Been looking around for a work truck for awhile thought I found what I was looking for at this dealership which I did not end up buying due to my limited budget. Reason for this review is for Jayce's and overall service provided at this dealership. Promp replies to my email and texts to many many things I asked to do because I was looking at several trucks here they made every effort to answer all my questions and meet requests in timely manner to the best of their ability. Jayce would tell me if there are any delays to be expected, All in all happy with the service rendered and thought they deserved some positive reviews.

gave four for the quality of repairs not based on the repairs done but due to lack of follow up on the repairs they did make good on their promise based on what was agreed before the purchase so I'm happy with that hope that they get more mechanic or someone who is readily available for customers to talk to. Paul was easy to work with the General Manager here even offered a referral check and I will be recommending my friends and family.

test drove a used highlander and ended up purchasing it pretty happy with the car needless to say cant really go wrong with Toyotas. These guys are one of the very few who provide short term warranty on their cars so I was happy with that because gave me little more comfort when buying a high mileage suv. ask for Paul or Jayce here they did an outstanding job,

will be driving my first honda civic that I got from this place to work and school. needed to have couple of things done for my car nothing major what was agreed at the time of the purchase were all finished before I came back to take the car home there weren't much delays. overall very welcoming, low processing fee, free coverage for my engine which I don't think I will need but cant hurt.

Had to let my old truck go and change over to something that doesn't cost too much in fuel. Long commute from home to work Prius is very accommodating overall good experience at the dealership through the whole process. Jayce has been pretty helpful. Happy with my purchase.

Test drove few honda sedans at this dealership was almost 2 hrs away but decided to make the trip with my dad because we thought the price was fair. did spend few hours at the dealership, but I think it was well worth it because we believed we took the car home a good price. On one hand the staffs and services were plenty helpful, Russ is a general manger here, he helped us and his sales rep from the beginning whenever our sales person was busy running around. Pretty friendly which of course is expected at any dealerships they check on you if you seemed to have been waiting for a long time. Young, was the lucky sales rep who closed the sale, he had multiple appointments flooding in at the same time and although he had to assist other customers at times he seemed genuinely concerned and respectful of our time, asking other people to assist whenever he was not available. overall were all pleasant to work with.

From the time I called , Young was very helpful in the process, though some other sales person are not, when a problem arises the owner helped fix it , sometimes you need a nice word to make you calm down , young is definitely very helpful and I definitely recommend him for any future purchase, some small missing pieces could be fixed but they refused , but it is ok great exerience

found the car I liked online sent an email, pretty surprised because about 10 seconds later I get a call from one of the reps here. I had a lot of questions along with additional requests like close-up pictures for more details, and though I had to wait for a little bit for my purchase I think I did my homework which led me to a right decision. Young was helpful and was very quick on his follow-ups and if he is busy and there will be delays he would let me know. Ended up buying used Rx330 here and though I had to wait before it was completely ready I was pretty happy with quality of services here.

was looking online for a truck that fall under my budget and stumbled unto their website as soon as I put an inquiry I received a call from the salesperson and because I live in NC I could not come in to see the car in person. but Young sent me pictures via phone and was honest from the start about the condition the car was in and was very informative the prices are pretty fair in my opinion and liked the openness and fast communication. happy with my purchase

they really stay on top of things as far as vehicle maintenance and had no problem with me bringing the car back few days after a purchase. not one of those dealerships who dont care about you after they get your cash. repairs were done as promised Paul and Young helped me out throughout the paperwork and everything. Since the moment I walked into the dealership, Russ and Paul welcomed me. I was a little lost since it was my first time buying a car in a dealer, but Russ took the time to answer all my questions. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service I received from his part. He ended up my experience until the end when he delivered the car keys,he even gave me a tour of the car and explained all I needed to know before I left that day. This was an amazing experience for me, and I will definitely return for this kind of service. And i love my new dodge caliber.

I really needed a car, I saw an ad for a 98 windstar mini van, so I called and young lady was so helpful, they stayed open for me past business hours just so they could make sure I got into the van. I drove from Richmond and when I got there, I felt like family. I recommend to anybody and will continue to take that ride to get a car from them.

This place is unorganized and unprofessional. When you first walk in there's no privacy at all or confidentiality, you are basically yelling your personal information on top of other customers. This people here all they want is your money after that you are on your own. I've had my vehicle for over a month, I've been taking the metro for two days now because I have no tags on my car, they told me that the person in charge of dealing with the tags had been out sick for a week 1/2 now, there's no way that a dealer is just going to rely on just one person for this matter. The're on point calling you to collect some extra money from you but not for then to do their job. I have left messages in regards to my concern with my tags and Stanley/sales person now decided not to reply to my messages. The only reason why I end up buying the car was because it was the budget I was looking for and that car seem to be in very good shape other than that I would have walked out from the very beginning I had to share my personal information next to another customer. I just got some temporary tags again so hopefully I'll get my hard tags soon, thanks to PAUL I can drive again if it was up to the SALES PERSON who sold me the car I would still be taking the metro,

Bought a car from these guys, and at first they seemed nice. Of course it was the normal car salesman friendliness. However, once you got down to doing actual business with them is when they start getting shady. It's not even been a month, and my service engine light is on. Turns out the car needs a lot of maintenance that the clean carfax didn't catch. Also be careful when doing your title and tag registration. Everyone seems friendly at first, but that's just because they think you're going to give them business. So if you do decide to buy a car from here just be very cautious. Do not recommend!

Last weekend I went took at a 2006 BMW 325i. The guys at Trust Auto took care of me! All of their cars were in amazing condition and well taken care of. I found an even nicer white 2007 Luxury 328xi and I test drove! The car was in perfect condition and still smelled brand new. They worked with me on a deal and even got the inspection done right away for me. I walked out later with my own brand new car! There were no problems at all. It was overall an amazing experience and they really took care of me. Ruslan is a great salesman and you should look for him when at Trust Auto!

These guys are great. Plenty to choose from. I purchased a truck with the best price I could find anywhere in the whole dmv. Financing was not a problem, I didnt get hassed and lied to by the salesman, Everyone there is very down to earth and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I will definitely go back to Trust Auto for future car buying needs! The cars are great quality and unbeatable prices. The sales process was not pushy at all. Zach helped me arrange a test drive and Tom worked through the sale with me in an easy manner. Tom is handling everything, from inspection to registration which makes the process easy and more enjoyable for me. Everyone at the dealership shared in my excitement about the new car and waved me off with congratulatory applause! It was a great experience overall and I am very happy with my car!

I saw a vehicle on Cars.com that I was interested in. I sent an email and received a phone call response from them the next day. I said I was interested in the vehicle and would like to see a few more important pictures as I would be driving from a long distance. They took my information and told me that they would take care of it. Two days pass and still no pictures or correspondence. I called again and spoke to another person, same thing, they took my information and said that they would send the pictures over. Two days pass and still nothing. Why would a dealership not want to sell a car? Very fishy.

I purchased a vehicle from Trust Auto in Chantilly, Va. about 3 weeks ago. The whole buying process to my surprise was very smooth and straight forward. No game playing like you find at other dealerships, where the main goal is to tell you whatever,so they can make a sale. What impressed me the most was their honesty in telling me exactly what problems the first car i was looking at had and their willingness to do all that it takes to make me the customer happy. My sales person Tom was such a delight. he was honest, respectful,great customer service and a true professional. I saw a car on Cars.com one evening and using the form on their site sent an email requesting a call to this dealership. I did not receive a reply either by email or phone by the next afternoon so I called them. The man on the phone was very polite and I arranged to come by to see the vehicle. When I arrived the man was again curteous and showed me the car. When I started it the "Check Engine" light came on. No big deal, this is after all a used car and these things happen. I told the man I was still interested in the car and once their mechanic had a chance to look it over to please call me back. I left my business card with cell and office phone numbers. It's been two weeks. Still haven't heard back. The car in question is still on their site. Hmmm???

Be honest with you this was my first time I financed my car(Honda Accord) . It took 30 minutes for them to figure out entire paperwork for financing . Sales person ( Ely) was very nice and friendly . I had a GREAT first time buyer experience there at Tust Auto. They made me feel welcomed and allowed me and my friend look at their inventory without any hassle. They even let us inspect the car front to back and inside and out, along with allowing us to test drive the car I wanted with ease and no detailing issues. And they also did everything I asked of them. ELY was very friendly and helpful. He even was well prepared with my paperwork once decided on the car that I wanted. Just bought a car from Trust Auto! Can't say enough about them, but I will try! I have been looking for the right car, at the right price for the last three weeks. Scoured a 100 mile radius of Baltimore, MD. Found a 2002 Subaru with LOW mileage (82k) on Trust Auto. By this point, I have talked to at least 20 other dealers. All of them went one of two ways. 1, very friendly, but not helpful. (Won't tell me if I can get a loan with them, nor give me payment info, or what they need in money down. I need this info to know if the car is even feasable before I spend my time going to the dealership!)All they want to do is get me in the dealership so they can push me into a car that I ultimately don't want. Not having that! The other way, number 2, is they would give me this info, but rudely and unwilling to work with me at all. Trust auto though, politely told me the info I needed. I really felt like they cared and wanted to help me. Sure enough, even with unestablished credit, Al got me a loan with agreeable terms. From that point on, he remained VERY helpful (even held the car and took it off the website for me!) Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted when I came in. No pressure what so ever. Just very laid back and friendly. I looked the car over as I liked, drove it around and wasn't rushed or pestered at all. The salesman, ( I really wish I could remember his name! I apologize!) was also friendly and relaxed. More just there to assist me, not sell me. The car was solid. Not perfect, but never did they say perfect. Even pointed out the few flaws it had! I decided I wanted it! With in 15-20 minutes, Al had me out the door with keys in my hand. As a first time buyer, I must say, the experience was great! Everyone there were all fun friendly people! For me personally, I think I chose the right dealer. If you're looking to buy a used car, do yourself a favor. Check them out! These are the people you want to buy from.

I was reading others reviews before leave mine and some of them fair others not ! like some one bought the truck before me!?// they do sell a lot of cars with the lowest prices in the town ! so they usually pretty busy ! You can really Trust those guys ! I was looking for the Mercedes C class finally I found it here with the lowest price ! They have the lowest prices and financial was the best in my purchase ! Al was my financial manager he was really helpful and friendly ! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends!!! Thanks

I just purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla. I had such a positive experience. I arrived at Trust Auto at 5 PM and I was free to leave with my car in an hour. In the time that I was there, sitting at the salesman's desk, he gave me information about cars, allowed me to test drive and assisted with all paperwork. These guys have an efficient sales system, well trained professionals and stock to satisfy anyone's need. To top it all off the service is excellent, polite, and complete. It was pleasure and excitement of purchasing a used car from them. I highly recommend my friends to Trust Auto. I never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car before.

To be fair the car was as advertised. Customer service is non existent.I went and looked at the car. Found a few things(4) that we agreed would be fixed. They called me the next day and said that the car was done. When I went to pick up the car only 1 of those things was done.It was my salesmen's day off and nobody there could fill out the paperwork and I told him the day and time that I would be picking up the car. After waiting over an hour for someone to show up that could do it. I was treated like they were doing me a favor by selling me that car and that it was an inconvenience for them.I could go on and on about the fight to get these things taken care of(and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me after a month). I have bought and sold a lot of cars over the years and this by far was my worst experience.

I recently bought a used Acura from Trust Auto. I was initially skeptical about buying from an independent used car dealer, but my experience with Fred and his associates was a reminder that there are some good eggs out there. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and accommodating. They allowed me to take the time to evaluate the car thoroughly, with no sales pressure. Fred gave me an honest assessment of the car's condition, and his assessment was shown to be accurate when I took it to another mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Sure enough, it was basically in as good a condition as he described. I'm thrilled with the experience and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Trust Auto.

they are not willing to work with a customer its there price and that is that!!! Even though the vehicle needed 2000+ dollars of work that needed done to it they would only drop the price $200 vehicles are defenitly not clean inside or out!!! I guess they think people will over pay for there vehicles and they need a ton of work done on them!! I would say that most people just come there and buy and not pay attention or know any better!! Will never deal with them!!!

I was shopping with my son at the large group of used car dealers on Pleasant Valley Road in Chantilly (.5 mile off Route 50 behind the Cadillac dealer). He was looking for a particular Toyota Sienna and found just the right color, model, and year at Trust Auto, which is the dealer closest to the road. The price was right and Trust Auto offered a three month powertrain warranty. Fred one of the owners was very helpful and made the transaction painless. Trust Auto is a low key, non-pressure operation. We were both pleased with the experience.

I looked at a van in the evening and told them I was interested. They said they had "some work" to do to the car and it would be ready the next day. They said they would call me when it was ready. I called them to see when it would be ready and they told me they sold it that morning. This was after they said they would call me to come look at the car. The only "Trust" about this dealer is they can't be. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Went to look at a Honda Civic, that was advertised as having passed inspection, but the windshield wipers didn't work properly and the tires were dry-rotting and wouldn't have passed inspection at all. Wasn't too impressed with their "trust."
