Daniel Morgan met us to fill us in on some vehicles we had in mind. He was very polite and knowledgeable about what we asked for. We found everything we wanted for my wife in a certified Palisade. We went to look for a SantaFe. From initial contact with new car salesman Daniel Morgan to the end which included a purchase, our experience was amazingly awesome. Daniel was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the line of vehicles. He was able to provide exact and proper answers to everything we asked. We would highly recommend Daniel Morgan and the staff of Twin City group to anyone. Don’t waste your time at other dealerships start you experience at Twin City. Treat you poorly. I was already given a diagnostic test on my vehicle and decided to bring it to this location so they could get me in quicker, to fix my vehicle that's under warranty and they tried to charge me 120 for something that's included in the warranty what I am aware of from the last place I took my car. I already know the engine needs to be repaired and from telling them based on what my vehicle is doing doesn't SOUND like it's what's under warranty. Stop trying to take advantage from women !! Guess I need to get a lawyer based on other comments left.

The Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited is the best. It has great safety features, comfort and styling. I have also gotten above the posted gas mileage, which is fantastic.

From the moment we walked on the lot we were greeted and taken care of very professionally by Greg Stewart. He helped us look at 2 different models, take a couple of test drives and come to a fair price. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and laid back. We really appreciated that.

Jason was the reason I stayed at Twin City to purchase my vehicle. He sourced the vehicle I wanted from another dealer and had it ready to go in 2 days. I wasn't completely happy with the price I received for my trade, felt Jason did everything he could to get me the number I got. John Profitt also worked with us on this deal and was the sales person of record. We also had a good experience with Evan the finance person. I had a very negative experience with Ed Nasser the current GM at Twin City. When talking with him about doing everything I could to get the best price possible I mentioned Morristown Hyundai was also interested in working with me. To that, in the middle of the showroom he shouted at me that if that was the case I should leave and go talk to Morristown Hyundai, and that he would still sell cars and didn't need my business. I was so insulted by that I just walked out. Jason Evans and John Profitt followed me out and worked to calm me down and get me to reconsider. I had successfully done business with Twin City Hyundai under their previous GM Ken. In fact, I worked directly with Ken to strike a deal for the 2016 Elantra we purchased. That was a great experience. In that case, again, I showed him the number I had from Morristown Hyundai and he met it instantly. So, my advice for Twin City is to get rid of Ed Nassar.

I don't wish to comment further than the questions I answered. What I can say is I had to call 3 times and had my car in twice before I got the service department to recognize the problem that needed fixed with my Sonta.

The people were nice and enthusiastic about the sale until a family member caught a small issue in the financial agreement. After addressing the issue, the woman continued to be very kind; however, the salesman was sadly distant and didn't come out to greet when picking up the car. The car looked dirty when we picked it up and even after having it "rewashed", driving home, i noticed water streaks in the back window that made it seem like they threw water on it and sloshed the dirty water around on the back window. Even with minor issues as such, overall I'm happy with my car and thankful they could make it happen.

We purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe, Ultimate Limited from Twin City Hyundai on Aug 31, 2016. We wanted this vehicle because it had 3 rows and Captaind Seats in the second row. All the people at Twin City Hyundai ware very professional and knowledgeable and understood our needs. We got exactly what we asked for and did not feel pushed to get anything that we did not need. The salesperson, Sarah Driggers and General Manager Eddie Naser were very courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend the Hyundai Santa Fe and Twin City Hyundai.

Excellent experience,no bate and switch that I experienced at Grayson Hyundai in Knoxville. The people I worked with were very knowledgeable and did a great job walking me through all the features of my new car. They also told me up front there was a recall on the tires. The Service Manager came in an told me he had already ordered new tires and would set up an appointment to have them installed. Overall I am very pleased with this dealership.

On two different occasions I a was promised a loaner vehicle. I received confirmation of this from Brian S.. Both times no vehicle was available. Was told my vehicle would be cleaned each time it was serviced when we purchased it. Service dept. refuses to honor sales dept. promise. There is a total lack of cooperation and communication in the dealership.Love my Sonata but will not go back to Twin City

The dealership, sales and finance staff went above and beyond for us. They searched for our daughter's first car like it was for their own! They found the color with the options we were wanting. I was considering 1 of 3 car options when arriving at Twin City. I wanted to look at a civic, Corolla & Veloster. I would only consider a manual. Twin City had the car, color & transmission I wanted. I have purchased 6 cars in past 20 years from Twin City. 5 Hondas & 1 Nissan. Great people to deal with, great sales staff, very friendly & honest. The lady on the phone was super nice offered a coupon and all and said it would be noted on the account. After waiting over an hour (had an appointment) the guy at the service center told me the original price. I told him we were offered a coupon and he said he couldn't change it. Then...I said I wasn't paying full price and he said well how did you find out about us...you didn't buy your car here. I said obviously not.... I'm from Texas! And guess what?!!? He changed the price (must have been magic) I can't believe I drove and hour to the closest dealership to be treated this way! Ps they didn't even reset my blue link.

I am so happy with my experience at Twin City Hyundai! I went to Grayson Hyundai first, and they were horrible. I felt like I was just a number to those guys. At Twin City, they couldn't have treated me better, they didn't just care about selling me a car, they cared about the budget limits I set, and finding a car to fit my budget and my needs! and one I really love too! This is my second Hyundai, and my next one with be with Twin City too! Everyone was so awesome!

I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Twin Cities Hyundai, and it was the worst car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had some pretty bad ones. Actually, the day I bought the car, the experience wasn't too bad. It was after I realized how deceitful the sales management team is and the fact that the General Manager encourages this behavior that led to this review. To make a very long story short, I did my research, understood the market value of the car and what others in the area had purchased this same vehicle for. So I knew what I wanted to pay and I was going to stick to the number. It gets kinda confusing because I was trading in another vehicle that had some negative equity on it, and they were going to use some factory rebates to offset some of that. The Sales manager, Anthony, told me I was paying one price for the car, which is the price I wanted to pay. So I thought I was good. Turns out, what they did was inflate the price by 2500 dollars, and then used the "rebates" to bring the price down to the price the car should have been (and what he said I was paying) and then tacked on the full amount of the negative equity of my trade-in. They made the whole process very confusing, with limited communication from the Sales Manager to the Finance guy. I am not without fault, because I should have asked more questions before signing the contract because I didn't fully understand the way they laid it out, but I was with my kids who were acting up, and basically I trusted that what the sales manager told me, was what I was paying. WRONG. After reviewing the contract, I went in to speak to the General Manager of the dealership to discuss the sales manager's deceit. At first he seemed concerned that I was upset with the situation. I knew I already signed the contract, and they didn't have to do anything; my intent was just to bring this poor business practice to his attention. The GM (Frank) said he would look into it and call me back later THAT DAY. He also said that the contract had already been processed and there is nothing he can do. When I walked out to the car the finance guy came and said I can sign a new contract because the amount I owed on my trade-in was less that what we originally thought. The GM was quick to recommend not signing a new contract cause the bank would just add the difference into my savings. So he had clearly lied about the contract being processed. 3 days later, I still hadn't been called back, even after leaving messages. So I personally went back to the dealership. The GM looked clearly upset that I came back, probably hoping I would just move on and forget the situation. He lied saying he was off for the last few days and that was why he didn't call. Then he flat out said he couldn't do anything (much less friendly than the first time I talked to him about the situation). He then said he would get Anthony (the Sales Manager). When Anthony came, he basically just stared at me and smiled as I told him about how he had lied and taken advantage of me. He tried unsuccessfully to explain himself, seemingly at a loss for words because he knew I had caught him in a lie. At the end of the day, there was no resolution. Not even an apology. My intent was to keep this somewhat short, but there was a lot of dishonesty and issues with this dealership, and while there is nothing I can do about my situation, I strongly discourage anyone from going to this dealership. There are others. Just do your homework.Lastly, I am in the Air Force and because I went to the dealership straight from work still in uniform, they were very aware of my service. So... if Frank and his employees are okay with lying to and taking advantage of a servicemember, I can only imagine how they treat the rest of their customers. Buyers beware!
