think twice before buying a used car from these guys. Also, the salesman and sales manager promised me a call back and never did. Also, was supppose to get a call back from the general manager and never did. They just sent me a email and took the easy way out.

From the minute we walked in the door at the Toyota dealership in Newnan to begin the car buying process until the deal was complete, we were given great and thorough service in every way. Walt and his employees went WAY above and beyond to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted and at a price and rates that we could afford. They made very intentional and genuine efforts to see that we were really happy. I set put to purchase another Honda, but made the switch based on price and customer service. The car is pretty great, too! I was so pleased with the entire process...it was truly a great experience. So much so that my friend car shopping with me bought a new Prius! My overall experience in buying a new Camry Hybrid was great! I was assisted by John Cogan, who was absolutely awesome! He was patient, answered all of my questions, and made the process easy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Toyota car. Vu in finance was also great--no high pressure tactics at all. If I had to identify any criticism I had of the car buying process, it would be that related to having to make warranty/service option decisions at teh end. While I had done a lot of research on the car I wanted to buy prior to purchase, I was not prepared for all of the warranty/service option decisions that I was required to make on the spot at the time that I paid for the car. I don't necessarily know that I would have made different choices had I known the various options and costs beforehand, but I would have been more comfortable in making my decisions had I had the time to consider them, and not had to decide them on the spot.

I had my 2001 prius in for an oil change. I was presented with a suggested list of needed maintenance totalling over $1000.00. I was told I had a small leak in the cv axle assembly and it would take $743.06 to repair. Replace spark plugs $163.01.Cooling system service $ 270.04. My boyfriend took prius to his mechanic and said it was about $300 worth of work and parts.

We have been Toyota owners for the past 6 years and decided that we would only look at Toyota for our next new car. Our buying experience with toyota of Newnan has confirmed that our decision was "right on." We did a lot of research on purchasing a 2012 Highlander and were delighted to have been able to work with Martin (Marty) Griffin. We are probably like most "new car" buyers -- we dread the experience of sitting in the dealer showroom and "haggling" with a salesperson and being insulted as the salesperson keeps running to "check with my manager." Marty was a "gem" to work with!! He listened to what we were looking for -- and came up with three great possibilities -- at a very fair price that included an offer for our trade in RAV 4. Did I say that we did all this "on line'!!We had so much confidence in working with Marty that we put a deposit down to hold the car we selected until we could drive the 135 miles from our home to Newnan, GA to complete the purchase. We did all this "sight unseen" and had never driven a Highlander until we drove our new car home. We never doubted the process.We are thrilled with our new Highlander and now know that new car buying can be a good experience. Only negative to it is that the sliding rear window is manual. If you can't reach it from the driver's seat it should be powered.

We had shopped on the internet and communicated with John Cogan via email prior to visiting TON. When we got there the first time John was out so had Jeremy Morris meet us. Jeremy was very helpful during our test drive of a 4-Cyl. and the next time back we were able to order a Camry exactly like we wanted. The process was a bit long the day we went and signed the papers and got the car, but Jeremy, and Vu, in the finance office, treated us very well and handled everything very professionally. Jeremy stayed in touch with us througout the time we were waiting for the exact Camry and we are looking forward to getting a Prius for ourselves next week which we also had to order.

We went to Toyota of Newnan several weeks ago just to look at the Tacoma's and get an idea of what they offered. My husband has a 1993 Ford Ranger with 310k miles, it was time for a new one!! So we looked and we talked with Tommy and met Greg one of the sales managers, got an idea on cost and about the truck. We told him we weren't ready until probably the fall. They were very helpful and Tommy kept in touch by email. Not pushy at all, which was appreciated. Well, we got an email from Tommy saying they had a Tacoma like my husband wanted in and invited us to come in and look at it. So we did, test drove it, and the rest is history! We now have a beautiful red Tacoma in our garage! Thanks guys, great experience.

We bought a used 2012 Toyota Sienna. They made promises regarding the repair of some dents (stated on the "WE OWE" part of the contract). However, after the transaction was completed, they realized it would cost more than what they expected to repair them and did NOT want to do it! We had to fight to get them to "do the right thing" (they claimed they did not have room to perform the repair). Then when we asked for an equivalent vehicle while they finally fixed it, they gave us the cheapest minivan on the lot and told us we should not expect more since we bought a used minivan. I was absolutely shocked at the way the service manager treated us -- like 2nd class because we had purchased used vehicle. I would NOT recommend this dealer!

I have made now 2 purchases with Toyota of Newnan. My first experience was less than thrilling so I took my business to Lagrange Toyota for my next 2 cars. I decided to give Toyota of Newnan another chance when my husband and I decided to check into the 2012 Camry. I'll be honest, I was very blunt and cold with our sales representative, Orlando to begin with. Most of the experiences I have had as a woman buying a car have been less than pleasant, often being treated like I was a moron. I refused to disclose what I owed on my trade until they informed me what they would be willing to offer me for it because the deal on a new car would be contingent on that and the price for a new car. I also told him I had a terrible experience in 2009 and went into detail as to why (basically when Toyota had all those issues and recalls and the value plummeted. Also had issues with car making noises and the door panels falling apart.) he was very well mannered despite my coolness and very, very knowledgable about the car we were interested in. He apologized for my previous experience, asked me what I would like to get for my trade, and went (as I had requested) and got their offer on my trade, which was more than I had told him I wanted. He then told me that he told his manager that I had an awful experience and his manager said they wanted to make things right. They gave me 3500 off the sticker price- without me asking- and I was financed at 1.9%. Orlando was there every step of the way, patiently. The finance manager, Vu was amazing, going through every aspect of the financing in detail with us, answering any and all questions patiently. My experience with all 5 cars I've purchased in the past, as soon as I signed the papers it was like wham bam thank you ma'am, get out of here. But this time Orlando was waiting with our new car, hood popped, doors open, and walked us thoroughly through our vehicle, even telling us about the new technology in our engine. He was amazing... As was Vu. One negative I will say based on my previous vehicle with Toyota and my husbands Toyota truck, is regarding the service department. They are so painfully slow and as many people have noted they do not call you to let you know your vehicle is ready. You have to constantly call... It's ridiculous!!! Also, they do not return calls promptly or contact you as they say you will. Very, very frustrating.

My purchase of a used Honda Fit was not a good experience. After declining a purchase of the vehicle, a price was renegotiated to my satisfaction. However, the sales staff did not fully disclose everything that needed work on the vehicle, such as a cooling system issue, hail damage that was not easily seen upon the test drive, and an interior carpet problem that would require numerous additional visits before they would actully repair it. They also did not disclose that one of the alloy wheels on the vehicle was a replacement that did not match to the other wheels. Shame on me for not being more observant.While purchasing the vehicle, I was told by the F&I manager that I was required to sign a finance contract before I took the vehicle off of the lot. Not true! It took an outright refusal to do so and the help of the Assistant GM to get out of the F&I office.Toyota of Newnan did a superlative job of being really nice to get the car sold, while being less than truthful with me.

I took my 2010 Rav 4 for a normal servicing. Shelley, my service rep was very nice and professional, and the car was ready when promised. I also had a noise looked at, and they all but tore the car apart trying to find it. They tightened everything down, and the noise is gone. The only negative I can give is that the cashier could have been a little friendlier. She was abrupt and a little negative - maybe having a bad day? Overall, a good experience.

I can't remember who my salesperson was when I purchased my new 2009 Toyota Tacoma, but I was very pleased with the experience. I called, told him what I was looking for and what price I was willing to pay. Within 15 minutes he called saying he had located my truck and would have it available the next morning & we agreed on the price. I went to the dealership the next day, did a brief test drive and within 45 minutes I was driving out in my new truck. I've received friendly, professional and quick service on each visit. I could get my truck serviced in my town but prefer to drive the 40 miles to Newnan.

At Toyota of Newnan, Greg flat out lied to me about what they would do before and after I picked up the vehicle. He promised new rear brake pads and an oil change(In writing). These we're never done, oil was filthy and emrgency brake goes to floor. I was promised a new key fob (In writing)due to a broken original. Months later and after numerous excuses from Greg such forgot to order, lost in mail,etc. I never received it so I gave up. The odometer reading was wrong and I couldn't register it until they submitted a corrected form. Frankly I believe they lied about the actual vehicle mileage also. Stay far away from these people.

I was shopping for a new Camry and went to Cars.com to request quotes. Greg gave me a call and I told him what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. I was looking for after market leather as I currently have a 2007 Camry with after market leather and it is much better for me. Greg shopped around to find some cars with after market leather and told me we may need to order one. The experience at the dealership was wonderful. Greg Showed us what was on the lot and looked for cars that could be ordered or changed. As we went around the lot we looked at an XLE that had everything I wanted, including after market leather. We test drove it and then went inside to discuss the price. Within 2 minutes the contract was being written.After we got home, my husband said it was the best car buying experience he had ever had.

The finance contract, upon careful reading, was not at all what we were told by the finance manager. The contract, in tiny font, told us about the extra payment we would have to make if we paid off early. The finance guy finally said, "Fine I'll tear up this contract and start over." We then had to wait 90 minutes for the new one. They were deceptive about other things as well. We won't be back. Next time we'll use a car buying agent. Let's face it, who knows if you are getting a good deal or not. You only have the dealer's word for it, and they have a hundred ways to give you an inch and take a mile. Pay a pro to buy a car for you. I will say this: Until the very end, when we would not sign, they were very nice about being deceptive. When that didn't work, the fangs came out. My wife and I went to several dealerships where we were very disappointed in the way the salespeople handled themselves. Our salesman at Toyota of Newnan, Rand, was the only salesman we met that treated us with respect. He wasn't pushy, he showed us vehicles in our price range, and he respected our decision when we initially decided not to buy the car we bought (2011 Corolla). The other staff at the dealership that we dealt with, Jason, the manager, and Bill, the finance person, were both very nice.

As many of us are, I also dislike the predatory and rapacious reputation that comes with going to a dealer to purchase a vehicle. We all have heard and lived the horror stories.I was referred to Toyota of Newnan by a co-worker, and I must say, they totally changed my mind. I received a call from Mark Feldman (Sales Manager), who instead of trying to push a vehicle trough actually listened to my preferences, and made suggestions from their inventory that most closely matched my specs. I went to see the vehicles and was treated in a very friendly and respectful manner by Mark and Greg Faison Internet Sales, who began describing the vehicle options and features in a very knowledgeable way before a test drive.I returned the next day with my wife and my trade in vehicle, and was able to meet the owner Walt Gutierrez, who was also very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Walt evaluated our trade in and my wife test drove the car, which we bought. Greg was very patient, especially with my wife, and answered all our questions. We were shown a very fair price for the vehicle from the start (close to the True Market value listed in Edmunds.com for a similar vehicle).Walt, Mark and Greg were very helpful, and showed legitimate interest in helping us meet our budget goals. They addressed all our concerns without pressuring, and quickly managed to meet both our goals. They really made us feel that our business truly meant something to them, and that our customer satisfaction truly mattered.I was prepared for a nightmare, but I ended up with a great experience. Detailing the vehicle prior to delivery took longer than reaching the deal. I think I spent a total of four hours at the dealership from arrival to driving away with my new vehicle. (One hour the first evening to see the vehicle, and three the next day). I will definitely recommend this dealer to everyone.

I was surprised to find I could reserve a service appointment online and I could lists what specific services I needed. I got the appt time I needed but when I got there the service person had no idea what I wanted...no communication of employees. As it was I was glad to talk with Shae because she was able to tell me what I needed.Nice waiting area, nice employees everywhere.Shae was a gem. I was surprised to pay over $200 for a light bulb in left headlamp that I had completely replaced a year ago! I wish she would have had a service person explain this to me...but I didn't press either.I also wished they would have told me about incredible construction work I had to navigate to find the place!

Michael Towns (Sales Consultant) was extremely helpful in finding the car we wanted. We gave him our specs, he showed us 2 cars that met our preferences, and we bought one. He answered all our questions patiently, provided written information, met with us on multiple occasions, took us for several test drives, and assisted us in working out a final price for the car. He was cheerful, informative and helpful - we did not feel pressured to buy, but he was there to help us make a decision.Glenn Thompson (Sales Manager)was very helpful in our purchase. He evaluated our trade-in car, discussed possible prices and then negotiated a final price so we were able to purchase the car we wanted. He appeared honestly interested in helping us find a car at a price we could afford. He was also friendly and helpful, but again did not pressure us to buy. We feel he went above and beyond to help us work out a deal.Bill Dixon (Finance Manager)was very patient with us while he discussed the various options for financing, extended warrenty programs and interest rates. He was thorough, competent, and efficient, and we felt we understood all the finances by the time we signed the papers. He too was friendly, helpful and trying hard to sell us a plan that met our needs. We were very pleased with our experience, and will recommend this dealership to everyone.

I took my Corolla in for the 25,000 service. While the vehicle was being serviced I took the time to browse the lot for a new Tundra. A young salesman (Jesus Jimenez) approached me as I was looking at one of the Tundras. He begain to describe the features of the Tundra. As we talked I told him I was looking for something that would tow my travel trailer better than my Tahoe. Without any high pressure sales talk we went in the office where he and his sales manager (Glenn Thompson) gave me a sight unseen trade-in quote on my Tahoe and a price on the Tundra. I told them I would need to put some thought into the purchase and would need to contact them later. After I took care of some other personnal business, I returned with my Tahoe and completed the deal. At no time did I feel pressured. I felt the deal was fair and would do business with Toyota of Newnan again.

The owner Walt is great. He takes the time to say hello and shows a genuine kindness. However, his service dept. has a lot to learn about doing a thorough job. Several times after having a simple oil change and tire rotation I find my tires service light and wind shield dash lights coming on shortly after the service. This simply tells me the service people are NOT being thorough; they're not checking resevoirs or checking tire pressure. If they are short in this area then how many other areas do they fall short in?!?!?

Salesman are usually pushy but Adam Lowrey & Glenn Thompson greeted my mom and I time we stepped out the car onto the lot. They were very friendly, professional, and very courteous. My mom knew what she wanted (a new camry) and it was literally 100 degrees out. Adam & Glenn made it so convient til the pulled the cars she wanted to see into the showroom so we wouldn't be exhausted from the heat. We were so grateful. My mom bragged once we got home with her new camry LE about how we were treated like royalty, friendly and helpful the staff was and how clean the facility was. The price was awesome and fitted her budget for a retired person to the penny. THese guys made an awesome team and my mom is bringing my daughter to Adam & Glenn to purchase her a new car for graduating college.

We were told that Toyota of Newnan had a good reputation for customer service and for community involvement. We decided to stop by on August 8, 2011 and see for ourselves. I am glad we did. We were met by Bryan Crawford and were made to feel that we had his undivided attention. Bryan listened to our interests and recommended several cars for us to take out for a demo drive. After we decided that a Highlander would be a good fit for us, Bryan introduced us to Glenn Thompson who helped us decide which car met our budget. Glenn went the extra mile in finding just the RIGHT car. My wife and I were looking for a tacoma truck with specific features. The dealer did not have exactly what we were looking for but Jeremy, the sales rep. took us on a test drive with a truck with similar features. We also need a good trade in price for our old Porsche Boxter to make a deal. The dealer was able to locate a truck which met our specifications in a neigboring state and had it transfered here. We got our asking price for our trade in vehicle and completed the deal withing the week. Jeremy and all the other people at the dealership were very friendly and made our purchase a nice experience.

I recently purchased a new Toyota Forerunner from Toyota of Newnan. I was turning in a lease from another dealership and looking to purchase a new vehicle due to the number of miles I typically put on my car. I was lucky enough to have 2 people help me throughout the process- Glenn Thompson and Danijel Kukucka. They both were so professional and helpful...and patient. I was pretty specific with what I wanted and although it was slightly difficult to locate exactly what I wanted, they never gave up and found the perfect one. They contacted me everyday during the process to give me an idea of what they had found and when to expect the vehicle. When it came time to turn in my lease, they even offered me a courtesy car to use before I even purchased my Toyota. I cannot express how I appreciated the service from all of the staff at Toyota of Newnan, but esp to Glenn and Danijel. I was out looking at new cars this week and went to alot of dealerships. I drove a bmw so i looked at bmws,gmc,volvo,lexus and toyotas. I went to a dealership in union city georgia which is a toyota dealership and was made to feel like they weren't interested in selling me a car, could not get answers to questions and generally was treated rude so i left and went to newnan toyota. When i arrived there i was met by Mr chris Kenner. I had such an attitude because of the way I had been treated but this nice man was very patient with me. I returned the next day and took a test drive in a venza. Mr. Kenner answered all my questions and made me feel like i would like to do business with him which i did. i purchased a 2011 venza and he made the whole experience enjoyable. I am a real estate agent and i can tell you that i will be sending him customers because people ask me about my cars. I highly recommed him and toyota of newnan to anyone. They are without a doubt the best dealership i have ever dealt with and there has been many.

My wife and I weren't really looking to buy a vehicle that day but just wanted to look at the Toyota Seinna. We were driving a Honda Odessey that was a great vehicle but we had a big problem with our local HONDA dealer. We looked through the inventory and found one that was comparable to our Honda. John Hendley was working with us and was just what I like in a salesman. Knowledgeable of the product and low pressure. We ended up test driving the Seinna and loved it. It had a few more features than our Odessey had, but was actually the same price, which gave a value added feel to the purchase. They gave us a good price on our trade which sealed the deal. The transaction was quick and efficient. Vu (I'm sorry I don't remember his last name) the business manager was also top notch. He went through the financing process with us carefully explaining different options to us and how they would effect our payments. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I would certainly recommend this dealer to others.

I went in to the dealership with absolutely no credit, and the hope of buying a low end used vehicle. The salesmen looked at what they could do for me, and being military they gave me a $1000 discount on a brand new Corolla with only a 1.9% apr. They were more than willing to go the extra mile to work with you on exploring every option to get you the vehicle of your dreams. I love my car, I love my payment plan, and I love my warranty. Even when I no longer live here, I will definitely come back to this dealership to buy vehicles in the future.

When I arrived at Toyota of Newnan Gary Head immediately greeted me and wrote up my paperwork. My car had almost 50K miles and I knew I needed brakes but Gary took the time to explain the mechanics of the braking system to me. There were a few other items that also needed to be repaired which I was also given a detailed explanation on. I have complete trust and confident in Toyota of Newnan and would not take my car anyplace else for service.I received the red carpet treatment from Gary and the entire team at Toyota of Newnan and would highly recommend this dealership.

We were looking for a used 2010 Ford Taurus Limited and found a listing for one on the Internet being offered by Toyota of Newnan. Called the Dealer and spoke with Salesman John Henly to inquire about the vehicle. I knew right away that this was going to be a good Dealer, as John was very upbeat, courteous and friendly. As I was inquiring about the vehicle, John was walking out to the sales lot so he could eyeball the vehicle and answer any questions I had about it's condition, color, etc. When we decided to come out and look at the vehicle, we were met by salesman Charles Ogletree, due to John assisting with a vehicle sale to another customer. Again, Charles was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and willing to help. We took the vehicle for a test drive and liked the vehicle and decided to work out a deal. John was very patient with us and allowed us to test drive the vehicle as much as we desired and answered all of our questions during the drive. Once back at the dealership, we were introduced to Glen Thompson, Sales Manager. Glen, as were the others at Toyota of Newnan, was outstanding. He assisted us with our trade-in and was able to close the deal to the satisfaction of all involved. Glen worked tirelessly to ensure that all of our questions were answered, the vehicle was serviced and detailed. The vehicle looked like it just rolled off the the new car showroom floor when we received it. Glen you were great! Toyota of Newnan is lucky to have you on their staff. John Henley went out of his way to be very friendly, helpful, and informed. I was impressed by the fact that he wrote down the details of what we were looking for specifically. Then when we had questions he could not answer himself he brought Glenn Thomson to talk with us and answer those questions. I had such a great experience at Toyota of Newnan. I visited their dealership in hopes of finding a used car that was in my price range, safe for my child and myself, and something that I would be happy with. Toyota of Newnan was the first dealership that I visited, and immediately John Hendley showed me a Honda Accord that fit all of my needs. The customer service and the "home town" feeling that I had, made me feel very comfortable. I then visited several other dealerships in the Atlanta area, and the experiences there were not so great. That same day I called John Hendley at Toyota of Newnan to see if I could come back and look at the Honda he had showed me the day before. I definately knew that I wanted to purchase my car from Toyota of Newnan. The overall experience was great, they helped me find a car that was best suited for me, and above all they listened to everything that I had to say. I felt like I was being heard and respected. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into something or hassled to make a decision. This is a great dealership with outstanding customer service and great respect for their customers. Yesterday, I bought my third vehicle from Toyota of Newnan, a 2011 Camry. All my service has been done by the dealership. Chris and Vu teamed up to help me secure a great deal on my new car. They stuck with me throughout the entire deal, and explained it a step at a time. Chris was totally honest, and explained ahead of time he was there to sell cars, but not at the expense of cheating me. The owner of Toyota of Newnan does excellent work for charity, and he holds his staff to the highest standards of customer service, from front to back. Service, Sales, Finance, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend Toyota of Newnan to any perspective car buyer.

We were extremely pleased with the customer service we received at Toyota of Newnan. We arrived to only test drive a Tocoma to get an idea of whether my husband liked the vehicle or not. We were not planning on buying that particular weekend. John Buchanan greeted us before we even reached the door. He was very helpful and understanding when we said we were not planning on purchasing that day. He also listened to what our specific needs were with regards to price and type of vehicle. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see and gave us options. He was also helpful and understanding when my husband test drove a manual truck. He gave us all the necessary information with regard to purchasing and in the end we chose to go ahead with a purchase that day. The over all staff was very friendly. We received many smiles, handshakes, and welcomes throughout the entire process. They brought us water and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I could not ask for better customer service. Recently my child had a accident and the insurance company totaled her car which gave her less than $10M to buy a new car. I talked with several people and it looked as if she would need to get a loan in order to buy a car that was reliable. I talked with Walt and he stated that he recently received a great car on trade that would fall in the price range we needed it to. After going and test driving the car over night we decided to get the car. My child it very happy with her purchase and loves her Toyota. I like the fact that the dealership did not try and get her to purchase a car out of her price range but instead found a car that was dependable and reliable within her price range. i had to go to toyota of newnan to get some work done for one of my cars. they have the shittiest customer service i have ever seen, you have to wait 20 minutes to get hold of a service advisor and they wont even give you a call when your vehicle is ready to pick up, you have to call them and ask them about it. they dont pull the car up for you. i am never going back to this dealership again.

Brought in 06 Tundra for 60k service, brake pads & driveline vibration. After service, returned to shop because of rattling & popping of brakes, driveline vibration continuing to get worse. This heavy vibration was blown off as 'tire tread caused'. I was ASE master tech 18 years, this is NOT tire caused vibration, when driveshaft separates at center joint, I guess I'll prove my point. Tires have less than 10k miles anyway, and I'm not spending $700 on new tires again just to prove the point that it was NOT the tires to begin with.

Twice now Ive tried to purchase a vehicle from Newnan Toyota, and twice I have had to go to a different dealer. It seems that Newnan Toyota can't get the same vehicles that other dealers can. Im not sure why some dealers don't want to deal with them, but in two occasions now I have been forced to purchase the vehicle I wanted from a dealer dealer who could get the vehicle. I will no longer waste my time trying to purchase a vehicle from them. When they tell you that if they don't have the vehicle you want, but they can get it, don't believe them. Because they probably can't.

I think the sales experience was good but I thought the post-purchase experience was the best. I received personal follow up calls to confirm I was happy with my purchase, I got follow up calls from the service department to help schedule my first oil change at 5,000 miles, and then my experience at the service has always been terrific.

I went in to Toyota of Newnan originally to purchase a Scion and although I was greeted by a representative immediately, the owner was very rude... I purchased a Toyota from Union City and had great customer service all around (and the owner was even nice). Needless to say, I will not be taking my Toyota for maintenance or any service at Toyota of Newnan, especially after Walt was extremely rude to my daughter who came into his dealership also looking to purchase a car. A man who acts as though he is better than his customer does not deserve to have a business.... Great job walt, you lost my service and and the rest of our purchases.

These guys will tell you anything to make a sale. They are also very slick. If the sales person cant get you to committ they'll bring out the "big dogs" to lay on more pressure. By the time you've signed anything, you didn't end up with a deal at all. There was a discrepency to our loss and I have tried since April (It is June) to get it resolved. They have not responded nor fixed the problem and we are still out $500.00. I just wish I had checked this ratings forum before I even drove on to their lot.

I received a post card in the mail from Mark Feldman at this dealership that they were interested in my car and would pay me $1000 over the fair Kelly Book value (which was $10,430 at that time). I figured that they knew my car since I had been going there for routine maintenance ever since it first opened. So I went there with the post card in hand and a printout from Kelly Blue Book expecting to get at least $11,000 for my car. The dealership didnt know anything about the post card deal and the used car salesman (Stacey) went on to tell me that they could get a car at auction for about $9000 and wouldnt give me more than $9,900. I told the dealer that I went there on their invitation that they wanted my car. But instead the salesman made me feel like he was doing me a favor by taking it off of my hands. This just gave me a bad taste over their dealership. They were dishonest and now feel I must warn others about them and any sales promotions they may advertise. Stay away from this place as they are not professional or trustworthy. There are more than enough Toyota dealers out there than to take a chance on this one.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and will probably buy a 4th for my son. I purchased two new Toyotas (2006 & 2008) and a 2005 Honda and have had an excellent experience all times which includes the salesman, business office, and other individuals behind the glass. The Internet Sales person needs to improve her sales techniques to close on a sale but overall I've enjoyed a great experience with sales, management, service ,and even the parts department (Aris). I agree they are a new dealership on the southside, but are willing to work with with you once they know what your there for. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a used or new Toyota or Honda and that's all. Bob I

I was looking to but a car on the internet. Was dealing with Mark Feldman of Newnan Toyota. He was very pushy and demanded I email him back to as if I was buying a car withing the next few days or not. I told him no, not anytime soon and he told me I wasted his time. I still have all the emails he sent. I preceded to call the dealership and speak to the manager. Well, this guy pretty much told me that I can go buy a car somewhere else if I didn't like what was said to me in the email. So I went to Lagrange and had a real good experience. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone because of the "you can buy here or kiss our butt approach".

Sales experience was great, but their service department is very lacking. When I took the car in I already knew the problem and it took ALL day for them to come to the same conclusion, when all they had to do was a simple inspection of a cable, instead they did test after test and told me that Autozone sold me a bad battery. I finally got them to understand that the Positive Cable needed to be replaced after talking with 3 different people and 9 hours later. I'm not a certified mechanic, but I know how to do simple maintenance on a car. When the Service Technician calls me 7 hours after I told them what was wrong, and says, "We can't find anything wrong with it, and I don't want to sent you on your way without helping you, what do you think is wrong with it?" it doesn't inspire confidence in their abilities. Then the Service Manager wants to argue with me about the conversation the Tech had with me, and she's telling me, "THAT's not what he said, he didn't ask you what you thought was wrong with it?" and she says that she was in the same room, but after I recite back word for word what he said, she changes the subject, and then quotes me 2 1/2 hours of labor for a cable replacement that has one bolt on the alternator and one bolt on the battery, at $88 an hour.
