I just want to say that Jamie, Matt, and Jeff did a great. What a team they make. Jamie with helping me find a car that suited me and my needs. Matt for financing and interest rate, and Jeff for taking the time to hunt down the model I wanted, and having the patience of bringing me the car from another dealership. Even though the red I wanted was sold 😩. I thank each and every one of you. You definitely get 5 stars 🌟

My experience overall was great. No overly aggressive, hounding salespeople...Jermaine was just friendly, direct. Car seems to be in great condition, warranty is an outstanding bonus, and paperwork was filled out before I came back so signing was quick. The only problem I had was that my gas tank was NOT full...it was about half. If it were not for that, I would have given 5 stars.

Sales rep Blair was awesome! She was very sweet and honest. The financing department made financing as painless as possible. I had a much more pleasant at Toyota of Southern Maryland than I have at any other dealership!

Edit to this post: I was pretty upset when writing this review shortly after it happened. It was due to holding Toyota to such a high standard. Up until mid last year I had never owned a Toyota, and now have bought 3 brand new vehicles with them since. (Traded in the one bought a year and 2 months ago for a new vehicle this year). My family and I have always had amazing experiences with Toyota, and they are always bending over backwards for me. I realized they deserve to be cut some slack. I increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I arrived at 8:58am for my 9am scheduled 20K maintenance (oil change, fluids, tire rotation). I opted out of the car wash. I received my key at 11:22am. I was told at 10:27am my vehicle was marked as complete and was coming up. Understandably the service associate made a mistake because they only completed the service at that time and hadn’t completed the recall programming. Understandable as they made me aware of the recall prior to taking my car. My issue is I waited (not dropped off) and it took them 1 hour and 29 minutes just to do an oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off, and inspection? The programming took approximately 45mins? I can’t speak to the programming, but you’d think with someone waiting for their vehicle there would be more of a priority. Maybe my work was so small that I was double booked on a technician. Maybe the technician was late. Idk. But I tried checking on my vehicle multiple times, and was actively pacing in the service desk area. I’m just not sure why someone waiting wouldn’t have a much better time than 2 hours and 24 minutes for a simple service. I have bought 3 new Toyota’s in the last year (traded one in for a recent purchase), and have the maintenance package for both of my current vehicles. Hopefully the next time I’m in there I’ll have a better experience.
