Had two recalls on my 2014 Nissan Murano it took a minute to get done but they were able you give me rental to use until my car was ready the next day. They did my second recall a month later because the part wasn’t in yet but they did it and was able to give a rental again! Had a great time!

Outstanding!!!! My wife and I are from the Quad City never found anything we were interested in at the local dealerships. I had heard from people I work with to give Uftring Nissan a try. I went on line a noticed a few SUV's I was interested in and contacted them for an appointment and showing on Saturday morning. Elton Herrick gave us a warm welcome and was great thru the whole process. My wife got the Rouge she wanted and I got the value I was looking for in a newer vehicle. Elton was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and very patient with us. This is a great dealership and were treated above and beyond our expectations. Yes, without hesitation we will be back again to do future business.

I shopped there multiple times over the course of a week, occasionally without much notice or before sales hours. Scott was more than willing to show up early to help us or to have another friendly sales representative assist us. I had such a great experience buying one of my daughters a Nissan Rouge I decided to return 5 months later and buy my other daughter one as well. Both the Sales Manager Todd and Salesman Kramer were great. Not pushy at all and did everything to make sure the vehicles were in top shape before I purchased them and left the dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership and will buy here again if and when the need arises.

The one thing I didn't want to do was buy a new car, especially after just paying off my Rogue. Life being life things don't always work out that way. I've owned a 2007 Maxima & 2012 Rogue, bought a used 2008 Versa for my daughter and helped her fiance purchase a 2015 Altima. Tim Puentes has been our sales person for all but the first purchase. My husband also bought a Colorado this summer and we were able to still use Tim even though it was purchased at another Uftring dealership. This shows how much we trust and respect Tim. He will go above and beyond to help you understand everything about your vehicle and how everything works and follows up to make sure you are satisfied or have any questions. He's not there just to sell you a car. He talks to me whenever I'm in the dealership for service or will just call to see how things are going. I believe he cares that I'm happy with my purchase and knowing everything about my vehicle. I would highly recommend Tm Puentes and will continue to do business with him.

Bought my first Altima 2 years ago from Scott Harris and loved it. I've had a great service experience when bringing my car in and have always been really happy. Scott stayed in touch with me to make sure I was happy with my car. Unfortunately I was in an accident and my car was a total loss. I called Scott and left him a message about the car accident and that I would be out the next day around noon. Scott had cars pulled for me based on what I was looking for, to test drive. I ultimately decided on another Altima that I am extremely happy with. Ivan helped me with the paperwork, negotiated a better financing rate for me and helped me with my Gap coverage. As a result, I am sitting in a car two years newer loaded with all the things I wanted and more than my last car had. Most of all, I felt like they really cared that I needed a smooth process at that point and helped to make it that way. I would recommend anyone to try Uftring Nissan and I bet you keep going there.

I feel very comfortable working with hisI believe he truly wants to satisfy the customer. He knows what I like and what is important to me. I never liked buying a new car but Chris takes the hassle out of it. They also have a great service center. Very efficient and professional. No surprises from them they discuss all options and let you decide. We were coming from the Quad Cities to view a particular car. Our Sales Consultant had the car ready for us to test drive when we got there. He suggested a route which took us through highway driving to urban traffic. We sat in his office and the offer I made was accepted. Because of payment restrictions, (no personal or cashier's checks accepted), delivery of the car would be completed after the purchase price was wire transferred to them. We returned the following day and drove off in our new car within thirty minutes. A second down side is that the title to the car has still not been received, which, to me, seems to be longer than it should take, particularly when Fed EX delivery would be used to deliver it.

We drove 3 hours from Indianapolis to Peoria to buy my Nissan Juke. It was the best experience I have had buying a car. Elton and I talked on the phone, he gave me an honest run down on the car, we made an offer,10 minutes later he called back, offer accepted done!!! I have driven many Nissans, primarily Altimas. However my wife has been wanting a vehicle that allows easier entry and exit for her, and that she can see out of better than the sedan we have had for five years. Lately I have driven several Rogues and was quite impressed by their driveability and by the gas mileage of well over 30 MPG on open highways. So, I was pushing for a Rogue when we were teamed with Tim Puentes. I believe we were an easy sell for Tim. Our buying experience was excellent, a Rogue of our color choice and equipment was found in Iowa.The only reason Uftring Nissan got a four-star rating is that I have not yet dealt with the service department, which I hope is as good as we expect. Given that this was not the first choice for a car i had since i was looking for certified pre-owned one, the sales team was very patient dealing with me. Elton was very cooperative and understanding. He professionally handled my multiple requests to look at pre-owned as well as new cars and suggested me what would work best for me.Even though it took me a while to make up my mind on what features i need on my car, Elton was very understanding throughout and supported with his expertise to get the best deal. Our experience with salesman, Doug Hanselman, was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what we wanted. Doug took the time to show us features of the car, even on my return visit to pick up the car he spent time making sure I was comfortable with how things operated, particularly with the console and dash. Doug made us and our kids comfortable throughout the process. Doug took extra steps to make sure we were pleased with our experience. We appreciate Doug's approach and all of his efforts!

I stopped by on my lunch hour to see what they had on their lot. I didnt know whether I wanted a car or a SUV. I was immediately greeted by Tim Puentes. Tim was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Tim made me feel as if he was trying to help me find exactly what I would be happy with. He made the experience just great! I have been back a couple of times for minor things and he is always quick to greet me and see how I like the vehicle. Tim is very attentive to the smallest of details about the vehicle. Really everyone in the dealership is very friendly and helpful! Today I picked up something from a person at parts counter who was very nice and respectful. I LOVE the vehicle (it is our fourth red Nissan) and I would highly recommend Tim and Uftring to friends and family. When it is time for #5, I will go back to see Tim!

I guess they are a 5 star dealer to me because they handle everything professionally. I handle sales and service via there website. I can get a lot prepared before I arrive at the dealer. This speeds up the process. I am a busy guy so I don't have time to spend on things that do not add much value to the process.Our family has owned 7 Nissans so we are loyal. We first saw the 2016 Nissan Rogue at the Auto Show at the Civic Center in April. We were impressed by the Rogue's stylish looks, comfort and functionality. A friend referred us to Chris Rocke and we appreciated his knowledge and patience. We took the Rogue for a test drive. Chris and Lettie of the Internet locator area worked to locate a vehicle with the color combination and features that we wanted. They went above the norm to help us close the deal that night to take advantage of the last day of the July 4th holiday promotion and rebate. Chris actually made what is usually a stressful experience enjoyable. Thanks Chris, Lettie and staff. Also thanks to Kramer for filling in for Chris while he was on vacation when we picked up the car for going through the car features with us. I purchased an Altima SV last year from Uftring/Nissan for my wife. We were very pleased with the sales experience and the car so much that we decided to get a 2nd Nissan here. We worked with Aaron who was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable on the various features of the different models. Aaron was also very patient with us as we are a bit slow on making the final decision while we were narrowing down our selection to the Murano SL. As always, Scott made buying a car as easy as possible. I felt he listened to what I needed and was looking for. He even worked out getting the car delivered to me in WI and my lease return picked up! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for my experience with finance. I felt forced into my warranty. I didn't feel like my need were listened to here. But, I won't stop me from going back to Uftring Nissan.

Richard Swanson was first on the scene and quite amicable, but after realizing that I was buying a commercial vehicle he pointed me towards Elton Herrick. Very good experience with Elton. Thanks for a great first impression.P.S. - Be very specific and reiterate your desires with Nissan Finance.... Not a great experience there... Friendly but not terribly on the ball. Filled out online app, and multiple requests were not met or ignored. Also requested to finance through my personal credit union, but that did not happen.

I recently purchased a brand new Sentra from Richard Swanson. Richard was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. He was open and honest with me, which was very much appreciated. When I was trying to decide what car was the best fit for me I remember Richard tellling me to get what I want and what I like. When I decided on the Sentra he and his team went above and beyond, as they did not have what I wanted on the lot. They were able to get my car to Peoria within 48 hours. we went to uftring to look at used cars, we found a Chevy trailblazer that we were interested in and drove it. we liked the car and Scott Harris was very helpful with information we wanted while not being overly intrusive. we drove the car overnight to confirm that wanted it, and bought it the next day. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

I had been searching for a medium-size crew cab truck to replace two vehicles--one Nissan Versa Note hatchback and one medium-size truck with regular cab. After outlining my requirements, the Frontier Crew Cab fits my needs. The SV trim gave me just the right amount of equipment. There was no attempt to sell me what I don't need. The truck with the right color and trim level that I want was not on their lot, But within a few minutes Lettie Schmitt was able to locate it and arrange to bring it to Peoria. The whole process was very easy.

My husband and I searched for a new car for several weeks before deciding on the Nissan Murano. Curt was extremely patient and professional with us. He is not a high pressure salesperson and he listens to his customers. After the sale was made and I took the car home, I noticed a slight imperfection with the finish on the hood. Curt provided me with the same level of assistance as he did when I was buying the car. He looked at the car and took it to the service area where the problem was resolved. About a month ago I was in the market for a Nissan Juke. I had planned on buying one in Chicago, as the prices in Central IL aren't very competitive. However, I had learned that Uftring had a used Juke just brought in, and it looked interesting when I saw it online. I contacted the Katy Broshears about the car, and she was very helpful and gave me some info on the car. I noted it was out of my price range, and she did say she could come down a bit, but it being a new car they wouldn't come down too much. No problem, I understand that. About a week later, I planned on going to Chicago to look at a bunch of used Jukes and make a decision on which to buy afterwards. With Uftring being closer to me, and considering how helpful they were, I decided to cancel one of my Chicago appointments and go to Uftring. When I got there, Ibrahim Monla was the salesman to work with me. He was great; very laid back, easy to talk to, not pushy...ideal salesman. After the test drive, we got back to his desk and discussed the car. I told him I would be making a decision in the next few days on what car I'd like, but the one I test drove was still just out of my price range, and I would need a good value for my trade-in. So, he got the Used Sales Manager.... Enter Todd Durm, the used car manager. A weaseling little troll who managed to tick me off when everyone else there was nice as pie. First, he graded my trade-in as "very very rough" and would only give me about $2000 as a trade in, and he went on and on and on and on and on and on about how AWFUL it was (he was the only dealer out of approx 12 dealers that graded it as "rough condition"). My car was a 2006 Scion with 63k miles on it. It had some paint scuffing on the bottom, and the side mirrors were damaged, but working fine, and I had a mechanic estimate the $ for repairs, with that being a few hundred bucks maximum. With that, I was getting offers in the $3500-$4500 range. Second, and I kid you not......he refused to give me a price on the car. I told him I talked to someone online about prices, and I already knew what was being asked. He still wouldn't give me a number and said, "You've said you're going to Chicago anyway even if we give you a good price." I told him yes that's true, and I had made promises to several dealers to go there, and I actually cancelled one just to drop by and see your car, and I'd like and idea of what I'm dealing with ere. He still refused to even give me a price. I just looked at him and said, "Look dude, I'm gonna be making a decision soon to buy a car. When I look at what I have written down by your car, there's not gonna even be a price to know from what you're telling me. So I need to know what you're offering for a price." It finally dawned on him (good job genius!), and he said, "Ok, I'll go run some numbers..." When I DID finally get a number from him, to no surprise of mine, it was even HIGHER than the price offered to me previously from Katy Broshears. Wow, what a guy! I help alot of my friends and co-workers buy used cars. I enjoy doing it. The Todd Durm's of the world though make the process annoying and frustrating for people. I can't imagine how many people he's screwed over as a sales manager. But, although I do NOT advocate buying cars from Ufrting (considering a manager has so much affect on what goes on in every deal), if you do have to do business there, Ibrahim Monla and Katy Broshears were great to work with!

During my search for the car as I moved recently to Peoria as a newcomer, he showed sincerity, trustworthiness, honesty and diligence. My husband & I were shopping for a new truck for him to drive. He was looking for a smaller truck that was easy for him to get into and would be easy for him to sit in because of his arthritis. Everyone at this dealership bent over backwards to get a Frontier up to the front that we could take out for a test drive. When we took the vehicle out for a test drive, no salesperson came along with us and we were free to discuss the pros and cons of the truck without someone listening in on our conversation, unlike the Chevrolet dealership who insisted that a salesperson had to be with us during our test drive. We liked the Nissan and told our salesman that we would decide on whether to purchase the vehicle of not and we would get back to him. We went back a few days later to purchase the truck. Everyone at the dealership were friendly and helpful. Definitely would do business with them again.

This was painless and efficient, not anything I had anticipated. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, respectful and businesslike. At the last dealership I visited (out of state) I was literally followed me out to the edge of their parking lot making me "one more offer". I was determined not to have a replay of that scenario..and I found that this is not the way these people did business..I hope this car lasts a while, but when I replace it, I'll go back.

Three years ago my wife bought a Nissan Altima from Richard Swanson at Uftring and received great service and salesmanship. This year my old Buick gave out after 202,000 miles, so I went to Honda, Toyota and Nissan looking for a mini-SUV. We learned about the Rogue at the Civic Center this month. There were lots of choices at the car show and the Nissan salesman, Doug Hanselman, was professional and knowledgeable. He was eager and willing to spend time with us explaining the MANY features of the vehicle. We were intrigued enough to want to test drive one and it didn't take long for us to decide that the ride was smooth and comfortable. I was also impressed with the service departments features of allowing customers to watch the mechanics work on vehicles, through a glass partition, and for having a drive up station available without an appointment to discuss any issues.

The weeks I spent searching for a new car were exhausting, to say the least. I'd stopped by 7-8 Peoria area dealerships, and most of the salesmen that I dealt with were incredibly pushy. Upon shaking hands with each of them, I explained very clearly that I was simply browsing, and was absolutely not ready to buy a car yet. Most of the salesmen could not grasp this concept. One of them, however, treated me with utmost respect and understanding -- and that was Anthony Walraven at Uftring Nissan. Instead of trying to convince me that the Nissan I was looking at was the greatest car ever made, he took detailed notes about what I was looking for in a car and then explained very thoroughly how this one met those expectations. While most other salesmen just knew a few facts about each car, Anthony was incredibly knowledgable about the exact car I was interested in. Without any prior preparation, he was able to explain in full detail every feature of the car that was relevant to my interests. By the time it was said and done, I felt completely confident in the fact that I wanted to purchase this car. I can say with 100% certainty that I'll recommend Anthony to anyone who tells me that they plan to buy a vehicle.

He sold me the first car I purchased from Uftring 5 years ago and I was satisfied then, have had excellent service for the past five years, and really didn't consider another Nissan dealer when looking to purchase a vehicle this time.Tim is knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, doesn't try to sell you something you don't want, and was accommodating in working with the parts and service departments to obtain and install a few options that weren't on the car I purchased from their existing inventory.I highly recommend both Tim and the dealership.

Met Doug Hanselman for the first time last week and felt so comfortable with him. He really knows his stuff. Stopped in to check out a Nissan knowing nothing about them personally. Doug was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and needless to say, we walked out with just what we needed. Doug did his best to make a gloomy, cold day outside nice and warm inside. Unfortunately, a little while ago I was involved in an auto accident that totaled my car. Being 35 weeks pregnant, we were suddenly (and unexpectedly) in a rush to get a new car that would be great for our growing family. A family member recommended talking to Brian Porter over at the Landrover Dealership and we couldn't have possibly asked for a better help! He helped us find the car we needed, fill out all the paperwork and dealt with the salesmen and women over at the Nissan dealer for us. We went over to Nissan to fill out the paperwork and I was highly impressed there as well. The woman at the front desk immediately asked if we would like anything to drink and got us a snack for our daughter. They even had a neat little toy room for our 3 year old to play in while we waited on everything to go through. Towards the end, after most of the paperwork was done, we went back to the finance department where we spoke with Ivan who also was incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. These men stayed late for us to make sure that we were fully taken care of and they did absolutely everything in their power to make sure that we could take the car home that night (so that I wouldn't be left without a car). I cannot possibly say enough nice things about the service we received from everyone involved.

My husband and I visited every dealership in Peoria and a few in other towns. I always hated the buying a car experience. I just could not find anything I liked as we drove Mercedes for many years. We decided to try something different. We tried dealing with several dealerships and walked away. Too much pressure, too little money for our trade in, too pushy salespeople. We went to Uftring because we were just passing by.Doug Hanselman was our salesman. I told him I wanted no BS just show me some cars and make the best deal he could make. He did that. He went out of his way to take care of us. He was honest and when he said he would do something he did it.Never owned a Nissan, never thought I would but we bought a 2016 Rouge in pearl white with only what we wanted on the car. The people at the dealership are friendly and helpful. Very good experience, good trade in money, good price on the car.The more I drive this car the more I like it and the great gas mileage is a plus.I give this dealership and Doug 5 stars.

Thank you Lettie and the staff! you treated us with respect and much kindness( the home made cookies had no influence in the opinion). I am not able to walk and am wheelchair and oxygen dependent. I could not go from car to car. I told Lettie the size and style I was looking for. I used the internet website to look at the available inventory. Gave her my ideal of a car. talk to her on a Friday, had a car chosen by Tuesday. She sent a van to pick us up at home, she stayed with me the whole time , even brought the car up to where I could get in, and also help me in the car. Thank you

I highly recommend salesman Chris Rocke to anyone who's in the market for a new or used car. We've bought 6 cars from Chris in in the last 8 years and will keep coming back to him in the future. Why? Because Chris is a very attentive person who listens well and respects his customers. He takes the time to understand what our needs are and what we're willing and able to pay for and always finds just the right car for us. And although several times we have been forced into the auto market unexpectedly (car accidents happen), we have never, ever felt pressured by Chris, or anyone at Uftring Nissan, to make a hasty decision or quick car purchase. Throughout the entire process, Chris is very honest and transparent, and he has assured me many times that there is no such thing as "too many" test drives. :)

I thought, based on the experience of three of my family members from the Champaign area, that I wanted a Nissan and I had decided on a Murano. I had heard very good things about the Illini Nissan dealership and thought that I probably would not have the same experience in the Peoria area. However, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a competent and very pleasant staff at Uftring Nissan. I began with an online search and was welcomed by Lettie Schmitt, who arranged for my buying experience including an offer on the vehicle which I eventually bought. When I came to Peoria I was greeted by Tim Puentes, Sales Representative, who patiently showed me that vehicle and explained all of its features. He also introduced me to all of the departments and individuals whom I would encounter during and after the purchase. Lettie, Tim and all of the other individuals whom I met were helpful and welcoming which made my purchase a very pleasant experience. I will highly recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone whom I think might be interested in buying a Nissan.

Abe was such a pleasure to deal with when looking for our car last month. We had looked quite a bit online and knew what we were looking for, but Abe was nothing but pleasant to work with. My husband and I were looking for a new car and decided to stop into the Nissan dealership on Allen Rd. I had a Maxima that I just loved but it was 10 yrs. old so we decided to see what was out there. We decided to try Nissan first then I was going to look at the Acura & Buick dealerships as well. However when we arrived at Nissan we were met by a very personable young man and the fun began! He very kindly kept pulling vehicles for us to try. I originally wanted to continue with a sedan but after trying the Rogue I changed my mind. It can be very stressful looking at cars especially with a hard sell. He listened to what WE wanted while giving us the information we needed to make the right choice. I can not thank him enough and we both love our newe Rogue.

Everyone at Uftring was a pleasure to work with the Uftring team! Lettie Schmitt in the Internet Sales Department, Elton Herrick in Sales, and Ivan Waters in Finance all were so accommodating to my busy schedule and answered all of my questions! I recently purchased a new to me Sonata and it was honestly the first car I purchased with out the help of my father the car buying guru. I was admittedly nervous, but working with Elton Herrick was more than I could have asked for! He made the entire process smooth and easy, took the time to explain everything to me, brought the car to me at work for a final test drive and ended up the one driving since I was so sick, and even helped me do the deal via email. I honestly hadn't planned on buying a car the evening I did. I was simply out looking at possible cars because I was in an accident and would need to be replacing it very soon. I was approached by Chris out in the parking lot as I was examining a vehicle. He was extremely friendly and nice. He even brought out the previous car owner for me to meet since the gentleman also worked there. I told them I was dealing with insurance issues and he was very willing to work with me and make it all a very smooth transaction. Not sure I've ever had a car buying experience that went as smoothly as this did. I'm very pleased with my new vehicle as well. Highly recommended.

I bought a Frontier a few years back and have been very pleased with it, so when my wife needed a new ride my first stop was to see Elton. The dealership didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot, but with a little out of the box thinking Elton was able to find a vehicle on a different Uftring lot that would our needs with some added upgrades. He was able to arrange the alterations and sell the vehicle to us at a reasonable price within our budget. Very pleased with our experience and service. We're now a completely Nissan family.

Our salesman came out to get us in the pouring rain. He seemed eager to assist us. Once we took our test drive, he allowed my son and me to take the car for a spin. He was very knowledgeable about the product and did not "pressure" us to make a decision. Very satisfied. It was my first, and it won't be my lady, time for test driving a Nissan.

I was looking at a new vehicle on the lot for weeks but I had to sell another truck first. I went in and talked with Curt and Brad and we got a deal on the table, after a couple of days we worked on the deal a little more and came to an agreement. Meanwhile it took me an additional 10 days to get rid of my truck before I was able to go back in and trade my car in on my new Xterra. I was surprised how patient they were in waiting for this deal to happen, but it allowed me to get the Nissan I wanted. This is the first Nissan I've ever had and I am really liking it. I would not hesitate to buy here in the future.

We just bought a used truck from Curt Gleichman. The transaction was easy and quick. He was very familiar with the vehicle and all its features. He showed us how to work everything even down to trying set up our phone with the Bluetooth feature. We were offered a fair price for our trade in and felt no high pressure to buy. They worked with us to set up the extended warranty we wanted and met our criteria for monthly payments. Introduced to Uftring Nissan via service on my Altima (not purchased here, sorry). I was impressed with the service & dealership environment. I was searching for a 2015 SUV for my wife & was looking at 4 or 5 dealerships. I was introduced to Richard Swanson, found him very easy to deal with & a " straight shooter". It took me 3+ weeks to finally decide. He was patient & accepting of my timetable. Ultimately it was a combination of quality/choice/reasonable price on the Rogue I decided on. I was trying to keep things simple and fast. Had just a couple days to find and buy a used vehicle around the $10k level.Found a Subaru online at Uftring Nissan and stopped in to see it. Met Curt and drove the car. Stayed to check out a number of other cars in the same range (first day was simply trying to figure out what type of car I wanted).Zeroed in on the Subaru and a Ford at a different dealership. Ultimately, Curt and team worked with me the most on the price, and frankly I liked the Subaru better. Came in the next morning to finish up the paperwork (had my own financing lined up via Cefcu). Finance team made it super easy to connect my CEFCU financing and also to register my out of state license plates (live in North Carolina these days).Didn't know it at the time, but my parents have purchase a couple cars from Curt in the past and they had nothing but positive things to say about him later (compared notes after the fact).

My car broke down for good in Mississippi, and I had to drive a rental home to Illinois. I researched the cars I wanted at the prices I wanted them at, went out on Sunday and previewed them all. I settled on the Versa Note hatchback. There was a managers special on them and I dealt with Doug Hanselman. I said what I wanted, and I got what I wanted; no smoozie salesman bull, just straight up honesty. I got a great tour of the facility and met all the critical players. No hassel, great salesman. I walked in at 9am, drove my car out with a full tank of gas at 12; it would have been sooner had I not things to do first. I'm 58 years-old and have bought many cars over the years, this is by far the best buying experience ever; impressive.

Tim Puentes at Uftring Nissan made the buying experience easy and hassle-free. I had been interested in a vehicle and drove it. I told Tim I was not ready to discuss price until I had driven another vehicle I was interested in. Tim completely respected my wishes. And when it came time to meet his manager before leaving, it was the same thing...no pressure, "thank you for coming in".When the time came that I was ready to make an offer, I told Tim what I wanted to have happen and expressed that I was NOT interested in going back and forth - I offer, they counter-offer, I offer again. Its a dance that I wanted no part of. Tim didn't even bat an eye. He said he respected that and took my offer to the manager. When he came back we shook hands, and a short 30 minutes later, me and my new (to me) vehicle from Uftring Nissan were on our way!Negative experiences usually get amplified 10 fold - positive experiences aren't as often repeated. I am more than happy to recommend Uftring Nissan and specifically, Tim Puentes for your next vehicle!

Just purchased my second Maxima from Lettie Schmitt and once again it was a great experience! The vehicle-buying experience is always a little stressful, but I must say that the people with whom we dealt at Uftring did everything they could to make it a pleasant experience. The negotiation process was mutually respectful and fairly quickly handled by Tim and Joe. We had many questions for finance person, Justin who was able to assure that we knew the exact nature of the finance agreement. Tim gave us a tour of the dealership and explained the "service" procedures. After the purchase, Tim called on several occasions to make sure everything was OK. We had an option added to the truck by the Uftring service department and found them to be polite and efficient. Overall, the experience was a very good one and we are very happy with the Frontier.

On April 3rd 2015, I got the car I have been waiting to get for 29 years. A Ford Mustang GT. I seached the internet for weeks for the right car. I found it at Uftring for $15,995. Other comparable cars were selling for $18,000-$20,000. I called the dealership on a Saturday and made a reasonable offer. Because I travel for work, I could not get back to town to test drive the car until Friday. The salesman I worked with, Richard Swanson, was courteous, honest and up-front. We had reached a deal over the phone earlier in the week. When I arrived to test drive the car, it was up in the front row clean, shiny, and sparkling; ready to go. The car was everything Mr. Swanson said it was and more. The car was, "Sweeeeeeet". After the test drive, I went inside signed the papers for the previously arranged price bought a 3yr/36000 mile warranty and I was driving my new car. The total time at the dealership was roughly one hour. It was the best car buying experience I have had. I definitely would buy another car here.

I couldn't have had a better car buying experience, and considering I was not the ideal candidate to buy a car that is saying something in my book. Everyone at Uftring was very nice, no pressure, and contacted me right away with vehicles that would work within my budget. The sales people Lettie and Matt Sons all took their time to answer my questions, crunch some numbers, and show my all the cars that would fit me. The finance people, Todd, Eddie, and Justin really and I do mean really went to bat for me to get the financing I needed for the used car I picked out. I do not have the best credit, but was in serious need of a better vehicle. The finance guys got me approved with a local bank at a better rate than I expected. Uftring also threw in a platinum warranty! I now have a reliable car at a payment I can afford that will help me rebuild my credit. I could ask for a better experience, and I will buy all of my future cars through Uftring. It the best place in Peoria as far as I am concerned.

As a woman, shopping for a car is not one of my favorite things to do because I anticipate I'm going to be taken advantage of. I was ready to trade my SUV in for a smaller, used model and needed something more affordable and dependable. I had done plenty of research by the time I went into the dealership. I was greeted at the door and met Tim Puentes, who listened to what I was looking for and made viable recommendations - didn't talk down to me or try to upsell me, which I appreciated. I didn't buy the first day but he checked back with me to let me know what he had in stock and answered all my emails and questions promptly. The day I did purchase the car, I was there for quite a long time making sure it was the right car for me and figuring out financing, trade in, etc. Tim was beyond patient and accommodating and even introduced me to the gentlemen in the service department so I'd feel comfortable when I had to bring it in. I don't think he had any idea how important it was to me to be treated the way I was given my past experiences with car dealerships. Those dealerships no longer have my business. As of this writing, Uftring Nissan has mine and I would recommend them and especially Tim Puentes to anyone.

I went in to get a checkup on one car and while waiting, decided to look around at options my soon to be 18 year old son will have. Anthony found me in the lot scoping out the used car section. Pleasantly surprised by the experience of buying a '12 Nissan Rogue. I usually walk away from car purchases with a decidedly negative feeling about the whole experience. Not so here. Not only were they super friendly but they answered every question and allowed us to test drive many vehicles. While many dealerships have a feel of busyness and open cubicles that feel sterile and too business-like, we always felt important and were treated like family. We were never pressured and found it easy to discuss price. We were always treated with respect. After the sale was finalized, we were given a tour of the facility and service department, features and options were further explained on our new vehicle, and even later our salesman kept in contact with us. Our experience centered around Elton Herrick. Without a doubt he is the most honest salesman we have ever met.Elton helped us find the car that best fit our needs. He even compared available options and prices of vehicles with those of other dealerships and never said anything negative about the competition. I bought a nissan cube from finishline ford because my wife wanted a cube and they don't make them anymore. They SWORE it passed their rigorous testing. Ford claimed they just aligned it and put brand new tires on it as well as performing the 60000 mile service even though it only had 59400 miles on it. The first day I had it I noticed the brilliant ford mechanics put the wrong size tires on it... I took it back and made them put the right size on. The mechanic that had originally put on the wrong tires was confronted right in front of me by their service manager and he acted like it was my fault that HE made a mistake. They also installed a new battery and left the aircleaner laying under the hood uninstalled which I fixed myself. After that I realized how unprofessional they are there. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I wasn't convinced that they really had aligned it or balanced the tires. Anyway I took it to Uftring Nissan and never looked back. They are so good to their customers there. Uftring said I could use my extended warranty anywhere I chose to and they would be happy to look at my car for free. They discovered that the rear axle was bent and was still under factory warranty. They aligned it put a new rear axle under it a a few minor recall things and all they charged me for was balancing the tires which were out of balance. It was then that I decided the finishline ford mechs couldn't oil the chain on a bicycle without screwing it up. After the cube ran great for a year it started making a squeeky noise from the front left tire and being I still had plenty of warranty I took it back to the dealer. They called and told me it was the transmission and it was under warranty until 100,000. WOW was I happy!! While it was there the mechanic (who must be really good) noticed one of the rims was cracked. I was informed of the price and was also given the option to get aftermarket rims shipped there and installed for $70. They completed job very quickly and have never had a problem giving me a cool new Nissan to drive in the mean time. I can't thank these guys enough. I have always loved the longevity of import cars but I think I'll be buying several more Nissans over the next thirty years with the way they stand behind their products and treat their customers.(even new ones) I can't recomend them enough! Deal with these guys, you won't regret it.

IS this how they treat THEIR FAMILY????if UFTRING wont sell a car they wouldnt sell to their own family, you might want to pay attention to how they will treat you!!!I did!!!I am truly disappointed and unimpressed in the Gary UFTRING company for many reasons concerning my recent ordeal including 3 DR and EMERGENCY ROOM medical visits due to the actions of his employees. I am insulted at this time to fathom that Uftring Nissan would treat any person, especially in such a STRESSFUL ATTACKING way that I have been treated and experienced physical medical conditions suffering from undue, undeserved, blantant stalking type behavior that I physically began to shut down. Especially with a customer who had chosen a car, liked the car, could pay for the car in cash, was also approved for a partial loan on a mere $6000 vehicle, and most importantly NEEDED A CAR. I didnt need, want, think or EVER DESERVE to be treated like this so badly it literally has affected my ability to function in every aspect of my ENTIRE LIFE from my jobs, my kids, my stress, inability to eat, breathe, and STRESS that sent me into anxiety attacks, instilled fear in me, physically hurt me, affected relationships with my KIDS and friends, placed me under medicationsmedical billsprescriptionsAND I still do not have a car a week later! This is no longer about the car I intended to buy from Ufrting Nissan on Allen Rd, Peoria IL or the salesman involved.This is the most unimaginable and farther thing I ever experienced from customer service, and being a valued customer in which I was going to purchase a vehicle and give this company my business and money.Its unfortunate that salesman get to do this to people and keep their jobs. Its also unfortunate that their upper management staff treats me like a moron thinking that knocking:$200 off the price of the car and suspending the salesman for a few days is "RECTIFYING THE INCIDENT" AND "MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER"

As a woman, buying a new car is a dreaded task. So I drove my 2002 until it died in 2014. Buying my new (to me) 2013 Nissan Altima at Uftring was the most surprisingly pleasant experience ever. They listened to what I wanted and went out of their way to make it a hassle free process. Scott Harris was so helpful and I never felt pushed to get something different than what I wanted. Eddy Brown got me a lower finance rate after the fact, which he wouldn't have had to do. I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Maxima. I gave Matt the criterias I wanted in a car and he got me a list of vehicles to choose from to test drive. I sent back a list of what I would like to test drive. I test drove a 2014 Kia Optima, and 2014 Nissan Altima and Maxima. I love the feel of the all and happened to mention I like the look of one of the maximas in the lot that looked a little more sportier than what I tested. I saw him look through a list he was carrying and he said "I think I found the car you're going to buy!" 10 mins later he showed me the 2011 Maxima. I had all of options the 2014 Altima had and more along with the power of the Maxima. The 2011 had just come in on trade the night before. He was right, it was the car I bought. Awesome experience! We like our Quest and we found Lettie enjoyable to deal with.I pointed out the worn tires on this certified vehicle. Some guy measured them and stated that they barely met the certification standards but "had a couple years left in them".Typical BS from a car salesman.They only had one key for the car so instead of programing me another one they gave me a $200Credit and told me to get my own somewhere. It cost me $297.47.

I was called by the salesman and he told me that they took a CRV in on trade that would be 13k-14k. But upon arrival the price was almost 16k. We eventually settled on a 14.2k price that was justified beacuse they spend an average of $600 detailing and servicing of each vehicle. When we arrived, the car was cleaned but certainly not detailed. After sending it back it still was not clean. I would have been rather upset if I had spent much more than $50 for the interior cleaning. Once we were home we noticed that it had not even been cleaned of all of the bugs on the hood, let alone waxed. We went ahead and accepted it because we were purchasing the vehicle for our 89yr old father-in-law and he was tired and just wanted to go home. I only mention the price switch because this was not the first time I experienced this at this dealership. I have had an occasion to use the service and they do an excellent job. So it is my assumption that the sales department never asked for the service or detailing.

The most interesting part of my experience, I was not shopping for a new vehicle when I walked into the dealership. Abe Monla greeted me and we initially talked about previously owned vehicles. Abe was knowledgeable, informative, and professional as we discussed a deal. At the same time Abe was polite, with a sense of humor as we talked. That is because Joe Phillips and my salesman, Tim Puentes took good care of me and my problem. In the end they put me in a new 2014 Altima at a fair price and I wasn't charged a penny for all the work that was done on my original 2013 purchase. Joe went out of his way to work with Nissan to solve my problems and made me feel he had my best interests at heart. In spite of the problems I will definitely work with Tim and Joe to purchase other Nissans in the future. Anyone can smile and be pleasant while they sell you a car, but not everyone puts in the effort to stand behind their product when something goes wrong. Some don't want to be bothered once the sale is over. That was not my experience at Uftring Nissan. They are honest and caring business people! Thanks guys!

Our great experience began 15 minutes before the dealer closed on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend. We'd just visited a couple of other dealers in the area, and had been virtually ignored as we walked around looking at cars. Not the case at Nissan... I've purchased three Nissan Altimas since 2005. I've always felt comfortable with Uftring Nissan's excellent sales, service, and customer care. I can attest to that even more after my latest experience. I had purchased a factory certified 2010 Altima. Throughout a year of driving i noticed a significant number of what appeared to be intermittent electrical warning issues. Knowing intermittent problems are sometimes difficult to solve I expressed my concerns to Chris Rocke. He was very understanding. He discussed my problem with Jim Swigert, the manager. After contacting Uftring about purchasing a Nissan Murano via Auto Trader, Brad and Lettie worked very hard and were an absolute joy to work with. They had the vehicle on the lot that I was looking for, the deal was basically complete and the vehicle got sold by another salesman. My husband and I recently had the most pleasant experience buying a new car. That is not a sentence you would normally hear! Uftring's prices were lower than this other dealer, though, and the selection at Uftring was worth the drive from Bloomington.. We stopped at the dealer in Bloomington first. They couldn't find any of the cars I was looking for, and every time I asked a question, they had to run inside to check the computer (seriously, get an IPAD or at least a cheat sheet). Turns out the cars weren't even on the lot yet. They called us that evening to say the cars were in, so we stopped by the next day, and it was another fiasco. We left, after two visits, without looking at any cars.When we got to Uftring, we were immediately greeted by Curt. He knew the cars I was looking for and where to find them. He showed us what we wanted to see, and didn't try to sell us on something we didn't want. He was extremely thorough in showing us the cars (he showed us stuff I'd probably never know, even after driving it for the next 5 years). We wound up buying a car that afternoon, and before we left, Curt walked us through all of the features on the car and how to use them, and even helped me connect my phone to bluetooth before we left. We were pre-approved for a loan from our bank, but we wound up getting financing through Uftring. The finance department was great, as well. They were efficient with the paperwork, and we didn't spend a ton of time waiting around, like we've done at other dealers. Rate and terms were competitive.All in all, an excellent car buying experience!

He did everything he could to make sure that I get the car that I came there to get. At one point it looked as though I might not be able to get the van, which I had a thought it might happen. Then Eddy Brown came in to offer a deal that would ensure I got the vehicle, yes I may have had to put a little more down but they did offer to take more off the price give me a little extra on my trade in, so how could I resist. Once I agreed to the terms of the deal, little time doing paperwork, and the car getting detailed I was on my way home to show my wife her new ride. I will also add she could not be happier with her new Sienna. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their team to anyone I know looking for a new or used car. I initially emailed the dealership inquiring about a new vehicle. I received a response back immediately asking they could help. I responded back and reiterated what I was looking for. This was Friday. I received a follow up email on Monday asking a few more questions to which I responded. I waited a couple of days with no response. I sent another email asking if they had received my previous email to which I received no response. I then called the next day and asked if they had received my email. They indicated they were waiting to hear back from me? So maybe an issue with email...fine. They indicated that they would put some numbers together for me and asked if texting was ok. I agreed and provided my phone number. I never heard back from them...After 3 days, I went to another dealer and ended up getting a vehicle from them. Very disappointed in the customer service.

We searched the Internet for the best pre-owned Nissan Pathfinder we could find because we really couldn't afford a new one with the options we wanted. We found a listing from Uftring Nissan we were really interested in but we live about 8 hours away. I called and spoke to Jesse Pippens. I explained that because we lived so far away we couldn't drive out to just look and that I needed an accurate, honest representation of the vehicle. Mr. Pippens took several pictures and sent them by text and answered every question I had. We agreed on a price that I think was fair. We made the drive in a rental and Mr. Pippens met us at the drop location. He drove us to dealership where we found vehicle in the condition he described and it was very well detailed. Every step of the purchase was smooth and everyone was very friendly. We believe the long drive was worth it. Would recommend this dealership.

Since moving to the Peoria area over five years ago, my family and I have purchased six cars from Chris at Uftring Nissan. Each purchase experience has been a pleasure. Chris and the other staff at Uftring are consummate professionals with a positive and customer-oriented attitude. The process of choosing and financing are equally easy, fair and transparent. I can honestly say that I never would have believed that purchasing a car could be such a nice experience. OUr most recent purchase experience was even good, although it did not happen under the best circumstances. Our lovely and reliable 2006 Nissan Altima was totaled in an accident (no one was hurt, thankfully). But Chris guided us through the purchase process with his usual wisdom and caring. It actually took some of the sting out of losing the first car that Chris sold us. As always, with Chris and the rest of the team at Uftring buying a car is a pleasure. We wanted to go in for a new vehicle, preferable a mini van. We were struggling to get a new deal because some if the local delaerships in Bloomigton IL were quoting high prices for new as well as old models. We decided to go for some internet quotes and had sent out emails requesting the quotes for new 2012 Nissan Quest. Lettie promptly replied with her quotes incuding a few choices for SV and LE Models. Since her prices seemed pretty reasonable and we also had possibility of getting more discounts, we decided to visit this place at Peoria. We were greeted by Lettie and Curt. Curt showed us the features of the new NISSAN QUEST. He meticulously went through each and every feature and explained in detail. The test drive also was a wonderful experience. When we went to finalise the deal, the fnancing options given to us also seemed reasonable.Within the same day the dea was finalised and we got a good offer. Within 2 days we got delivery of the most awaited mini van. Overall we would rate this as the best experience and would laud Lettie and Curt for their efforts in helping us decide what to buy.

My purchase from Uftring Nissan was coordinated by Lettie through internet sales. She has an amazing ability to make the consumer feel like they are treated fairly. I couldn't wait to meet her in person and was pleased to discover she had detailed knowledge of the specific Nissan model I was buying. I traveled out of state to make this purchase and Lettie continued to assist us down to the last detail. She was so amazing I gave her a hug before we left! Thank you Lettie! I would like to give credit to Derek in financing for clearly explaining all the warranty info. so I could make the best choice. Would I recommend this dealership. Yes! I already have everytime someone asks me (where did you get that nice car).

I would highly recommend Chris Rocke from Uftring Nissan. After just purching my second vehicle from him I can tell you that Chris really cares about his customers. He works hard to build a relationship and ensures that he is meeting your needs every step of the process. Uftring Nissan has GREAT customer service. From the moment you call or stop in, the receptionist has a friendly personality and smile. She acts with urgency to get you where you need to be. The service department also has excellent customer service and truly cares about the customer. The Uftring Nissan environment is freindly and inviting. They have a large waiting area for you to find comfort while your vehicle is being serviced, including free wi-fi and a children's play area that is substansially stocked with toys. The overall experience from everyone I have ever dealt with at Uftring Nissan leaves me with the feeling that I will do business with them again.

Car shopping can be a pain in the rear. Scott was open, honest and friendly. He really listened to our questions, and our needs! The dealership was clean (my wifes comment) All of the support staff were wonderful as well-very helpful and professional!

Not only would I not recommend Uftring Service Department I will not be buying my new car there which I will be replacing within the year. Yes, they are nice when talking with a rep. The problem is that every service I have had done there has had to be redone within a year. I have had back breaks, alignment and struts replaced. With the strut replacement I took it back 3 times because it didn't sound right. My warranty is about done so you can bet I will never walk in the door at Uftring Nissan in Peoria. I have heard other people talk about them in a negative manner as well. Could also be that Nissan puts out crappy replacement parts. I will be passing this car to my husband as his work/golf car and will not be looking for a Nissan. Maybe a Toyota or Honda. First Nissan I have owned also the last Nissan that I will own while I have to have it serviced locally at Uftring.

My husband and I have been thinking of buying a new vehicle for almost a year. And we had to go to Peoria on February 27th and thought we would stop by the Nissan dealer on Allen Road in Peoria. When we pulled in the lot it was very cold, damp and a car salesman was in the lot and I rolled down my window and asked him a question and he was so helpful that he showed us the Cube and explained everything to us and then we test drove on and we fell in love with it and we bought the one they had on the floor and our salesman was just great, very helpful and he knew we were making a major purchase and if I were to buy another vehicle we would definately want Tim Puentes as our salesman. Thank You Tim. And I love my new Cube Krome, for it is so spacious and turnes on a dime overall just wonderful.Thank You Uftring Nissan for having a great salesman we truly enjoyed our experience as a new car owner.Sandy and Joe Clayton

Tim Puentes goes out of his way to be accommodating. Every time I was at the dealership getting my other vehicle serviced, Tim would make a point of saying hello.For the latest pair of trades, Tim was easy to deal with and most accomodating.I had researched trade-in values and had contacted Tim in advance of the specific Town & Country mini-van we wanted to see and try. Tim made sure the vehicle was moved from one Uftring dealership up to his dealership and we made the appointment.Tim was prompt and we had already worked out most of the details.We came in a bit apart on price and I told him what we could handle, and the deal was set. This is the second time that Tim has worked with us without hassles.In addition, Tim took the time to drive home with us to pick up our second traded vehicle so we didn't even have to make a 2nd trip up to his dealership to drop off the second vehicle.You have yourself a jewel of a salesman in Tim, so pleas make sure he is acknowledged.Tom Dorigatti

Many thanks to the sales team at Uftring Nissan! I went into the dealership not really needing a new car, but intrigued by what they had to offer. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between Nissan and their competitors without being overly critical of other car manufacturers. They allowed me to test drive several options over a number of days and never pressured me to make a quick decision. They were not condescending (a rarity for the single female car shopper), cordially and patiently answering even my most basic questions, and made sure I was comfortable with not only my potential new car, but the service facilities as well. Eventually I found my match in a new Cube (as a long time Beetle driver I discovered sometimes a square peg can fill a round hole) and while I wouldn't describe the purchase price as an amazing deal, it was fair. I would certainly recommend them for further purchases.

We were in the market for a mnivan for our family and wanted a "roomy" van. We went to most of the dealerships in the area to see what minvans were out there. When we stopped by Uftring Nissan, we were a expecting a pressure sale and we very pleasantly surprised that we were not pressured but our salesman made sure that he understood what we wanted from a van. Uftring found us a new van with the options that we wanted, worked with us to get us in the price range that we wanted and we love the Quest that we bought! We highly recommend to our friends and family to go to Ufrtring and check the Quest - great, roomy van with plenty of storage space and the Uftring dealership is a great, clean place to go - they are always friendly and seem to care that we got what we wanted and are always quick and fair with our service appointments too!JD

I met Matt Davis at the Peoria auto show. I later purchased a new Murano from him and got a great price for my trade in. What I really appreciated was Matt and the dealership sales staff being helpfull and great to work with and not pressuring me to close the deal. The service department goes the extra step to be sure their work is done promptly and to my satisfaction. It is always enjoyable to go to the dealership - they are the best!

Our family bought a used van from Uftring Nissan. We live out of state and spoke with Lettie Schmitt several times over the phone prior to visiting the dealership. Lettie was extremely helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. All of the staff that we interacted with on our visit were very professional and friendly. They honored the great deal that was made over the phone. It was the best buying experience I have had in all my years of buying vehicle, new or used. I would definitely recommend Uftring Nissan and hope to buy from them again.

I recently needed to go out of town unexpectedly. I was getting close to needing my oil changed, plus my car had been experiencing a moderate vibration in the steering wheel. I was concerned my tires were off balance. I called the Nissan service department to see if there was any way to squeeze me in that afternoon. The gentleman I spoke with, Nick, took my name and number and said he would check and call me back. I thought that was code for 'not a chance'. How pleasantly surprised I was when he called me right back and said they could service my car in an hour. I was absolutely delighted, especially considering the reason I was leaving town was for a funeral. I happened to mention this when I dropped my car off, and when my car was done I was again surprised to find out that they had checked my fluids and filters for free! I just want to thank Nick for his kindness and consideration. I left the dealership feeling as if I mattered. I would definately recommend the Uftring Nissan Service department. Thanks again!
