Came in for recall work to replace an ABS brake fuse. The work was done quickly and I got my car back, washed in a bit over 30 min. Efficient service work as usual.

Ok so I bought my Hyundai Veloster turbo from a used car dealership. It's a 2016 and had under 50k miles when I bought it. I had it for almost a year when it broke down and I took it into Tustin Hyundai to have them see what's wrong. Well it needed a new engine. Which is crazy for a car that is barely 5 years old with 60k miles on it. Because second owners don't keep the 10 year 100k warranty and we only get a 5 year 60k warranty I was just out of that coverage. Well they asked Hyundai to cover it anyways and text me asking for the info they Hyundai needed to cover this. I will find out tomorrow if they cover it and I pray they will buy regardless the Tustin Hyundai service center has really gone the extra mile for me and I really appreciate the effort they are making to help me get my car back on the road!

I've gotten my car serviced here for several years. The service people are all very nice. The repairs are done quickly and they text you when it's done. They have a printed list of prices for maintenance items and offer service coupons. It's a pleasant experience.

Nearly 7 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. The reply when calling is I apologize we are working the best that we can. Don’t bother taking your car to this place for service. What a complete waste. Bryan was my service representative.

Bill Farris was the first person I met when I contacted the dealership. We had a brief meeting and he became my contact person. Bill is very pro-active & knowledgeable and handled the entire buying process in a very professional yet relaxed & friendly manner. He took the time to answer all my questions with clarity and in detail. It made the entire buying process very smooth and enjoyable and was completed in a reasonable amount of time in spite of the fact that the dealership had to make a dealer transfer to get the car I wanted. I highly recommend Bill Farris. He is an experienced professional and an asset to the Tustin Hyundai team!

I just purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at Tustin Hyundai yesterday and want to say thank you to Shawn Brown. We initially spoke when I had questions about a car I saw online. He had no sales pitch, just helpful, honest answers with no pressure. I called him back a couple of days later and he was happy to do some research on questions I had regarding a specific vehicle. I told him I lived in San Diego and didn't want to waste my time driving to Orange County only to find I was being misled. He offered to put a "sold" sign in the vehicle so that it would still be available when I got up there, with no obligation to buy. When I got to the dealership, I felt very comfortable working with Shawn. After just a bit of negotiation, we closed the deal. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to friends, family and anyone reading this review.

Doug helped me select my Santa Fe from inventory, no need to go looking, and we made just one pass at negotiating price. I knew what the internet pricing was (like 90% of all buyers do) and got a fair trade in for my 2007 Honda, and that was it. There finance dept was busy, so I requested to come back 1st thing the next day, and I was done with the paper work in 20 minutes. It is easy working with these guys....just do your home work! Doug

I love my new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Bill Farris was our salesperson and he was great from beginning to end. He worked very hard for us to make sure we were happy, satisfied customers. Everyone in the dealership is very happy and friendly and they all have smiles on their faces. It's a clean and well-run dealership and they really know their cars down to the most minute features. I also worked with David Manotas, to help me with some questions on my navigation system and Martin in the service department who also helped me out over the phone, who were both great. I had a great test drive experience, with someone who was willing to take time with me, and answer my many questions. Later, when I was ready to purchase, Bill Farris worked with me on the phone. He did the legwork, and was able to find the three models I was deciding between. He helped me feel well-informed without feeling pressured. He didn't try to sell me features I didn't want, and he respected my choices. When it came to making a decision, he made the negotiation process pretty painless. Though I primarily interacted with Bill, the other associates (Business Office, Front Desk/Reception) were also genuine and helpful.

My experience with Tustin Hyundai was exceptional. Our salesman, Bill Farris, is top of the line! I normally hate going to a dealership, but not when Bill is involved. He also introduced us to the general manager, who is a terrific person and I would give him top remarks as well. Plus, Hyundai's involvement with Hope On Wheels is close to our hearts. Our 6 year old grandson is a cancer survivor. All of my future cars will be a Hyundai.

Before I visited Michael Fletcher at Tustin Hyndai, I did not know a Hyndai from a Honda, Mazda, nor any other foreign car. I had not purchased or leased a new car for over 15 years. So I shopped with trepidation. Michael at Tustin Hyundai helped me relax more than any other this month. He furnished to me more details than others, and I felt less pressure from him, while he kept my interest with humor and personal anecdotes. Therefore I returned to him at the end of my quest. He matched the best price I had found after much internet research and visits to both Hyundai and competitor dealerships, including a Costco quote I had initially taken elsewhere. I can comfortably recommend both Michael and this entire dealership personnel, including Sheryl, who handled the paperwork for the Elantra I finally purchased.

I just bought a beautiful pre-owned Mazda 3 at Tustin Hyundai. I came in with a tight budget, concerns about buying a used car with a good number of miles on it and a specific car in mind that I had seen online and wanted to look at. Elliot Rouff was my salesperson and he was great. We walked right over to the car on the lot, he was able to get me a Carfax to see and keys so we could open the car up and then test drive. The car was in great shape. At the end of the test drive he showed me one more car on their sister lot Tustin Mazda that I had read about and we headed back. Elliot understood my budget concerns and made a great offer. He was supportive when I said I needed a night to think on it as I was commitment nervous! But by the next day I was ready to buy, he made a great financial package for me like he had promised, and he even had the car detailed before I drove off the lot. Plus he made a follow-up phone call the next day to make sure that I was still thrilled with my Mazda and that everything was all good. I would absolutely recommend Tustin Hyundai to family and friends for their future purchases and send them Elliot's way when I do. Thanks Guys!

My experience with Tustin Hyundai was GREAT!! I worked with Troy Kerth, General Manager and Shawn Brown, Customer Advocate. They both were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us. They were able to find the exact car we wanted and we were able to work out an easy non-stressful deal. I would highly recommend Troy and Shawn. They were very helpful, nice, knowledgeable, and no pressure. Shawn even came into the dealership after his shift to accommodate our schedule. Moin was our salesman. He applied zero pressure. He allowed us to check out the cars that we were interested in, let us take a test drive, and then worked with us to negotiate the price that fit our budget. We got the price we wanted and the loan we wanted for a first time buyer. We drove off with a beautiful Genesis Coupe 3.8 liter. My experience with Tustin Hyundai has been amazing, to say the least. I worked with the internet team of Bill Farris & David Minotas. Both of them helped me a lot with the car I wanted and the price I wanted it for. I am new to this country, do not have any credit history. They did everything to get me a car without taking advantage of my situation. (I had some bad experience, even while negotiating with some other Hyundai dealers in the vicinity.) There was no pressure whatsoever to buy the additional packages, warranties, coatings etc More than anything else, I will recommend Tustin Hyundai for their ethics and integrity.

One year ago we went to this dealer to just check out the Tucson and Santa fe and we didnt have any plan to purchase Hyundai, we met Mr.MOIN, he was professional, patient, respectful, kind, and most of all NOT PUSHY! You cant believe we ended up purchasing a brand new Santa Fe Sport from Tustin Hyundai. He was very helpful in making sure that we choose the best vehicle for our needs. 4 months ago we called Mr.MOIN again and we got a great deal on Hyundai Elentra, which I am so happy with it too. I wish all buying experiences were like these, they treated us so nicely without being pushy, compared to other dealerships where they change their tone once you say you are not going to buy today. Wow! Where to begin! I had been searching for months for a used car for my daughter. You know how car shopping is: " A terrible time consuming , Hey whats it gonna take for you to buy the car today " Line of garbage. I started hunting on the net and ran across Mr. Bill Farris at Tusin Hyundai. Mr. Farris was professional, knowlegdable, kind, respectful and most of all NOT PUSHY!. I came in to test drive a used car and ended up leasing a great new car! Honestly this was the best car buying experience of my life ( NO JOKE). We sat for only 45 min and went through all the purchasing options and then I had to leave. He said when you come back it will only take 15 minutes in finance. ( Yeah right! ) It was just that. Everything was done.. No pushy extras, just great info!. Finally, due to my work schedule, I asked if they could keep the car for a few days. I called 4 days later, the car was waitng for me on the showroom apron Clean and fueled ( Really ! ) PLEASE if you ever want to enjoy the greatest car buying experierience of your life , Go to Tustin Hyundai and ask for Bill Farris and meet the staff . Big thanks to Troy the GM and all the staff. I will buy another Hyundai from this company and i will send anyone I know who needs a car to see them. Great dealership. As soon as we stepped on the lot we were treated amazingly. Kevin Rullan made the process easy, it felt like having a knowledgable buddy serving us rather than a salesman. Kevin and the team stayed an hour past closing just to finish our paperwork. I would recommend anybody in the market for a car go to Tustin Hyundai. Ask for Kevin, he'll take good care of you.

I was looking for a certain veIhicle, and found it online at Tustin Hyundai listed on the internet. I live in Las Vegas, Nv. and called the dealership and spoke to a salesman named Elliot Rouff. He went out of his way to get me all the info. I needed and the condition of the vehicle because I was buying the vehicle sight unseen from out of state. I flew into the airport and Elliot was there to greet me, went to the dealership and after inspecting and driving it I purchased it. Everything he told me was 100% accurate with his description and was a wonderful experience. he walked me through the whole finance process along with an associate named Steven Murga another true professional. Today on 6/12 I went to Tustin Hyundai to have the Sonata for free car wash and safety recall. I was greeted by a greeter as I pulled over the car in front of the service area. It took only a few seconds with my service manager Martin Aguilar to start the service process as the greeter already took the necessary info from the car. While I was reading books in the guest area, Martin approached me said the recall service was already performed last time I was at the dealership. I was pleased with the proactive service which saved time today and I drove home with the cleanly washed car waiting in front of the guest area. More importanly, Martin's service team has been performing outstanding service since the purchase on a consistent basis. Thumb up to Martin Aguilar of Tustin Hyundai Service!

This is my second time going to the Tustin Hyundai dealer to get my car serviced. The first time I did not make an appointment and my recall on my car was done in less than one hour. I just completed the 30,000 mile service and they gave me a loaner car for the day. Both times I had Martin Aguilar help me and he was fantastic. One of the best workers there, always willing to help others out and make sure the customer's service is excellent. I would recommend him to anyone else who goes here. The Hyundai facility is also very clean and all the other staff seem friendly too. This dealership is much better than the Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim.
