Overall great experience!! I mostly dealt with John, one of the car salesman, he was very easy to talk to the whole time and made the whole purchasing experience a breeze! I met the owner, Bob, while completing all the paperwork and he was a pleasure to work with!! With all the great cars on the lot when I came to pick mine, the choice was difficult to make! Both guys made me feel like family, and gave me the confidence that I was walking out with a great new (to me) car!!! It is very hard to find a trustworthy salesman or mechanic, but I found my one stop shop for both!!! I will definitely be coming back for all my future car services and whenever I am ready for my next ride!!!

I purchased my Mercedes a couple months ago from here, John & Bob made the whole experience a breeze!! 10/10 would recommend this place!

i Recently Bought a 2003 BMW 330ci from this place and i got to say, out of all the dealerships/used cars sales places ive been to, this was BY far the best. The owner Bob and one of the mechanics John were the nicest people ive ever dealt with when buying a car. They even stayed after hours to finish up the paperwork and helped get the car cleaned up and ready to go. They had every bit of info on the car that anyone would ever need. The car was in beyond great condition. Even a buddy of mine who came along who hates dealers thought these guys were the best. I without a doubt recommend going to these guys if you looking to pick up a great used car. -Matt

Poor customer service, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Owner is very cheap! I previously bought an Acura MDX from this place and nothing but problems & promises. The first day I brought home my new car I then noticed the windshield was cracked in two places, I instantly contacted TRANS TEK AUTO, their response was “it’s common it happens all the time, and oh it’s just a chip we can fix it.” The next day I’m driving home from the laundry Matt, the spoiler falls on my car. How? I have no idea. The same night I contacted “John” from TRANS TEK AUTO and let him know. The next day i bring the car back to trans tek so they can have a look at the windshield and the spoiler. I ask if I can have my windshield replaced because I don’t feel safe with a crack windshield, the Owner says they cannot do that, what they can do for me is fix the crack. I explained to him that I’m not comfortable with that because of previous experiences where they crack again. He says he will fix the crack and warranty if it cracks again he will give me a new windshield, once again I explain to him that I don’t feel safe with that, I just want a new windshield. The owner now gets upset and offers my money back, because I wont agree with just fixing the cracks. He then proceed to show me other cars with cracked windshields, about 5 or 6 cars that are up for sale on his lot, telling me it’s normal to have a cracked windshield. I turn to him and say “no it is not normal, this just shows me that your buying cars with cracked windshields and your not fixing them, your selling them as is to customers without telling them the windshield is defective. After 20 mins of going back and forth with this man he finally agrees to replace my windshield and fix the spoiler that feel off. I had to wait two weeks almost 3 to get my car fixed. So this morning I dropped my car off at TRANS TEK AUTO so they can fix my windshield and spoiler they gave me a loaner car. The minute I leave their lot to head about my day the gas light comes on, I’m sorry this is very poor customer service. People please if you are in the Hudson valley area, please do your self a favor and look else where to purchase your next ride. This place looks good, smells great everyone is very nice warm and welcoming but that’s only to take your money. Be wise it’s just a disguise.

Bought a car here 2 years ago, and have had our other cars serviced here as well. Impeccable staff, facility and honesty I don't find nearly anywhere else. Bob is a gentleman and runs his business accordingly. My family only looks at aTrans Tek for great cars and superior service.

Bob and his team and cars are astounding. After weeks of intense searching we found a better car than we had even hoped for at a price we could better afford. It was a year younger and loaded beyond our means. In short we saw expensive rubbish and were nearly sold a death trap by a large local dealer chain before we found Trans Tek. These cars are meticulously picked and intensely serviced and primped by Bob's team before they go on sale. In a moment you realise what an upstanding guy and team is at Trans Tek. They do every piece of admin and treat customers with utmost respect. Didn't know these type of people existed (especially in the car trade). If you need a used car or work done on your car you couldn't find a safer more cost-effective place to go. Wonderful!
