Brought my car in for an alignment and an oil change and ended up trading it for a brand new car, which i got a great deal on. Ray in sales did a rockin job. Jarod in finance is awesome Jerry the greeter is beyond awesome. Had an issue today with them about something that happened with the other car about 6 months ago and it was handled professorially and quickly the very same day. Todd, Rosa, and Mark you rock!

Patrick in service has been my go to guy for a number of years. He knows more about cars I think than some of us will ever hope to know. Also he won't tell you take you need to have any unnecessary work done on your vehicle, only what really needs to be worked on right then or what can wait until your next service appointment if you should be a little short on money right then. I went to just go and look at a car and found one I really liked. Kelly was the sales associate who walked up to us he was such a nice person made us feel very comfortable and no pressure tactic to buy the car. He was very knowledgeable about the car. Everything went smooth. They even threw in some extras since we have bought quite a few vehicles from them. Gilbert is also awesome he is the finance associate.

I didn't buy my car here, but I get it serviced here, and Toyota of Redlands actually made it a pleasant experience. Everybody's friendly here. I didn't expect to have fun. The folks here are great - and thanks for the coffee. My service writer was Cesar, and he made things easy. Jerry was great to chat with while I waited for my car to be serviced. Everything here is done in a very professional way, and it's a smooth operation.

I purchased a 2012 Toyota Rav4. It is for my 80 year old mother. David Fertig treated us with respect and he was very courteous. David was knowledgeable about the Rav4 from bumper to bumper, Engines, accessories, trim, etc. He also knows the the whole Toyota line up. He was so kind that he had the vehicle pulled to the front of the lot, so as not to make my mother do a lot of wasted walking. David was able to answer every question we threw at him. We could feel his honesty and sincerity from the get go. I would and will definitely refer people to David and the Toyota of Redlands Dealership to others. There is a reason that I have personally purchased over 8 new cars from this dealership. They follow thru with everything they say and promise. It is a pleasure working with them. Been looking for a Toyota Camry newer model but pre owned low miles. Decided to stop there (first stop) just to browsed, David walked up to us asking what we're looking for, told him our situation, & budget. He went straight up to one that was what I wanted to the T, from color to interior, everything & around the priced were looking for. He worked with us didn't make us feel pressured and sure enough after all said & done got what we wanted, a pre own vehicle with very low miles. After spending six weeks visiting various Dodge and Toyota dealerships in and around the Inland Empire by luck I found Redlands Toyota. I was in need of a 4x4 Truck that would get good gas mileage and I had a very tight budget in which to operate. If I was going to make payments I wanted the vehicle and the plan that would work. After visiting at least 10 different reputable dealerships I was losing hope of getting anything near what I was hoping for. When I found Toyota of Redlands and came on the lot I met Joe Fallon who saw me looking at the trucks. After dealing with so many other salesmen at other dealers I was pretty impatient for the sales pitch routine again. Joe was awesome to work with. He wasn't trying to sell me anything , he was just answering my questions and pointing out vehicle features that pretty much sell the vehicle by themselves. He was honest, direct and did everything he could to help me. I left there with a new 2016 4X Tacoma and I am one very satisfied customer and I have nothing but good to say about everyone at this dealership.

Brought my truck in for its first service. They told me it would be ready at 4pm. At 345pm I check on it. They lied and told me the service was complete and that it was being washed (this cost extra). The truth was they had not even started anything and I sat there for 2 1/2 hours for nothing. Very poor customer service and liars. Avoid this dealer!

CROOKS AND LIARS! I PURCHASED A PRE OWNED VEHICLE I ASKED IF IT WAS CERTIFIED AND GIL YGLESIAS, STATED THAT THEY GO THROUGH THE WHOLE VEHICLE AND CHECK EVERYTHING OUT. THAT WAS A LIE, FOUR DAYS AFTER BUYING THE VEHICLE THE AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED WORKING, TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC AND HE SAID THE WHOLE THING WAS MICKEY MOUSED TOGETHER AND THAT THEY HAD PUT 100 UNITS OF FREON WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN 30 AND HOT WIRED THE CONDENSER. THEY HAD DONE THIS, SO THE AIR WOULD SEEM TO HAVE BEEN WORKING CORRECTLY FOR A SHORT PERIOD UNTIL THEY MADE THE SALE. HAD TO HAVE A NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNIT PUT IN! CHRIS DOMINGUEZ, (MANAGER) WAS AN ARROGANT JERK. PAID CASH AND STILL HAD TO DO A CREDIT CHECK ?????? WENT IN AT 9:00AM AND DIDN'T GET OUT OF THERE UNTIL 1:00PM. JOSEPH FALLON, THE SALESMAN, WAS THE ONLY DECENT PERSON OUT OF THE WHOLE ORDEAL! ALSO, BEWARE THEY OFFER NO EXTENDED WARRANTIES!

We bought a new Toyota Highlander last night from Mynor Rodriguez. The experience was great, from start to finish. In the usual experience with a dealer, there is a contentious back and forth with price negotiation and the buyer leaves feeling at least partly defeated. That was not the case with Toyota of Redlands. Mynor offered us a deal that was the best we have seen. There was no need or want to negotiate, on our part. All we had to do was say yes. Mynor is sincerely nice and you immediately feel comfortable with him. He is not pushy and it feels like buying a vehicle is secondary to having a good conversation with a friend. We also interacted with Lisa and Gil, who were also amazingly kind. One thing I noted to my wife, after we left, was that it looks like a good place to work. All of the employees seemed genuinely happy in their interactions with customers and with each other. Thank you Mynor Rodriguez and all of Toyota of Redlands.

I have been searching for a new Toyota 4-Runner for a long time. My current 1998 Toyota 4-Runner 4x2 Limited, which I purchased new, has over 244,000 miles so I have been struggling with the idea of an upgrade. Kelsey was the Costco sales representative that assisted me via telephone and recommended that I drive in and look at the 4-Runner TRD Pro Edition that was arriving, as the TRD Pro Edition is very unique. I had been looking at the 4-Runner Limited Edition for a long time and finally decided that I was ready to place my order. Kelsey arranged my appointment to meet with Mynor and Mynor was incredible. Mynor showed me the 2015 Toyota 4-Runner TRD Pro Edition and detailed the off-road features and unique styling offered with the TRD edition. After 2 test drives, 3 bottles of water, a coffee and negotiations, we made a deal. Mynor finally convinced me after 17 years with my current 4-Runner to sign on the dotted line! Just think it is my duty to share with others my good experience with the Sales staff at Toyota of Redlands, specifically Justin. Bottom line is I hate going to a dealerships because of the smothering feeling I traditionally get when I set foot on their lot. The whole team at Toyota of Redlands made me feel un-pressured to buy. Excellent customer service, as soon as I arrived I was immediately greeted by Joe Olinger and I told him exactly was I was looking for and he mailed it. Gil Yglesias handled my final paperwork and worked with me on my budget he explained my contract with be in details and offered me packages to go with my new corolla. Overall I was there for 2 hrs and walked away with a brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla, it's my first time leasing a car and I hope to upgrade in a few years I loved my experience.

Awesome Toyota dealership. I came in at 11 am and left at 3 pm for buying a new car 2015 Camry SE. Everything went smoothly, such as checked the availability, which is the last one available in the stock, test drive and signed the contract with 0% APR for 60 months. I followed the Costco auto program price, which is pretty competitive price in my nearby area. David Fertig helped me out first for test drive and introduced the functions of the car and then he brought me to Gina Estrada, Costco Rep., searching the best price I can get( comparing with Costco program vs. Toyota of Redlands promotion). Finance manager, Jarod Stadelman, he explained in every details patiently for my financing process since I am the first time buyer and picked the package that best fits my situation. I would say Toyota of Redlands is a great dealership with great people and excellent service. I definitely will recommend them to anyone in the market for any vehicle. I am gonna get another 2015 Corolla for my family in the near future from here for sure!

I have never had such and easy and smooth experience in getting a car until I came to Toyota of Redlands. My salesperson was Pauley Contreras and he made my experience the best. I love that I was always being offered drinks to keep me comfortable during my visit and that the pressure of negotiations were kept to a minimum. I got the car I wanted, I received a car wash and free tank of gas for it....Couldn't have left any happier! Went in to shop for a used truck and kept coming back to Toyota of Refdands. My wofe and I live in Orange County and were 't sure if the commute was worth it. I called and spoke to Lisa who had a sales person send photos to my phone. I liked what I saw so we decided to make the drive. When we got to the dealership, David Fertig greated us. I hate buying a new car, as a lot of people do. It is one of the worst experiences one can go through. However, my experience at Toyota of Redlands was exceptional. This is my second purchase from this dealership, the previous one being in 1997. And I still have that vehicle. This time I was looking for a previously leased car with low mileage. But the prices were not much less than the new Corolla S that I purchased. The salesman, David Fertig, was extremely personable and even shared his chocolate with me! I did NOT feel at all pressured into buying my new car, in fact went for a two hour lunch to think it over with my sister.I would recommend Toyota of Redlands to anybody, and also the salesman.

Okay so this place rocks. I am a first time buyer, absolutely no credit, and just a college kid trying to find something more reliable. David Fertig, even with what I had to offer, made one xxxx of a deal and got me into a 2015 corolla that I am absolutely crazy over. The car is so beautiful. I traded in my old junker (she did her job but it was her time), and now I'm in a brand new, beautiful car that I get more and more attached too as the days go by. Can't help but recognize the kindness that dealership shows! They're all like family! Super nice, and inviting. I would recommend this place first for anyone considering a new car. They really are the business.They also have a cat named Toyota who watches over the place.This Dealership has class and character. A definite plus when looking for a car.But David definitely takes the cake. Guy had me laughing and smiling the whole way through. And he worked with my "ghost" credit. I am extremely grateful.

David Fertig was the man! I put a ton of limitations on him and he still came through for me. This was my first time buying a new car and I have it say it was hands down the best experience. I have heard horror stories about buying a car but because of both David and his Manager (Chris Dominguez) it was a breeze. I would definitely recommend David as the go to guy. We were looking for a new car so did an internet search. Gina responded quickly, and we negotiated by exchanging emails. After price was settled, we came to the dealership and Gina had the car ready along with the paperwork which was fairly straight-forward. Financial processing took a little longer but Toi was great and not pushy. Helps to come prepared and have done your homework ahead of time. Took the car home that evening. Excellent experience overall, and we will be back the next time we are looking for a vehicle. Thank you!

Let me tell you. This place is made by people like Gina. Worked well under pressure from me. Especially in relationship to time. I was purchasing a new truck with my wife who was on her death bed with sickness. I went to Toyota of Redlands on Thursday 2/26/15 to trade in my leased RAV4, and in turn leased a brand new 2015 Prius. Gina Torres Estrada was my dealer, and she truly streamlined the entire process. Gina is energetic, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. All the paperwork was handled rapidly and efficiently. I drove off with my new Prius in record time! Gina went above and beyond to make sure that I got into a great new vehicle. Not only did she handle the transaction expeditiously, she actually cleared out my trade-in vehicle and transferred all my possessions into the new Prius while I was finishing up the paperwork!!! Just purchased a 2015 Corolla and driving to this location was worth the long drive for me! Internet Fleet Sales Manager Mynor helped me and gave me an excellent deal online and when I got there, everything was done right to the point and exactly how we had discussed. Car was ready for me to pickup when I arrived and paperwork was ready to begin immediately just as I had requested. Mynor went out of his way to make me and my sister feel comfortable at this elegant facility. He made it possible for me to finance a second Toyota after purchasing one 2 weeks ago at the special interest rate. He didnt give up in trying to push bank to allow me to finance again at the promo rate for Corolla which is 0%. Highly recommend this place for best price in and out of town- worth the drive!

My main sales representative was Mynor Rodriguez. Besides being very professional, he was very friendly and kind. With a ready smile, and a sense of humor he answered all my questions and was very patient. I bought a Toyota Corolla S Plus and Mynor explained the many functions of the different options that came with the car. He also invited me to come back and see him if I need more explanation. Mynor is an outstanding Toyota of Redlands employee.As part of the Sales team, I also dealt with Rosie Torres. She explained the different Corolla options available and found me the car, with options that were most important to me.Rosie was very pleasant and at no time did I feel rushed or stressed. Mynor and Rosie are a good team!Finally, Gil Yglesias assisted me with the finance paper work. Gil was very professional and did not "high pressure" me to buy products. He explained and respected my decision to buy. Or Not!My overall buying experience with Toyota of Redlands was Excellent. My husband and I went in in a Sunday afternoon to lease a car new or used, we had no preference. We were referred by a friend to go and see Eddie Lemus. He was so helpful and informative that it made the whole process so much easier! We even went to a different dealer afterward only to realize they weren't as nice as Toyota Redlands. My family & I had a good experience dealing with Justin Magdaleno in Sales. I came onto the lot looking for a used Toyota Tundra & needed to figure out a few undecided options / configurations & colors. Justin was extremely helpful, pulling 3 trucks to the front of the store allowing my 5 yr old daughter to play in the kid's corner play area till we were ready for the test drive. Justin represented the Toyota brand & the dealership well. He even admitted he did not know the answer to a technical question I had, but he brought Bill over who answered it thoroughly . A piece of advice to salespeople who know everything about every car. Even if you know the answer saying, "That is a good question, I do not know the answer to but I know who does." makes buyers more likely to trust you later when you give them an answer. Unfortunately they did not have the truck that matched my needs on that lot. So Justin checked all the other lots where they have access to the used car inventory but did not find a match. Used cars are not like new where they can trade with any dealership in a large area to get you the car you want. So before we left Justin took down my list of must haves in the truck along with my phone number with a promise to call if they get something like it in on trade in. The only bad part about the visit was talking to Justin's Sales Manager / Boss on the way out the door for the hard sell "What do I have to do to get you to buy today". I knew it was Justin's job to feed us to the shark but he was so helpful that I stuck around and played the game for his benefit. Finally the manager realized that we did not respond well to pressure and were not going to buy today. I would say I feel sorry that Justin has such an xxxxxx boss but maybe making me feel sorry for him is part of the psychology of the game too.Toyota of Redlands has a great website with actual photos (Not stock Photos) & actual prices (Not Come in for best price). This is good website for the informed buyer.

So let me start from the beginning of the day ,me and my dad talked about getting myself a car ,which was an exciting thought but then I thought about my circumstances ,fairly new driver not much credit still kinda young ,thought it be a 90% chance I won't be able to ,but still gave it a shot ,thinking who knows "maybe" ,so we went to another dealership before going to this one and let's just say it's wasn't a great experience ,left with my hopes down ,so I thought maybe I should just try one last time ,that's when we came to Toyota of Redlands ,came in with the mindset I would fail but boy was I wrong ,I was greeted by David blanco ,i thought he was gonna be like any other sales men ,but I was wrong ,he was a great person ,I told him about my situation and day and said he'd work with me unlike the last dealer ,started off trying to get the lowest affordable good car I could get by my dad's advice ,but thinking in my head would I be happy by settling ,would it be worth it in the long run driving a car that's efficient but not one that id be proud of ,but seeing my situation I thought I better not ask ,but somehow David sorta new that I wasn't happy and stated what I was thinking ,so he showed me cars that I would like but still be affordable ,and never did I think I could be able to get a car like that,my first car was a Toyota corolla 2014 ,and I was so happy with it ,couldn't believe how the day had gone ,it was great ,it's all thanks to David blanco ,he was a genuine great person that helps you out,I recommend him to anyone that wants to try for a car ,also the staff there were great helpful and just overall awesome ,that's all I can say about my experience ,it was amazing .

After my car started acting up, I had decided that it was time to get a new car. I was excited since this would be my first time buying a car on my own. After going from dealership to dealership, I was starting to become discouraged from the different dealerships giving my such a high interest rate and giving me the runaround. We were told by a friend to try out the Toyota of Redlands Dealership. So we went, and David and Greg helped us out, they were extremely friendly and helpful; and when it came time to discuss the monthly payments they were upfront and didn't try haggling us. We arrived at the dealership with limited time to spend looking at vehicles. Having a general idea of what we were looking for we were greeted by Janet Budde. Janet was extremely warm and inviting and allowed my wife and I to look without pressure or inquiry of our intentions. I must admit this is not the norm when walking onto lots in the surrounding region. Due to reasons beyond our control we needed to leave, but before we did, we provided Janet with some broad objectives of our intentions and asked her to see if she and the dealership could meet them. Within an hour Ms. Budde had called informing us of what they she had come up with. Her and the dealership's efforts exceeded our expectations and when my wife and I were able to return a few hours later, an agreement was ready for us to execute.Our experience with the finance department was equally professional, friendly, and expeditious. Toi Costakes, finance, was enjoyable to talk with and explained every matter in a clear and concise manner. I had a challenging repair problem with an out-of warranty prius intermittently showing the "check engine" light. It turned out to be a code "p1121", which many folks have had to repair, but was rumored to be covered by a special 10-year/150k emissions warranty. On recommendation from this site I asked Mario if he could check this out before I brought my car in, and help coordinate so that I could get an instant inspection the next time the check engine light flashed on in case it went off again before it could be checked. Although it took him several days of calls to Toyota corporate, in the end he delivered exactly what he promised, and fixed a potentially serious problem on an 8-year old prius totally free, totally under warranty, totally graciously. Highly recommended.

AVOID! Worst dealership I have ever experienced. Stay away from there service manager Jose Gomez. He does not care about the customers whatsoever. I brought my truck in to fix a problem with the air conditioning and he said we don't have it in stock (shocker) and they need to order the part. He put the keys in front of me at my table after having me wait for over an hour, and I said can you at least wash it? (Worst mistake ever) the truck came back with my front bumper hanging loose. I confronted him about it and he had the audacity to tell me it was like that when I brought it in! That he "washed the car himself personally" well Mr. Gomez, if my bumper was hanging why didn't you mark it in the paperwork when you did the walk around? Oh yes that's correct, because you snapped one of the clips holding it up after I handed you the keys.

I love Toyota's. Made my appointment over the internet. As soon as I walked in they called Caroline to the front. She greeting me warmly. First she checked her inventory. I was prepared wanted a 2014 Toyota Corolla S with a moon roof. Caroline pulled the car up we did an overview. Went over all the features and the new Toyota's have a ton. Bluetooth, back up camera, entune, navigation, safety features the list goes on and on. Then we did the part I hate finance. But Caroline assured me she would take care of me. And she sure did! Gave me a great price super happy. Her customer service was great. She answered all my questions. Exceptional I would highly recommend you see her ASAP if you are looking to buy a car.

Two visits to toyota redlands service dept. for routine service on Rav4. 3/27/14, maintenance service. Advised the water pump needed to be replaced. Agreed. On 4/2, driving at night on the 10 freeway, vehicle lost all power, engine, lights. Vehicle towed home at midnight, next morning vehicle towed to AAA garage. Findings main charging wire from alternator to fuse block loose. Service mgr. Garnett, apologized, accepted responsibility, covered extra towing fee & repair shop cost. 5/14/14 go in for safety recall, while car there, point inspection done, Jaime, advised my battery needed to be replaced. Declined replacement there since battery just over 1yr. Old. 5/15 contact AAA to replace battery, tested, found battery to be fine. Showed him toyota's test results, he pointed out the CCA for my battery was 570, not CCA 700, as was done at toyota. INFO on Battery!! Contacted Jaime, informed him, requested service manager Clark contact me. No response.

After walking out on salespaeople who didn't care one way or the other if we bought a vehicle or what we were even looking for, we came to Carolina Amaya at Redlands Toyota. What a HUSTLER!! On Friday, 18th April, 2014 my cousin Joni and I went to this dealership to look at the CC that was fresh out of detail and dealership PDI (post dealer inspection). It would appear that we were the first and only people to look at and drive this car. I have had VW cars in the past, 2002 Jetta 1.8T (turbo), 1999 Jetta 3 GLS and a 1995 Cabriolet Ettien Aigner edition convertible. The visit was not what I had expected. Righ away there was a different feel about this place, it was like I owned the dealership. Mr. David Blanco will throw you off as he presents young and even inexperienced looking. I had facebook instant messenged him regarding the car. We met and I took the test drive, liked the car and we made the arrangements to bring it home. I CAN NOT stress enough to the car buying public that this is the dealership to go to and buy your next car, truck, suv, minivan etc... If it moves, you NEED to call Toyota of Redlands. These people CAN NOT AND WILL NOT STOP until they are completely satisfied that you are dealt with any way less than perfect!!!! I had to tell them to stop, that's nothing like I have ever experienced, EVER. I have bought more cars than most people have pairs of socks and this was the best I have ever had. You know that feeling you get after you made your car purchase, that "did I get F***ed feeling?, yeah I didn't get that. I got he car for much less than retail and can't wait for the funding to be done so I can contribute to traffic. Thank you to David Blanco and the whole team there at Toyota of Redlands. I didn't go for the free BBQ, the balloons, or the free starbucks coffee, I went to them for the car and got the free bees after, hahaha. They even gave me the extended warranty for free, saving me well over $1800.00, they left nothing out... Again, a big thank you to the staff there at Tof R, you guys really are top notch. First off I LOVE my 2014 Corolla. I spoke with Larry Wolfe over the phone and he was very helpful in letting me know what deals the dealership was having. I went down there the next morning and Larry helped me pick out my car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was great on the test drive. He made sure I had my owners manual and that my phone got set up to the bluetooth. Also Toi was also very helpful she made the whole financial part of my experience very pleasant. I really don't know what to say that would properly communicate how happy I am with everything regarding my experience at Toyota of Redlands. I ended up with a Toyota Camary and couldn't be more pleased with it. My "salesman" ( I feel like I'm not doing him justice by calling him that) was Gabriel and he started out by making sure what I wanted and needed in a car if I was to get one. He didn't show me anything else or try to talk me into any unnecessary car or add ons. And he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was happy even when the paperwork was longer than I thought. Gabriel and his manager put me at ease and did everything to work with me and get me into the price range I felt like I needed, especially since I've never made payments on a car before and was very nervous. I honestly can't wait to drive my car, I look forward to a long trip and now understand what people mean when they express joy in driving a particular car! Oh yeah and the next day when I thought there was a problem but thought I was gonna be late for work and I spoke to Paul Smith, he took care of me, made sure I got to work on time and put me at ease getting it checked out and still am so extremely happy with my car, my purchase and all the people at Toyota of Redlands. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.

I love my 2011 sienna and cannot thank Larry Wolfe enough for his outstanding help! I was so pleased that in just a short period of time he found just what I was looking for. He gave perfect directions before and during the test drive and after that he made sure that I could operate seats and so many of the various safety items that are built into the car. He gave me confidence that I would quickly learn how to handle this vehicle. He also made sure that I received the owners manual and best of all he actually set up my Bluetooth! Bryon Howard met with us promptly, offered what he thought we might need and quoted a very reasonable price. We were taken by shuttle to a nearby shopping center and picked back up. The car was ready an hour sooner than quoted and had exactly what he said needed to be done accomplished. The price was less than expected and much less than quoted by the dealer we purchased from. We called them the next morning to ask a question after our loan had been approved and they told us someone else came in offered more money so they sold it out from under us. If you are purchaseing a new or used car or getting your toyota repaired this is the place to go. I pruchased my toyota prius from this dealership and the process was very smooth. I recently brought in my prius for a oil change...dropped off at 7am and was done in a couple hours. I also recently brought this car in for some minor repairs which were also done quickly. I went over my prius with the advisor Mario Bloomfield...who is the best...very patient, listens to my concerns and shows a true concern for getting my car repaired...dealership lucky to have him. Todd was great; very helpful, professional and took more of a consultative role. Worked out all the features I wanted and I picked up my Tacoma a day or two later.I went through the Costco program and the deal was good based on the research I did.Janelle was a riot. I think her and my wife ganged up on me some. LOL Just kidding. She was a joy to work with. I spent almost as much time with her as I did Todd. :-)I waited to submit this review until I got my running boards put on the truck which we did on Friday 7-5. The service team was excellent as well. Very friendly, prompt service. The shuttle driver was very nice as well; dropped my wife off back at home and picked her back up a few hours later. I was delighted with the quality of service offered. Not only was the pricing the best among several other dealers, but the the whole team that helped us out was wonderful. I am a USAA member and used their car buying service program (TrueCar) to solicit quotes on a 2013 Plug-In Prius in my area. I received 3 dealer quotes, but I was contacted by only 2 of the 3 dealers, with Caroline Amaya in the Internet Department being the first. I was actually contacted by the Internet Dept at Redlands Toyota within 30 minutes of submitting my TrueCar request via USAA. Ms. Amaya, the Internet Sales Manager, could not have been more pleasant and only asked me if she could provide any additional information to assist me with my decision. I could not make it into the dealership on that day (Sunday), but my wife and I did visit the dealership the following evening at 7:00 p.m. We were immediately greeted and directed to the Internet Dept. The on duty Internet representative was in the midst of closing a sale, so we were referred to salesman Larry Wolfe to assist us with our questions. Larry was very easy going and demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the Plug-In Prius, but also of the Honda we were interested in trading in. We located the plug-in Prius in the color and with the options we were interested in and then sat down to begin the trade-in negotiations. The entire trade-in process took only 15 minutes and the staff recognized the fact that our Honda had received the recommended regular maintenance from a Honda dealer. We received a very reasonable offer on our trade, which we accepted. The entire process went very smoothly from vehicle selection, the trade-in negotiations, obtaining financing and then taking delivery of our vehicle. Before we left the dealership, our salesman Larry Wolfe spent almost a full hour explaining the Plug-In Prius' operating features to my wife. He also personally assisted her with setting up her phone on the Bluetooth feature and loading her contacts. He also assisted with setting up the Pandora music account and the station selection options on the Entune sound system. Last, before we drove off in our new Prius, Larry Wolfe stated that because we had informed him that my wife would be the primary driver of the vehicle, if we would like him to, he could program and override the automatic door locks so that the doors would not automatically unlock when the vehicle's transmission was placed into "Park." This was truly a thoughtful gesture on Larry's part. My wife does work in an urban area and during the Winter months, when it becomes dark late in the afternoon, safety and security become a real issue. I would like to again thank Larry Wolfe, Caroline Amaya, and the entire staff at Redlands Toyota for making our new car purchase experience a pleasurable one. Also, a tip of hat to Finance Manager Cindy Godina for expediting the processing of our financial documents and explaining all of our available options in a timely and efficient manner. I recommend Redlands Toyota to all those who are interested in purchasing a new Toyota in the Inland Empire !!!

Our first impression of this dealership altogether was a great one. When we arrived we had the chance to walk for a few moments before Joshua(the salesman) kindly greeted us. We told him we were not buying that day(which we werent), and he still gave us all the time and concern we hoped for. We spent a long time there driving cars because we were unsure which one to buy. We left the dealership to shop around, and we drove other cars, but none of them were as impressive as the Prius. When we came back to buy the car all of the managers made the process fun and fast. We will be buying cars from this place for a very long time. Great dealership and very nice decor inside.

I was helping my mom search for a cheap new car or a nice used car. Snuck into the used lot trying to avoid salespeople as we've had a few bad experiences in the past. A guy spotted us and came over. We're glad he did. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us find the right car and my mom is incredibly satisfied with her purchase. He didn't pressure us any more than what should be, and he was very polite. Gabriel must be a newer salesperson there, but he is well worth your time.

Todd was very helpful in finding the right car for me. We corresponded for a week via email and phone to make sure that he answered all the questions I had. He was very friendly and courteous. Todd went above and beyond his call of duty. He had to leave early on the day that I was buying my car, but he referred me to one of his colleagues and made sure that I was taken care of. Even when he left, he called me to make sure that everything was going well and if I had any questions, to call him in a few days. I bought my previous vehicle at Toyota of Redlands and have helped a couple friends purchase their car there, but I would say that this was probably the most positive and best experience I've had. I definitely will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a car.

I cannot say enough about Caroline super friendly and made our car buying experience one of the best ones I have ever had. Gil was friendly and quick. It took us longer to get out there than it did to have all the paperwork signed. Todd and the staff at Toyota of Redlands more than met our expectations. The car we thought we wanted to purchase did not have the equipment we really wanted. Todd went over the vehicle with us and helped put an end to our confusion. The environment at the dealership was very relaxed and friendly. This was important as they had to find the car we wanted as it was not on their lot. Todd not only located the car but also went and got it the same day. This meant that my wife got her new car a few days after her birthday and a day before Mother's Day. I am happy because we got the internet price that we expected. My story gets better. I had lost my reading glasses that day and searched everywhere but with no luck. My wife called Todd the next day and asked if anyone had found a pair of glasses at the dealership. Todd told her he would check and call back. He called back a few minutes later and informed us that he had indeed found them in the office where we had signed the paperwork. We picked up my lost glasses later that day. Todd's professionalism and great customer service are outstanding.

In early March, I was in a car accident in which my vehicle was declared a total loss. I did not take this very well since my car was paid off and now this meant I needed to replace it. After accepting the situation I was in, I began to do some research. I have a long commute to work, so I needed a fuel-effecient vehicle. I have two children, so I needed safe and reliable. Thanks to a referral, I was able to contact Greg Leon. After an initial conversation over the phone, I felt confident that I would find my car at this dealership. I had my Scion TC for 7 years now (originally purchased from the old location in Redlands) and it finally decided to give me some issues. I took it into the dealer and convinced myself to buy a new car. Andrew in services immediately transferred me over to Todd Burns in sales and he took care of the rest. I had multiple questions which he answered completely. I've never really "trusted" dealerships before but I always get a good feeling when I come into Redlands. It seems like they've managed to retain the small town feel while still doing millions in business. It was extremely easy to use the Costco auto program to contact a dealer, especially if you already know the car you are interested in. Caroline immediately contacted me regarding my inquiry and it was very easy to schedule an appointment with her. Although the dealership was out of the way, it was hassle-free as soon as I arrived. My appointment time was kept and everything was explained very carefully and in a clear efficeint manner. Caroline is extremely friendly and helpful which made the experience much easier.

This was a new experience working through the internet sales. Thought I paid a fair price for the vehicle at the time of purchase. My first visit to the dealership was not very positive. I stood out in the parking lot for over 2 hours with no sales representative to help, additionally Mr. Johnny Rodriguez gave me his card after I approached him and a groups of sales representatives and I was told he would call with information on two vehicles I was interested in. I NEVER GOT THE CALL. For a manager his customer service was very poor. If not for the Black Friday sales promotion I would have not returned to the dealership. During the processing of the vehicles agreement my wife and I got the impression we were holding Caroline from doing something. It was a very lengthy process however we purchased TWO vehicles. The best aspect of the experience was working with Gil. His professionalism and concern was TOP NOTCH. He explained in detail each document we signed. Overall this dealership provided a good experience however if I was not a loyal Toyota customer I would have went elsewhere.

I was initially given this dealership as 1 of 3 who my USAA insurance referred me to. The dealership was closer to me than going to the San Diego area.I was treated courteously & had many followup emails & phone calls that were very helpful & informative. Also I had to go to Riverside so I thought it only to my advantage to see what could be worked out for myself & the dealership.All in all it was not a bad experience like one sometimes has when purchasing a car. Especially being a woman by herself, I had to do a lot of research with regards to the different dealerships & the prices.

Redlands Toyota Caroline Amaya and Toi Costakes made my Purchase an Outstanding experience. Caroline is one of the most polite, kind and courteous sales people I have ever dealt with. Caroline went out of her to make sure my purchase experience was flawless. Both Caroline and Toi are consummate professionals that should be commended for their job performance. I plan to purchase another new vehicle on my birthday in April and hope to deal the Redlands Toyota Family again. 9/28/2012To whom it may concern:I am writing this letter to inform you how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with your service department. My first problem I encountered was a few months ago when I brought my vehicle in for a malfunctioning slider door on my Sienna Van. Your service representative Jose Gomez called me after having the vehicle all afternoon to tell me they identified the problem and need to order the part for the repair. I picked up the vehicle and was informed by Jose Gomez that they would call me once the part arrives. Three weeks came and went with no phone call. I took the initiative to call and was informed the part had arrived and had been in for weeks. I was perturbed but decided to move forward with the appointment. Once I arrived at the dealership after making the appointment I was informed the part was sent back and that I would have to reschedule.I asked to speak with the manager to express my frustration and ask for a remedy to the situation. I spoke with Clark Garnett who apologized profusely and said he would make sure I am taken care of and get to the bottom of it. He said he would call and have the part brought over immediately and would even provide me with a loaner vehicle. I appreciated the gesture and felt I was finally going to get some service. He said he would call me when the part arrives and take care of it. Guess what? Another week came and went. I know this sounds pretty amazing and hard to believe that a service manager would drop the ball after finding out the employee working for him did the exact same thing. How can the employees ever be held accountable when the manager who is supposed to set an example fails to do so. I then called in and spoke with Mark Winant and finally reached someone who cared. He personally handled the situation, did what he said he was going to do and agreed the whole process was unacceptable. My advocacy of your dealership was diminished only to be miraculously resurrected by one individual. If only all your employees had the pride and integrity that Mark has. Mark finally had it taken care of in a timely manner the way it should have been done in the first place. I held on longer than any other customer would have and gave everyone there the benefit of the doubt that mistakes are made. Against my better judgment I returned on Sep. 24th because of a malfunctioning tail gate latch. I went through the same inconvenient process and was told by Patrick McDonald the part would be in early the next day and would take approximately two hours to repair. I was told I would be called again. GUESS WHAT????? I had to call on the 25th at 3:00 p.m. and was informed that the part was there. I called the parts department and they confirmed it arrived in the morning. Now I am wondering if this is your normal process to order a part for a customer and never call them back. I then brought the vehicle in on the 28th at approx 9.a.m. for a two hour repair as quoted. I called at 3:00 p.m. since I did not hear from anyone(not surprised). I was told that it is still being worked on. Not sure how two hours turned into six but again was never informed of the delay. And here we are at 3:00 p.m. and it is still not ready. I have been a loyal customer of Toyota for 20 years. My first fifteen years dealing with Toyota Carlsbad and now since moving to Redlands the last five here. I will now be forced to drive all the way back to Toyota Carlsbad for all my service needs. Way to go Toyota of Redlands, you lost me forever. I will be letting everyone I know via the internet ( social media) etc. about my experience. Since my survey will most likely be pulled I will also be informing Toyota's corporate office directly. Maybe they can convince you to overhaul your service department from all the defects and malfunctions. And no I am not completely satisfied.

When purchasing our vehicle we literally walked in told them what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. We told them we would leave at one penny over. Within ten minutes we were getting our paperwork ready with the price we asked for. The people were great and easy to work with. After our purchase we did the walk around of the vehicle, noticed a small scratch and the repair shop fixed it up for us. It was perfection! Definitely a great buying experience!

I have owned 3 brand new toyotas in the alst five years. I can only say that Toyota has very high standards for hiring employees because at three different dealerships, Avondale Arizona, Redlands, Calif, Fresno Calif, all three have serviced my vehicle honestly and efficiently. I was never told i needed to buy something that i did not need. So far I have been able to rely on their expertise in any situation. They have maintained their customer service after the fact of buying a new car.

Toyota of Redlands is amazing. They offer true hospitality and they truly care about their customers. I was not hounded or stalked by sales people. I visited several other dealers and was hounded by tons of sales people. I felt stalked. Not at Toyota of Redlands. One person greeted me, went for a test drive and walked me through the entire process. He even stayed with me while talking to the finance agent and helped me get the best deal. They were patient as I made my decision to purcahse a car and worked with me so I could get the best intereste rate possible. I would purchase a car from this dealership again. Went to this dealership to buy a used car, based on recommendations from friends who have bought cars here previously. I was very pleased with the customer service and honesty of the salesperson that greeted us, Jason Ho.I ended up choosing a well-used 2005 Toyota Avalon that was in very good shape, then we proceeded to negotiations which were quick and straight forward. Mr. Ho went to his manager for approval and we closed the deal.A couple of days following my purchase I found an oil leak that was covered in a "Technical Service Bulletin" and I called and talked to the service department about it, thinking they might work with me a bit on the price, since this was an "AS-IS" purchase. I am so happy now that I did buy from this dealer because they agreed to do the work at a very substantial discount, and they even offered a couple of 'extras' along with it, thanks to Mark Winant (service and parts director).They have done everything possible to show me their great level of courtesy and respect for the customer and they have a very happy customer in me. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future!Thank you Toyota of Redlands!

My mom's 2005 Toyota Corolla has been stalling since April 2nd. They replaced the recall part and it continued to stall, they argued over it being the recall part and then replaced the catalytic converter charging my mom labor of $800, the car did it again, they then tried to brush her off and she fought back and they replaced the recall part again, and now it has done it again and this time the light stayed on and they asked her to drive the car back to the dealer, even with the risk of death.injury to herself and others. She refused they finally towed it. Then, Toyota of Redlands claimed that a plastic bag was found in the fuel tank. They have claimed that the car will not stall again. I am suspicious however I hope they are correct or they will have some explaining to do about where this plastic bag came from. However, even if this is the case they refuse to release the 3 codes that came up this time and will not refund the $$ for all the repairs they did that did not resolve the issue, reason being that the computer told them these other things were the issue so protocal is to fix them. We met with Paul Smith, General Manager at Toyota of Redlands today July 17th. I was very pleased with the results. My suspicions have been laid to rest regarding the origin of the plastic bag now that we have more understanding of how it could have gotten into the fuel pump. Although how it actually got there is still a mystery. Toyota of Redlands refunded my mom for things that did not solve the initial problem and assured her that if it does happen again they will be there for her and I believe them. My mom and I will retunr in the future and really appreciate management getting involved and meeting with us to bring some closure to this issue.

I first got in contact with your dealership through your website at http://toyotaofredlands.com. It looks like the site is current and is well maintained. Once I submitted my request for more information I received an email reply from Dyana Mace almost immediately. She followed up with a call the next day and we scheduled a time for me to check out the Tacoma I had an eye on.The car was waiting for me to test drive when I got there. Caroline Amaya helped me out from there and was very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the vehicle. She was very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. It was honestly a joy to work with her through each stage of the process.Janelle Hall finished up with the financing. She was also extremely helpful in making me understand which options were in my best interest and those which weren't.Overall one of the best auto buying experiences I've had.

I went in ready to buy a car they had in their add. I am a recent college grad so I qualify for the recent college grad program. It was an internet ad and the lady we talked to on the phone said that we just needed to bring in transcripts as proof of graduation. We drove there from Riverside and then had to wait 20 minutes because no one was ready for us. When one of the salesmen was finally ready for us, I showed my transcripts and also pulled up about 3 different documents online obviously stating that I graduated, but they would not accept any of them because they were not an official diploma. For my school diplomas don't come out until 3 months after graduation so there was nothing I could do. We kept talking and he also said I would have to put down 20% down. They wouldn't honor the recent college grad rebate and he was rude so I left. I went home and looked up the specific rules for the college grad program. In the rules, it says that to qualify for the program you don't even have to have graduated yet you just need to be 6 months away from graduating (thus you don't need an official diploma to qualify). It also said you need to put 0% down. The only document that the program rules said you actually needed to bring was an offer letter (which I brought). Basically, we drove for an hour and waited for 20 minutes to be scammed.Two days later I went to another Toyota dealer and they accepted my transcripts without any hesitation. They were much more willing to work with us, much nicer, and much more willing to honor the promises of the college grad program. I bought my car from them. Either the salesman at Toyota of Redlands didn't know how to do his own simple job or he just didn't want to sell me the car.

We bought a 2012 prius v package 5 loaded every option available ,jason ho worked with us ,they beat longo toyota internet prices by 500 dollars and the interest rate was better than the credit union 1.9 percent for 60 months ,i would recommend to anyone buying a new toyota this dealership,also there extended warranty if purchased and not used ,you get all your money back in writing ,thats a great deal,we drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to get this car and it was worth it,no haggling on price and smooth transaction on paperwork,also dealership is one of the nicest i have been to very comfortable, lookout longo toyota!!!

I spoke with so many dealerships and sales representatives looking for the ideal pre-owned minivan for our family and ended up driving for over an hour to purchase our car from Toyota of Redlands because of the honest, straight-forward no-nonsense approach of their internet sales department. I went to another dealership and spent hours filling out paperwork and being given the run-around, only to find out they were not going to give us the deal they promised over the phone. As a mother of young children, I did not have the time or energy for this sort of debacle. Toyota of Redlands not only cut me the deal I needed but emailed it to me in writing. They streamlined the paperwork in preparation for my arrival and everything went as smoothly and efficiently as possible. The facilities were pleasant and the employees kind and professional. I only wish we lived closer!

As the other reviews stated, Caroline was very professional, friendly, and best of all, straightforward. There was no BS when it came to what I was looking for, the price, and my financing options. She was attentive and listened to my needs, did not try to pressure me, but provided full detail of inventory that best suited my description. She did not pretend that it was exactly what I needed but let me decide that... She was quick and efficient... The fastest car buying experience of my life.... Beyond that, .... If you have ever purchased a new car before, you would know what I mean when I say that one would typically not care to remember the dreaded final meeting with the finance manager... However, "Toi" was equally professional and a joy to work with. There was no BS, and she made sure that I understood the options that I had selected and presented a few options that she ought I might be interested in without any pressure ... I am disappointed with my experience at Toyota of Redlands and with my salesperson Caroline Amaya. I was quoted a price of $29,900 for a new Toyota that she said she had saved for me. It had the options that I wanted and was the color of my choice. She also offered me $300 off that price also.What happened was that that car wasn't available and then I was offered another car which was more expensive with options I will never use like XM radio and a tilting sunroof. I felt like I was lied to as to the availability of the car I first chose then was baited into buying another car which had more options and was more expensive.Also, I bought the car and I stored it in my garage for 2 weeks and the first time I drove it it had a flat. I thought that the tire should have been covered since the car really had not been driven since I bought it.

Initially, I contacted Redlands Toyota to inquire on a used Lexus SUV that they were offering for a great price. I hesitated emailing the dealership quite honestly because I didn't want to be hassled with sales calls, however, because of the great price of the vehicle I decided to email for information. During the last several months, I have been negotiating a home loan modification, which has resulted in my credit rating negatively being affected for the first time. I had considered trading in my Chevy Tahoe in effort to downsize, and lower my monthly costs, but assumed my credit rating would prevent that. When Caroline contacted me shortly after I sent my email, it was the beginnng of a very different car buying experience. My sales rep Caroline was extremely professional, charismatic, knowledgeable, and immediately began working on getting me pre-approved for financing. I appreciated Caroline's reassuring nature as we discussed my current credit situation, and I felt a lot less embarrassed as we discussed my situation. The vehicle I was interested in had been sold, and the interest rate for used vehicles was higher than I expected, so Caroline suggested looking at new Toyota vehicles. I have owned three Toyotas in the past, and they have been awesome cars, so I was definitely open to looking at new Toyotas. Caroline showed me cars that fit my needs and budget, and was very patient with my endless questions. She took the time to show me the differences in the models that I was interestedin, and the features that were important to me. Choosing the Camry SE, was an easy choice because it is a fabulous car, but usually the paperwork part of the process is long and tedious, but for the first time, purchasing a vehicle from a dealership was fast, and stress-free! The finance manager Gil was also extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and really took his time to answer all my questions, and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing anything more than I wanted to. I absolutely would refer my family and friends to Redlands Toyota for their stellar customer service and an outstanding car buying experience!

I was looking elsewhere to purchase a new vehicle because in 2004, I did not have a good experience at Toyota of Redlands. After having been approved for an auto loan with 4.75% interest, I started being more active in my search for a dealership. Before being approved for the loan, though, I emailed Toyota of Redlands and since then Caroline Amaya kept on communicating with me either by phone or email. She left a number of messages on the phone and emailed me several times. I wasn't annoyed at all because I was impressed with her persistence and friendliness. By the sound of her voice both in the phone and email, she was very sincere in helping me. In fact, I shceduled two appointments with her and did not show up twice because my husband did not feel like buying in the afternoon. Anyway, on January 7, I was hesitant to look for her because I did not show up in our previous appointments. I'm so happy though that when Larry (I think) asked me if I had spoken with someone already, I said I spoke with Caroline, and he directed us to her office. It was the best decision I made that day! Caroline is top of the line as a person and as someone who helps people buy cars. Honestly, I don't trust car sales people because of my past experiences which includes Spreen Honda. I knew Caoline would be the same. I was wrong. She made sure my husband and I got the car and deal that I wanted. She made us feel that we were the most important people in the world. She even made sure that my children were comfortable, and asked if they wanted something to drink and even offered a muffin. I love the white Corolla that Caroline helped me and my husband purchase. I honestly think it's the best car purchase I've made in my whole life; after purchasing 7 cars, I can finally say to myself, that it was an excellent deal! Caroline had everything to do with it. I was my same old self when I was purchasing, but she gave me confidence that I did not have to settle for anything less than what I really would like to purchase - that she would help me buy what I wanted. She helped me reach a decision with regard to choosing the best among my choices by explaining clearly why the white Corolla would be the best. Cndy Godina was friendly and helpful too. We were at Toyota of Redlands for more than two hours but it was not a painful wait because they made sure we were comfortable (and like I already said, including our children).Thank you Caroline for being such a blessing to our family. Every time I drive the Corolla, I'll remember your kindness and sincerity. May God bless you and your loved ones. Thank you too, Cindy. Derek and I are both Math teachers, so we both believe in your Math skills - you have it. Otherwise, you wouldn't have been able to explain as clearly as you did to us. As we were looking online for a used vehicle for our son late on Saturday night, my wife located one that piqued our interest. As it was already past 10PM, I sent an e-mail requesting more information, and I was surprised that Ms. Amaya replied quickly via e-mail and contacted me over the phone the following day as scheduled. An appointment was made and she was there waiting for us with the vehicle on the side in the shade for a better view. She was very knowledgeable with the truck even though it was a Ford. She was very friendly and gave us the time to consider with my family if we wanted to purchase the truck. After discussing a few discounts for the vehicle due to our concerns, I made an offer and in less than one minute it was accepted by the manager. I loved the hassle free experience. We even bought the extra maintenance insurance because it was well explained by Gil Yglesias at the finance department with no pressure what so ever to buy it (unlike other experiences I had at other dealerships before). They even offered food (burgers and hotdogs) and soda or cold water on a hot Sunday. It was a great buying experience. I will definitely come back in the future to do business again.

In regards to the customer service it was superior and friendly. I felt very comfortable and was appreciated by my sales representative. However I did have some concerns and felt somewhat disappointed when it came to closing out the deal. I purchased the vehicle, used, cash, as is and understood this concept, however I felt nickled and dimed when it came to the subject of allowing me to have the alarm system that obviously came with the vehicle verse paying additional money to asertain it. I was told that if I wanted the alarm system inabled it would cost an additional $500. I did think that it came with the vehicle, when the final offer was submitted, only to be told otherwise. I strongly feel that the alarm system should have been included and to negotiate this was unfair. In addition it made me feel vulerable to damage or crime in an otherwise safe vehicle. In spite of this I was considering purchasing a new vehicle in the future since both of my vehicles will be paid of in 11 months. I do feel that when it comes to closing the deal, and the manager has the authority he should see to it that the customer does not leave with a bad taste in thier mouth after all the hard work the sales representive did beforehand. After all the $ 500 should not be a issue to a potential future customer.

I emailed asking whether a vehicle was available and received an immediate response telling me it had been sold. There was NO attempt to play any type of games. Later that day I did decide to go to the dealership and see what else was there and was treated with extreme professionalism by Janet, who found a different model of the same car I had been looking for. I was at the dealership for less than 2 hours. This was from the time I first drove in, to the time I had finished signing all of the paperwork, and was driving out.

My husband and I traveled about an hour away to visit Toyota of Redlands. We were impressed with the professional service and greeting at the front parking lot. The representatives were very professional and attentive in every possible way. The customer service we received was excellent because Caroline Amaya was listening to our needs and willing to work with us every step of the way. We felt very comfortable with her from the beginning as soon as we heard her voice over the phone. Excellent service and excellent professional ethics were demonstrated by Caroline. We were also very impressed with the Child's play area and coffee bar. It was one of the nicest dealership buildings we have ever seen. Great job!!! We were able to buy the kind of car we wanted for our family. Although it was a basic model, we wished we could have had better offers on amenities but soon realized it would drive up the price. In today's economy, I really thought there was going to be better specials but in the end it was a fair deal.(Just wished I would have had more bells like the entertainment package and navigation system). Overall, the experience was good. Thank you again.

John Granlund was a pleasure to work with friendly and genuine. At the time that I was able to come down and test drive John was not available so Michael Jacobs came out to assist me. He too was very helpful and friendly. He advised me to go online and fill out a credit application to speed the process and to put in the notes that I had been working with John. He also ensured that he would forward the information to John as well. Michael wrote down the vehicle stock #, year and miles so that I could include that information and everything would be taken care of in advance so purchasing did not turn into an all day adventure. This was my best experience in buying a vehicle, the moment that I was contacted via the Internet by Caroline Amaya. She answered all my questions concerning the purchase of the new Toyota Camry. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was looking for. We discussed my financial concerns, and Caroline assured me that, after checking my credit rating, I would be eligible for the 0% interest that I was most concerned with. She gave me several possible payment amounts according to what I was considering for a down payment. I set up an appointment for the following day, but after a minute or two, I returned her call to notify her that I was coming in within 15 minutes. When I arrived, she had all ready started the paper work; after the intial test drive, I was ready to purchase the car. Within minutes, Caroline and I completed our discussion, and proceed to the financial advisor, Gilbert Iglesias. The paper work was done properly and quickly to my satisfaction. I was satisfied with the price of the car, since I had already done some research pricing cars in the area. No one,either Toyota of San Bernarino (who never contacted me), or Nissan of Fontana gave me the information that Caroline Amaya gave me. Her information to me is the reason that I am now a proud owner of a Toyota Camry, and not a Nissan Altima.My intial attempt to purchase a Toyota car was with Toyota of San Bernardino..but, after two attempts via the internet, they never responded.I would gladly recommend Toyota of Redlands to any of my friends.

Its a very stressful experience usually to deal with salesmen, most of the time you are not sure whether should trust what they are saying or not, just to you get to the dealership, they will give you unbeatable quote and make you drive to their showroom. Once you are there, they will try to hard sell cars that you weren't planning buy and take advantage of you loosing your patience and you end up buying what you never planned!!!I must say, Justin changed my impression of such salesmen. He is a great guy with a very straight forward approach and to the point information. He was very clear in giving me clear information and it made me very easy to decide what car I wanted to go for. I appreciate his attitude to earn customer's business in a right way...Though I ended up buying car from a different dealership as this one didn't have color I was looking for, but I will surely contact Justin from Redlands Toyota once again or refer to my friends whenever they are in need of a car.Thanks,Mehul.

I first found the dealership online. I was only interested in a Toyota. When I arrived, Caroline Amaya asked me how I had heard of them. I told her on the internet, and she asked me if I had the online coupon. When I said I didn't, because I was at an internet cafe when I logged on and the coupon disappeared before I could click on it, she immediately gave me credit for the coupon anyway. She was so understanding of my needs and the importance of a reliable vehicle. She made the trade in process, as well as choosing my new vehicle, seamless. She answered all of my questions, and worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. She even let me use her computer to log into my financing account to get the payoff amount for my trade in. The entire process was stress free. It was truly a pleasure working not only with Caroline, but the entire team. It couldn't have been any easier. I will highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing a new Toyota.

The staff was friendly and helpful and did not push me to purchase extras I did not want. I had dreaded the process but my need for a new car overcame that dread. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was. My questions were answered completely so that I felt completely informed regarding the vehicle and the loan process.

I totaled my 05 Prius and was eager to replace it quickly. I test drove a Prius with Steven on Monday and it was very straight forward and no pressure, since he knew I was waiting on my insurance company. When the funds got released and it came time to buy, I got internet prices from my credit union and the color Prius I wanted ended up being in Moreno Valley. I went there first, with two valid checks, and Moreno Valley refused to let me buy the Prius I wanted (I waited 3 days for it to be delivered) unless I let them run a credit application. This was bad enough, but the sales manager was rude, made fun of us and told us he had to follow certain procedures due to the Patriot Act (totally unprofessional and ridiculous to say the least). The last thing he said was, "You know, you don't have to buy a car here," I was shocked at his attitude. I know the car I want has limited availability this moment but at the end of the day I'm still paying almost $30,000 and am a customer. I called Redlands Toyota from the office I was left in and told them my problem. I spoke with Laura and the first thing she said was, "Why didn't you come here?" Good question. The sales manager at Redlands knew we had just bought a vehicle for my husband 3 weeks prior and told us to come down, they would take care of us. And they did and my car was almost $1,000 less. Caroline got us in and out the door with my replacement car. After a rough week of dealing with insurance companies, rental cars and banks, actually replacing the car was the easiest part. Now I know to go to Redlands to get the service I need.

Horrible. Military should NOT buy a car here. I told them MULTIPLE times that I was military and would be paying my taxes in Florida where I am a resident. They assured me that CA had to charge sales tax regardless and foolishly I took them at their word. Afterwords, I spoke to the CA DMV and they even had a DMV agent assigned to my request because they told me I SHOULD NOT have paid CA taxes. Toyota of Redlands would NOT give me my money back regardless of all the information provided and the contact information provided to them for my DMV agent. They eventually stopped taking my calls...horrible experience.

We have been shopping for Sequoia Platinum RWD ($ 57k MSRP) for some time, and we were introduced to this dealer from AAA no-hassle pricing service (thru Zag). The dealer quoted us the lowest guaranteed price of $ 51.6k, roughly $ 600 under invoice. Cool, so we decided to stop by. When we got there, we had to wait for a half an hour to meet the sale person whom we communicated via email. Fine, he must have had some urgent matter to take care. Since he knew what we were there for, he brought Sequoia for us to take a look. SURPRISE!! It was a Sequoia with 3,750 miles driven by the manager/owner/whoever. They said it was never registered, but who cares, it's still USED FOR OVER 3000 MILES!! Fine, we decided to give a shot if the price was ok, we were thinking like "maybe about $ 45k would do the job" since it's used. The salesman came back and GUESS WHAT? THEY WERE ASKING FREAKING $ 51k FOR THE USED ONE. Umm.. We got the GUARANTEED PRICE of $ 51.6k for BRAND NEW ONE, and you are only giving us 600 bucks discount for used one? HELLO?? We tried to negotiate, but they didn't bite. So, we asked for the brand new one for $ 51.6k, and they said they can't find one. HELLO???? So we walked away. AVOID THESE LIARS. I am going to report this dealer to AAA and Zag as well, so they can kick this dealer out from being Certified dealer.
