I was met by a friendly person as soon as I parked. He guided and helped me. I was later haviNguyen to wait a little to be served when my truck was going to be serviced, and the guy organising the one lane next to me came up to me explaining he wasn't ignoring me, but that he wasn't dealing with my lane. The guy who did deal with my lane, 30 000 miles +, was very friendly, nice and had great people skills. There was a waiting area, with coffee and tea. Overall I felt taken care of and valued as a customer, and not just someone who dropped their car off.

I had a flat tire and was driving on the spare. I went to the dealer thinking I needed to buy a new tire. Steve was very helpful and asked to see the flat. It only needed a repair and I could keep the old tire. Chelsea did all the paperwork. It cost 19, they filled some windshield wiper fluid and I was out within half an hour. So helpful and courteous.

Everyone there was courteous and helpful from the moment my car rolled in to when the shuttle driver appeared at my house 20 minutes before closing time. Jim Maratinez made the situation with my car very clear/understandable and followed through with me at each step of the way. In retrospect yesterday, I was thinking that I'd recommend this dealership to a friend who's in the market to buy or lease a car, and that one of the reasons I'd mention is the quality of the service in their repair department.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, I dealt with Donald "kiwi" Taylor, he was GREAT answered all my questions and was available to be contacted at any time, was very patient with me as i was a first time buyer. He was very friendly and funny which made my experience that much better, when it came to the truck he was able to help me find what i was looking for (color, body style, and interior) even when it wasn't at their car lot. The sales manager Chuck was also very helpful, he really broke down the information for me and help me understand the various details and Jason the business manager made all the final paperwork smooth and easy. Overall everything was great!

I had AMAZING customer service from Chelsea R. From the first contact on the phone to the moment I left the service department. She made me feel like I was the only person she had to help that day even though the lobby was packed with people waiting for their cars to be serviced. She even walked me to the bathroom at the end. Also, Steve V. looked at my outed head lights, did a quick fuse test, popped in new bulbs and had me out in under and hour. AN HOUR! I believe he is even the manager. I seriously heart Toyota. I've been driving a Toyota since 2003 and still own both cars I bought from Santa Cruz Toyota. I doubt I will ever buy a different brand of car (but the way things are going, I may never need a new car.). Thanks Chelsea and Steve, you're the best! ps. Thanks for the coffee too.

The staff were friendly and professional. Also, the bathrooms are nicer and cleaner than 90% of the restaurants in this area. Quick and friendly, I went to Toyota of Santa cruz with the intent to buy the truck I wanted. I was shown the truck by Alex immediately, and test driving it right after the feature walk through. I drove it home within 2 hours. For a speedy packed labor day, that's hella fast! Between the salesman, the director, the finance guy, they had me approved and the door in time did lunch. I prearranged via email the type of vehicle I was shopping for, which had been set aside with the few accessories I wanted prior to my arrival. Negotiations were NO STRESS and upfront with lease / purchase options. We were able to reach a reasonable deal, with little back and forth. The car was ready upon my return from lunch and the finance paperwork went very smoothly and was rather quick; with a thorough review at each required signature. No hidden costs and/or surprises of a payment increase at signing ................. This dealership is less aggressive, pushy and un-regarding then Sunnyvale (very rude) and Stevens Creek Toyota (don't have time for you); which is why I drove the extra 45 mins. to purchase my vehicle from them. Ask for Bob when you get there and he will connect you with Doug for a smooth / easy negotiation :)

Working with Jim Martinez was incredible. My daughter had a major engine problem with her 2007 Rav. The engine oil consumption was very high. Jim not only came in to meet with us on his day off, he worked to identify the problem, coordinated the oil consumption test, managed the outcomes when the vehicle failed, and made the sure the vehicle's engine was then repaired quickly and accurately per the Warranty Enhancement program. He and his Sales Mgr, Steve Voller worked directly with Toyota to coordinate the details specific to her situation and needs, and Jim made sure the work was done the following week, again on his days off. Jim is a superstar in our book and Steve is a great manager for support and empowers his people to do the incredible job they do. Thanks to Jim, Caitlin, a doctoral candidate at UCSC, was able to stay on schedule with her research that took her to AZ for four months. When she returns to Santa Cruz she will have all her work done at Toyota of Santa Cruz. And, because of the awesome experience with Jim and Co, and the support from Toyota, she is a customer for life, as are my wife and I here in Minnesota.

Emergency service was required on a Saturday morning on short notice to diagnose and make our Prius operable for a necessary trip to San Diego that morning. The car had to be towed to the shop. The service manager corrected the problem by replacing the main battery, and completed a routine servicing as requested by noon which allowed us to successfully complete our trip on schedule. We are very appreciative of the courtesy and quick response to fix our problem. We own a town home in Aptos which we use periodically during the year, and we will be pleased to bring our car in whenever the occasion requires it. Thank you.

I visited several dealers (~10) before purchasing Camry here. Most of sales people at other showrooms were condescending, rude, forcing us to buy extra accessories and warranties. The sales representative here (Jim Davis) was polite and knowledgeable. He spent good amount of time with us answering our queries and waited patiently till we chose the car, no pressure at all. The whole buying process was smooth. Not to mention, I got a great deal.

This made it easy to move forward with the process. Nice people. The first time I drove in to have the warranty work done, however, I had called ahead to make an appt for warranty work and was told an appt was not needed, just drive right in and they would look at it to see what to order, then I'd make an appt for installation-two people asked me what I was there for and then said a service person would be out to help me-but no one came out for 20 minutes except to help cars that entered the "appt only" line (who had arrived after me). I left and came back the next day.

The staff is awesome, very friendly & knowledgeable. We have had vehicles serviced here for over 10 years, always excellent service. My husband & I just purchased our 3rd vehicle from them this year; we are customer's for life. I would recommend Toyota of Santa Cruz to anyone.

From the moment I walked on the lot, I felt comfortable. I was free to look around without high-pressure sales, and when I was ready with questions, and a need for assistance, they were ready to assist in a friendly way. I gave the buying process only 4 stars because the car buying process is always a pain; that's California, not Toyota of Santa Cruz. Their facility is a bit limited at the moment due to construction of new facilities, and once that is complete they're going to be 5-star worthy for sure!! I would recommend Toyota of Santa Cruz!

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgable and patient. I especially liked the service coordinator (probably not her official title? And, I feel like a dolt as I can't remember her name - she was on duty Saturday, December 12th early morning). She was authentically nice and helpful, upbeat and I felt she was overall awesome at her job, which made me feel like I was surely getting all my car needed. Overall, everyone I encountered in service was absolutely refreshing to deal with in a world where good customer service seems to be challenging to find. Great team!!
