Second time I have purchased a vehicle here and my latest experience was even better than the first. Left with the car I wanted after weeks of searching and having Tamer keeping an eye out and updating me with inventory. He worked with me to get my to the payments and out the door price I wanted. Also, working with Pablo over in financing is always a dream. He is always quick, efficient, kind, and just a pleasure to be around. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Toyota of Redlands was a seamless fabulous experience. The staff was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The dealership has a great atmosphere and Tad was very professional and did a great job of explaining the trucks features. Rosie and Ray were friendly, efficient, and speedy with the paperwork. Paul and Zach were welcoming and really made the experience fun. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Toyota of Redlands.

In search of a ‘first car’ for my 16 yr old daughter, I had the awesome pleasure to work with Craig Johnson, who made my purchasing experience the absolute best. Even though inventory at most dealerships is limited these days, (and the quality of the used vehicles IMHO is sub par) he directed me to a low mileage 2019 CH-R (certified, of course!) that was meticulously maintained. Craig short-handed the buying process as he immediately honed in on my buying objectives and secured the best deal for me, within 15 minutes. My time with Ray in finance was a breeze and to wrap, Craig had my car detailed and prep for drive-off. Toyota of Redlands made this daunting task an effortless ‘labor of love - and impressed a forever fan!

One of the best car buying experience I have had. Friendly staff, not pushy, they work with you on what you need. Ben W. Was great and helped every step of the way. My family will definitely be coming back.

09-08-2021 today I called to request a price for a maintenance issue this dreadful and poorly built car is facing, only to be placed on hold and then transfer to an advisor voicemail. I left a message to three hours ago actually more like four hours ago and I still haven't heard back from these service advice person. I am so very sorry I purchase this gremlin of a car. I had on a Honda previously and that car has taken all the pain that I have put that car through and still running strong. So I thought that Japanese engineering from Toyota will at least match the quality of Honda. Oh boy, was I ever wrong. And to make things worse, the dealership has a really bad customer service. I wonder if I'm gonna get a call back at all. if you want my advice about buying a Toyota car from this dealership or any other, go buy yourself a Yugo! Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with such atrocious car experience.
