Carlton and Rick sealed the deal on our latest RX350 purchase. Carlton sold us an RX in 2013 and this purchase was an even smoother and enjoyable experience. We appreciate how knowledgeable Carlton is and how easy it is for him to explain and demonstrate all the features of our new Lexus. Other sales personnel for another vehicle we considered referred to the window sticker for answers to our questions or told us he would have to get back to us with an answer. Needless to say, that individual did not get our business.Carlton has continued to maintain contact with us long after the sale by sending greeting cards on our birthdays and various holidays. I also appreciate the fact that whenever we service our. Lexus Carlton is always around to say hello and ask whether all is OK with the Lexus and how both my wife and I are doing.We've purchased many new cars over the years and Carlton has been by far the best salesman we have encountered. He's definitely a keeper.The final step in the sale is of course the technical overview. Rick made every phase of this otherwise complex matter interesting and unhurried. Much of what he pointed out was totally new and Rick sensed this as his overview progressed. At the 51 minute mark we stopped, briefly reviewed, and then sent us confidentially on our way. My brother was very impressed with the response from Howard Kent after making several calls to many dealerships. Howard was the only one that responded with what I was looking for and the information that I needed to make my decision. I really did not want to drive 2.5 hrs to purchase a vehicle but it was well worth the trip. Howard explained everything and expedited the sale in a very professional manner. Since I am in sales also so I can appreciate the extra mile that Howard displayed. Steve also explained all of the warranties and assisted me in making my decision to purchase an extended warranty. Rick was superb! He adjusted all of my setting and showed me all of the bells and whistles. This is the first time that a tech person has been able to sync my contacts into my Bluetooth! This was probably the best car leasing experience we have had. Howard Kent was very pleasant and attentive to all of the details for this experience. Paul upheld grandly the high bar set by Lexus dealerships (we've dealt with three from PA to FL- all a big cut above the rest -- he did a great job explaining options and features. We bought the suv while on vacation but we had been talking about replacing wife's rx which went to our daughter recently. So Paul didn't have to 'sell' us on that model. All staff at Treasure Coast were friendly and helpful -- Rick the IT guy took major time with us going over nav and other systems -- he was readily available by phone for follow-up questions.

While coming to the end of my lease, I used the valet service and had a loaner delivered to my office; at which time they took my current car back to the dealership. We dickered over the terms and conditions for a few days, while I was driving the loaner, until the deal was cut. Howard Kent is my kind of Representative. He kept us informed at EVERY turn via Text messaging (voice when needed). I don't think the nice man rests LOL. Howard LISTENED to our questions and concerns. Howard Kent got us satisfactory answers promptly. Understanding Mr. Kent "works" for the dealership, he exhibited a desire to make our requests happen. We visited other Lexus dealers (Margate) who tied to push us into a vehicle that we didn't want and TOLD me the car I asked about did NOT exist in Florida and the price I said I was willing to pay was way off. (I test drove the car I asked about at a Palm Beach dealer earlier). Lexus Treasure Coast had two! When the "Sales manage"r asked what I was going to do, I said I am going to the dealer up north and buy the car you said didn't exist. (I don't lie or mislead in my Real Estate Business). It was a pleasure dealing with Howard Kent. I met him in November when I went with a friend who was buying a new Lexus. I explained to Howard that I was waiting for my son tp come to FL to help me make a decision but he took a lot of time with me explaining about leasing and the features on the 2016 ES 350. When I finally realized my son could not get down until March i was ready to make a decision by myself. I called Howard and it was his day off but he called me back right away and asked his manager to get in touch with me. I made an appointment for the next day and drove my new Lexus home after meeting with Steve Kritikos the Financial Services Director who did a great job explaining the lease and the excess Wear Plan and Diane Spencer who explained very patiently all of the new features. We visited the dealership to just look at the cars that were advertised in the paper. We met Paul Licausi who assisted us in our entire visit. He was not your usual car salesman. Most of them are breathing down your neck from the moment you pull into the dealership. Paul didn't push us or put us under pressure to buy a car. Good folks all around (though I did speak to Dave Harrison about the S-L-O-W procedure of processing the paperwork. If it's a busy day--i.e., three or four deals simultaneously--plan to be there for at least five hours).

I recently received a birthday greeting and computer greeting for my dear husband who passed away January 19, 2015. Had I not called Paul Licausi, personally, to inform him of Felton's death in February, and ask that Felton's name be removed and records updated, I probably would not be so offended. But I did.I have had this conversation at least ten times with various members of the Lexus staff (service reminders, follow-up surveys, mailings, phone calls, birthday greetings), about changing records to reflect a death. This appears beyond the realm of possibility for all of you. I struggle every day with the sadness I feel over the loss of my husband. His birthday, July 6, was a very tough day for me, and I can assure you I did not need to receive a birthday card that I cannot give to him.I am sure there are other clients who feel the same way I do. This is a customer service issue that should be seriously addressed, and immediately solved, so mistakes like this do not occur again. Things have improved 100 percent under leadership of Mr. Coffey who is very responsive to inquiries. Cristin discussed what the service dept has said the last date of service then after discussing wth service dept came back and said brakes would wait until next time so we did not need the loaner she had waiting for us, we had the oil changed and she applied a coupon to our charge and we said we would see her in a few months. We are pleased the service writers have been there for a while there used to be such a change over of employess you could not get the same person twice. Very pleased with the service "NOW"

The service itself was very good as expected. The problem I have every time I get service at TCL is that someone changes the settings on my seats and I have to program the seats all over again. I am about 6'4" and to get into the car after service and have the seat jam me up is unacceptable. I have brought this up to the customer representative before but it is still happening. For the short time you have the car, I don't see the need to change the settings on the seat.If this happens again, I plan to take it up with the owner!

We initially made an appointment on line when we found the air conditioning was kaput on our 2003 LX470. When we called to confirm Monday morning they appeared to have no record of the appointment we made on line, and told us no loaner was available. They nevertheless made us an appointment at 8:15am which was good and early. Upon arriving Steve, our service manager jumped on things and had the A/C looked at immediately. He came to us after about an hour and said they could get the parts and fix the car by the next day and provided us a great loaner. Don't know where he found it since we were told none were available, but it was a lovely white RX350. True to your word, we were called about 3pm the next day and the car was fixed. Pricy at $850 to fix a leak and charge the A/C but the service was outstanding and no nonsense. Steve was great.

A few weeks ago I started my RX350 only to find that my left turn signal would not shut off no matter what I did. Rather than only go around in circles, I turned my emergency flashers on and headed for Treasure Coast Lexus. When I arrived (without an appointment) they immediately took my car in and started trying to diagnose the problem. Parts were needed and had to be ordered, so they provided me with a loaner. The parts didn't solve the problem, so I ended up keeping the loaner, a very nice 300 hybrid, for nearly a week. The problem turned out to be a corroded wire which had occurred because of a leak around a roof rack gasket. Diagnosing that must have been quite a challenge! They could have just replaced the corroded part and sent me on my way, but they did not stop until they had the "why." Great dealership, great service!

I had an odor in the cars that we could not get rid o nor be determined by service personnel at my local dealer. It was discovered. I originally bought my Lexus from Treasure Coast and my mom was buying a new Lexus so we went up to Treasure Coast. Carlton took very good care of my Mom and got her a great deal. We figured we would have my car looked at while there. They gave me a 2015 ES hybrid for a week while they went to work. They discovered A/C filters that were moldy (not the cabin filters), replaced those, flushed the lines, detailed the car did a F21 (???) treatment where they loosened panels, laid back seats and fogged the interior killing any mold, cleaned the leather and voila, no more smells. Like a new car again.

I just moved to the area and this was my first visit to this dealership. I had been to 2 others and had not been pleased with the level of service or the facilities. I was not expecting Treasure Coast to be much different. I couldn't have been more wrong and happily so. The gentlemen who greeted me were polite and accommodating and the greeting area was very professional, neat and clean. I was led to a nice waiting area where my Service Director, Robert Collier, greeted me soon after. He had my car's repair history and after a few questions we were off to the service. Robert checked in a couple of times to let me know how things were progressing. Unfortunately the service team found some additional repairs that needed to be completed. We did the quick ones and I'm returning tomorrow for the big repair. Robert told me he would have to order a part and arrange for a loaner car. He then completed my service paperwork and I was able to make my payment in his office. Robert then walked me out to my car. Very Professional and he knew what he was doing. I was very impressed. The waiting room was next to the new car showroom but after all this is a dealership. They had a very nice mix of snacks and drinks of every kind while you waited. These are the touches that separate the best dealerships from the rest of the pack.

I was so dreading having to look for a new car lease. It turned out to be a delightful, easy experience. Our salesman Paul, was relaxed and easy-going. He was never evasive nor did he ever apply any pressure about anything. Despite the fact that we were looking for a 2015 lease he presented all available options, including lower-cost preowned leases. Additionally, when it came time to discuss cost, he went over numerous possibilities including a single payment car lease which ultimatelysaved me quite a bit. Not one of the other five dealers I went to even mentioned a single payment lease. The final price that he came up with was completely inclusive:tax, title, delivery ~ everything! No add-ons at the end of our negotiation.The dealeralso took care of getting the registration changed, the paperwork to keep my platesand assisted with changing over my insurance. Also, I mentioned that I needed to have a small scratch on the bumper fixed beforeI could return my 2012 lease car to the dealer. Paul offered to have their body work man take a look at it, which he did, and the price of the repair $100 lower than the shop recommended by the dealer to whom I was returning the 2012 lease. Everyone at Treasure Coast Lexus was friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the owner of the dealership who we were introduced to.

Having received a letter to contact TCL since our lease would expire in 3 months, I called. Being able to spend the time on the phone to discuss a deal for a new lease gave us the overnight to think about it. The e-mails from Howard was also helpful. Upon arriving at Treasure Coast Lexus, my wife and I were treated exceptionally nicely. My wife and I agree that this has been the best lease or purchase experience ever. My second Lexus.dealership, as I used to live near Palm beach and use that facility. If all Lexus dealerships are like treasure coast and Palm beach I will forever be a happy camper. I haven't tried the new GPS yet, but I can bet it will make me smile. The outside mirror has finished its journey of swinging in the breeze so I am thankful for that also; even happier that it was still under warranty. And the service writer lowered my tension level by giving me a loaner so I could continue on with life. All done with a great attitude of course!..thanks guys. I will stick with Lexus.

This dealership was a pleasure to work with. The buying/leasing experience was straight forward with no deceptive tactics. The physical facility is beautiful and peaceful unlike the atmosphere at other Lexus dealerships. I met the owner and his daughter. My salesman and the sales manager were a pleasure to deal with. They understood where I wanted to end up on the lease and went out of their way to get me there. The delivery process is beautifully done with every car in a glass enclosed garage visible from a portion of the show room. When dealing with the business manager to do the paperwork, there was no attempt to sell you any additional products. If you are interested in a Lexus, go out of your way to visit this dealership.

I highly recommend going to Treasure Coast Lexus. I have bought many cars in my life and I always dread car shopping. I also did not have pleasant experiences in past. My experience with Treasure Coast Lexus was exceptional. Our salesman, Howard Kent, was soft spoken, easy to deal with, extremely knowledge and did not push us into the vehicle. The showroom was serene and inviting. From the receptionist to the head of sales, were professional and warm. Additionally, the negation process, which I dreaded was simple and there were no hidden fees or nefarious charges. It was all there in black in white - The finance dept of Treasure Coast Lexus was also a pleasure to deal with. Once again, I felt 0 pressure to buy any additional coverage or warranties. Everything single charge was accounted and reviewed with me before I signed ANYTHING! Lastly, I am overjoyed with my vehicle and my experience. Even my 70 year Mom was impressed by their professionalism, work ethic and the fact they want your business. If you go to Treasure Coast Lexus, ask for Mr. Howard Kent you will not be disappointed in the quality of vehicle nor the pressure less environment. I am on my 4th Lexus lease! The product and service is second to none. I was excited to drive home my new IS 250 last night. We came to Treasure Coast Lexus just to look at our options, not fully prepared to make any big decisions. After a few days of car shopping,Treasure Coast Lexus was the last stop, and by far the best stop on our list! We were lucky enough to have the help of Lexus brand specialist, Mark Coogan. He was very honest and helpful in helping me (a recent college graduate) with my search for a new car. Of course, a few hours later, my family and I left with a brand new Lexus ES 300h! Dealer originally provided a written quote, and we paid our deposit. When we arrived to pick up the car a week later they indicated the employee that prepared the quote, made a mistake, and no longer employed. We finally agreed to a higher price, which was "ok". To compound our disappointment with the above, the sales person could not train my husband with the electronics, as the "usual" person that knew the equipment was not there.This is not the service I would expect when buying a car from Lexuas. We are now stuck reading hundreds of pages to understand how the car works.

Let me say first that I HATE buying cars. So dealing with TCL was surprisingly pleasant. We had found the car on cars.com and came in to make the deal. Desk Manager, Scott, greeted us, we made our offer, he checked the numbers and came back within a few minutes. We settled on a price and with our own financing drove away within an hour and a half. We will definitely be back.
