We first visited Tulley Mazda a little later in the day than we had planned. Michael Barbacano came out to the lot and greeted us as we were looking over the selection of MX-5s, and despite the hour, offered us a sit down and a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the car, as well as his ability to help us through the purchase process. We returned to Tulley to continue getting to know the MX-5, and Michael was again very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. He really knows his cars! He arranged our second test drive so we could both get familiar with the car.In the end, we went a different way, opting for something a little larger with a little more storage space. We called Michael to let him know and he was both gracious and seemed pleased we found the car we were looking for.In all of our dealings with Michael, we were made to feel as though our needs were his primary concern. We did not get the treatment, or should I say The Treatment, that we received at other dealers. Though we did not purchase, we do highly recommend Tully and specifically Michael Barbacano.

Excellent selection of vehicles to choose from .Purchased vehicle with options I was looking for. Johhny K. was very helpful in explaining the different options and how to access the options.Anthony Lake in finance explained the financing in detail and did not oversell.

Car had recall work on front end and delivered the car back out of alignment...don't use this dealership!!! Insinuating the car needed an alignment for the recall but never informed me. So this free recall is costing me $90 for an alignment..I don't think so!!!

Very down to earth people. They did everything to try & make us happy, & they succeeded! Gave me a great discount on my new 2016 CX-3 Mazda Touring & gave me a good number for my trade-in. They even drove my SUV to my home because I lived a ways away. I could go on & on about all the good stuff pertaining to this car dealership. Quentin my salesmen was so professional but yet down to earth/funny! I will be recommending my family, friends & strangers to Tulley of Nashua. AWESOME people, AWESOME place!! Thank you Tulley!!

I was looking for a dependable used car and two family members recommended calling Johnny K at this dealership. I called, had a detailed conversation and two days later arrived to test drive some cars. While waiting for the first car to be brought around I wandered around the showroom and discovered the brand new Mazda CX-3 and lost all interest in looking at any other cars. A couple of hours and a test drive later, I had my car. Johnny K was fair, above board and took the time to explain my options, introduced me to Anthony in the finance dept. and kept in contact with me by phone during and after the purchase. He was very thorough, explaining all of the ins and outs of the car.When I brought the car in a few days after purchase to get a sticker, I was met by friendly, professional service dept. staff. I counted about five of them. My impression was that this business strives to set a consistent tone of high customer service throughout all departments.

First of all, I had first visited multiple other Mazda Dealerships in the area to see which dealership would offer me the highest trade-in value on my used vehicle. Let's just say Werner Mazda and also Quirk Mazda offered me both around $2,500 less on my trade-in vehicle than Tulley Mazda quoted me! How is that even possible??? Please Tell Me!!! So right away of course, I decided Tulley was my go to dealership. I walked into the GM showroom and was instantly and politely greeted by Joe Cordaro, the Sales Manager, and we chatted briefly and then brought me over to the Mazda showroom and introduced me to one of the Mazda Sales Employees , Johnny Kwiatkowski, who I can truly say provided me with the most stress free vehicle purchase I have ever experienced in my entire life. They had the EXACT vehicle I was looking for, and conviently it was actually right next to his desk in the Mazda showroom... it was all smooth sailing from then on. I would 1,000% recommend Tulley Mazda and just the Tulley Automotive Group in general to all of my friends and family. For all the people leaving negative reviews, you must have caught them on a busy day, because this was EASILY the best and stress-free environment dealership that I have ver visited. I will surely be back for my next Mazda, again thank you to Johnny Kwiatkowski for the most relaxing and stress-free purchase ever. If you are looking for either a New or Used Mazda, I would recommend visiting or at least giving Johnny Kwiatkowski a call to see what he can offer you, he is the best !!!! Thank you AGAIN : ) : ) : )!!

I am not one to go on the Web and hate on someone or a company, but this place needs to be called out. This is actually my first time writing a negative review on anything, and I usually don't pay attention to reviews. But I probably should have paid attention to the 1 star reviews this place got before we went there. Literally, the worst dealership I've ever experienced. The people who gave 5 stars are either employees faking the accounts, or customers that are not aware of what customer service should be. The only positive I can say is that I had a pleasant experience speaking with Monica in the Internet sales department when I originally called the dealership, but other than that, my wife and I came in contact with someone we had to hunt down to greet us (even though we had an appointment), and a random sales guy named Carl Ingraham who quite literally was the single worst salesman I've ever seen. The person who greeted us walked us to a waiting area, said "hello, nice to meet you, Drew, follow me" and completely ignored my wife. Great start. We sat down, and the sale rep who said they would be there for our appointment and had our whole story plus all info was not there. So we get stuck with this guy Carl. We sit down and explain our whole story, what we want to trade and what we want to get into for a new car. We asked to take a test drive, he looked at his inventory and said "What you want isn't here unfortunately. How about we just wait and see what the value of your trade is gonna be before we do anything. Let's not waste each other's time." Wow dude, you really want my business!! Eventually, after sitting there killing time talking with him awkwardly, he gets up, goes and gets the paper the used car manager gives him for a quote on our Cx9. He comes back. He says, "you might wanna keep your car for awhile, you ain't gonna like it." He tells us the value, and we were shocked since other Mazda dealers in the area we visited prior came above that by at least a few grand. And this is supposed to be one of the biggest Mazda dealerships in new England! We of course tell him that. He replies with, "Well, you might wanna take them up on that offer!" He then stands up, shakes our hands as we're saying "ok?" and tells us our car is out and to the left. "Have a good day!" he says. My wife and I were in such shock that it literally took us all the way until we got home to realize what craziness just happened. I figured I'd call Monica the next day since she was the original one I talked to. She was just as shocked as I was. I did not want to get her in the middle of it, so I asked her to transfer me to the sales manager, Mr Joe Cordaro. Apparently, Carl was notified that I wasn't happy, and decided to cover his behind and lied to the manager and Monica about what transpired, saying that we left and we didn't give him a chance to see what he could do for us! That was to be expected. Anyway, Mr Cordaro decided he would just let me vent and hear my side of the story when he conveniently called me back. I'd say he did absolutely nothing for me. Didn't tell me to come in so they could remedy the situation, didn't apologize or seem concerned at all, didn't seem like he wanted my business and or wanted to make sure we didn't go to a competitor over them... Nothin! He of course said he would look into it. I haven't heard anything back. Seriously people, save yourselves a horrible experience. I dug around and went in person to 3 dealerships that will treat you way better. North Shore Mazda is on the top of my list, and will be who we trade with and lease with (oh ya, they're giving us 5K more for our car than Tulley), Lannan is decent, and Quirk is good. Thanks so much for the pleasant experience guys!

One would think if you take the time to look at vehicles on the lot and go into the showroom you would at least be able to get a salesman to acknowledge you. That was not the case at this dealership. I spent half an hour in the lot looking primarily at cx-5s. Even looking at the ones just outside the showroom window didn't get any salesman's interest. I did have one salesman walk past us and say hi. Never saw him after that. Going into the showroom didn't result in any service either. If the most service you can get is "hi", clearly they aren't interested in selling a vehicle. I will take my business elsewhere. I have had poor service before while looking for a vehicle, but this was by far the worse!

We bought our 5th and 6th new Mazda's from this south Nashua, NH dealership on 1/31/2013. We got great pricing and were treated as valued and loyal customers in our purchase of a new 2013 Mazda CX-5 touring edition and a new 2014 Mazda6 touring edition. We paid thousands less than expected! Awesome dealership for both sales and service. Great thanks to John Peavey and Joseph Cordaro.

MY overall experience with Tulley was that of very poor customer service, no follow through, dishonesty, and disregard to customer complaints. I'm sure I can't speak for everyone in the dealership, after all one of the sales managers was very helpful. However,upon purchasing my new car the dealership did not give me more then one set of keys to my vehicle. Following up with them to resolve the issue has been a total slap in the face. One simple little task seams to be overly complicated for them and for the most part I've received nothing but attitude; especially from the service department. And to top it all off, they called me to tell me that if the key that is mailed to me gets lost that it'll be my responsibility and I'll have to pay for it myself...yet, it's the dealership that made the mistake and it's becoming my fault and responsibility to get an additional key for my 20k purchase. In addition to the key fiasco, I was told my first service 5k maintenance was free only to find out that the Sales Rep misinformed me and that they'd do me a favor and give me 50% off the service....seriously!? I was the one misinformed, and for such a small price shouldn't they have followed through with the mistake the Sales Rep made? The dealership was great to me when selling me my Mazda,and at first I was really excited to work with them. Unfortunately, once I signed the papers its been nothing but multiple issues of unsatisfactory customer service and I havent even owned my brand new car for more then a year. Totally disgusted.

I walked into Tulley Mazda knowing exactly which car I wanted to drive. Andrea quickly and professionally accomodated me without attempting to sell another type of car. The car, a Mazda 2, turned out to be just what I was looking for so we discussed purchasing a new one. Andrea and Rick realized that I was not looking to break the bank and they went out of their way to provide an affordable car. Andrea found a car in the exact color and trim that I wanted. Rick concisely explained and arranged the financing. I also got to meet the mechanic, Chris, who would be servicing my new car. All three were professional, very friendly, and personable. Combined with the excellent quality of the Mazda 2, I am very happy. Thank you!

We walked in Tulley's My wife and I and were greeted by a salesman named Carl Ingraham and he greeted both my wife and I with a handshake unlike the last couple of dealerships we had just visited.He then welcomed us to Tulley's and asked us what he could do for us on our visit to the dealership. We informed him that we were looking at quite a few crossover type vehicles in the market and wanted to test drive the GMC Terrain. He then pulled up the vehicle for a test drive and showed us the vehicle and off we all went on our test drive. Upon returning to the dealership Carl then asked what we thought of the vehicle and we stated that the vehicle was a little too small for what were really looking for and then he suggested the GMC Acadia the next step up in size and we informed him that we had just come from the Chevy dealership and test drove the Chevy Traverse and it was too big for us.Carl then replied have you ever considered the Mazda CX-9 in which is a perfect size between the 2 GM products we were considering and we replied that we haven't in which he then pulled up a Mazda CX-9 for us to look at. We were impressed with the size of the vehicle just what we were looking for. Carl then suggested a test drive of the vehicle.Needless to say we are now driving a 2010 Mazda CX-9 and totally love our new vehicle. Thank you Carl for listening to our vehicle needs and wants.We will recommend our friends and family to Carl and the Tulley dealership.

Bought a new Mazda 5 from Tulley in 2008. Johnny K. and the dealership offered us a great deal and they have one of the better service departments around. Returned about a month ago and negotiated a deal we were happy with on a new Mazda 6 (0% financing and owner-loyalty cash through Mazda helped). We asked for an option add-on that wasn't readily available; returned a week after picking up the car and the work was completed in short order (they have a comfy waiting area with wireless access if you need to get work done while waiting, which I did). Everyone we've met at Tulley has been professional and easy to work with.
