Truly the best, easiest, and stress free car purchasing experience that I have ever had. Tom (Sivco) came out to greet my boyfriend and myself on a very cold late Friday evening as we were looking at used Corollas I had previously checked out on their website. From the intial greeting on Friday to leaving in my Corolla on Saturday, I enjoyed every part of the buying experience with Tom! He even unexpectedly had a coworker from 20yrs prior to come in to buy his son a car from him. That says a lot and made me feel even more comfortable working with Tom! Luis in finance was also enjoyable to work with when signing paperwork! All around great experience and very excited to be a part of the Tri County Toyota family!

TriCounty is the best and always has been. Todd in service alerted me my wife's car needed brakes and got it done in an hour. I've been buying and servicing there since the '80's and have no reason to quit. Reliable, fast, you can count on them.

The experience was top-notch from start to finish! As soon as I arrived, a person guided me in and meet me at the door of my vehicle, checked me in, and have me an estimated wait-time. I was directed to the nice, large waiting area with smoke room for everyone to be comfortable, have access to outlets (if necessary) and still be physically distant from one another. There was also a free coffee/tea bar. As I settled in, I received a text from my technician letting me know that i could text back if I had any questions or concerns! That's a first for me! Before I knew it, my car was ready, and I was on my way. A wonderful experience! 👍🏾😁👍🏾

Poor customer service and no communication.!! I had a scheduled appointment for Friday dropping off at 7 AM. By 5 PM on Friday we had not heard back if the car was ready for pick up We tried calling multiple times and kept receiving a voicemail. Going into Saturday we were able to speak with someone and they said it would be done at 12. No explanation or apology on why it wasn’t completed on Friday in time. Upon arrival at 12 on Saturday we were told that the car is still not ready. Again no explanation or apology for why it wasn’t completed on Friday at the assigned appointment time. Sadly this is not the first time we’ve had issues with the service department. We will not be going back to Tri County.

Went in with simple repairs, but not enough time for me to do myself. I knew I would pay over the odds and agreed to the charge, as long as all items on list were addressed. When I get the vehicle back, all was done, except for a simple belt tensioner pulley ($22 online). They stated that they could not find a fault. I said I had oiled it prior as it was too annoying to drive it. So I had to take the vehicle back and had a verbal agreement that the part would be ordered, but I must speak with the prior service clerk as we had agreed EVERYTHING on the list. So I end up with a $200+ bill and no call to confirm, for a sub 5 min fix and $22 part! ON TOP OF THE RIDICULOUS PRICE I HAD ALREADY PAID!

I leased two cars and bought one from this dealership. When you buy a car if you know what you want and what you want to pay the staff is excellent. I never had to deal with any out of warrant repairs but after I gave my son my 2010 Toyota the problems started! In Dec 2015 when my son brought his car in for a oil change and tire rotation he was asked why don't you get you car inspected now.? Six months prior to this I had new brakes put in his car - he was told in Dec that his brakes are like new and it need nothing for inspection. In April (4 months later) he was told and charged for new brakes - replacing his brake fluid (Not needed - in my opinion) inspection, and charged over $600 - he was oversold in service. ( buyer beware) I called and complained and was told they would get back to me right away - to date the service has not got back to me. They lost my son as a new customer and myself as a loyal repeat customer. It is very hard to find a place to trust!

Since I bought both of my 2014 cars (one Prius and One camry) I have had the tire light go on ever two weeks. I complained since day one and received no satisfaction. Sad to say this was not a positive part of their service. I would not buy another Toyota from them. Had my Camry's tires rotated yesterday and today the light came on saying that the tires need air. /This makes me sad.

On a whim I decided to see what they would offer. Not only did they give me a great deal, they refunded my service bill, added a couple of features and had the car ready later that day. Our salesperson, Bruce, was informative and helpful. He worked out the numbers, showed me my options and never pressured me to buy. Very happy to write such a positive review regarding my experience at Tri County Toyota. I was in the market for a new SUV and wanted to stay in the Toyota family, as my current vehicle (Rav4) lease was up soon. I had 3 specific items I needed in a new car - AWD, a 3rd row and roof rails - and it had to fit into a pretty tight budget. I went to numerous dealerships and test drove quite a few vehicles - Kia Sorento, Nissan Pathfinder, Hyndai Santa Fe and the Toyota Highlander. The Highlander was definitely the best fit for me - however, the dealership I was working with was unresponsive, a little sleazy and way overpriced. I pretty much gave up the search and settled on the Sorento. I was literally going to sign paperwork that evening when I decided to check out Tri County Toyota - which is right across the street from where I work. I'm so glad I did! The staff was incredibly helpful and very responsive. They stressed that they wanted to keep me in the Toyota family and truly worked with me that minute to find me the car I needed. My salesperson was Mike Colombraro, he was very down to earth, honest and professional. He listened to me and worked with his manager to give me a great deal on a Highlander that had everything I needed and fit well in my budget. The dealership did not have any 2015 Highlanders in their current inventory that fit my needs - so they went looking for one. Mike was in contact with me the entire time, texting me updates. Less than a week later, I got the good news that they had located a vehicle and were having it transferred to their location. Picked up my new car last night and couldn't be happier! The car is beautiful and is just want I needed/wanted. Melissa in financing was great to work with as well, she made the process very easy and answered all my questions. A+! After an entire day of driving around to all different types of dealerships and getting nowhere we decided to hit up TriCounty Toyota and that is where we met Fred! Fred was awesome and very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and what really mattered to myself and my wife, this was the first place that seemed like they actually cared and were to happy that we came in. We test drove the 2016 Camry and we really liked it, we wanted to check out 2 other places before deciding, at that time Bob (a manager) introduced himself and gave us his card and said if we needed anything to let him know. After the other dealerships didn't have anything we liked as much as the Camry I called Bob back, at this time the dealership was closed/closing but Bob was able to call in and secure the car for us. I went back on Monday to sign the paperwork and to pick up my new Camry. I am very please with my purchase and overall experience and would highly recommend going there!

Purchased a used 2005 Lincoln yesterday from Mike Moffa. Had to negotiate a bit harder than I would have liked for a reasonable deal, but ultimately I'm satisfied. Mike was quite pleasant to deal with and returned to the dealership after his normal hours that day when I called him to let him know I was coming back (after driving to Baltimore to look at another car that I ultimately did not want). Disappointments: only one key and fob, rear floormats missing, lighter not working (to plug in my cell phone for the two hour drive home), aftermarket rain shields over the windows not removed like I asked when the car was cleaned up, final bill of sale as initially presented didn't match handwritten one (multiple typos - they weren't trying to pack the deal at the last minute, which I have experienced in the past elsewhere). Positives: Mike, ultimately a decent deal.

I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and excellent quality of service. Throughout the process, they answered all my questions patiently, and did not make me feel rushed or pushed at all at any point. They were very knowledgable on out-of-state buying process, and made everything very simple for me. The car was in great shape just as advertised on the official certified-preowned Scion website, and the price was very reasonable. I was charged a fair service fee, and my NY plate came in the mail a couple weeks later as promised. Gone are the days of waiting and haggling in a dealership! We did some research online, searched some inventories, and found some specific cars we wanted to look at. From the time we stepped into the dealership and met with Frank Whitehawk we were treated with respect and enthusiasm. No pressure just fair negotiating and pricing. Not one bit of anxiety ever along with some free coffee and a great staff. The whole process took about an hour and a half to find a suitable car (Highlander), look over the details, drive it a bit and settle on a very fair price. Even the business manager was pleasant, no additional push to buy any more extras, no excess "processing fees" nothing. Never felt sooo good about buying a new car! I would definitely go back in a heartbeat and look forward to the service experience. This is not your fathers dealer of the past, I really enjoyed the experience. I bought a new Venza LTD from Fred Whitehawk in 2012. I LOVED my Venza and was extremely happy with the free inspection and 2-year service agreement. I would wait in the their lounge, which was nice at the time, but since their renovations, it is REALLY nice and a very comfortable place to read, watch the TV, work, etc. as you wait. When I made my appointment for my inspection a few weeks ago, a nice young lady called to ask me if I would meet with them while I was there to consider trading in my car...because of it's low mileage, it seems they really wanted it for their used car lot. As I had been going back and forth on leasing vs. buying a car, I figured it was the right time to talk to Fred. Long story short, Fred convinced me that I really am the perfect person for a lease since I only drive 6000 miles/year,so I traded in my 3-year-old Venza on a BEAUTIFUL, brand new Venza LTD that has even more bells and whistles than mine had, and Fred even found the exact color combination I wanted at another dealer. They even agreed to my trade-in value, so a week later, I picked up my new car, filled out the paperwork with Melissa, who is an excellent asset to the team at Tri-County, and off I went with an even better Venza LTD at almost half the monthly payment! I had never considered a Toyota before, but when I was looking for something between a car and a crossover, I happened to drive through Tri-County's lot and spotted the Venza out of the corner of my eye. For me, the Venza is perfect...I can throw shavings and feed in the back for my horse and donkey, and turn around and get oooohs and aaahhhs over it fancy looks. it handles great and is extremely comfortable car. Tri-County is a bonus. Thank you, Fred and Melissa and everyone in the service department. I'll see you when i need my inspection.

I brought my car to this dealership to do some warranty work. I called and gave them my vin # and set up an appointment for a Saturday. They had my car for 7 hours and then drove it and determined the water pump was bad. Rich O. in service called me and told me the pump was bad but it was covered. He cant do it that day so I set up to drop off a few days later. I dropped off the car and 8 hours later Rich tells me the repair is not covered. They have had my car for 36 hours and we have made two trips, the car is in pieces and now Rich has decided to do his job and check to see if it is covered (after he told me it was.) It turned out there was an issue with original warranty. Rather then trying to help me solve it he tells me there is nothing he can do and then, after a heated exchange, threatens to leave the car in pieces and hangs up on me. His boss eventually helped me figure this out and I had the car towed to where I bought it where the problem was resolved. I dont expect Tri County to cover a repair that, due to improper paperwork with the original dealership, cannot be covered. My issue is all of my time they wasted and then getting rude when I called them out on it, and then threating to leave my car apart when they never should have taken it apart without doing their due diligence.

Tri-county Toyota serviced my car in a timely manner. They told me that I needed new brakes and let me know that everything else was fine. They are all very nice there and always do a great job. I was greeted by two women at front desk who made sure I was taken care of immediately. It was a Saturday sale day and the place was hopping. My next encounter was with the floor manager, Ray Carwheel, who assured me he would hook me up with a salesman. I had my car inspected at Tr County Toyota. The check-in process was very easy and the personnel were very helpful and friendly. I received a courtesy call prior to necessary repairs being complete. The service manager was very informative and patient when answering my questions. The check-out process took a little longer than expected due to the amount of customers, but I guess that is a sign of a well-liked business.

Took my Tacoma in for inspection, to my surprise I did not have my insurance card. My C.S.R. Tod,Said he would call my insurance carrier and have them fax it over. So There has been a recall on my Truck Frame. Over all they have been very accommodating. Although there is now a back order on the parts. They are standing by their product. So as I am one month into this so far so good all things considered. Clean location, courteous staff, and they got me in for the oil change even thou I did not have it scheduled. On 8/20/2014, I offered a deposit and purchase agreement on a 2013 Toyota Sequoia Platinum. Tri County did not accept my deposit or purchase agreement in favor of a different customer who obtained financing through Toyota Financial Services - at a later date. I had approved financing and could have taken delivery before the other customer. The dealer became unresponsive when they realized I was obtaining financing through my own credit union. As of 8/28/2014, still no response from Tri County General Manager Bryan K after leaving him two voicemails.

Purchased new vehicle in March, which was a good experience. Had to wait a month for paid options to arrive (wheel locks, cargo cover, remote start, etc.). Made appt. to have options installed and brought car in night before so it was there to have work done first thing the next morning. I was very surprised that their loaner car wound up being a Corolla (I drive the SUV*). Called at 1:30 next day to find out they hadn't even started the glass coat procedure (which takes up to 4 hours). Had previously been told by scheduler that it would be done by early afternoon. Would not have been a major issue had business trip not been scheduled around the service of my car. *Note: The dealerships I had previously gone to with my former car always provided me with a "like" vehicle. e.g., SUV with SUV.

Mark Robertson is The MAN when it comes to buying a new car. We do foster care and someone is always running somewhere which made getting our trade to the dealership difficult at best. Mark picked up our trade on his way to work to get the ball rolling! I stopped in later to close the deal, but had to leave to meet 2 of our foster kids at home. Mark stayed late and let Gail & I come in to finish the deal late at the dealership. I left with a NEW 1794 TUNDRA!!!!!

We've been taking our Toyota LandCruiser there for 5+ yrs for inspections, oil changes & regular wear & tear service issues. They NEVER get our car back to us on time! We ask them in advance - "What do we need to do to get our car back on time", they give us suggestions like dropping our car off the night before & we do that. They STILL can't get it back to us. We're talking HOURS in late time, not minutes.

I was offered far less for my vehicle at this Toyota then at Performance Toyota. The sales person i got didn't really listen to what i wanted. I had my Vehicle fixed here after a check engine light problem and after i left the dealership. I drove about 5 miles when my vehicle just stopped accelerating on the highway and i had to pull over and get a tow truck to take it back to them. They had''t put the fuel injection thing on correctly and i lost most of my fuel. they did nothing other then putting it back on. overall this dealership was poor compared to Performance Toyota.
