I had a great experience here...Reid was a very good sales person. Transparent, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles...also, John the "finance" guy was also very professional. As we were purchasing rather than leasing the vehicle, he walked us through all the maintenance and warranty options available to us and the pros and cons of each. When the need arises, I will return to Tulley!!

I have to say this was probably the easiest car I've bought! John K. was very accommodating with what I had going on... My 4yr old daughter with me, being upside down on my trade and not having a lot of time for negotiations. Also, the business manager was very reseptive to my situation. I had a very pleasant buying experience at Tully Buick as buying experiences go. My sales representive was knowledgeable. I loved that he was not pushy he was patient and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. The business manager was very pleasant as well he got me an excellent percentage rate on the loan I took. I have had many cars over the years, much more then most people. But I will tell you that I have never delt with a dealership like this one. From the first step in the door you are treated like family, Val the manager and my salesmen joe from the very first words they spoke were the truth, no fast sales talk, we were treated like we were family, we came in three years ago in a snow storm and like I said the dealings with the two of them from the start was great, since then we have bought 7 cars from them in the last three years, every time we walk in we are treated great, joe knows his cars inside out and Val some how makes you feel like the deal you get is always great, a very nice feeling when buying a car, last two cars I just bought are the new 750i and the new M6. This is the 7th vehicle purchase for the family in 5 years. Tulley continues to be excellent in every aspect of the buying experience. They patiently worked with me over a 3 month period to satisfy some very precise requirements in the latest acquisition. Mike got me the vehicle I wanted at the right price - and helped me keep it a surprise for my Bride. Mike Laudano continues to be the best salesman I ever worked with - very committed to his customers and the reason that I don't even look at any other dealerships. He is like a member of the family now. Mike knew what I was looking for - and watched the dealerships current promotions - and called me up after 6 weeks when things would work for my needs.Brandy and Dustin in the service department take excellent care of me for all my service needs. Went in looking for a new Yukon Denali and wasn't all that sure I would be walking out purchasing one, But thanks to Jay he made it happen and saved me a lot of money! Paying less a month than what I expected. The process took a lot longer than it should have on my behalf due to a sick family member. I had to cancel on him a few times & he was so understanding. He did all he can to make it that much easier on me. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to go to Tulley and let Jay help you out! He is very personable and makes the experience all that it should be and more. He does all he can to make sure customers walk out happy! A++ for AMAZING service! Also, Rick Burton was very informative on the finance end. He did a great job explaining the different options i had when we finalized the deal!

Jay Tennis helped me find my dream car. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted aside from certain features that I was looking for. He was patient and really went through every detail of the cars. I test drove 3 cars. He didn't try to push me into one that didn't suit me. He just kept looking to find the perfect car for me. I have never had a better experience. He ended up finding my dream car. I am so happy!!! I love this car and my experience!! It was great working with Jay Tennis as our salesman. The used car we went to see was no longer available, so he took the time to know what my husband was looking for. The first car Jay recommended he test drive, he bought! When we went back on Saturday to finalize everything and pick it up, I saw a new car I liked. I wasn't in the market for a car yet and planned to buy a newer used car in the fall. It was a new 2015 Buick Encore and I couldn't pass up the great deal! We picked that one up on Tuesday night. This weekend I went through the buying process at Tulley Nashua and al through the process the team was respectful, honest and courteous. While I did not get to making the deal (purely due to me) I will absolutely come back here and buy all my future BMWs from Tulley Nashua. While there I spoke with a few salespersons, a sales manager and a business manager, each one of them were completely professional. John Peavy and Chris along with their mechanics are superb, I can't say enough. However that being said I have heard that better pricing can be obtained at other Mazda dealers. I will be in the market for a new CX 5 probably in the fall. I will look for the best deal. As I am retired it is necessary for my wallet to get the best deal possible.

Called, visited and emailed Tulley about a car Stock# PL4192A. I was told (in person) that it may have been put aside for a whole-sale buyer and I also got an email saying it was sold. This happened about 2 weeks ago, but the car is still listed on Cars.com. I'm not sure if this is a market technique to get people to connect with their dealership, or if it is simply a matter of not deleting that item in a timely fashion. All of the individuals I spoke with in person were very personable and professional!

I have bought 2 BMWs from Tulley. I was treated well both times. Over the years, I have great improvement in their service area. For the last several years, I have expereinced excellent customer service, excellent facilities when waiting for the car and most times will get a BMW loaner if needed. I am very pleased with Tulley.

Worst experience ever in buying a new car.Great salesman but basically ends there. Tulley couldn't find a signed application for replacement title form in the file folder of my deal. I signed on the day I purchased /lease new BMW. Called weekly asking me to go to dealership to sign another form each call I said You have the form I signed the day I bought the car No I'm not going there, you have the form. They Never found it until a month later when I had to go to the Tulley dealership because Tulley Failed to Provide to me the documentation to Register the vehicle at my town hall. Once at the dealership the guy wanted me to sign another blank app for replacement title and i said No as I pulled the original form out of Tulley's file folder with my name on it. I had to ask the obvious question - did you think to look in this folder? Well here is the form you've been calling me for! I still got calls for that blasted form untill I filled out the BMW Customer survey for Tulley & described their failings. Finally as I make payment I see the contract shows 10K miles per year.. My signed & approved contract is 12K miles per year - I had to call Tulley to have corrections made. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I have experience from purchading new cars every two to three years and had workex in a dealership in the office years ago. I will go through this 3 year deal & research dealerships before even test driving a car for the next one.

Bought a 3 Series last year. The process was easy and low pressure. They were able to get me into the car I wanted at the price I was happy with. Service department is easy and efficient. I was automatically given a nice loaner for the day.

Called from out of state to discuss a car. Salesperson didn't do what we discussed which was a Friday which was to email some info and I would respond with my trade info. On Monday I called and the receptionist said the person I was looking for was in but on the phone. Left a message around 9:30 AM. At 4 PM no return call so I called and told the manager what happened and he started making excuses for the person, etc. which is fine as I already begun the buying process with another dealer. I guess they have all the business they need. I'm not looking for dealers to trip over themselves to sell me a car but this dealer was terrible. I think the salesperson is new but still no excuse. Would suggest you avoid if possible. Much better run dealers around.

I ordered my E93M through Military Sales and the car was delivered to Tully just in time for pickup. The process was smooth and very professional. Even though I was not a retail customer, I was treated very well. The walk around, the set-up, the paperwork and even a small stone chip was taken care of by my salesman Jim Beal. I was still overseas when my car arrived, Jim let me know and took a few photos for me. Just great all around service and customer support. The only negative was that it was pouring outside the day I picked it up, so the top stayed up... Besides regular service, no repairs yet and with the excellent BMW support it's a worry-free no-brainer to own one.

Recently had some warranty work done on my vehicle and when I went to pick it up I had a damaged wheel. Tulley will not accept responsibility and refuses to replace the wheel. The vehicle was in for balancing the tires. Horrible experience.

I don't normally give out top marks however, if the dealer earns it then I will sing their praises.The entire team at Tulley was very professional and made the car purchase experience for me very enjoyable. I brought the entire family in for our first test drive and the salesman, Bob was very patient and treated my kids with respect and did not try and dismiss them as distractions. I made another trip up to the dealer and they kindly put the car up on a lift so I could visually inspect the undercarriage. When I went in to purchase the car late on New Year's Eve they were patient and we got the ball rolling even though I knew that they were closing shortly I never felt rushed. When the time comes to replace my other car I will start at this dealer. They understood that this was a major purchase for me and my family even if the car was not the most expensive car on their lot.There were some minor repairs that needed to be done and they did not quibble at all. After I took delivery of the car one of the rear hatch gas struts failed due to the extreme cold and they replaced it without quibbling.

Had hear that this is not good place to buy a BMW. But still try, because it is near my place, Had a price agreed on my X5 purchase, than at the day I pay the car the sales told me this is the finance price, they need me submit the finance form or to increase $1000 on the deal if it's cash. What??? The sale's name is Mark, They do it all the time, if you check on goole, they have a lots of other games.. Really bad dealer

I had an excellent buying experience at Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH. I used cars.com to identify 3-4 cars. Tulley's salesman was very thorough, well informed, easy going, quite helpful. I got what I was looking for both in the 128i and for the turn in value allowed for my car. They added additional free maintenance time on the 128i, an unexpected benefit.
