I have bought my last 3 cars there and it has been no problem. Yuriy is the best salesman and has been there for years. 12 years ago he sold me my first Mazda and he just sold me my new Mazda 6. The cars are as advertised, they sell themselves. Very good quality. I don't think I would ever go to another dealership.

Mazda of Turnersville was my destination when I set out to purchase a new Mazda CX-5. I initially went to the dealer to test drive the 2015 model; however, after doing some research, I decided I wanted to wait for the 2016 model that had the final touches in terms of the features I was looking for in my new car. The folks at this dealer never pressured me in to settling for the 2015 model; rather, they worked with me to find the right car that met my exact requirements. Kailesh Asher, the Sales Manager, took down all of the requirements, and placed the order for the first ones to come of the assembly line. He even invited me to test drive the first models to hit the lot while waiting for mine to arrive. Once it did, I could not be happier with the car buying process. The pricing was fair, and there was never any pressure to acquire any additional accessories that did not work for me. In fact, the entire transaction was handled within a hour, and that included a thorough feature review provided by Mukesh Asher, my Sales Representative. I cannot saying anything more than a heartfelt "thanks" to the folks at this dealership (especially Kailesh and Mukesh). I am now driving the car that I wanted and the entire process was a model in true customer service. They worked with me at every step of the process to ensure my needs were met. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in buying a Mazda.

I was fortunate enough to get a great salesman. Mukesh helped pick out the perfect car for me and my family. He also provided us with in-depth information on every aspect of the vehicle; Exterior, Interior, financial, etc. He was very friendly and did not bombard us with phone calls like those other dealerships. Bought a new 2015 CX 5 last Saturday ( 9th of August) Steve Taylor was my sales associate. Steve did an excellent job of promoting the CX 5's features and benefits. He also had the right car and style on the lot I believe he came up with a fair price for this fully loaded automobile which met my requirements. It's so loaded that the only thing I really need to purchase is my Zoom Zoom license plate holder. I've had the car three days and it is and so far so good. I believe that Steve's knowledge of the Mazda and the test drive in real traffic conditions won me over. Added note- I have done my fair share of business with the Penske Automotive group on the Black Horse Pike ( both Honda and Acura dealers.) Nothing against them personally, however, their test drive track is a joke. It is so curved that you can not get the car over 30 miles an hour. I test drove the Rouge ( which I was comparing against the CX 5) and had no idea what the car would do under normal driving conditions. Cabin noise was an issue with the Rouge but was unable to determine if this was going to be a factor because we couldn't take the car out for a real test drive.

My son went in to look and test drive a few vehicles. Salesman and manager were extremely rude and kept trying to force him into a car he didn't want. Kept insisting he couldn't afford the Mazda 6 when by all the research we had done prior to going in indicated he could afford it. I think they tried to intimidate him because he was young. Will never shop there again!

Shop-rate of $116.00 about the going rate for a dealer.Repair facilities looked very professional.The customer waiting area offers fast WiFi.However the air was set on 76 degrees and the waiting area was warm without much air movement.The thermostat cover has a not too friendly message on it that tells you not to touch it.The software program that handles the input and processing of service orders needs to be upgraded.The service reps take too much time typing everything in.The customer service atmosphere was more friendly than in all of my past visits,which was good to see.I have bought my share of Mazda's, but usually don't buy from this dealer,even though it is the closest to my house.This dealer offers a competitive price for their new vehicle,but their offer for your trade-in is really much lower than other Mazda dealers that I have bought from.

Went in knowing I was interested in a used Mazda 6. The dealer also had us look at a Mazda 3 but the 6 had a smoother ride and roomier interior. Our dealer was friendly but was very focused on getting the sale. The car I choose is a 2010 Mazda 6 with very low mileage and I am extremely satisfied with the choice. This is my first Mazda.

I have been a Mazda fan since my wife bought her Mazda 3 hatchback a couple years ago and decided I would look at Mazda when getting my new car. Mazda of Turnersville made it easy by having the exact car I was looking for: a 2010 Mazda 6 manual transmission. They gave a great deal on the car and I enjoy it immensely. Turnersville Mazda has the best service personnel I've ever come across. They are professional, helpful and pleasant. They have a nice pick up policy so that you can have a choice between morning or 4pm to 6pm for a loaner which I find very convenient. I am so happy with the 2005 Mazda 6 that I purchased with extended warranty. They connected me directly to the mechanical so that I. Could get my headlights adjusted perfectly. He even cleaned the inside of the lens. They were accommodating with the 90,000 mile check up and gave me a nice loaner Mazda 5 van with extended dates because they found a bubble in my Mazda 6 tire and did not think it would be safe to drive until the new tire arrived. I feel safe and taken care of by the Mazda service department headed by Pat. I am also delighted that my old trade in Mazda Miata is being taken care by Turnersville for the benefit of the new owner.
