I was met by a friendly person as soon as I parked. He guided and helped me. I was later haviNguyen to wait a little to be served when my truck was going to be serviced, and the guy organising the one lane next to me came up to me explaining he wasn't ignoring me, but that he wasn't dealing with my lane. The guy who did deal with my lane, 30 000 miles +, was very friendly, nice and had great people skills. There was a waiting area, with coffee and tea. Overall I felt taken care of and valued as a customer, and not just someone who dropped their car off.

The dealership had an opening and took me right away for anOil change. The discovered my front tire had a nail in it and Repaired this for me because of their safety checks. Kelly O'Neal was extremely helpful in handling my insurance claim to fix my car. I had a flat tire and was driving on the spare. I went to the dealer thinking I needed to buy a new tire. Steve was very helpful and asked to see the flat. It only needed a repair and I could keep the old tire. Chelsea did all the paperwork. It cost 19, they filled some windshield wiper fluid and I was out within half an hour. So helpful and courteous.

I liked of sales guy dylan. He was awsome. I was in touch with him over the phone before we made the drive to santa cruz from paso robles. Everyone there was courteous and helpful from the moment my car rolled in to when the shuttle driver appeared at my house 20 minutes before closing time. Jim Maratinez made the situation with my car very clear/understandable and followed through with me at each step of the way. In retrospect yesterday, I was thinking that I'd recommend this dealership to a friend who's in the market to buy or lease a car, and that one of the reasons I'd mention is the quality of the service in their repair department.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, I dealt with Donald "kiwi" Taylor, he was GREAT answered all my questions and was available to be contacted at any time, was very patient with me as i was a first time buyer. He was very friendly and funny which made my experience that much better, when it came to the truck he was able to help me find what i was looking for (color, body style, and interior) even when it wasn't at their car lot. The sales manager Chuck was also very helpful, he really broke down the information for me and help me understand the various details and Jason the business manager made all the final paperwork smooth and easy. I had AMAZING customer service from Chelsea R. From the first contact on the phone to the moment I left the service department. She made me feel like I was the only person she had to help that day even though the lobby was packed with people waiting for their cars to be serviced. She even walked me to the bathroom at the end. Also, Steve V. looked at my outed head lights, did a quick fuse test, popped in new bulbs and had me out in under and hour. AN HOUR! I believe he is even the manager. I seriously heart Toyota. I've been driving a Toyota since 2003 and still own both cars I bought from Santa Cruz Toyota. I doubt I will ever buy a different brand of car (but the way things are going, I may never need a new car.). Thanks Chelsea and Steve, you're the best! ps. Thanks for the coffee too.

Quick and friendly, I went to Toyota of Santa cruz with the intent to buy the truck I wanted. I was shown the truck by Alex immediately, and test driving it right after the feature walk through. I prearranged via email the type of vehicle I was shopping for, which had been set aside with the few accessories I wanted prior to my arrival. Negotiations were NO STRESS and upfront with lease / purchase options. We were able to reach a reasonable deal, with little back and forth. The car was ready upon my return from lunch and the finance paperwork went very smoothly and was rather quick; with a thorough review at each required signature. No hidden costs and/or surprises of a payment increase at signing ................. This dealership is less aggressive, pushy and un-regarding then Sunnyvale (very rude) and Stevens Creek Toyota (don't have time for you); which is why I drove the extra 45 mins. to purchase my vehicle from them. Ask for Bob when you get there and he will connect you with Doug for a smooth / easy negotiation :)

My salesman Bob was knowledgable about the Toyota cars; he answered all my questions; he listened to my preferences in a new car. I have owned three previous Toyota's and have driven them each for 200,000. Bob was direct and clear.Question: What sales tax bracket do you use? Santa Cruz County or the area where the client lives.? I feel I would have liked to have a line by line itemiztion as to how the FINAL cost was calculated as it is over whelming for a buyer to follow all the costs ie: cost, add on costs then sub total,less credits and discounts.

Working with Jim Martinez was incredible. My daughter had a major engine problem with her 2007 Rav. The engine oil consumption was very high. Jim not only came in to meet with us on his day off, he worked to identify the problem, coordinated the oil consumption test, managed the outcomes when the vehicle failed, and made the sure the vehicle's engine was then repaired quickly and accurately per the Warranty Enhancement program. He and his Sales Mgr, Steve Voller worked directly with Toyota to coordinate the details specific to her situation and needs, and Jim made sure the work was done the following week, again on his days off. Jim is a superstar in our book and Steve is a great manager for support and empowers his people to do the incredible job they do. Thanks to Jim, Caitlin, a doctoral candidate at UCSC, was able to stay on schedule with her research that took her to AZ for four months. When she returns to Santa Cruz she will have all her work done at Toyota of Santa Cruz. And, because of the awesome experience with Jim and Co, and the support from Toyota, she is a customer for life, as are my wife and I here in Minnesota.

He went over the car thoroughly explaining the features and how everything worked. Glen Rasmussen was incredibly patient and accommodating in terms of getting me the best possible deal - he even sought out the color I wanted with other dealerships, and had my car delivered all the way from Auburn, CA. When it came time to buy, Jason assured me during the financing process, and was transparent and honest when providing the breakdown of costs and add-ons; at no point did I feel pressured to spend more money than I intended to. I was shopping for Tandra TRD PRO, only about 1500 such vehicles are produced by Toyato annually according to dealers. I was either tricked by some dealers to go to their dealership even they don't have the car or to buy the car with $10,000 markup. I like Toyato Santa Cruz not only they had the car when they asked me to go there, but also they offered the car at MSRP.

Emergency service was required on a Saturday morning on short notice to diagnose and make our Prius operable for a necessary trip to San Diego that morning. The car had to be towed to the shop. The service manager corrected the problem by replacing the main battery, and completed a routine servicing as requested by noon which allowed us to successfully complete our trip on schedule. We are very appreciative of the courtesy and quick response to fix our problem. We own a town home in Aptos which we use periodically during the year, and we will be pleased to bring our car in whenever the occasion requires it. Thank you.

Able to make an appointment for Express Service Sunday morning for afternoon oil change. Just drove up to appropriate service lane and was taken care of in a few minutes by friendly/cheery staff. Someone I know went to a well known store's auto service for oil change appointment and had to stand in line for half hour before even being able to begin the process. Friendly advisors. Clear communication. We needed to leave the car overnight so we talked to a different advisor on day two. She had all of the same info that the man from the previous day told us. This made it easy to move forward with the process. We needed new tires and after a little checking we found that the prices were about the same as it would have been in another place which also made it easier for us to just have it done there.

Nice people. The first time I drove in to have the warranty work done, however, I had called ahead to make an appt for warranty work and was told an appt was not needed, just drive right in and they would look at it to see what to order, then I'd make an appt for installation-two people asked me what I was there for and then said a service person would be out to help me-but no one came out for 20 minutes except to help cars that entered the "appt only" line (who had arrived after me). I left and came back the next day.

I've had brand new tires put on my truck, I come in for routine engine maintenance, and I prefer to ONLY work with Terry or Juan because they know how I am. Chelsea Rampone was very helpful and made the experience very positive and easy! I had the express appointment and they were done in the hour as promised! We have been getting our toyota's oil changed at other places lately but after such a great experience with Chelsea as well as the on time speedy service we will stick with Toyata from now on. Aways seem to know what to do, reasonable price for the work done. Shuttle drivers are good, on time, and keep you informed. They don't insist on installing items (like batteries or tires) that you can get elsewhere for less.

I got a ride home and when my truck was done they called me. They told me what my truck needed and didn't need. There was no pressure and that is what I really like.

From the moment I walked on the lot, I felt comfortable. I was free to look around without high-pressure sales, and when I was ready with questions, and a need for assistance, they were ready to assist in a friendly way. I gave the buying process only 4 stars because the car buying process is always a pain; that's California, not Toyota of Santa Cruz. Their facility is a bit limited at the moment due to construction of new facilities, and once that is complete they're going to be 5-star worthy for sure!! I would recommend Toyota of Santa Cruz!

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgable and patient. I especially liked the service coordinator (probably not her official title? And, I feel like a dolt as I can't remember her name - she was on duty Saturday, December 12th early morning). She was authentically nice and helpful, upbeat and I felt she was overall awesome at her job, which made me feel like I was surely getting all my car needed. Overall, everyone I encountered in service was absolutely refreshing to deal with in a world where good customer service seems to be challenging to find. Great team!!
