Tropical auto sales is by far one the best dealership I ever bought a car from. Ask for Tim. I'm a complicated and indecisive buyer but Tim manage to find me super automobile. Its been about for 5 months I'm beyond satisfify with the vehicle thank you Tim and tropical auto sales beyond happy.

Our sales rep was Tommy and he was friendly and full of personality, which made the car buying experience joyful! He didn't give us the usual game play that the previous dealerships had given us. After going from dealer to dealer, it was a breath of fresh air for someone to do what they said they could do. It's one thing to purchase a car, but it makes it even better when you have a rep with such a great attitude and honesty.If you're looking for integrity, friendliness, and an easy car buying experience; then Tropical wins the vote. I was in need of a car and I left with one regardless of my less than perfect credit score. The staff was friendly and courteous that made my experience smooth. I have referred my sister who also bought a car that was in amazing condition. Thanks Tropical family!!!!

I had a seemingly impossible situation. Bad credit, limited cash and time. Tim was very understanding and patient as we went through muitple scenario's of how to get this accomplish and ultimately I got the BMW I wanted.

Absolute BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I didn' t have best credit out there, and I was looking for a specific car with certain options/specs. I found it 1000 miles away, 5 states away to be exact. I sent an email requesting info and within minutes Tim Szakats replied and was extremely helpful. He anwsered all my questions and even helped me get approved and within the hour was planning trip down to pickup car! Being out of state I was skeptical at first but there cars are legit, meticulously maintained and ultra clean. He even offered to pick me up at airport when I landed there. Worked out perfect. In a weeks time I was driving beautiful car back home. Thanks Tropical Auto! Thanks Tim! Pleasure doing business.

Tropical Auto Sales makes used car buying simple! If your in the market for a used car you definitely need to stop by and check out there inventory. There is always something for everyone. Aside from that the service is not to shabby either. From the moment I pulled in the parking lot I was greeted with a smile from my salesman Tommy Cohen. He was very helpful with all the questions I had and made the process as smooth as possible. Thanks Tropical Auto Sales and Tommy Cohen for making my car buying experience a breeze! DJ and "Steve the GM" tried to charge my 20 yr old daughter (1st time car buyer) $5000.00 more. Sticker for 2014 Ford focus $16999.00. We made it clear upon arrival monthly rate she needed to stay within. "Steve the GM" tried putting her in a vehicle she clearly couldn't afford by bullying and intimidating her. . When this was brought to his attention by myself he yelled and then hung up on me. Unless ,you the buyer, want to donate your hard earned money to this so called auto sales company LOOK ELSEWHERE! Or bring your jar of vasoline as they will screw you!!

bought a car off them via EBAY They said was excellent car well maintained runs drives great, Everything works. Got here transmission was out power steering was out door locks didn't work and the remote entry doesn't work and the struts are totally worn out. The mini dealer said it would cost 5100 to get it in the condition it was advertised, JOE told me get the car fixed send them the bill so I got the main things fixed the trans and the struts sent them the bill 2 months later they still wont pay wont return emails or phone calls

Bill said Mercedes was in fender bender when Asked for.carfax. Later found car had severe collision damage significantly affecting trade value. Convertible rarely worked

Was lied by joe. Told bank approved me come get car. Sold my car. Bank wasn't approved yet. Went to owner got him on trouble. He called and cursed me out. Told me they didn't want my business. Bank ended up approving me. But never got a call back from anyone apolgozong. Disproved me badly. He called me a loser for not having the higher than agreed upon down payment. Plus was giving them my landrover as a trade in!

I always buy new, but this time I decided to purchase a used car. I was told to go to Tropical Auto and see a guy by the name of Jake Jones! Jake was amazing!!! Super warm and friendly guy, he showed me a great selection of vehicles in my price range, and I love the fact that he was not a pushy sales person. If you're interested in a used car go to Tropical Auto and ask for Jake Jones!

I use to avoid going to dealerships because I always felt pressured into making a purchase. Although, my experience at Tropical Auto Sales was anything but a high pressure sale. I was greeted by Jake Jones, a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman who showed me cars that were in my price range and a fit for my lifestyle. The prices were very reasonable and there was a wide variety of vehicles on the lot. I was pleasantly surprised by this wonderful experience and will definitely be buying my next car here!

I recently visited Tropical Auto to take a look at their used cars. This establishment came highly recommended as there are some people that I know that have used them for years. When coming on to the lot I was greeted immediately by Jacob who couldn't do enough to help me find a car that fit all of my needs. I found their prices to be competetive and their customer service to be top notch. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a pleasurable car shopping experience!

I walked onto the Tropical Auto Sales lot in search of a used car and test drove multiple cars. Jake Jones who was my salesman was excellent. He was so friendly that I felt bad that I didn't find a car that was suitable. I'm old enough to know I want to deal with nice friendly people, so I know exactly who I will go see next time I buy a vehicle.

Buyer beware. They tried to charge me $1000 more than car was advertised on Internet thinking I wouldn't notice. When I informed them of this they said that was a "fee" for finding me financing since I have less than perfect credit. Total slimy used car dealership!
