After a year of hardship with sil tehar motors we were forty jag enough to meet Rachel Phillips at tynanns money Mart( which is a part of all the tynanns dealerships) she found us a 2016 VW Jetta and wow it's a gem! I have never get so safe in a vehicle! Mr tynnan even gave us a proper reliever pointing out all the specs and features voltzwagon has !! Cheers! Thanks a million

I had posted a review the end of March for this dealership. I was very disappointed with them. Since then I have become a VERY happy owner of a 2016 Jetta. Jim Tynan was made aware of my initial experience with the dealership. He became involved and he and his staff spent a great deal of time with me to help me get into a new car with a deal that I was pleased with. I had soooo much fun test driving and picking the car I wanted. Fun is what the car buying experience should be. Thank you Jim Tynan, John Cook, Corey and the financial staff for your efforts to get me my Jetta and for making the experience FABULOUS. I highly recommend Tynan's VW and I will be getting my future VW's there.

I went to Tynan's to re-lease another car as I always do when my lease was done. I was short 3 months but was advised by Brittany the salesperson to look into re-leasing another car. Like always when I re-lease they have never charged me for over mileage. They advised me I wouldn't be charged but I had to pay my last 4 months and I would be receiving my bill in the mail. To my surprise I WAS charged for mileage plus wear and tear plus my 4 months. More than twice the amount I was expecting. I made an appointment to see the general manager STEVE and was advised to lease another car that had enough incentive options to equal my mileage amount. So bottom line is in order for me not to pay my mileage I have to lease another car and basically use my incentives to pay off my bill. This is not okay. I am so dissatisfied with this store and will never do business with them again. I filed a formal complaint and was told that the dealership never told me they would pay my miles so now I'm stuck with a bill and another leased car from Tynan's. Very unprofessional. Is this how you treat all your return customers? I will make sure everyone I know and my husband knows who by the way was in the military for 9 years will know about our experience

I purchased a week ago from Tynan's. The sales person was nice, but new. He didn't know all the features, but asked others when he couldn't answer a question. I decided to buy and they honored the on line advertised price. I countered with a lower offer, then received a second offer a bit lower. Even though the sales person offered, this was not honored by the manager. The manager would never come speak to me and also refused to honor the web site coupon of $300 off. I also applied for the on line $50 amazon card with a test drive I purchased the car and can not get anyone to call me back on a $50 gift card. Very shady to say the least. I've never felt so much like a piece of meat. I'll be getting my car serviced at another VW dealership around town and will never buy another car from these guys again.

Be very wary of this group. They advertised a price discount on line as a Internet price. At the dealership they refused to give the advertised price, unless we leased the vehicle. Even after we explained we wanted a strait cash deal, they wrote it up as a lease and tried to force the deal.When we insisted they rewrite the deal, they refused to honor the original price.The disclaimer was buried in the fine print, of course, so they we clearly trying to deceive.A very disappointing experience.I suggest you find a more forthright dealer. We did.

We have a 2001 Isuzu Trooper that had been maintained very well by another shop until they closed last year. We went to Tynan's and we were extremely nervous about a new dealer/service center. I must say that their customer service (thanks Xavier!) along with a great Isuzu Trooper certified technician have ensured that our Trooper will keep trucking for a long time. I HIGHLY recommend Tynan's for taking your Trooper for service - they won't upsell you and their technician really knows what he is doing. I am a very skeptical person when it comes to service dealers and I can safely say your Trooper is safe with Tynans. I hope they continue their service of Isuzu for many many years to come. I was told that they would give me a certain value for my trade in writing, this changed after arriving at the dealership. I drove 6+ hours with my trade, to be told they would give me less. I was told it was the manager's decision. Matthew agreed that the car was in the agreed upon condition, so I should have been given the agreed upon price. As with any sleazy car dealership, they made up lies as to why they would not honor the price. Like no service records on Carfax, I had all the maintenance records with me. I had also already given them the VIN so they could run the Carfax before giving me a value for the car. I followed up after the deal, stating my displeasure with the trade. Never heard anything back from Matthew Moody, Jim Tynan or Tim Green. They could not care less about the customer, just trying to make a fast buck. There are plenty of other VW dealerships in the Denver area, please do business with them instead.

I purchased a pre-owned Isuzu VehiCROSS from McCloskey Imports in CO Springs on June 17, 2014 & a week later drove it back complaining of a gas smell under the hood. I left the vehicle with McCloskey for 3 days before they called & said the vehicle was ready for pick up. No explanation, no documentation of what was found when I picked up the keys on Saturday afternoon. I called the following Monday to speak with my salesman, Ryan Hawthorn, who told me that he would get back with me after speaking with his Service Team in regards to what was going on with the vehicle. As I live in Denver & drove all the way back to CO Springs, an hour drive each way, I expected that the problem would be fixed after 3 days in the service bay. No call back from Ryan, so I called him back, typical of my dealings with him. I was told that what I was smelling was not gas, but engine cleaner. I was told by Ryan at McCloskey to "just keep driving it" & the smell will "burn off". The following week I took my VehiCROSS to have the engine professionally steam cleaned. No change. Gas smell still present. The week after that I had the air filter changed. Still no difference & after multiple attempts to contact both my salesman, Ryan, & the GM, Mike Phillips, at McCloskey I'd finally had enough. My husband, who is currently on deployment with the Army in Afghanistan, even called multiple times only to be told that everyone was in a sales meeting & there was no one to take his call! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, HE WAS CALLING FROM AFGHANISTAN! One would think that if he took the time to make the call, from halfway across the world, that SOMEONE would take him seriously. Multiple emails were also sent from Afghanistan with no reply.At this point I'm ANGRY & EXTREMELY CONCERNED. I'm no a grease monkey, but I know gas when I smell it. Engine cleaner, my xxx! I took the vehicle to a friend who works as a Service Adviser at Stevenson Toyota & he took one whiff under the hood & told me that what we were smelling was gasoline. HE FOUND A LEAK IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES WITH THE FLASHLIGHT ON HIS CELL PHONE & advised I get it in for service immediately. He referred me to Tynan's VW.I called that afternoon & spoke with Betsy Nobles & she arranged for me to bring the vehicle in right away. She was very friendly, knowledgeable & was great about keeping in communication with me during the entire process. She even called to let me know about additional quirks the technician found during the fix. Impressive! What was more impressive was that total invoice was far less than what she had quoted originally! Turns out my VehiCROSS had a leaking fuel pressure regulator that was, in fact, leaking gas into the engine. If left untreated this would cause the engine to catch fire! And McCloskey Imports couldn't find anything wrong?!?!? REALLY?! It was COMPLETELY clear they didn't even LOOK under the hood, much less turn the vehicle on, when I took it back to them! I'm absolutely FLOORED that the dealership that this Army wife spent her hard earned dollars with sold her a vehicle that had the potential to put her life at risk! The fact that they wouldn't even admit to the problem makes it clear that a sale is worth more than the actual customer at McCloskey Imports. A disgusting & disturbing practice! Shame on you, McCloskey Imports!I am so grateful for Betsy Nobles & her competent Service Team at Tynan's VW. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! It was a complete pleasure doing business with you! My VehiCROSS is running like a dream! No more gas smell! You have renewed my faith. I look forward to my next visit!

I really appreciated the service I received at Tynan's Volkswagen. Betsy Nobles, the service xpress advisor was very kind and proficient in her job. I was in for an oil change one day and the service was fast and friendly. She told me of repair concerns with my vehicle and I made arrangements to have the repairs done. Before I could get to have the work done ,a few days later my check engine light came on. I called Betsy and she got me in right away. They diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. I will always return for service and recommend their service to others. Thanks for getting me back on the road !

I have used three dealerships in Denver. One I can't remember the name tells you something.Courtesy Chevrolet on 120th, which I will never recommend or use my experience with them is service is shoddy, and high pressure sales that took advantage of me. I have health issues during a time I was very ill, I purchased a used car from them I was not able to drive my stick shift any longer. They sold me a car over charged me I tried to return and buy a different model the next day they refused.Then there is Tynan's, every visit has been exemplary in every way.Best oil change prices in town, fast service, quality service. Stellar show room with no pressure.On a scale from 1 to 10 stars they get 11 in every way.They keep their techs because they hire the best and they treat them right.Go there for service, buy a car, no matter even if it advice on how to do it yourself they are there for you. In the very very rare case something was not right they will fix it with an honest smile on.

I love this place! Always friendly always professional! I've been to other VW dealers and they don't even come close! They even made sure my car was sparkling clean! The moment I walked in to the building (even before I made it in to the building) I was greeted with smiling faces.

My son was searching for a car and we spent hours researching online, driving around dealers' lots, and visiting dealers to discuss and test drive cars as we narrowed our choices. We visited Tynan's on Memorial Day, along with other dealers. Brandon at Tynan's was initially very friendly and seemingly helpful. We left him and went to other dealers before coming back the same day to discuss a deal on a new car. The "great deals" that he offered required financing which was certainly an option for us. We left the dealership to spend time thinking about the purchase- I never like to make these big decisions under pressure. When we went through Brandon's offers at home, the prices he said he was offering were actually not correct and were about 20% higher than he had said. Obviously we were disappointed, but there were other dealers to go to (we finally got a great dealer through Costco). I thought this would be the end of our experience with Brandon. Unsurprisingly, he called a couple times to follow-up and try to get us to come back. After we purchased a car from another dealer and my son told Brandon when Brandon made further contact, Brandon responded with a very unprofessional, bordering on abusive, text back. He was angry that we had not given him another chance and that we had wasted his time on Memorial Day, among other things. My son did not respond and is reporting this to the manager of the dealership. We have saved the text if anyone would like to read it.

After about 7 hours (at least) of disappointment and experience from multiple car dealerships and salesmen, we arrived at Tynan's with zero hope and absolutely no patience left. All we knew was that they had the car I wanted (color and interior). We were greeted by Brandon, who tried to engage us in conversation and get to know a bit more about us, when we literally declined and demanded to see the car. We're really not mean people, we were just incredibly fed up. Despite our bad attitudes, rude demeanor and demands, Brandon and the others at Tynan's continued to treat us with kindness and show us the cars, charge our phones, give us water (and sour patch kids), etc. When it came down to the nitty gritty (numbers), we were ready to be disappointed and ready to give up for the day. However, they managed to get closer to our budget than any of the other dealers and again, they did it with kindness. Brandon explained how they got to the number they were offering and got us to an offer we felt comfortable accepting. In the end, we felt relief, happiness, and realized how difficult we were and how great Brandon and the people at Tynan's actually were. They made it very special and even let us drive it off of the showroom floor, which for a first-time car buyer was an experience in itself! I highly recommend visiting Tynan's and look forward to returning there for all my future car needs!

I usually hesitate to take my car to a dealership because it usually more expensive, except when having warranty work done. Tynan's is the best dealership I have ever taken my car to in my life (68 years)! Not only did they bend over backwards to get my car in right away and provide great, quality service, but they also saved me hundreds of dollars based on quotes I got from local mechanics, which are usually cheaper. I will always be taking my VW Turbo Deisel Bug to Tyan's!

I saw the commercial for the new 2014 TDI with 795 miles per tank...I was hooked. I am in the car business and have never purchased a vehicle from someplace other then where I worked. I could not believe myself at how well my husband and I were treated. My mother first went in to Volkswagen for me while I was at work to let them know that i had been on the search for about 3 weeks for a car within my payments. I came up after work, and they had 2 cars already picked out for me to drive that they felt fit into my budget. They didn't overwhelm me by presenting me with multiple cars, but helped tremendously by narrowing it down for me based on my budget. I hate test driving a car, getting excited, and then finding out that i cant afford it. They were great at catering to my needs. I then decided that I rather buy instead of lease, sent my salesperson a text explaining this, and he quickly informed me that he would find me a used car with low mileage that fits in my budget. Although convinced that i wouldnt be getting anything that day, i went up after work and once again they had 2 cars set aside for me to look at. They worked with me throughout the whole night to work with my budget and get within they payments i requested. They were amazing to talk to and so very helpful! When you go, ask for Mikell or Scott!! Both are great!

Had my VW sent to them for service and the experience was really great except a couple of things. First, I noticed a large greasy hand print on my head liner when I got home, from them! Second, the pen they use to write on the window for service purposes is very hard to get off.

I took my brand new car in because a warning light came on. After speaking with my salesman, Brandon Kopp, he advised me to bring the car in for the service department to take a look. I was immediately given a car to use while my concern was taken care. After less than two hours later, i received a call from Bryant Dillard, Service Advisor, advising me that not only did I not have a problem, but the concern was taken care of.I also asked some questions about the upkeep of my car, and was given instant relief that my Guaranteed Auto Plan would take care of my significant concerns for the length of my contract! I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone within ear's distance.

I have oil change done. It was quite fast and simple. Free washing and tire rotation. They did inspection and every issue they found was true (because I know my car) I wasn't forced to do anything over there. They don't try to rip you off like other Volkswagen dealers do. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. The customer service was possibly the best I've experienced in regard to dealerships and service centers. I had several issues I wanted to be looked at and was hoping I could get a price quote. I tried a few other businesses and they were going to charge me at least $100 just for the assessment and quote. Tynan's ended up giving me price quotes for 2 completely separate issues, fixed one of my more inexpensive problems and at the end of the day cleaned my vehicle. Good stuff.

I purchased my vehicle through Tynan's in 2007 and I have never taken my vehicle for service anywhere else. They are always accommodating should I need a ride to work or to let me stay and wait if that is what I want to do. I have never had to wait for walk in service for a oil change more than 45 minutes and when completed they sit down with me and let me know what to expect in the future. They let me know what my next service should be and advise when parts are near their shelf life with ample time to get them corrected so that it isn't an emergency. I have worked with generally the same staff since I purchased the vehicle which I appreciate not having to deal with new personnel each time I go in for service.I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Tynan's as I know that I will get truthful answers to my questions and I know that they are reliable. They back their service should anything go wrong which it has only once and fixed the problem immediately. Tynan's is a family owned business and treats their customers as if they were family. I truly appreciate this and have come to expect excellence and have not been disappointed.

My experience is the dealership just sells the car and washes its hands off after that. The sales person was very cordial in the sharing his cell number when selling the car, but when later I called him to say that ABS and traction control were not working and the car was slipping and skidding horribly on the snow, he said, "you can't call up after 2 months of buying the car to say this and that are not working". This is unacceptable behavior, and I would certainly not recommend Tynan's to anybody. The finance manager at the Aurora store also quite rude in general. I have been calling the sales person to send me the user's manual so I can learn about the different features of the car, but almost after 2 months of buying the car and repeatedly being promised they would mail me the manual, I still haven't received it. Has anybody ever heard of a dealer not giving the user manual when selling the car? What are they hiding from me?

I had a great experience with them last night! I was able to drive off with a 2014 passat and I have horrible credit. They treated me and my kids like family and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend you visit them if you are looking to buy or lease they have so many options for each credit situation. I give them 5 out of 5 stars because they went out of there way to make me and my kids comfortable and were very straight forward. I stumbled upon Tynan's VW after completing a google search for VW dealers in the Denver area. I was drawn to Tynan's because they had the largest selection of VW's in not only Denver but in the state that I could find. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Dieter Hauser. He did a great job of answering all of my questions and spending time with me doing test drives on multiple different cars. After deciding on the car I wanted, I was very direct at telling Dieter what the numbers needed to be for my trade/monthly payments for us to work out a deal. Knowing that I was asking a lot, I did not have much hope that it would work out. However, with some minimal back and forth re: information on my trade they met my request! This is my 7th car purchase and it was by far the easiest, friendliest and most transparent deal I've made. Thank you to Dieter and everyone else at Tynan's who helped make this possible!

I came in to look at one of your pre-owed vehicles and he help me with that process but also opened my eyes to the fantastic loan programs that VW offers for the pruchase of a new vehicle and as you know I ended up purchasing a new Tiguan and cannot be happier. This is a gift for my wife who will be returning from a trip tomorrow and I can guarantee you that she will be happier than words can express. As a "special financing" customer, I didn't expect much. Wow was I wrong! EVERYONE at this dealership was friendly, fun, and happy to be there and talk to me. Considering that I expected this to be a waste of time, and NEVER expected to drive out of there with a 2013 Jetta, it's the understatement of the year to say that I am just "satisfied"! It was great, I was approached as soon as I walked in. I did not feel hassled or pressured into a sale. I knew what I wanted, and they did not have the car I needed, but they got on the phone and had the exact car I wanted to the lot in less than two hours. The sales team was willing to adjust their price to work with my budget. The entire staff was very knowledgeable on the car itself. The sales leader broke down the entire process, and explained it in a way that I could understand what I was paying for. There were no hidden fees or any b.s., just great customer service! After the transaction, the sales associate went through the whole car with me and answered my questions. Then the owner of the dealership came out to meet me and thank me for my business. They have also called me twice since then to check up and make sure that I was still happy with my purchase. They were very professional, and I would highly recommend them!

Supreme customer service from John Tynan and staff after my 2012 Jetta was deemed a total loss because of a car accident. John made it effortless and convenient to lease a new Jetta and was able to match the leasing agreement and price of the vehicle I lost. My daughter's car broke down for a second time lase week and spent 2 days in the Shoreline Service department AFTER being serviced there for the first break down ( which they said was due to her spark plugs needing replace and soaking me $315.00 for them). After 2 days of hearing "We can't duplicate the problem and therefor we can't fix it" I had her pull the car from them after they assured me that it was drivable and safe...well it wasn't..and as she was driving to work it broke down again at an intersection, a very dangerous situation for her :( . I live in Oregon and my daughter is a single mom with 2 jobs and no time, so I searched for a Volkswagen service shop and found Tynan's, on a Saturday no less, I called, I was quite upset after my ordeal with Shoreline (where she bought the car) the gentleman, Briant, that answered the phone was very nice he listened to my entire story and he seemed to really care about the problems and issues that we were having with this car and for my concern about my daughter. He offered all kinds of help for her, but most importantly he was honest with me. He told me that she could drop the car off that day but seeing as it was a Saturday they probably would not get a chance to look at it until Monday ( I found out later that they actually stayed late that day to take a look at it). On Monday morning Mike called and gave me some kind of an idea of the problem but said they would not just GUESS and that they had to drive it more, so they drove the car until it heated up and duplicated the problem (Shoreline parked the car in the sun and thought that was sufficient to get it to duplicate the problem) they ran some more test's and then Mike called me Monday afternoon to tell me it was the fuel pump that had failed and it needed to be replaced - oh and while they were under the hood they also discovered that she also had 2 radiator fans that were not working properly and needed to be replaced before they failed and left her on the side of the road again( she had told the KIA mechanic's at Shoreline that she thought the fans we not working properly and they told her they were fine!!) so when Mike talked to her warrant company he got approval to fix those as well, they also did a safely check on the car and replaced her battery, at a very reasonable cost, so now her car is fixed and safe with a very reasonable out of pocket cost to us far less that I what paid to Shoreline for the 5 spark plugs. And here it is Tuesday the car is done and my daughter no longer has to ride her bike to work!! I am very happy with the guys in the service department and in the future this is were the car will go should it need anything. Moral of the story don't take a VW to a Kia shop!! Thank you Mike and Briant for all of your help and understand from a very worried mama!!!

Do not see Torri...biggest mistake you'll ever make. Does not follow through with his words. Thanks to DJ and Greg for making it enjoyable and worthwhile. I was ready to walk out after being there for an hour and a half and nothing accomplished. I was frustrated because I expressed to Torri the day prior my concerns, what I was looking for and my needs and I got there with noone knowing what was goung on. I was then transferred to DJ and Greg and if not for these two and their time and patience I woukd have left. It took one person to ruin a experience for everyone. Needless to say DJ took time and got me in the car I clearly stated I was interested in and had financing with my paperwork within a 30 min time. I told him if he could get things done in 30 min I woukd stay and he followed through with his promise. Financing blew it away too. I walked in expecting to be there another 1/2 hour to hour but love that he had me in and out in 10 mins flat. By far I would have given it more stars had I not started with a crappy salesman. Highly recommend DJ. As long as he's there I'll recommend. Avoid Torri at all costs. Worst sales rep I have ever met. Love my Beetle and can't thank DJ and Greg enough...

Tynans worked very hard to get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. My van is used as a handicapped van for my daughter. The first part Volkswagen sent was the wrong part. Once the proper part arrived, Tynans completed the service much faster than I anticipated. I was very happy and so was my daughter.

I would rate my experience at the service center of Tynans Volkswagen dealership as being exceptional. My vehicle I recently purchased had a recurring problem with a headlight. Upon my arrival I was greeted and directed to a technician to explain the issue. His communication style demonstrated professionalism. He gave a sort of personalized attention that exhibited competency and consistency. He provided reasonableness in accommodating my needs as well. After the headlight was fixed I was left with an impression that everyone and including Jessup in the service center complemented professionalism with their method of attentiveness.

My drivers' seat not adjusting was the main reason I took the car in for service. Turns out a quarter had dropped into the track the seat rides on - they removed it for free. My front passenger window was acting weird - they found it operating properly and didn't charge me to investigate. I asked to have my tires rotated - they did them for free. They gave me a shuttle ride home and back again with the nicest driver - for free. My armrest lid/cover needs to be replaced - they ordered it and didn't ask for any money up front. Every person smiled at me. No one seemed annoyed to be helping me. Yes, I feel like I hit the customer service jackpot today! Thanks to Tom and everyone else who helped me today.

Our 2003 Jetta was in for a Synthetic oil change and new ignition key. After 1.5 hours, I checked on what is taking so long as the hood of the car had been up for over an hour and no one on the car. Brian said he would check on it, after a while Brian returned with, "the oil is done and now they are going to work on getting the key programed." after another 25 minutes, Brian indicated the software in the laptop was incorrect and had to be re-booted to the 2003 software. So, 2.5 hours later we walked out happy overall with a car washed, and bill was comped. We like coming to Tynan's and will continue to do so since they made it, "Right", with the bill comped; it could have been a very bad experience. Good save!Kevin Dorsey

I purchased a used Kia in April. It was missing a duplicate key and spare tire, jack, etc. After several attempts to have my calls returned, I finally got a tire (no jack, tire iron, etc.). No help in getting a key. Once they have the sale, there is no followup or customer courtesy.Update: The Used Car Manager later contacted me. He worked with me to resolve both of my issues with the spare tire and key. Therefore, I have upped my rating.

If you are in the market for a dealership that has no follow through look no further than Tynan's. I have been leaving messages for weeks with questions about my new car. I have yet to get a return call back from anyone I have spoken to or left a message for. My financial institution had to hound them to get the payoff for my traded in vehicle as well. I didn't even so much as get a courtesy call after buying my car to see if I had any questions. Not sure how you run a successful business without returning phone calls. They certainly will not be getting my repeat business or the service work on my vehicle.

I leased a new Jetta from Tynans in 2009. Recently I attempted to purchase my car out of the lease. When deciding if I wanted to purchase my lease or buy a new car, I contacted both the head of leasing at Tynans and a salesman named Dave. Both promised to email me with numbers regarding different option. However, no information was ever received. When I complained to Sean Tynan he apologized profusely and promised to reconcile the situation. Never happened. At the dealership the sales manager was unable to show me how he was calculating my buyout price in addition to the residual on my vehicle. Lastly, Tynans attempted to pad the purchase price by an extra $150 above what was listed in the lease (for dealership fees at buyout). I have no qualms paying the dealership fees or salesmens commissions. However, I expect to be treated professionally and not have the salesman attempt to make a deal on scrap paper using a green crayon. I have moved by business to EMICH, a much more pleasant experience.

Horrific service and worse follow up. Initially my husband and I were both interested in purchasing Jetta's, when my husband decided he wanted a Honda Hybrid our salesperson Jeremiah began to spew lies about it being impossible to lease 2 vehicles at once at different dealerships. He changed the price on us at least 6 times, promised us a ski rack then took it back and then attempted to extend our lease terms to get the "incentive deal" they were offering. His manager Tim called us later and apologized and told me he would make things right, to "stay by my phone" 8 days later still no call back. I then emailed Pete Tynan himself, and no response. Considering I have had four family members purchase cars here in the past they apparently do not appreciate repeat business, because of this my Mother is purchasing a Jetta from McDonald's VW this weekend.

I was treated terribly at this dealer. Unfortunately I had second thoughts after purchasing a car, when I brought this to the attention of the sales manager Tim he basically told me to screw off. Then the dealership manager Matt told me if I continued to plead my case he would not even take care of the complimentary detailing and removal of dealership logos. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone who expects honesty, integrity or compassion. If you have ever seen the movie Used Cars that is what you should expect.

I have had a lot of problems with my car since I got it 5 years ago. Today I had a fuel pump replaced and this was the second time it was replaced in 2 years. Rick was our service manager this time. He went above and beyond and took excellent care of us. The part was in quickly, replaced in a few hours and his service was outstanding.

I've taken my vehicle to Tynan's for service since I bought it, and have always received great customer service. This past time, I went in for an oil change and asked them to refill the coolant, since it was low. The coolant had not been refilled, so I took it back a few days later. Rick came out and filled it up himself for no charge, and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. I put a 4 for price. I'm usually satisfied with their service prices, but this last time I had to have a few bulbs replaced, and I thought the labor charge was a little high, though not enough to cause complaint on my part. Everything else, from their quick service to their always friendly and helpful attitude, is worth the only slightly higher cost of taking my Saab to their dealership.

Cost to replace license plate bulb was too expensive for a simple bulb replacement. Service reset was not comleted by the technician so I will need to call to find out how to do this. Offered to was vehicle however it was not needed, so it was refused.

Rick (our service writer) was Awesome. He went above and beyond with his communication and service. He even drove to my house to switch out vehicles. This is a nice change to the past as Tynan's Saab has had some HORRIBLE service writers.However, I was thoroughly un-impressed with the workmanship. I have taken my car in two handfuls of times for the same issue, finally, with Rick as our service writer, he put his foot down and got the problem resolved. The service employees fried my electronic's and battery with a simple detailing request. (They fixed it on their dime, but had to keep my vehicle much longer than expected.) When I went to pick the vehicle up, they still had to come out to my vehicle three times to put it back together. Thank goodness for Rick otherwise I would be done with Tynan's Saab.

I have given this rating because the service was outstanding. Richard was very helpful with the multiple problems I had with my Saab. Also, my Saab was not purchased at Tynans, but Richard was more than happy to help me. It was very apparent that Richard had a vast knowledge base in the car repair business. I will be buying my next car from Tynans.

The overall experience was wonderful. Everyone listened to my needs and was able to help me in a variety of ways, I just had a heater issue, I almost walked out with a new car (which I will need and consider with them in the near future). I enjoyed the communication as well.

Rick was great he worked with our warranty and he made sure that everything was repaired. We had a Saab with a General Motors warranty. We could not get any assistance Cheyenne, Wyoming from our General Motors dealer. I call Rick at Tynan's in Fort Collins he was able to track down our General Motors warranty and he said he would work on our car. He took handled every issue we had, He was awesome.

We went to look at 3 different dealerships that day and Tynan's was the most helpful out of all of them. We went to one previously who didn't even TRY to help us in our need. We had a severe amount of negative equity in the car that we were trading in, and we understood that, but we're still looking for a good deal. Jaymee greeted us and was very good about findout our needs and wants in a car. He showed me a Passat and I test drove it and it was FABULOUS. Unfortunately, that car could not eat up my negative equity. He showed us a Mazda 6 and we started talking numbers. The Sales Manager and Financing Manager were very, very, helpful and we could not have asked for a better deal! My payments are around the same and the car is running like a champ. I definately recommend Tynans VW. :)

I went in April 25th to look at a Honda Accord. We also wanted my trade in appraised. We got the car appraised and it was $3k under KBB appraisal. So, I said to the salesman that I needed more. The manager came over and introduced himself and said he would work with us on the trade in to make the sale happen. The manager was very attentive and in to the sale. We had to leave but said we would return midweek. I reiterated I needed more for the trade in when I left and then when I called later. On Wendnesday the 29th we went in, took the Accord for a test drive and then sat down to negotiate. I told the salesman that I didn't want to spend the entire night there and I didn't want the back and forth garbage. So, I said to the salesman that I needed $14.5 for my trade in. So, he goes over to his manager (the one we met with last meeting) 30 feet away and hear the guy say, "Yah, I would like $2,500 too, but it sin't going to happen." He continued to make several rude comments. The salesman comes back and I tell him I can hear everything his manager is saying. So, eventually, after 35 minutes, we get to them offering $13k for the trade in. I told the salesman I needed a moment to crunch the numbers and asked him for the pricing sheet of the car. 10 minutes later, lo and behold the pricing sheet shows up with the price being $1,000 more than the internet asking price. THEY RAISED THE PRICE BY $1000 AT THE LAST MINUTE!!!! At that point, I told them no thanks and left. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! UNTRUST WORTHY, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND RUDE!!!!

"Rude Carpet Treatment" that's what I received at Tynan's Volkswagen. I attempted to contact Blake Hott their Internet Sales Manager and was initially told he was at a training meeting and would be done at one and call me. Three hours after the meeting closed "I" called again.Finally got a hold of him with no reason as to why he never called me back. Talked about a 2006 Infiniti M35x,he walks away from the phone says he thought that a salesman had put a sold sign in the window. Blake says" I'll call you as soon as I find out if the car is sold". Never called back the rest of the day. I mean how long does it take to find that out? The next day I call at ten and got Ken Medina,New Car sales Manager,who said "Oh that car isn't sold but I have three salesmen looking over my shoulder and I will have someone check out the car and I'll call you back about the price in a few minutes" A few hours later(five to be exact) 'I' call again. First I say " Whats the problem don't you want to do business with me,am I radioactive". Ken says "Oh no I'm closing three new car deals by myself but will have someone run out in ten minutes and get back to you". That was three weeks ago, they still haven't called back. Also price on car has dropped 1500$ Lies and BS thats what you get from Tynan. I purchased from 'Play with Cars' in Greenville,SC. "Red Carpet Treatment" is what you get from them. From start to finish Danny Wike made the purchase the best possible experience. Should I purchase another used car he might carry I would not hesitate to use his services exclusively.

In December 2007 Tynan's replaced the timing belt and water pump on my 2003 Passat 1.8 turbo at 68K miles. In July 2008 Tynan's noticed that the water pump was seeping and replaced the pump free of charge under VW's 12 month/12K mile service warranty. In August 2008 the car failed and was towed to Tynan's. The timing belt was ripped in half when a freeze plug fell out of the water pump. Again, Tynan's repaired the car free of charge, bent valves and all; they also picked up the towing bill. They showed me the old parts to allow me to confirm their diagnosis. I could see the freeze plug, and the timing belt was severed by a semicircular cut that exactly matched the shape of the freeze plug. They did a post-repair cooling system pressure test at no charge. For my own peace of mind, I paid $100 for a compression test after the repair, which showed all four cylinders within 1 psi of each other. The car runs beautifully. I've worked in shops, and no one's service is any better than this. However, I would ding VW for poor replacement parts quality! I like to give special thanks to Tom, one of their service writers. I dodged a bullet here.

It took several repeated questions before they would divulge the interest rate being proposed. Professed no knowledge of VW's 2.9 APR financing incentive. Had to ask repeatedly before they would indicate what extra packages (beyond the Wolfsburg standard) were on the vehicle (ie: wouldn't show us the sticker). Sales manager had a tantrum, threw his paperwork on the desk, and stormed off.

After reading some of the other comments I felt I should share that I have found Tynan's Saab to be the most professional and pleasant dealership I have ever been to. The sales staff and Brenden in the service department alway's make me feel that I am their only customer. Great product, Great place!!!
