I am happy that we were allowed to trade the car in, however considering what happened to the car and that we are now paying more money a month for a car that is older because we had a new car that lost $3000 in worth that we only had from June to October. I think they should have made it an even swap considering what could have happened to my wife in the carolla. We have had many Toyota's and still like the people who work there, but like I said they should have swapped it out. We should not have to pay more for a problem that we did. It cause.

I love taking my car to be serviced at Toyota of Turnersville. I have been a customer for over 27 years. Everyone is so friendly and kind. sales staff, both internet and on site personnel fail to disclose the real price of the vehicle by utilizing hidden costs called dealer add-ons which are not listed on the window sticker nor are they presented to the customer at any time during the negotiation process. This practice is unethical and apparently condoned by dealership management.

So I'm in a temporary and deliberate low income moment. Given that and with it being time to trade in my gas pig for a high mpg "practical" machine to use as a bandaid. So when I got there I met Pat Boscemi. I was very candid that I was in practical mode and that there was going to be little profit made from me on this day and he may be better served telling me where in lot i should look and letting me do so while he helped someone else. He wasn't having it and insisted on giving me the same time and attention as anyone else. So he ended up spending most of the day as I tend to be a very thorough explorer, I found my "bandaid" car did the paperwork for the swap and was treated with absolute courtesy and respect and am happy as a clam with every bit of the experience and my new little "rollerskate" of a car. One guess where and to whom I will be going when I am ready to get the Prius V that I feel calling to me as we speak... grateful beyond measure to the man who accepted me where I'm at and made me feel very valued as well as the organization who supports him....

Went in to purchase a RAV4 on 9/17! They were super busy but attentive, our salesmen (bill) was great, helpful and kind! The price was great and we got the vehicle exactly where I wanted to be with price along with a few extras. Considering how busy they were they drew up the paperwork while we went to lunch and when we returned was greeted by the finance lady to get going. Paperwork was straightforward and as expected. As usual they tried to sell us on gap insurance and all of the other add on's that we passed on (all dealerships do this so this was par for the course) there was a bit of hard sales tactics but it's to be expected. Overall our experience was great and as to be expected by purchasing from the AutoMall! I have purchased many BMWs and Audis from turnersville and the experience was just as good! We will definitely recommend Toyota of Turnersville to our friends and family members!

Esaias' customer service was phenomenal. I went to Toyota to buy a specific car. However it didn't work out that way. Because I couldn't get the car I was interested in I was ready to leave and look elsewhere. However , Esaias discussed my other options and encouraged me to look at some other cars. This was my first experience with Toyota. I shopped online through their website first and got an eprice on the car I was interested in. Their internet sales team (Sianna) was quick to send me information and pricing for that car. They were also helpful in setting up times to go in to check the car out & test drive. I went in with the eprice I received which gave us a good reference price to start with. The overall process was quicker than I thought it would be. I got a great car at a good price. I wasn't pressured into anything I didn't want or need. My Salesperson Jeff was friendly and knowledgable, as were the other Toyota staff we encountered. I'm happy with my new car and had a great experience with Toyota!

I totaled my car on Mother's Day. I called Toyota to explain the situation and immediately someone who could help me answered. I was not transferred to anyone else and the person I spoke with (Marty) was so helpful. This was the worst car buying experience I have EVER had in my life, and I have purchased about 9 new vehicles in my lifetime. First, I asked for my keys back three times when I went to buy a new Rav4 in December of 2015 and the dealership flat out refused to give me my car keys back and insisted that they get me into a new vehicle. Second, they ran my credit 5 times, with 5 different banks to get me approved without telling me and killed my credit score. Their sales manager is a bully, and their sales staff knows little about the vehicles they are selling. Their service department was hit or miss, very rude or very nice. The only positive experience I had at this dealership was with the financing after I was approved. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I went to this dealership because it was closer to work. HUGE mistake. I should have remained with the other dealership I used for my last 3 cars/ SUV's/ Trucks.

The salesman was really nice and can't say anything bad about him. Everything went well I was buying a used vehicle so they offered me a warranty and they gave me a discounted price which was nice. The problem came in when they forced me to pay for a decor package and lo jack. I said several times that I did not want this. Why should I pay for something that was already done to the vehicle. I really wanted vehicle and in hindsight I should have walked away. And of course they came up with but we discounted the price on the warranty but that was already offered to us and I still kept declining decor package. I have never brought a car where you have to pay for them to clean and detail it.

Just wanted to make sure it was known the amount of effort and attention I received from Marty, AJ, Nick and Drew. I presented them with several challenges from credit approval to locating the vehicle my wife actually wanted (very difficult color/trim level combination). Also, on the way to the dealership, my wife got a flat tire. The staff dropped everything and attended to her to make sure we got a new tire and there was no other damage to vehicle-this was happening just as the service department was about to close. It took about five days for the dealership to obtain the desired vehicle that we wanted to purchase-no problem for us. During the entire process, I received more than daily follow-ups to progress and exactly where we were in the process by several members of the team. Sales finalization and paperwork were seamless, easy and convenient. Financing director was knowledgeable, trustworthy and exteremly helpful. Vehicles price and financing terms were spot on expectations. Entire staff was extremely helpful, patient and excellent communicators. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the Turnersville Auto Mall and the second from Toyota of Turnersville in the last 12 years. We have had all of our servicing done there on our past vehicles over this that time frame-service staff just as top-notched as sales team. We continue to plan to use this dealership (and the Auto Mall group of dealerships) for automotive needs in the future and will definitely recommend our contacts to do so as well. Thanks again!

Sales person didn't know what features came with the Camry line and failed to meet my only requirement in choosing a vehicle (besides price). When I noticed my vehicle lacked the feature (HD radio) I asked if it was possible to just change the head unit to make me happy, however I have not heard back in two weeks. An email to the GM was also unanswered or even kicked down for anyone else to answer. Needless to say I will not shop at this location again and possibly not even with Toyota in the future.

We purchased a used Highlander a few years back. Such a stress-free and easy car-buying experience ( not to mention the deals of a life time! ) I never once felt as if I was being hassled. Because of this I brought my Son to Toyota of Turnersville to buy his first new car! Since then both my husband and son have traded in their used cars for new vehicles at Toyota as well. We will never go any where else! The service here is far too good! Every employee from the cashiers to the managers, are all extremely friendly and helpful. Such an enjoyable car-buying experience I highly recommend !!!

Met with salesman Jeff Beckendorf about purchasing a used Toyota Rav 4. I initially came to them based on their wide selection of certified used Toyota Rav 4 suvs on their website. Jeff was sincere, enthusiastic, knew the product, took me on a test drive, no pressure, great to deal with. Jackie the finance manager was outstanding also, got me a great used car rate, even better than advertised. Made the check out process very smooth. Anthony Mazzone the sales manager also made the purchase enjoyable, working to address my objections to price and the add-on of LoJack feature that I really wasn't interested in. Together they addressed all my concerns about price and features and closed the deal on my first visit to a dealership that day. Love my 2012 certified used Rav 4. My eighth car purchase in my life and this one was the best. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. Definitely recommend going on a weekday and NOT on a Saturday. Its less crowded and they have much more time to spend with you. After the transmission suddenly blew up on my old car I needed to find a replacement and fast. Jeff Noll helped me narrow down my options to a low mileage 2012 Camry. We discussed exactly what I'd need/want out of the car and Jeff made sure it was within my budget. After searching for 3 months at numerous dealerships for a new lease on a SUV, I landed a great deal and had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Turnersville. I was plesently greeted by Jeff Noll who was knowledgable, friendly, polite, and very helpful in helping me decide on the best vehicle for me. I decided on a 2015 RAV4 Limited after Jeff took the time to clearly breakdown the differences between the models. Jeff was also very proactive in working with me from the start to find the best deal to fit my budget. Jeff also made retuning my previous lease a breeze and handeled the entire return while I got "settled" into my new vehicle and completed the paperwork.Car shopping can be a long stressful process, and after all the dealships and sales reps I worked with - Jeff was truely head and shoulders above the rest.

I came in to the dealership in order to see what I could get for my Jeep Cherokee in trade and kick a few tires and do some window shopping. I haven't purchased a vehicle since 1998, so I will say that cars have changed quite a bit since my last time at a dealership (My jeep has a tape player!) Our salesman Dan Bittner (who had been recommended to me by a friend at work) made my wife and I feel at ease as we went over some of the new car bells and whistles. Dan struck me right away as an easygoing and knowledgeable person, and I appreciated his honesty about what he felt we should do going forward. Even though we didn't drive off the lot with a car, I know where I will be going and who will be selling me the car in six months to a year. It will be Dan the Man at Toyota of Turnersville taking care of us. The only problem I had with my experience is that Dan is handsome guy, and now my wife keeps pestering me to test drive more cars. Lol!

The service was fantastic. Our salesman Glen Streffola was absolutely great! He let us know about every option they offer. He really made the experience enjoyable. He was extremely patient and informative. Towards the end of the sale he really seemed like part of the family. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jaclyn. I bought a 2014 Avalon hybrid limited and was helped by Chris Branyan. The price negotiation was simple, and I got a great deal. The car had a small blemish on the bumper and was missing a key fob, so I had to take it back a month later. Chris helped take care of the issues and even gave the car a full detail. Great service, and I would definitely recommend this dealership and Chris. Also, I'm loving the car, too.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but Curtis Thomas blew me away last night with his outstanding customer service. He was knowledgable, helpful, respectful, and had an all around wonderful attitude that sold me on Toyota as a company. He went the extra mile by staying TWO hours past closing time to make sure I was able to drive home with the car I wanted - and even then, he didn't rush me off the lot but took the time to make sure I was comfortable with all of the car's features. I am so impressed with the experience, and that's something I thought I'd never say about buying a car! Curtis definitely created a repeat customer last night.

Due to bad weather recently, my vehicle looked like it had gone through a sand storm. I was near the dealership and decided to stop in to see if I could get a Comp car wash. With my luck, Angel Arroyo approached me and asked if he could help. I asked if I could get the car washed and he said sure. He went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. They wanted to sell me a trim package, lo jack, bla bla bla, a very poor trade in price in which they would not budge on and would not budge on the price of their vehicle, sorry negotiating is part of the process. All they wanted was a large down payment and 84 months of high dollar payments.

I visited the dealership on 12-20-15 and met with Ed Bakis. I wanted to look at either trading in my 2012 Tacoma or buying out the lease, which was scheduled to end July 2015. Ed got my vehicle information and had the finance department contact TFS for exact payoff information. While waiting we walked around the lot and found a 2015 Tacoma Double Cab TRD Sport that I really liked. We want back inside and crunched the numbers, found out I could change vehicle for only a few dollars month more then I was already paying and no cash out of pocket. Took it for a test drive and it was SOLD!!. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. If your looking for a new Toyota, I highly recommend you at least stop by and see Ed, one of the most pleasant and laid-back salesmen I've ever adult with, definitely a low pressure experience.

Good Day, I came in one day only to get an oil change on my vehicle and was sitting in the waiting area when Angel Arroyo approached me and started a conversation. He asked why I was there and I told him. He asked what kind of car I had and how much I was paying. Of course, a typical salesman. So, not only was he extremely friendly, but he spoke my language, Spanish. It made it easier to converse. After explaining to him the situation with my credit and current payment, he offered me a new vehicle at the same price I was paying for the 2009 I was driving. I wasn't real sure about getting the new vehicle and really didn't have much of an interest in it. So Angel said to me, "lets take a test drive and I will show you the other colors that are available". I got in the car and still was not impressed. He drove around the lot and pointed out the colors. I saw the olive green one and said, "that's my car". The next thing was to test drive it. We changed places. I got in the drivers seat and it was amazing. We drove around a bit and back to the lot. The next part was the worry for me. Now I like this car but were the numbers going to match. Well, while Angel was over making the deal work, another gent came over to me and congratulated me on the purchase of my new car. Thanks to Angel Arroyo and his friendly and confident manner, excellent customer service, the fact that he was bilingual, and of course the great smile, there is another happy Toyota owner.

My experience at Toyota of Turnersville was amazingly and impressively awesome. I didn't feel the pressures that most car sale individuals press on you at all. When purchasing a vehicle I feel the need to have a since of trust between the customer and the dealer, for me that needs to be established in that short time so that a customer such as myself will know that they have your best interest at heart financially and respectfully not just for sales and that is exactly what I found during my visit at the Toyota of Turnersville. GREAT!! I was completely on guard and very skeptical going car shopping. The reputation of salesman and some local dealerships forced me to do major research. The moment I walked into Toyota of Turnersville all the anxiety and stress was immediately relieved.Every single person that I encountered from the Sales staff to the finance rep was accommodating, informative and patient; even the person providing janitorial services was friendly. This is my first lease and I couldn't be more happy with it. Steve A. my sales rep was amazing. So patient and answered every question I had. The finance department was excellent, they listened to my needs and explained everything!!!! They all encouraged my questions and appreciated my honesty. They definitely are not they typical "car salesmen type". I'm not one for the haggle, or hassle of car buying (same reason the last new/certified used cars I purchased were Saturns a decade ago. I sincerely hate slick car sales cliches, and I've left a dealership (for that very reason), prior to buying here, with Marianne. But with her it was completely professional, respectable, and absolutely easy. There was no pressure, she's easy to relate to, and is very up front (while being motivated to make a deal). If that wasn't enough, the follow through from her is very concise, including remembering names in follow up emails when tags/title arrive. I'm sincerely enjoying my Corolla, and extremely satisfied with my buying experience thanks to Marianne!

After breaking down on the highway twice last month I decided it was the last straw and finally made up my mind to purchase a new vehicle. I have been to other dealerships and have dealt with supposedly professionals who lost interest upon realizing that I did not plan on buying that day and was doing my research prior purchasing. Clinton on the other hand was unbelievably patient, with mind blowing knowledge on every car I inquired about and practical tips that you cannot get from a computer. I have worked in retail have been trained in delivering, and know the importance of A-1 customer service. Clinton's approach and demeanor encompasses all of that with no pressure. I was thoroughly convinced what car was best for me and my lifestyle/needs before the end of my visit and will only do business with Clinton at Turnersville Toyota. I have already told my friends and family members about him because he's the man to go to when you're going to buy a car !!

We saw a truck for a reasonable price in our range. We called and spoke to a very polite lady on the phone and then arrived the next day to speak with her again. Well, to our surprise we didn't get to see or speak to this woman, instead we were told we had to speak to someone else. Okay, I can understand that, whatever. So this guy goes through his thing and we then sit down to talk price. This is where everything turns south. The car that was affordable is neither that or even in the right range. Suddenly we are told that the lot ALWAYS adds trim and Low Jack on EVERY SINGLE car on their lot and we must pay for that even though we didn't ask for it. What!>!>! This made no sense. So my husband made a cash offer and not only did the guy throw his pen onto the table and offend us but he laughed at us..."Your cash means nothing to me!" We got up and walked out. Never will I set foot there again!! And I'm pleased to say we got the same car for the price we wanted it for in CASH Total scam and I'm not the first to review this dealer to say that!!!

We have been to TOT twice in the past 4 months. We bought a 2013 Prius and then returned to buy a 2014 Prius V. The dealership personnel are friendly and made the visits pleasant and painless. The finance managers were low-pressure and din;t try to convince us that we "needed" extra coverage or add-ons. They did advise us to buy GAP insurance and we did!Len Rizzo was a master of feeling good! He made us feel comfortable and at home all through the buying process.All in all, the staff at this dealership is an asset to Toyota Motor Company! We'll be back!

Ken is one of the best sales people we've ever encountered. He was friendly, knowledgeable and friendly, Like most people, we have a budget in which we needed to stay within and Ken helped us with that along with Nick, the manager. Nick was very helpful and worked with us to get us into a Toyota Corolla S Plus and we love it. Matt, the finance person was also knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership is clean and welcoming. Four things;1. The price listed, quoted and actually contracted for was totally off2. The Truck bought was known by them to have a left rear axle hub major issue3. No response to emails after emails of getting the tags - bought 6/1 tags finally came 9/234. No response to being re-imbursed for three truck notes and four months of insurance of non-use of the vehicle5. No response to a complaint filed by me with the BBB of NJ

I would recommend Toyota of Turnersville before any other place. These gentlemen have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and make sure that the process would go as smooth as possible. They did not make us feel pressured at all into any car and any deal we wanted to make. My experience from start to finish was amazing. Fitz and Jason helped me find the perfect car for what I needed, Marc Ciampi gave me a great trade value for my Corolla with way too many miles for its year, Drew made it happen in finance, and Matt in finance helped me finish everything up, answering all of my many questions about leasing. I got a brand new 2013 Camry with the help of friendly, knowledgeable people, who were completely low pressure and a lot of fun to work with. I had no idea when I walked in to look at a used rav4 with 70,000 miles that I'd be leaving with my dream car! It was a great experience and I'd recommend Toyota of Turnersville to everyone I know. I visited this dealership to check out a used Toyota Prius. I was greeted by an old guy called EDDY. After a pleasant initial conversation, I told him I would like to test drive a fully loaded 2010 Prius. After the test drive, I liked the car and was checking out the sunroof and solar panel function when EDDY says, "Sir, you have to step out of the car. I know you are not going to make a purchase so I would not want you to check out the functions of the car!" I was like WTF!?!?. It was a genuinely interested in the car. But I did not want that OLD GROUCH (EDDY) to waste my time. So disregarding him, I walked over to the sales desk and asked if I can have some other sales person to help me out. Then I was assisted by CURTIS, who seemed nice and friendly. I sat down with him for an hour and half after my test drive to go over the warranty, features and other details of the car. After negotiating a price for 17,700 all inclusive, I decided I would sleep over it and make a decision tomorrow. Now, $17,700 for a fully loaded 2010 prius is a very good price. so next day, I decided to actually proceed with buying that car. so, I call up the sales manager NICK and ask him if he would give me the same price we agreed on yesterday. He said yes ! So , I go over to the showroom with my cheque book to make a purchase.After clearing out a last few questions, I asked him for another test drive on the road. As on their "specially designed" track, you really cant go beyond a speed of 25mph ! So when the sales guy, comes out he brings the keys for a different prius that had NONE of the features! I explained to him, I am interested in the black prius not the gold one. So, then he went to explain that to NICK the sales manager. Then NICK comes out and says that "Sir, the quote that I provided you yesterday was for the gold prius not the black one! I cant sell that black one for that price !" I explained: "I drove just one prius yesterday, the black one and that was the one for which I negotiated the price for close to an hour!!! What do you mean? Are you absent-minded?"I wanted to reach a decision soon, so I was okay to let go if the price deifference was around $300-500 more. So, I asked him assuming you made a mistake, what is the correct price for the car. And to my surprise, he comes up with a quote of $21,000!!! Thats $3000 more! While the internet price difference for both the cars was just close to $1000. I tried to explain to him that his calculations dont make sense. When the internet price difference is only close to $1000. How can this car be sold for $3000 more? And then he had to put me through the LOJACK SCAM ! and throughout the whole process he tried to smooth talk me as if he was making me a favour, whereas he was asking me to cough up 3000 more than I should have !HIS UNAPOLOGETIC BEHAVIOR AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM WAS REMARKABLE !Needless to say, I left the showroom without making a purchase, with a promise in my mind NEVER to return back to this showroom ! One word of advise to customers thinking about this dealership: If you need your peace of mind, AVIOD THEM !

I took my nephew to look at Toyota corollas , and we ended up leaving with a great deal! We didn't intend to buy, but after we met Jason skinner, the gm, I never felt more comfortable with a car dealer. My rating was so strong because he dealt with us like we were the most important people he ever met, and we were only LOOKING at a corolla! I just recently leased a 2013 Toyota Camry SE and I must say the entire experience was fabulous! Having leased other Toyotas at an area Dealer I can easily compare my experiences. The process was seamless from speaking with Jason, him setting me up with my sales rep Curtis and Ryan completing my paperwork. It was quick and efficient. I originally went to a dealer in Burlington, which is close to where I live, and was treated poorly...I guess you could say I had the typical car buying experience there (high pressure, loud salesperson and not too concerned about what I wanted). But, a friend of mine bought from Turnersville Toyota and told me I should go there. I was so impresses by the level of service I received from the salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager. All three were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We already own a Toyota and a Scion TC which are serviced at this dealership and Sam is wonderful. He is courteous, patient, knowledgeable and gets things done timely. My husband had an older Tacoma and was looking for a used Rav 4. Arlander "Lan" Cain was the salesperson that handled our purchase. He allowed us to compare a few Rav 4 vehicles before making our decision. He answered any questions we had and if he did not know the answer he asked somebody else to be able to respond. We ended up purchasing a 2010 Rav 4 at a great price. We were even given Toyota Care for a year and the vehicle also came equipped with LoJack which helps lower the insurance costs. I would highly recommend using Toyota of Turnersville for any purchase or service needs.

This dealership was terrible. Went to them because they had a nice truck with a very good price. But when I got there they valued my truck $4000 less than it is worth for trade. A manager named nick explained it to me that with the trucks price being so low they can't give me as much for my truck??? That's not how it should work. If you tell me a price for the truck, it shouldn't have anything to do with my trade. It's a total ploy to get you in the door than they kill you with a low ball price on your trade. They also then try to add a "deco package" including pin striping and a few other things. I had to fight to get that ridiculous 1600 dollar package removed. But the 600 dollar lo jack was already installed and not removable. Absolute ridiculous experience. Didn't buy the truck because the difference between price was too much for the trade for me to afford it.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone that's for sure. When you have a price listed for a used car, you do not ADD extra packages onto the car only to discover these hidden "things" they put onto the car after the paperwork is started to get final price of car. Also whats this ridiculous lojack scam you guys are running too? A high tech security system that costs 600+ bucks?? This is added to every used car???? Really?......the built in alarm on the cars these days are just fine for me. No where was this listed in asking price on the car yet you tack it on after you are interested in the car? I heard of bait and switch before...but this is simply Bait and Add! Buyers Beware!!! Do your research on these dealership. Shop around or you will regret it.

I was in the market for a Toyota Sequioa (Limited or Platnium) and found a vehicle on the lot of Toyota of Turnersville, that was reflective of what I was looking for. The vehicle had an astonishing 84k miles on it and the dealer wanted $35K. Naturally I was shocked they would want so much for a vehicle with so many miles. My wife and I (along with a salesman that I purchased my Acura from) took the vehilce for a test drive. The vehicle demonstrated beautifully inside and out, however I couldn't get past the asking price. I reminded the salesman that I am a returning customer (3-4 vehicles with this mega dealership), and he was familiar with my credit worthiness, down payment situation and preferred monthly payment, so we started the negotiation process. Prior to visiting the dealership I had taken the liberty of shopping around at a competing dealership where I secured financing and had another deal on standby. My preference was to return to where I had an established purchasing relationship. So back to Turnersville Auto Group, to my surprise, the dealer wouldn't budge on the price and the salesman offered to put me in a vehicle that was cheaper (as if I couldn't afford the Sequoia), and basically informed me I should come up more money down. My position was simple . . . 84K miles does not equate to $35K for a vehicle that was in it's 4th model year, and the salesman refused to acknowledge my position. Being a sound businessman, I refuse to waste my time any longer, so returned to Liberty Toyota in Burlington and closed on the Sequioa (they even threw in all season floor mats, an extended warranty and gap insurance at no cost). The entire ordeal left me frustrated as now I realize I will no longer purchase anymore vehicles from the Tunersville Auto Mall. This was the 3rd consecutive negative experience, the other two were surrounding service in the Acura Service department. I took my MDX in for service and a detail, it came out with the same issues, drenched carpet, the items I pointed out for the detail were not completed and they had my vehicle for 2 days. Two things I dislike, people that waste my time, and seemingly deceptive practices. If anyone from Turnersville read this, I'm sure you will not have a problem figuring out who I am, feel free to give me a call if you would like to discuss how to improve on customer service and transparency during the purchasing process.

I saw a used car on line and visited the dealership to test drive it. It was cheaper then others on line. I liked it, we sat down and I received a print out of what it was going to cost me. I noticed a charge of 695.00. I asked what that was, and was told they have a contract with LoJack, and it was installed on every used car in stock. No where in the description of the car does it mention LoJack. Well now after additional tax , the car was more expensive then other dealers. I went home, gave it some thought, and called the salesman to say I wanted to purchase the car , I called the next day before I left to let him know I was in route, I had a 50 minute drive. I had pre approved loan papers in my hand. When I arrived, I gave papers to salesman, and watched him hand them off to at least 4 people. I waited for about 40 minutes when the salesman came back to me , told me no one was answering my banks phone( really) . I never had a problem with that! And that they just sold the car to someone else. I was speechless! I have been self employed for 23 years, and can't imagine treating a customer like that. Furious, I left, went down the street to Richardsons, and received a great deal on a car. Things do happen for a reason! Please be carefully with this dealership, and their LoJack scam, and highest bidder wins mentality

Came in for my regualr oil change. Was able to immediately pull in, Sam had my account up, and was ready for me and told me to go in and make myself comfortable.I was able to get an hour worth of work done by utilizing the wi-fi which is a great value added service you offer.My car was completed within an hour and not only did Sam come out an personally show me to check out and tell me where my car was parked, he also gave me an overview on all other systems within my car and said they are all working well and are in great condidtion.I left my oil change feeling confident that I shouldnt experience any mechanical or electrical issues with my car until it is time for my next oil change.Love Sam and Toyota of Turnersville Service!!

Sam Aiello is the best service co-ordinator Toyota has. He never talks down to me because I'm a woman, often he will go out of his way to make sure I understand what he's talking about. I try to tell my friends that I can buy my car anywhere. But if you have a great car and lousy service than you really didn't get the deal you deserved. I have been going to Toyota of Turnersville for 6 years now. I bought a new Camry at the time and the service for the last 6 years has been outstanding. I have to say all the service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable they will handle whatever problem you have brought to them.I guess everyone has a favorite Service Advisor. Mine is Sam Aiello. Friendly, knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile to get the job done. He has taken the time with me to let me know what I will need in the near future to keep my car in tip top shape.So, again I will tell anyone reading this, you can buy your car anywhere, but because of the great service Sam Aiello and the other advisors provide at Toyota of Turnersville you have gotten the best deal possible.

From the moment that I entered the dealership, I was treated with class and respect. This was my first time visiting the dealership and I knew immediately that I was in a classy joint. I worked with Ed Bakis, as my sales representative. I had initially been looking to purchase a Honda Accord, as my family has driven nothing but Honda's for over twenty-five years; however, I was not happy with Burns Honda and I did not care for the management at Honda of Turnersville. I walked on over to Nissan and briefly looked at some of the inventory and wasn't impressed, so I headed on over to Toyota. As I was looking at Toyota's inventory, I was approached by Mr.Bakis. The gentleman immediately made me feel at ease and I liked him right away. I briefly shared my previous experience(s) with him with Honda and he apologized. I then told him that I wouldn't mind test-driving a Toyota that had caught my eye. We spontaneously went for several test-drives. Following the test drive, we walked into the dealership to discuss a price-- along with my trade-in value. I was not fully content with the initial figures that were presented to me for the Toyota, but was shocked at the value of my trade-- as the value was more than two-thousand dollars higher than that of the figures which were presented to me at Burns Honda. When Eddie came back with a second price for the new vehicle, I shook his hand and told him that he had me sold. I then asked him how long the figures would remain, as I wanted to bring my wife back in to agree on a color. He told me to reach out to him at anytime. I didn't feel pressured at all, which was very shocking, considering the nature of the profession. Later that evening, I brought my wife in and we both agreed on the color: Black. Eddie has a gift with people and a gift with sales. He is able to make one feel at ease. He is pretty much the only reason that I would recommend Toyota because he's the guy that got the job done. Eddie will be keeping an eye out for me for a sports-vehicle (Mercedes) and I will be purchasing the vehicle as soon as he gives me a ring and makes me aware that it is available. But of course, only if the price is right, as I am confident that it will be. Thank-you for the positive exchange and good business. Salute!

Dan Bitner made this the easiest process we have ever had. He was upfront about every conceivable detail. He actually lowered the price of the car we came in for because he knew we needed a lower payment. He got us the car we wanted at the price we could afford all the while getting us a warranty and gap coverage to protect our family. Went to buy a truck a little while ago. This would be my first time purchasing brand new. Started off on the internet dealing with Morgan. She was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and prompt. She made all the other dealerships that I was also talking to (Vineland and Runnemede) look unprofessional and inferior. Came in a week after starting my research and was greeted by Marianne who was also very helpful. She knew every answer to every question I asked, and listened to what I was looking to do. When we realized that I was "flipped" on my trade in truck by quite a bit, Mike and Drew stepped in. After working with the numbers a little bit they got me where I needed to be. I have always known that Toyota made quality cars. When I moved to Deptford New Jersey from Penna. I heard about the quality and great service at the dealership inTurnersville, so I selected the location. As a sales manager for a major communications company for 30 years coupled with over 250 employees in two location, my expectations were high.I came to buy a car and was assisted by Steve Alston. He is why I gave the high ratings, purchased my car and continue to have service at this location. I found his customer skills above average with strong product knowledge about the cars. When I challenged him about the competition, he was quick to overcome my objections and personalize the sale based on my needs. He also spoke highly about the service department. Well I was sold, and I am not a push over!!! I am forever a Toyota Fan.

I went into the dealership to look at pre owned cars. I was met by Steve who questioned exactly what type of car I was looking to purchase. I knew what my budget was and didn't want to spend hours talking about the price. After showing me several cars and test driving 5, I was able to select a car I thought I would be happy with. Best of all Steve was extremely friendly, patient and spent a great deal of time with me. At no point did he seem annoyed when I asked to drive a car again. In the end, I walked out with a great car and a payment I could afford. Steve even called a few days later to see if I was still happy with my purchase. Since then I have referred several friends and family to Turnersville Toyota and in particular Steve.

I walk in Toyota just to look around see what new on the market, after a brief and delightful chat with a salesman, i decided to return for a test drive for the 4-Runner, my salesman is Clinton Ellis, this man answered all my questions and also educate me on a few things i did not know, the price worked out great and 2 years free oil change that was the best, I came back a year later and got my daughter a corolla good price and again Clinton took very good care of us. thanks Toyota and Mr Clinton Ellis. I had been shopping for a Toyota Prius, however I was surprised of the lack of knowledge that most salespeople had on the Prius. Then I was lucky enough to meet Jon Jackson at turnersville toyota! If I told you Jon was an expert on the Prius ,that would be an understatement. Jon knew this car better than anyone I had met,top to bottom,inside and out. The Prius is a very high tech, advanced vehicle,but Jon took his time and explained how the car works and answered all my questions with out any B.S. answers. Buying a car from Jon was easy and he made me feel very comfortable. Jon seemed to really believe in his product, he told me he really does,infact he has not just one Prius but two.No wonder he knows so much. Talk about putting your money where your mouth is!

Obviously in this day and age, the internet provides the quickest access to vehicle shopping.I located the 2005 Toyota Highlander on your website, due to where I lived, approximately 1.5 hours away, I had my father go and check out the vehicle first. Once he gave the "two thumbs up", I called Curtis and the processed started. Curtis worked with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I then drove down and purchased the vehicle. Vernetta D'Orazio is about the nicest sale person I have met. This young lady just has so much happiness, life, love and a drive for whats she does as a bussiness woman. The car she sold was just perfect that I fell so in love with it and i would referr her to anybody or if i want something else when the time comes, she is excellent and i was very greatful to have her as a sale person. Drew Markoe is a excellent finiacne manager that is so generous, is kind to people and will work with or try to help you the best way they can. Overall Vernetta D'Oarizo and Drew Markoe are a very good team with a good drive passion for what they do and making their customer welcome and at home. And I thank both of them for that.

My wife went to seea pre-owned Sequoia and upon inspection found the vehicle had previosly been in a flood and accident. The salesman tried to insist the vehicle was fine but the vehicle spoke for itself. I would question EVERY vehicle this dealership sells after that experience.

I had the worst new car buying experience at Toyota of Turnersville. I have purchased 3 brand new cars in the past and have never been to a more unprofessional dealer. Joe was my salesperson. He was extremely rude and obnoxious. The whole time I spent at the dealership, I was courteous and respectful. However, the same courtesy and respect was not reciprocated. There was a specific car and combination that I wanted and an exact model was available at that dealership. Joe, however, informed me that it was sold. When he presented me with an offer in a different color, I politely declined. Immediately, he changed his tune and said, "The model you wanted just came in today." Indeed, there was one in the back as indicated on its website for a whole month (I checked the dealership's website for a month before coming in and knew that it was available). Joe flat-out lied to me that it was unavailable. Then he presented me with an offer for that model. I presented him with a counteroffer. I waited patiently for him to return and to listen to his counteroffer. Surprisingly, he told me to leave the dealership. Without confrontation, I went to a nearby Toyota dealership, presented them with my offer, and we agreed upon a price. What started as the worst buying experience became the best no hassle buying experience. Avoid Toyota of Turnersville! (The car that I looked at is still available today--3 months after).

My wife and I were shopping for a Prius Mark and Dave helped us figure out that a 2011 left over would work for our budget. They also gave us a more than fair trade allowance for our 2006 Mazda 5. We purchased the vehicle, warranty and lojack protection, we now feel we have a vehicle that will save on our fuel budget as well as a vehicle that will be worry free for years to come. Let me start off by saying I almost never write reviews good or bad but I have to warn people about my horrible experience with Toyota of Turnersville and specifically with their sales manager David Lobaina. This guy is a real piece. He comes off as super nice and does his salesman BS but do not be fooled. This guy will agree to a deal then turn around shortly after and make up some issues while trying to suck some more money out of you. Be warned this dealership is the worst and do not even waste your valuable time. You will just leave frustrated and aggravated. I went to Toyota of Runnemede and it was a totally opposite experience. Go to Runnemede first and ask for Donny Cahall. This guy was great.

Sam was very helpful. My car had a flat and required new tires. While I was there, he accommodated me by performing a routine maintenance which was near due. He got me out as requested in time for my meeting at work and kept me informed of the progress on the work. I also had an issue with the state inspection because the inspectors citted a problem which did not exist. He offered to come to inspection with me to resolve it with them. Certainly above and beyond what I expect in terms of service.

Brought my 2009 Camry in for it's 35K mile checkup. also had the car detailed and 2 warranty items taken care of. Lou Schiavo is always helpful and professional. I was given a loaner car as I live a distance from the dealership. My car was ready the next afternoon. All items were addressed and resolved and the car looked like new.

I arrived at the dealership and my daughter-in-law immediately asked for Clinton and there he was. He greeted us and she stated our mission to him! Immediately he went to work finding the car we were looking,tking us to the track for a test drive, and negotiationg a price. At every moment he was courteous and helpful! He explain everything about the Corolla as if he had designed it himself. He covered every detail and nuance very simply and was careful to make sure I understood. I love my new car and am very pleased with it and the service at Toyota of Turnersville!!

I am very happy with my new Truck, I had a great experience with everyone I came in contact with. Everyone was very helpful. Answered all my questions and provided me with everything I need. I am waiting for my plates to come in still but, no worries because I feel I will be contacted as soon as they are in. I have had many bad experiences with Runnemede toyota mostly there service.... This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had yet. Jermani actually listened and worked to get us what we were looking for and not just what he wanted to sell. He was very personable and never made us feel uncomfortable. This pleasant experience carried through all the paperwork, which was handled by Drew. One July 9th 2011, I had the absolute privilege of leasing my second Toyota from Toyota of Turnersville. I couldnt say enough good things about your dealership. I was contacted by David Lobaina via email to discuss leasing a new Toyota. David was efficient a knowledgeable about the vehicle. David was able to put together a perfect leasing deal for me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by a very professional staff. I looked at my new car and finished my lease with Ryan Labuda. Ryan was a real pleasure to do business with. He was very polite and sociable. The Customer Service was excellent. Chris Wilder got my new Toyota ready for me quickly and accurately. He was able to put all my belongings in my new car exactly where they were from my old car. I was very impress with the attention to detail he showed. His Quality of Work couldnt have been better. All of your staff I worked with was super friendly. It made my Overall Experience a real pleasure. The Price was right and the entire staff was perfect. I would like to thank Clinton, Mike and Ryan for a very pleasant car buying experience. Clinton is the complete opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson. His wonderful personality and friendliness made the whole experience enjoyable. Mike thanked me for the business on the day of the sale, and took the time to chat for a bit while Clinton took care of paperwork. That goes a long way. The next day, when there was an issue with the car certification, Mike called me right away and explained the situation and how he intended to make it right. When I arrived at the dealership the next day to pay for the car and take care of the warranty issue, Ryan took good care of me and got me an extended warranty with road side care for 3 years / 36,0000. This was above and beyond what I would have had in the first place and I really appreciate the special treatment. This car is for my wife and my two little boys, so the roadside care gives me peace of mind that if there is an issue, she will be taken care of. I looked for our new family car for about six or seven months before making this purchase. During that time, I looked at several cars from dealers and from private owners. It is tough for a dealership to compete with a private owner on price, so when you buy from a dealership, you want to feel like you are getting something for premium you pay. I feel very satisfied that I got more than my money's worth in my dealings with Turnersville Toyota - and in particular in dealing with Clinton, Mike and Ryan. I want to thank them for their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile even after the deal was done. Clinton - thanks for making the care look brand new for me to take it home to my wife. After dealing with another Toyota dealership for three hours on Saturday, I walked in and told them what I wanted, the price, and I had to be out of there quickly because I had three children at home. Ed gave Dave the details of my visit....Ed went out on the lot to see if any other Siennas had come in as what the computer showed was out of my price range. He came back quickly and found two that fit....Dave in the meantime worked the numbers....within 20 minutes the deal was done. They then quickly got my car ready...and I was out of there! Perfect! Ed was great, kind, and understood my situation. They also took my lease back that I only had for a year and actually gave me money in the trade value. I loved my car and didn't want to have to change but a surprise third child had us in the need for a larger car! Great job guys and thanks for the quick turnaround!

This dealership is exceptional!! We were treated like royalty!! I love this location because of the service department. Dave Monahan and Lou Sciavo are outstanding in customer service. They know how to get the job done right and you can trust them. This location understands the real meaning of exceptional service!! This is the only location that I would recommend to my family and friends. I got to experience leasing a new Rav 4 from the sales department. WOW! Drew Markoe and Ed Bakis treated us like we were part of their family. We were treated so great that my husband has changed his mind on his next lease. He will definitely be leasing a Toyota, this is huge, coming from a previous Ford owner. This is an outstanding, exceptional, awesome dealership, from the service department to the sales department. Sam was extremely helpful and a true professional. He was able to coordinate the service(oil change, new tires, new brakes, etc) needs for my car with 2 technicians so that I could get back to work sooner. Sam and the technicians, who worked on my car, stayed until after 6pm on a Friday night just to make sure that my car's service was completed. They also washed the car as well. Toyota was very unwilling to work with me on my old lease and they definitely would not budge on the price of the new car. I was treated as if I wanted a free car. I'm shocked that a car salesman was unwilling to work with me to make a sale. But it's not my loss, it's his. I went to Conicelli and the transaction was very smooth and straightforward - no hassle.

My husband and I went to Toyota of Turnersville to purchase one of their certified pre-owned Scion xb's. In the beginning, things seemed to be going well. We found the car we liked, test drove it, then began to run the numbers. They wouldn't budge on their over-priced sticker price and laughed at us from the back room when we submitted a slightly lower offer. The manager, Mike Rooney, was very arrogant and unwilling to work with us. They also told us that the blue logic system was $600 and agreed to pay half. Upon further research, we found that the blue logic system was only $300 and by paying "half," we would really be paying for it all. We felt like we were being taken advantage of and jerked around. The best thing that came out of Toyota of Turnersville was how easy it was to back out of their over-priced and unfair lease. STAY AWAY FROM TOYOTA OF TURNERSVILLE!!!

Today is March 13, and my initial contact via the internet, with Turnersville Toyota, began on Feb 18. As I had been leasing a Toyota Camry already, all I wanted to do was trade the Camry that I had, which was nearing the end of the lease, in for another Camry. I even knew what color I wanted and what features I wanted. This should have been an easy sale and a very quick transaction. For whatever reasons, it seems that none of the 3 salespeople that I had made internet contact with, wanted to sell me a car. I got only one phone call after a week and a half wait, and then there was no follow through. After being totally disgusted with their lack of professionalism, I contacted Toyota customer service in California. The representative that I spoke to, took down my information and gave me a case number. I asked what would happen, and she assumed I would get an apology from the dealership, which I never did. She also gave me the name and location of the next closest Toyota dealership. Runnemede Toyota, was wonderful, and I was able to go in, and drive away the same day in my new Camry. I do not understand why Turnersville Toyota did not seem to want my business, especially since I was a returning customer and a loyal Toyota customer with excellent credit. Although it is slightly less convenient to go to Runnemede Toyota, that is where I will go in the future for my next cars, because they at least make the buying experience a good one.I am so disappointed in Turnersville Toyota. I have never experienced such treatment from a car dealership, and since I lease, I get a new car every 3 years. It is really sad.

I had purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership in Nov., 2010. They flood my email with all this friendly talk about rating my experience, this and that, and they would take care of any concerns. Anyhow, when I had a major concern about my paperwork, they had completely ignored me.IN ADDITION: During the negotiation period, Dave Herbst had lied to me telling me that they would take care of the pay off price of my trade in. BEWARE: What he did was roll the difference of the pay off price and what they were willing to really give me for the trade-in into my new lease payments for the new car.I still have not heard from them and judging by today's activity at their facility, they had no customers and nothing to do..yet, no courtesy reply or phone call.

I always have specific requests regarding the maintenance of my two Camrys. I always check my cars (with gauges and visually) after the service work is completed to make sure that the work requested was completed as specified. Service Manager Tony Celeste always ensures that the work is done correctly and that I am satisfied with the service. The other Service Advisors I have worked with (Lou Schiavo, Joe Junk and Sam Aiello) are very knowledgable, professional and personable. I have had all my cars serviced for over 20 years at Toyota of Turnersville because the service people treat me like family and my cars exactly as they would their own vehicles.

Recently had warranty work done by Toyota of Turnersville. Everything done was in a timely manner, all employees very professional and courteous. After the repair the service technicians took time to explain to me what was done, I really appreciated this information.I have purchased many Toyoto's from this dealership, never have had a complaint or problem with them. As stated in my earlier review, I would be purchasing a 2009 Camry by the end of October. Because of the way I was treated by Sonny in the parts department, I bypassed Turnersville altogether. I find these people ignorant and arrogant and I recommend you go elsewhere as well. I went to Toyota of Runnemede and have nothing but praise for them.

Stopped in last Saturday to get some suspension $ brake parts for my 2001 Camry and transmission fluid and filter for my sister-in-laws Scion tC. Long story short, I walked up to a deserted parts counter and tried to get someone's attention (&no they weren't closed.) Tried to get assistance from an ignorant receptionist who had nothing to offer me besides a smart ass attitude and dirty looks (sounded & looked like she belonged "in da hood" instead of a professional place like a Toyota showroom) Finally I went back and knocked on the counter to try and get someone's attention and a guy with a shaved head and long brown beard (later found out his name was Sonny) stormed out of a side door and walked right past me like I didn't exist. That was the final straw.Went somewhere else, where they were more than pleased to accomodate me. I ended up spending $529 on the parts I needed and a few other things.Called and left a voicemail for the General Manager of Turnersville, and to their credit their parts manager, Jeff King, called me up to apologize for the way I was treated and asked for another chance. Very much appreciated and shows integrity on his end, but not likely. Sonny Boy really left a bad taste in my mouth with his conduct. Hopefully the lost sale that I gave to another dealer left one in his and he changes his attitude.
