Worst Dealership experience I’ve had in years! If you have the time to drive go to RIVERSIDE TOYOTA! I bought a 2021 Toyota Tacoma the day before for my wife and it was a transparent low pressure sale. They were friendly and understood my needs. The initial sales person (greeter) was pleasant, but the experience was all downhill from there. I found the car on car gurus so o knew I already wanted it. I showed up as it was getting dark and looked at the 2019 Toyota Camry. Looked great in the dark. I made the purchase after having to hassle with the sales manager and finance. I said I just wanted the car for the lowest price and they continued to try and push all of their packages on me. When they finally removed the warranty packages they raised the interest rate. They still managed to sneak in some seat cleaning package for $1,500!!! I left unhappy with the RUDE, SNEAKY SALES EXPERIENCE, but was happy with my car. I got home and realized in the light of my garage that both tail lights were cracked. I called the woman who initially greeted me and told her. She said she would call me back and never did. They will not fix them. It may not be a new car but it’s my new car and now I’m stuck with cracked tail lights! How do you call it a Certified Pre-Owned car with cracked headlights?!!!! Good luck if you decide to go this route. This dealership gives a great brand a bad name. The managers gave me that used car dealership feel!

I purchased my beautiful car at Envision Toyota in West Covina! Toshi was wonderful and very helpful! Louis in finance was great too! This dealership truly deserves 5 stars 🌟!

So disappointed with my visit today. Looking into the RAV4 and the sales guy was no help. Toyota you really need to do better in training your sales people. Will never return to this dealer.

I recently bought brand new rav4 prime. I asked Jesus if there were any EV rebates , you have to fill. He told me I have to do on my own. When I researched on SCE rebates. I found CALIFORIA CLEAN FUEL REBATE of $1500, that can only be done from point of sale ( by dealer). But unfortunately the dealer told me they don't participate in clean fuel program. I lost $1500 on my rebate. 😒 . Do your research before purchase. Be careful. Which dealer you go to. I Give 3 stars because besides rebate service was good.
