First dealing with Turner GMC and it has been first class all the way. Morgan was our sales contact and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I had been looking around for a new truck and have to say the attitude at Turner was much better than I received at some other dealers. I saw the truck online on Sunday, met with Morgan on Monday, finalized on Tuesday and they hustled to get the accessories ordered, installed and ready for my pickup on Friday and that included getting a spray-in bedliner. We recently purchased a new Buick Regal. Our salesperson Morgan was very knowledgeable and verypatient with no high pressure sales tactics. We test drove several new cars without buying a car that day. We left expecting annoying phone calls from the dealer but received none. Morgan gave us what we wanted for our trade and gave us the best deal possible on a new car. I would definitely recommend Turner when shopping for a new car.

They charged us for parts that they failed to produce the correct one. when we tried to address it we were told that we were never at their dealership. Never mind that we have a reciept and a credit card transaction to document our purchase. then their manager hangs up on us, and the general manager threatens us that is we go there or call ever again they will call the police. kinda interesting that they would be so nasty and hostile after they are the one that defrauded us. BUYER BEWARE - DONT DO BUSINESS with a company that treats their customers like this and refuses to resolve or address an issue they created. They should be ashamed of their actions. Clearly they have no morals ethics nor integrity.

Our car was finished on time and we were able to pick it up when we had requested it. If you need a car this is where to go. Great price and service. Found this car on Cars.com and contacted Kirk Newcomer via the website. He responded quickly and followed up with a phone call. Made an appt to test drive the car the following day, and bought it immediately. Kirk is professional, very knowledgable, and friendly. Everything was explained so we could understand. The buying process was quick and efficient with no glitches and no delays. The test drive and sale were completed in about 2 hours total which is greatly appreciated!

I thought that the sales rep was arrogant , the type where he thinks you should give him all your info and he decided what he will do for you before you even decide whether your ready . Kirk Newcomer isn't as described above and if you know what going on , challenging him on anything will bring out a different person. He seem to think he will be doing you a favor buy selling you a car . All I can say is wow , no bad reviews they either walk on water or well you figure it out

Kirk and the team at Turners went above and and beyond the call of duty when it came to helping me with the entire buying process of my truck. I called Kirk and told him that what I was looking for and my price range. In less then 48 hours he had exactly what I wanted. After picking up the vehicle I had a minor issue with a sticky parking brake which I thought was going to leave me without a vehicle for a few days and down chunk of change in my pocket. That was not the case. They had me up and going in less than a day. Everyone at Turner was a joy to work with. They all have the customers best interest in mind. He did that in the rain! That's exceptional customer service and I'll be considering them first for my next car buying experience. I had reached out to Turner Buick GMC via internet, looking for a new pick-up. Kirk Newcomer contacted me via email. but he never pressured me. It took me a few weeks before I decided to actually test drive a new GMC Sierra. When I arrived at the Dealership the truck was parked out front waiting for me. It was actually the truck I had asked out about on the internet. After the test drive Kirk set down with me and went over all the rebates and incentives available, including 1 I had not considered. Needing an affordable, dependable, preowned truck for our construction company within 12 hours to manage an ever-changing and demanding schedule seemed like an impossible task. This was not the case. Kirk had heard that i was in the market to purchase a vehicle, He immediately reached out and asked what I was and was not looking for. With in a couple hours I had a message with a video of a vehicle that I never even considered b/c I didnt think I could afford. Kirk could have easily sold me my original want at a much higher cost but instead he found me a vehicle that had the immentities I was looking for that was much cheaper in cost. I was to come into the dealership on a few occasions but becuase of my busy schedule I had to reschedule multiple times. Never once did Kirk make me feel like he was in a rush. On the day I was finally able to make it in, I had forgotten the title to my trade. What did Kirk do? He followed me back to my house to pick it up so I didn't have to run home and back into the dealership agian. WHO DOES THAT? Not only that, but he also had all my belongings that were in my trade already in the new vehicle while i was signing the paperwork!! Everyone at the dealership gave such an inviting warm welcome. So it wasn't the car that sold me, it was the service I recieved from them all! I will definately be returning to Turner Buick GMC for my next purchase!

Kirk had heard that i was in the market to purchase a vehicle, He immediately reached out and asked what I was and was not looking for. With in a couple hours I had a message with a video of a vehicle that I never even considered b/c I didnt think I could afford. Kirk could have easily sold me my original want at a much higher cost but instead he found me a vehicle that had the immentities I was looking for that was much cheaper in cost. I was to come into the dealership on a few occasions but becuase of my busy schedule I had to reschedule multiple times. Never once did Kirk make me feel like he was in a rush. On the day I was finally able to make it in, I had forgotten the title to my trade. What did Kirk do? He followed me back to my house to pick it up so I didn't have to run home and back into the dealership agian. WHO DOES THAT? Not only that, but he also had all my belongings that were in my trade already in the new vehicle while i was signing the paperwork!!Everyone at the dealership gave such an inviting warm welcome. So it wasn't the car that sold me, it was the service I recieved from them all! I will definately be returning to Turner Buick GMC for my next purchase!

Great experience dealing with Kirk! I didn't feel pressured to buy at all. When I decided to buy he was able to get me the best financing. Kirk was enthusiastic and professional the whole time and went over the car with me in detail which was very helpful. Kirk Newcomer and Steve, the finace officer, were both very professional and extremely efficient. They made the purchase of my GMC Yukon a quick and painless process. My husband and I have NEVER had the purchase of a vehicle go so smoothly and quickly. Kirk was fully knowledgable of all the vehnicles mechanics and technical accessories. My husband did inquire about the new Pick-Ups and Kirk answered every question he had regarding them. After the purchase of my GMC Yukon, Kirk took me and my husband back to meet the service department personnel. Again, professional and very friendly. Our experience at Turner GMC was wonderful!!! Came in right at 4:00 pm on Saturday to look at a pre-owned Pontiac G6. Keep in mind it was actually closing time (they close at 4:00 on Saturdays), however that was not an issue with Kirk, to stay over an hour later to ensure we were completely happy! Kirk immediately made a great impression with his friendly and enthusiastic attitude. He was 100% thorough, made sure I had all questions answered about the vehicle of interest, and never did I feel pressure, nor rushed. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. Kirk was completely professional and thorough again, throughout the entire purchase process. I have to say this was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Not only was he very professional , he made sure all my concerns and questions were addressed, again, never felt rushed, and truly felt like a valued consumer. Kirk has also followed up since my purchase to ensure my complete satisfaction, and to answer any additional questions or concerns should I have any. Our purchase at Turner Buick was a great experience. We've been searching various dealers and websites within a hundred mile radius for several weeks and finally found a used Lacrosse that literally looked absolutely new. Most significantly, we drove an hour and half to Turner Buick because of a combination of a great price and low mileage.Kirk Newcomer (sales manager) and Jessica Kennedy (business office) were very professional and fair. What we appreciated the most, however, was their patience and polite manner in answering all of our questions.A nice little surprise and attention to detail was Kirk washing the newly purchased car and filling the gas tank while we were doing the paperwork.I would definitely rate this as a 5 star experience.It was worth the drive and I will certainly return for my next purchase.

Our sales person was a very friendly young lady. If Tanya didn't know the answer to our questions, she cheerfully sought out the answers. We picked one of the coldest days of the year to go for a test drive. Tanya had the Traverse all warmed up and the snow cleaned off waiting for us. We would and have recommended her to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a nearly brand new car. No pressure at all for the sale. Asked us if we had anything in mind, then handed us the keys to check out the features of the cars. No need to haggle on price, they had the car listed ~4k below msrp with plenty of optional features. They worked patiently with us for insurance setup (first car in our name). They even helped us set our phones up with the Bluetooth system to make sure we were happy with the system.

We needed a another car. We dealt with Kirk Newcomer about 3 years ago with the Chevrolet Cruze I just wrecked. Kirk was very helpful to Us, He had me in a used 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. Same car we had but better. The car was two years newer, low mileage and better MPG. We asked him about a Used, great car, that was only a couple of years old, By the time We arrived at Turner, He had the car and financing ready for Us. Kirk Newcomer has now sold My wife and I 2 cars. 3 years ago Kirk sold us a new 2011 Chevrolet Cruze. Now after about 3 years Kirk helped Us replace that same 2011 Chevrolet Cruze that I wrecked. We called Kirk that next day and He helped Us. This time with a Great looking 2013 Cruze. We asked about a used car to save a little money. He hit a home run for Us. This car was nearly the same car but better. We now have a fairly new cruze for a great price, better mileage and great color. We recommend Kirk to everyone, he'll put you into the car you want and can afford. Kirk will work hard to find you that car. Call him he'll go beyond the duties of a salesperson. Turner had great selection of cars and a very clean showroom. You will get a good deal from Turner. I had no problems with deal. Turner is a super dealer with great employees.

Turner Buick continues to do an excellent job repairing & maintaining my vehicles just like Ziemer Buick did before Turner took over. They also do a great job of communicating repairs needed and why they're needed before they do any repairs. Customer Service personnel continues to treat me like an old member of their family - which I am! I've been dealing with this dealership for the last 40+ years not only for repairs & service but have also purchased new & used vehicles from them. Both vehicles I own have over 100,000 miles on them and are still running and on the road. Thank you Turner Buick for maintaining a quality dealership that I have come to depend upon for my vehicle needs.

Taking care of both my vehicles for years, wouldn't go to any other Service Center. Prices reasonable, check over my cars when there in for servcie and let me know if any services are due. Wash my vehicle each and every time no charge. Great deal

Excellent service once again when I took my Chevy Traverse in for another oil change. I had them look at another problem I was having and they admitted to causing it when it was last in. Nothing major, of course, but they corrected it with no charge! I was very happy!
