My daughter and I were searching for a nice, reliable pre-owned car for a couple of weeks via internet and local car lots. We came across a vehicle online being sold by Trend Motors. Shortly after expressing interest in a particular vehicle, we received a response from Rich, a sales rep. I appreciated his honesty and insight on the phone so we decided to take the one-hour trip to Rockaway, NJ. Neither my daughter nor I was disappointed. The quality of the vehicles displayed was impressive as well as the genuine courtesy that was given by all. I would most definitely put my trust in Rich and Trend Motors again should the need arise. It was so very well worth the trip.

If it wasn't for GLENN HAGEN I would not have my new, beautiful red VW Tiguan. My wife had a very low monthly payment in mind. Glenn made it happen! The Tiguan has 4Motion all wheel drive, too! The car was ready to be delivered at the appointment time. It was totally clean and ready to go. I will go to Trend Motors and Glenn Hagen for all my cars. You should too!

I've had the best car buying experience with Trend Motors VW (used car). I recommend Trend motors to my friends. The car salesman are great and help me get into a new car. I went to several car dealerships in the area and the salesman tried to bully me into an overpriced car that I didn't want. The salesmen made me feel comfortable and were honest. I will always get my cars from Trend Motors and save myself the frustration going to another dealer.

My daughter received her driver's license in January so we needed an additional car in the family. We started looking back in September/October just to see what are options were, but in no immediate rush as we still had several months to decide. We visited a few different dealerships, including a couple of different VW dealers. We really liked the Passat Sport but it was being priced quite a bit higher than we were looking to spend for a third car. We finally ended up at Trend Motors and, to cut a long story short, the treatment we received coupled with the lease deal they gave us, suddenly made our decision a no-brainer. Luke, our customer service rep/salesperson, made it a pleasurable experience from beginning to end. He took us on a couple of different test drives until we found just the right car ...... right down to the color! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our technical questions about the many different features. It was also a very low-pressure sale as he showed great patience in allowing us to hold off on completing the sale for a couple of weeks while holding the same price, as we were having our driveway repaved. Even the closing process was a breeze, and my daughter is loving her new car! This was by far the least stressful car buying process I've ever experienced and I highly recommend Luke and the rest of the staff at Trend the next time you are shopping for a car.

First impressions entire process were excellent. Glenn Hagen (Sales) was an honest pleasure to do business with. Glenn provided information that greatly assisted in my decision making. He educated me in the various models, their differences, available engines and options in a most professional manner. I very much appreciated his thoughtful input without trying to oversell the product. I did visit several other Volkswagen showrooms prior to Trend and was turned off over zealous sales tactics and pressure from management. The Trend team were more inviting and relaxed which made for a more pleasurable experience. Everyone at Trend seemed to really enjoy what they do. Interactions with customers always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Trend and especially Glenn Hagen. I'll be back for my next purchase, absolutely. Thanks to all at Trend !

I wish every salesperson I have ever had to deal with, were like the ENTIRE staff at Trend Motors. Alicia was very nice. It was pleasure going on the test ride with her. I didn't get that awkward feeling being alone in the car with a stranger. When I met Tony the salesman, I spoke with on the phone he immediately made me feel at home. I told him the price I felt comfortable with. Never once did he veer from my budget. He called the sales manager over so there wasn't that "let me run these numbers by my boss" . Tony asked his boss right in front of me if we could make the deal. We did!. I was in and out of the dealership in, no joke 48 minutes. They even threw in a full tank of gas since I was driving back to Harrisburg, PA. When I picked up my car they had it detailed and ready to go. Tony came in on his day off (even though he didn't need to) to make sure I was happy with everything. He even texted me to make sure I got home safe since it was raining like crazy. If your looking for a car I would and will DEFINITELY recommend Tony, Rick, Alicia and the entire Trend Motors staff to anyone looking for a car. Thanks again guys. Feel good about buying a car From Trend Motors. You wont be sorry.

I was referred to this dealership and now I know firsthand why... Our salesperson Luke was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience was very pleasant and most importantly: it was very quick. We picked out the car we were interested in and within a couple of hours, we were driving out the dealership with our new car. The negotiating process was hassle free and unlike with other dealerships, we felt like they had our best interest in mind and they werent just looking to sell another car. The entire team was very professional and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

I searched long and did a lot of research to find the exact car I was looking for, at a reasonable price. Luckily, it turned out that Trend had the 2009 VW GLI I was searching for. Rich was great to work with and patient, while I had to get the financing in order. The dealership was very nice, exceptionally clean. Even though I am from Vermont, I will make the trip down next time I am in the market for a new VW GLI! An absolute pleasure to do business with and I would recomend them to everyone!

Throughout the past 26 years, my husband and I have purchased and or leased 14 or more vehicles. Our recent experience at Trend Motors was the absolute BEST EVER. The process was streamlined. The manager came into the office to speak with us directly. There was no "game" playing on pricing or timing. The dealership is clean. I came in looking for a particular vehicle that they had on Cars.com (2010 Dodge Charger R/T) and I was greeted with a lovely smile by Alicia (saleswoman) and Rick (manager). After the test drive, I immediately fell in love with the ride and the power. Rick advised me of all that he had done to it to make it as attractive to a buyer as possible. His honesty was greatly appreciated and in turn turned a would be car shopper into a buyer and all that was left was to crunch some numbers. As a sales manager myself, I have met many financial managers and all of them shadow in comparison to the professionalism that Mr. Simon displayed to me. The bank associate had his figures wrong and Mr. Simon told him so and how he had the right figure and made the Car very affordable for me. I came in later to sign some more paperwork and take my car home. When I left, I knew I had received the best deal possible, peace of mind, and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Trend Motors! We purchased our second vehicle from Trend Motors, and Dean Hudson was terrific both times. We were looking to downsize from a pick up truck to a smaller, more efficient car and Dean was helpful in finding us a VW Jetta TDI wagon. The process went very smoothly, the car was still in its delivery wrapping, and the service department was super in the time it took to properly prepare the car for us. We were shown the details of the vehicle by Dean and also by Megan, and we left feeling like we knew almost all we needed to know about our new car. When we came back for the roof rack bars, they were ready when we arrived, the service department had all the necessary information, we waited in the comfortable lounge, and were provided with every courtesy until we were ready to leave. Thank you for a very well run business and everyone we dealt with at Trend was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A kind word for the accounting department, as well. The deal was easy, fast and complete. Everything was explained and all our questions answered promptly and fully. No " I have to leave you and consult my manager, boss, floor operations man, etc." Everything was disclosed in an open, clear way but our personal data was always provided to us in a way that reflected their sensitivity to sharing personal information. We highly recommend Trend Motors to all our friends and family. We bought our first VW Passat TDI new in 2013 and we had an excellent experience, as well. Dean sold us that car also, and he demonstrated his commitment to his clients and Megan helped us with some needed repairs to the leather seats, which VW determined to be faulty and at no charge to us, replaced the entire back seat.

We bought a used Kia from our salesman Tony yesterday. After a horrible experience at Thrift Auto We were so glad to do business with Tony. My Wife and I traveled to NJ with our two year old daughter from central PA. We found the car we have been looking for at the other dealership via Cars.com. After a lot of stress (read my reviews for thrift motors) from the other dealership we went to a diner for lunch. We prayed on our car buying decisions and had lunch. While at lunch we decided to check cars.com again. Trend Motors had the same car we were looking for but listed as another color. (there were no pictures listed yet) I called and spoke to Tony he had some pictures texted to me. It turns out the color was the same. I couldn't believe it two of the same hard to find car within 10 minutes of each other. It was a prayer answered, the car we wanted with all the amenities for the price we wanted. We met with Tony and told him our story, He was the best! Trend Motors gave us a great deal with a special added bonus! The next time im in the car market I will be checking on Trends inventory regardless of distance. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks Tony!

I purchased my pre-owned 2008 Passat in November of 2011. One would never suspect that this was not a brand new car! I have been more than satisfied with Trend Motors' service. Service appointments have been scheduled on the date required, and a loaner car is offered when needed. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The sales department, service department and customer service staffs are outstanding!

Getting my car serviced is not something I usually look forward to but Ray and the Trend Motors staff made it such a wonderful experience for me. I sat down with Ray and he was upfront about the possibility of me having to pay for repairs depending on whether or not the part was covered under warranty. I was offered a complimentary car while waiting but I decided to go for a walk to some local shops instead. It only took around an hour and it worked out perfectly since they called as I was on my way back. Luckily for me, I was told the part was covered under warranty so I wound up having to pay $0 in out of pocket expenses. Talk about honesty! My car was waiting out front and the valet driver was very friendly. I walked out of there very happy and am looking forward to going back!

I never enjoyed going to repair shops or car dealerships. Being a woman, im always leery of what they are going to tell me the car needs or if they are just trying to upsell me. But going to Trend Motors has changed that. I have had several visits so far and they are honest and will do what they can to get the car repaired at a minimal cost if possible. Ray is sincere and accomodating every time i visit. I plan on being a customer for Trend for years to come! Thank you Ray!

This year it was time to buy a third VW we went back again to Glenn and Trend Motors. We never get the high pressure push. Every detail was handled without a problem. I just bought a 2013 GTI from Trend Motors and I could not be happier with everything. Chris Tiller was absolutely amazing on getting exactly what I wanted and fast. He got right down to business and gave me exactly what I wanted in my price range; no games, no monkey business. Chris gave me a great tour and tutorial of my car, so I felt like an experienced GTI driver the second I drove it off the lot. When I came back for my 30-day checkup of the car, Megan was super friendly and so nice. She asked me what I needed and what I wanted from the technicians and dealership, which was amazing. Nothing I hate more than being told what was already done to my car...Megan made it possible, so that I was making the decisions unlike many other dealerships. Trend Motors has really been beyond exceptional in everything that I have experienced with them. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to any family, friend, relative, or stranger looking for a car.

I have just leased my 7th VW Jetta. I have been going to Trend Motors and to Glenn Hagen since 1994. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Trend really knows how to treat customers, and Glenn takes care of any problems I may have. The dealership is pleasant and provides a comfortable waiting area when I bring my car in for its free maintenance. The service department is exceptional. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Trend Motors.

I had the opportunity to work with Luke Paglione at the Trend VW dealership and my experience in dealing with him and the rest of the Trend team was extremely pleasurable. My preference was to do most of my shopping via phone and email and Luke was more than willing to provide me with all of the necessary information needed for me to make my decision and was happy to work through all of the numbers with me before even coming into the dealership. He was upfront with pricing (which was very aggressive) and it really felt as though he was making every effort to get a deal done with me. The price we ultimately agreed to on the phone was what I was given when I finally came into the dealership and Luke and the rest of the Trend team helped me to work through the paperwork as quickly as possible. Luke took plenty of time to go through all of my new car's features and I drove away feeling very satisfied with my purchase.

I have brought my Passat many times to Trend Motors VM, and always have great experience with them. Especially last time I had to change the engine cover on the bottom, the representative, Megan, remembered my name and car and gave me the quote very quickly! It was very impressive. The repairment was done on time and smoothly. They offered coffee, bagels, and Wi-Fi in the nice, clean waiting area. I would like to come back when I need their help.

We started our car search online because my husband was ill - and that is how we came to Trend Motors and our salesman Mike Ladenheim. Mike listened to what we wanted (a hatchback that would allow the back seats to go down to fit an 8-foot cargo space, room for 3 grandchildren's car seats in the back, good mileage per gallon and a great safety record). Mike knew we intended to shop other car brands - but showed us models that fit our needs, without pressure. Afterwards he answered questions immediately via email with courtesy and patience. When we made the decision to purchase a Jetta Sportswagen Mike made sure everything was ready for us - and followed up with a phone call a week later in case we had further questions. We found the people at Trend Motors to be positive and responsive to us. We are looking forward to dealing with them for a long time (as we usually keep our cars for 200,000 miles!)

Ordered parts from trend motors through the VW site, Big mistake. First when I ordered the parts I was told I would be contacted if the price was more for shipping and second I said one week for delivery. after 2 weeks I called and was told to call back. I sent a couple emails and no response. Finally I was emailed they where missing a part and could ship the rest if I wanted. A week later I had to call and ask where my stuff was again. I was told it was in boxes wait to be shipped. 2 days later if finally got shipped. I received my invoice and the shipping was more then originally quoted without a call or email saying it would be higher. So much for keeping my money local. Next time I'll use amazon, spend less and receive my order faster.

I leased my Tiguan from Glenn Hagen 2 yrs. ago. Glenn was so helpful and informative. I have brought my car in for its 10,000 and 20,000 maintenance services and the service was exceptional. I recently brought my car in for service because the EPC light went on and as soon as I called Trend they told me to bring it in right away which I did. The service tech Rey was pleasant and helpful. I waited about 20 mins. before they took the car in for service. Rey kept me updated on the status and approximately how long I would be waiting. When the work was done Rey explained what was done and the paperwork took only minutes. The dealership was so clean and comfortable and everyone very pleasant. I will be returning my car next July and I will definitely lease another Tiguan just like the one I have. Thank you Trend, I will definitely recommend Trend to my friends. I Love My Tiguan!

I've been a customer of Trend for a long time and my experience with service and purchases have been very good. In fact my most recent of both of these have been excellent. My wife's 2008 Passat was serviced in their new Express Service and was taken in and handled as promised by Jason. The estimate was exact almost to the dollar. Rey has been handling the service on my 2012 Jetta TDI with no problems. I recently took a friend to them to look for a new car and he bought a 2013 Passat SE in that first visit. Two recent purchases with Glenn Hagen have turned out very well. I highly recommend this dealer.

My wife and I went to Trend Motors pre-armed with information on a used vehicle we were interested in. The sales representative that greeted us, Tony Moretti, was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. After a test drive he went over the whole purchase procedure with us and made the experience an enjoyable one, without sales pressure or haggling. He forwarded us to the main office where all the paper work was handled expeditiously. The next day, after the vehicle had been detailed and serviced, I took delivery. Very pleasant experience and would recommend this dealer and their staff to everyone. Three weeks later they gave us a follow up call to assure everything was OK.

I've owned a Volkswagen since 1990. They're great cars. We recently purchased a Jetta Wagon from Trend. The service department is nice all of the folks at Trend are GREAT. My Jetta was being repaired for a week so they loaned us a Passat. I've never experienced this at any other dealership. God Bless.

I just purchased a car from this dealer. The sales rep was great, but if you plan on financing the car through them be very careful. They quoted me one rate over the phone and I wrote it down when I went to pick up the car and was going through the signing process the rate was much higher on the contract than what they told me. He tried to make it sound like it was no big deal and really not muh of a difference. Since they make more money if you finance the car - my payback will be paying the loan as soon as I get my first bill. Unfortunately everyone can't do that so make sure you pay attention to everything.
