I love my 2015 Kia optima. I really watned a car with heated seats and heated steering wheel and my malibue had neither. I would definitely recommend the sales and service guys at Transitowne kia of west seneca. Ask for Gavin!

I am a Kia person for life. My first Kia was in 2004 kept it for 7 yrs., my second was a 2011 that i leased, my third kia was a 2013 on lease, & now my fourth Kia 2015 on lease. Before i dealted with other dealers, this time i leased from Transitowne Kia., i found all the staff was friendly, polite, they knew what there jobs were & they did it well. I have yet to fine where a sales manager will sit with you while your car is being delivered to you, Awesome thank you Jeremy for your concern, you see i am handicopped they all made sure i was comfortable. Now hear is the best part of my experinence at Transitowne Kia was with my awesome Sales Consultant. Chris Kane he was totaly awesome. After thinking long and hard about purchasing a new vehicle I finally opted to go with another Kia as the Kia is a vehicle I have purchased in the past. While I may not have experience in purchasing new vehicles, I have experience with dealerships and this, by far, has been the most pleasant experience to date! I was greeted upon walking in the door, was helped immediately, and am now walking away today with a car - something I didn't expect! The quality of the customer service is exceptional - the salesperson (Thomas Smith) I worked with was pleasant, knowledgeable, able to easily walk me through the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle, and was able to come up with a solution that allowed me the opportunity to walk away with said vehicle today. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the willingness of the employees to help their customers out. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here!!

Danielle and the rest of the team (Kyle) were great, I been to 3 dealerships before I went to Transitowne and they were overpriced, non negotiable, also snobs. Transitowne is out of this world for customer service , outgoing , friendly, great deals. I went there twice before I was able to decide on a color never rushed by Danielle she was very patient and explained everything in detail. Then I seen my Satin Metal Kia Optima SX and I knew that was the one, also they worked with me on the price to fit my budget.... I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. From the moment you walk in the door, they have their best at the front waiting for you in Sales (Danielle Solecki). My experience beginning with her, through Finance, and ending with the General Manager (Jim Stewart), was incredible. This facility absolutely takes the stigma out of used car sales. No one pushed, tried to upsell, or didn't listen. I've walked away with exactly what I needed/wanted, and every member along the way made it happen as seamlessly as possible. Kudos to a facility doing it the way it's supposed to be. In a city with dealers on every corner, it's nice to know I don't need to bother with any others.

I was very excited to purchase a vehicle from Transitowne as I have dealt with their other dealerships and was looking to purchase a new Kia. The salesman tried his best but I find when it came to deal making that management was a problem. I'm not sure if the manager is new to the game but I've never had a more difficult time attempting to purchase a vehicle. I ended up so frustrated, I went elsewhere and after many happy years will not be returning to Transitowne, especially the Kia dealer, all thanks to management.

I went to this dealer to have my vehicle serviced because it is close to my home. I went in to have my windshield wipers looked at because they would just randomly stop working. I called and set up an appointment for a Monday on the previous Friday. I called on that Monday to verify the time I was supposed to be there and I was told I wasn't in the system. I go into the dealer at 10:30a and had to spell out my name and what my problem was because again I wasn't in the system although I just talked to the gentleman an hour before. I sat in the waiting room for two hours before I was told that the problem couldn't be duplicated and they weren't going to fix random parts (understandable I guess). I walked to my car while still at the dealership and my wipers wouldn't work. They immediately took my cat back inside and did a diagnostic test and found that my TIPM was faulty. I was then told that there was nothing they could do today because they didn't have the part. I was never given an expected date that the part would come in and I had to drive a car through the rain without wipers because I only own one car and the dealership doesn't offer loaner vehicles. I receive a post card from the dealer 3 DAYS LATER saying that my part had come in and I have to call and set up an appointment. Here is why I have an issue with that: I had my car in on a Monday, the postcard was marked by the post office on Tuesday, and I got the post card on Thursday and I had to wait another day to get an appointment. Why wasn't I just given a call on Tuesday when the part came in? Wouldn't that make more sense?Anyway, I couldn't get off of work on Friday to take my car in so I had my girlfriend do it. She pulled in and she was told that my car wasn't in the system and neither was my name. I guess 20 minutes later they found my paper work and fixed the car without a hassle. Also, if your email the GM of the dealership, you won't get a return email. He doesn't care I guess.
