Prior to the sale, I mailed a check for a holding fee for the vehicle I was purchasing. The understanding that was agreed upon, was that I would have my check returned or destroyed upon purchasing the vehicle. Neither was done. The check was deposited and the amount was not deducted from the price of the vehicle. I have contacted them multiple times about the refund. They have told me each time that a check would be mailed, and it has yet to be received almost one month later. I would not recommend anybody to purchase from this company.

The vehicle I went to look at, after over a month of waiting and assurances that it was going to be ready to buy, was not in the condition advertised. I understand I am looking for a used truck and not everything is going to be perfect, but I do expect that little easily fixed detail that a buyer would look at would be fixed. I was very surprised that they showed a truck to a potential customer in the condition it was in at the price they were asking. When we started the deal part of the process they agreed with a price after we worked to a deal less than asking. Great. The problems started when we were going to finish the deal. After many calls to financing and other parties, they came back and said they can't do the deal proposed. At least not with out the truck going back to the shop AGAIN. Then they told me the death nail to this deal. The same mechanics that did the overhaul to the motor did the lift. Not normally a problem except I found a problem with the lift that an amateur should be able to find in a five minute test drive. This made me question the overall work done to improve this truck. If I can find a simple problem with the drivability that should have been found my who ever did the lift, what is going to happen with a motor overhaul on a engine notorious for problems. There were more excusses made not worth listing on why the truck wasn't ready. Normal used car excuesses. In general working with Chris and with Charles was a stereotypical used car experience. They are nice enough guys. I wont recommend looking at a car from this dealership in the future

Buying a vehicle site unseen is not something I will do again. I asked about lots of basics like quality of tires, any problems, repairs needed and got reassurance that everything was fine...great vehicle, etc. etc. Upon my arrival at home in Austin I started making a list of things that needed doing.. * Headliner was coming loose at driver door and passenger door, *gas cap was not correct cap - it did not lock, * windshield wipers spray water from only one wiper not both of them, * cd is stuck in the cd player - it will not eject. * back tires had no tread left ( would not inspect)...That cost me $400 today to replace them. *spare tire did not come with bracket to put under the truck.. it was stolen and he said I should go to junkyard and get one. * Vehicle now has a shimmy/vibration when driving around 45mph - 60mph. Had alignment checked and that needed to be done. So, a nice looking truck with a smooth running engine and good a/c. NOT HAPPY WITH DEALER AND - the "advertised" quality of this truck. Oh, needed oil change and new coolant. Hopefully the $700 I have spent in addition to the purchase price will be most of what I have to spend for a while!! THE MOST DISCONCERTING THING WAS HOW NICE THE GUY WAS BUT HOW MUCH TROUBLE I HAVE IMMEDIATELY FOUND. He should not be allowed to sell thru Cars.com in my opinion. My bad for not walking away.....but, we will see if I have further problems...that will tell me if I made a real mistake.

I sent an email (bounced back), Facebook message, tried to call but the vm was full, and submitted requests through cars.com as well as their website asking about one if their vehicles. I'm still waiting for a reply.

I traded in a pearl white escalade ext truck for a king ranch my truck was n perfect condition no problems I had the king ranch 2 days an a reduce engine lights comes on n i call em and tell em to c if they are going to fix the truck n faxed them over the bill form the ford dealship it was at and they excuse was they had to check with their Daddy the car lot wasn't there's all of a sudden no more and they couldn't fix the truck they just sold me 2 days ago word of advice buy used cars form a certified pre-owned dealership not triple c auto sales or low budget car lots like them guys after i handed them over all the paperwork of work done to my truck not everybody does honest bizzness these guys are are out to make a quick buck n on to tha next rip off!!

Mr. Sparks was friendly and helpful. We were going to buy a truck from them, but decided it was too far to go and didn't feel comfortable with buying a truck without seeing it in person. We however went through the buying process and it went very smooth. I recommed working with these guys.

I sent an email to this dealer understanding that if they have a service in which you can enter your information they will call you but apparently this is not working, sent a message about a week ago and nothing, and is not just this dealer, I did this with another dealer and same thing , no response so that is why i'm like .... is this thing Working !!!??? If this website in some way is helping dealers sell their merchandise I'm not sure why they are not using it

Purchased my gt in September and I must say these guys are the best honest dealership in the ville!I live here in Gainesville my whole life and these guys have been nothing but helpful to me in owning my dream car always been a mustang guy and they have the best selection around in top shape I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car I'm telling you they are great!you won't find another dealership with a great selection of nice cars and trucks like here.

Triple C Auto Sales is the best dealership I have EVER dealt with. They went over and above my expectations. The 2004 Ford Explorer I bought is clean and runs great, it had a messed up handle on the driver's door and they stood in the rain with an umbrella to fix it before I left! I drove 3 hours to buy my vehicle. I had a problem with the alarm system the next day. I called them to tell them about it and expected them to apologize, but not do anything about it, which would have been easy for them to do since I was so far away, but they payed to have it fixed! These guys have one thing that you don't find at car dealerships anymore....INTEGRITY. I will definantley buy another car from them as soon as I get this one paid for. Thanks, Chris and Charles. You guys are the best.
