I typically do not buy cars from a dealership. However I was having a difficult time finding the one I like through private sellers. I found the BMW I was interested in on a Saturday, I looked at it the same day, and bought it the following Monday. Mark was very easy to work with and provided great customer service. I had a small cosmetic issue post-sale that he took care of for me. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Worked with Mike, very nice guy, very knowledgeable about the vehicles in their inventory, test drove a 2008 jaguar XJL, awesome car, very well maintained, very low mileage. Mike made purchase very simple and quick, i like the fact that they issue registration and hard tags at time of purchase. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality used import, these guys are top notch!!!

While searching for a used car online I found Ultimate Motors. I sent a message and got an immediate reply. The customer service was excellent and all questions/concerns were addressed promptly. During the entire buying process I was not pressured and I felt comfortable with the trade in process also. It's so nice when you go for a test drive and you are handed the keys without the sales person following you to the car so your able to test drive it alone. Closing the deal was handled quickly and I was in my new car faster than dealing with the bank. I had a great experience and the entire staff were great. Thanks.

My friend spent months looking for a car, and he stumbled across Ultimate Motors. He had a great experience, and he recommended that I contact Mark Selahi. I had researched a number of opportunities to buy luxury cars through auctions, and was pretty sure I could do better through one of two or three other sources I had developed. I waited for months for one of these other options to come through, to no avail. I shared with Mark Selahi that I did not want to pay retail for a luxury car, and he promised to only contact me if and when he had exactly what I wanted. I was truly amazed when he contacted me with the perfect car at a price several thousand less than I expected. That was great, but when I went to see the car, a 3-year old Mercedes E Class, I was further delighted to learn that it was loaded with lots of options that I didn't expect. In short, I got an amazing deal on this car, and Mark made it as simple as possible by doing the financing and everything else. I only spent a short time in his office signing papers and I drove my car away. I will plan to buy every future car from Mark and Mike, and I recommend that if you are within a reasonable distance of Richmond VA, you do the same. Thanks Guys!

My experience with Mark (Ultimate Motors) was nothing but professional. Never once was Mark over bearing or trying to push a vehicle on me. They have a great stock and the cars sell themselves. I am a very to the point individual and as we all know purchasing a vehicle can be time consuming. This was not the case at all. I was in and out in no time. Mark's customer service went beyond that of which you usually see. Going as far as taking time out of his busy day to personally drive my new vehicle and deliver it half way. This being more than a 2 hour drive one way. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and this business. I highly recommend at minimum you look at the inventory.

Mark has been very patient with me in the purchasing process. He gave me a very fair deal and waited for me to pick up the car for 8 days and did not cash my check until I showed up. He helped me with the DMV paperwork to make registering the car much easier. He came in on a holiday to let me pick up the car and was most professional and pleasant to deal with. I was in the market for a SUV but did not want to clean out my bank account. They worked with me on the price as well as the negative equity on my trade in vehicle and got me into the vehicle that made my family trip a knock out of the park. The vehicle was extra clean, motor ran like a sewing machine, and ride was as smoother than the newer vehicles. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anybody in the market searching for a vehicle. Purchasing a new or used vehicle, you are treated with the highest level of professionalism at all times. First Service on purchased vehicle - Fantastic - I called Mark said I had a headlight out (after 11 months of no problems with my car - at all) He told me to swing by when it was convenient for me he would take care of it - pulled in Friday at lunchtime - less than 30 minutes later I was on the road - for the cost of the lightbulb!!! I doesn't get better than that - I love being treated like royalty - thank you Mark.

I am a first time Mercedes owner and just purchased a 2004 Mercedes E-320 from Mike Bobinsky at Ultimate Motors in Midlothian Virginia as gift for my wife. It was a very laid back transaction process due to Mike's demeanor. These guys are awesome. Mark was a huge help from the start. Took the car for a test drive, and it drove great. Facilities are really nice, and I just got this whole laid-back vibe from Mark. The whole process seemed very chill, but very professional. These guys have been here for 9 years. Mark expressed early on that they deal with higher-end cars, but I felt like I was treated equally through the whole thing with my Rav4. Mark also followed up and helped finalized the loan process, and saw it through to completion. Bottom line, 5 out of 5 stars, across the board!

Ultimate Motors knows how to make a customer feel respected and comfortable during the often unnerving process of car shopping. The quality of the cars on the lot is superb and the staff have a good knowledge of different luxury car makes, models, and...idiosyncrasies. After a significant amount of research, I found a car at the price I wanted listed by Ultimate Motors. The proprietor was low pressure, welcomed any and all questions about the car history, and was not a nuisance during my lengthy check-out procedure and test drive. Negotiations on the car went very smoothly and I believe they will stand by their sale. If you're financing, they have good connections with excellent rates through a credit union. They also make the paperwork easy through many years of experience. I am rating quality of repairs only 4 stars because I have a radio issue they are still working on (they installed a new one due to a blank screen). I am sure it will work out and then I can update the review. I have car sales in my bloodlines and have seen more dealerships than most. These guys do it right.

Mark and Mike are good guys that stand behind what they sell to you. I bought my 2004 CLK320 over a year ago, and have put 15k miles on it with little more than standard maintenance. I am a college student and this was my first used car purchase and Mark and Mike made me feel like family. I can't say enough good things about them, but will tell you if you are weary simply make the drive and check this place out and you will not regret it!

When I called the dealership about a car they had listed online I told Mark which car I was interested in and he immediately began to talk about the car, it's history, what features it had and what they had done to prepare the car for sale. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how helpful he was from the start. Once we decided to come to Midlothian, I contacted him and he set the car aside for us. When we arrived the car was as pristine as described, and we test drove it and it met our expectations. There were some minor dings on the body that he said he would take care of at his expense. We negotiated a price that fit within our expectations and the sale process was seamless and took very little time. Mark was so personable and seemed to genuinely care that we be satisfied with the car. He has arranged to take car of the dings by someone in our hometown. That's great service, from start to finish!

Ultimate Motors Chesterfield Va Pros: 1. The Car 2. The People 3. The Experience Cons: The.check engine light The 1st Saturday in June my wife and I decided to go and look vehicles. Long story short, I dragged her to about 7 different dealers. Finally, I came to Ultimate Motors!! A great place tucked away off Midlothian Turnpike. So you pull on the lot and you see the cleanest cars for sale in Richmond, everything high end, and nobody attacking you before you exit your vehicle. So I tell him I want to look at the E350 wagon that was a really awesome buy and also look at the SRX just because. Mark looked at me and said before you do try this GL 450. I was like Ok but didn't know if it was in my range. Mark says do not worry just drive it and see how you like it. I drove the GL and the SRX I fell for the GL. Mark's partner Mike is a Mercedes encyclopedia and walked me through the details of the vehicle and I was impressed and sold. The Experience was fantastic I felt empowered and in control. I did not have to be sold on the car, the test drive did it. These guys handled the entire process. This was by a long shot the best buying experience in the Richmond metro area.. Mike did a fabulous job assuring that I understood the process every step of the way. So here is the kicker. The check engine light came on they had a hose replaced no questions asked and the light has been fine. I had not purchased a warranty and the car was sold as is and they replaced it anyway. I will be returning to this lot and recommending family and friends.

Our family has been dealing with Ultimate Motors for 10 years. The SL 550 is the fourth car my wife and I have bought from them and for the family we are close to ten. In most cases I told Mark what we were looking for and he found it. Ultimate does not sell you a car, they allow you to buy one. After sale service is the best. My wife and I had been looking for a van for about a month. We just couldn't seem to find anything we really liked or anyone we really wanted to do business with. We had been to a lot of dealerships and just felt like we were being strung along and I was really getting turned off from dealerships. Then by chance we looked at a car that Mike and Mark were selling! Mark was extremely gracious and went over and above to help us get into a great Honda Odyssey. Mike was tremendous to work with. He let us have our space when we needed to talk and was just very knowledgeable. Outside of a great car buying experience, these are guys that I would seriously like to watch a ball game with. Our next car purchase won't be for a little while, but I have every intention on going back to these guys in the future!

i had a great experience working with these guys. I moved from michigan to North Carolina and took the 2.5 hour drive to this dealership. They kept in great communication with me even with the snow storms that we had both in NC and VA. The car was very clean and hope to enjoy it for a long time. Due to just moving I didn't have anyone to bring me to them so they allowed me to park my old vehicle at the lot, if that doesn't exemplify great customer service. I would recommend doing business with them.

I am a novice regarding high-end automobiles -- but I wanted one. A friend of my son's swore by someone named Mark at Ultimate Motors and I put my trust in Mark. Trust well-placed! Mark quickly found the exact automobile I wanted, kept me informed along the way, and made the entire process so easy. I was so excited about my pending purchase I asked Mark to surround my BMW with the National Guard. Mark did better -- he put the BMW in the garage so the fierce snow-storm would not "injure it." Mark might have been a teacher -- he is clear, organized, and personable. Mark was helpful and answered my naive questions in a patient and courteous way. After my experience at Ultimate Motors I will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase an automobile, especially if Mark is there.

I had been viewing their inventory on their website for some time as they consistently display high quality one owner cars in their inventory. I never thought I would finally drive over from Gloucester (about 75 miles) to see a one owner Honda Odyssey Touring van but that is what our family did recently. Upon arrival, we were not disappointed; the vehicle was immaculate and it was clear that it had been well maintained and that a quality detail and reconditioning took place, including two new Michelin "run flats" on the front. Mike and Mark are very personable and knowledgeable about the field; their prices are fair and we suspect that this will not be our last purchase from them (hopefully we will be adding another Mercedes AMG to our household at some point--Ultimate Motors will certainly be an easy contender for our business) :). Give them a try for your high end import vehicle purchase--out of respect for their business model don't bargain too hard on prices as they are generally quite competitive to begin with. ;)

I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical when my daughter suggested I visit Ultimate Motors to purchase a vehicle. My SAAB was on its last leg and I had to get a reliable vehicle replacement. I have never bought a used vehicle before and was surprised with the quality of the vehicle, But more importantly, to seal the deal, I immediately felt like the salesman was knowledgeable and trustworthy. The financing was very easy and effortless. Although my heart told me I really needed a Porsche my brain told me I needed something savvy but practical and so I ended up with a Mercedes SUV. What can I say other than what has been said here. Mark and Mike are the people to go to when you need a genuine quality vehicle. Smooth transaction from start to finish and they work with you. I came away with a BMW 330XI and still am wearing a smile. I even went through my own credit union and drove the car away the same day. Mind you, I had a trade in and there was no haggling or pressure as you get from other car dealers. They really know their job and you will definitely come away not feeling like you have been put through the car buying wringer, Do your research, have an idea of what you want and go and see Mark and Mike. The reviews I read prior to going to see them are all real. They really deliver and I'll bet you'll be wearing a smile on your face and not feel like you've been taken for a ride. These folks are genuine. When my wife is ready for another car we will surely be back to see them.

I had been searching for a small to mid-size SUV for a while, and had stopped by Ultimate Motors when we began the actual search. Mark was friendly and accommodating and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. While the BMW X3 he showed me was a little above my budget, he was right in that it checked all the boxes of what I wanted, and it was priced competitively. And every vehicle that I looked at after that just did not compare - not as many options, not a local vehicle, didn't run as well, or just not as incredibly clean - no other vehicle was nearly as great as the one at Ultimate Motors. No high pressure sales, no pitches, no stepping away to get a "manager" to twist your arm (yeah, I really hate that dealer tactic). Mark was just really easy to work with. And when we had a pre-sale inspection done he was very responsive in addressing the item that concerned us most. I do believe he didn't just want to sell us a vehicle, but a good vehicle that I would love and would be able to rely on. I know it may be hard to believe a dealer that only gets super 5-star ratings, but these great reviews have been earned. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family, and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. If you see something you like at Ultimate Motors - go check it out. Don't let the outside fool you - this is premier car buying at its best - The emphasis here is the car of your dreams - made affordable and fair - you will not be paying for advertising, fluff in the lot or other "gimmicks" - Mark and Mike have, through their combined years of knowledge and service, arrived at an uncompromising quality of product, quality of inventory and down-to-earth honest human to human interaction. They actually want you to leave happy. I have been researching the car I knew I wanted for several months - I had done my homework on pricing, quality, car history and found that what I wanted was hard to find. Many places had my car - ostensibly - but a little digging and questioning always came up wrong. Not to sound sappy, but I have worked too long and too hard for the money to be frustrated and disappointed. I had nearly given up. Ultimate motors was actually referred to me by my son-in-law who I depend on to guide me with cars. He called up Mike, he had the car. We went over that evening and looked every inch over in the warmth of his rear showroom - What a pleasant and friendly experience. There was absolutely no pressure. I purchased a beautiful Lexus GX 470 Navigation with a one owner perfect service record for far less than what the "BIG" dealerships were offering. Not only that, Mike and Mark both told my son-in-law how really smart and nice I was. Well, maybe that part is a fib but I am getting ready to pick up the phone and ask Mike to find me a new pickup truck, after all, I don't want my dream car getting dirty!!! We found the vehicle that we have been waiting for here at Ultimate Motors. A little Smart car that we could tow behind the RV. These folks had the right car and the right price. I was a little skeptical at first but as I continued to check this place out (Reading reviews and such online) I felt secure enough to call them. I'm so glad I did. The guy I dealt with was Mark and he is nothing short of professional. He answered all of my questions to the point that I was ready to drive the 2.5 hours to the dealership to close the deal. It didn't look like much (the dealership) online. I was shocked when I arrived. The place was full of top of the line autos at great prices and you walk in to find the convertibles housed in a large showroom in back. Even though I was only buying a little Smart car here at this place full of autos by Mercedes and Lexus I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Mark showed me the car and went through all the features then sent me on a test drive. when I returned he gave me all the time I wanted to inspect and kick the tires with out any (I mean 0) pressure. When I was ready he completed the documents (15-20minutes maybe) and I was on my way home with the little Smart. I couldn't have asked that it be any easier. I will add that this is the 1st car I've ever bought that I didn't feel the need to negotiate the price, it was a good deal from the very beginning so I won't say it will be my last one. I will most likely be contacting Mark and Ultimate Motors for my next vehicle purchase. If you are looking for a Nice top shelf used vehicle then you need to give these folks a call, you'll be glad you did. N/A on Quality of repairs because I didn't/haven't required any repairs but based on other reviews I feel prettycertain they would earn 5 stars there as well

Discovering Ultimate Motors was a true find!! Not only do we love the Volvo SUV we purchased, the process was easy and upfront. Even better the people (Mike and Mark) were engaging, genuine and friendly. I never like this process and find it extremely uncomfortable. This experience was completely different and my husband and I would do business with Mike, Mark and Ultimate Motors again! Easy decision because the process and the people make a huge difference. If you want a wonderful car from honest people and an easy, upfront process -- Ultimate Motors is the place to go!

From calling and inquiring about a used car that I was really unable to locate anywhere else, I immediately felt felt the sincerity and honesty right off, I spoke with Mark and told this is the car I want which he happend to have, after trying at the only other dealership that had one yet to no avail, honestly speaking im glad the other dealer was not as helpful which in return made me make the call.When dealing with someone to purchase a vehicle you should hope someone who is honesty and of his words.Only drawback is now my wife wants another vehicle after seeing what he has to offer, all in all my best car buying experience ever!

Drove up from NC to hopefully purchase a 2008 Miata, Mark and I had agreed on a price and if the car looked as good in person as it did on the internet, he would have a buyer. Small issue on the hood, last wax job, they immediately rewaxed the hood and made it look new. Great at doing the paperwork, in and out and back on my way to NC in less than 30 minutes not including the test drive. I have and would recommend this dealership to others and will buy from him again. Tried to talk my wife into buying a car for her and now really wish I had as she is taking over my fun driving Miata.

I purchased A Jaguar XK8 Convertible From Mark and could not be happier. During negotiations I found Mark to be fair in his pricing and above all honest. I have not had any problems with my Jaguar. A few years ago my wife and I were taken advantage of by a used car dealer in Northern Va. After that experience you can imagine how cautious and alert we were when negotiating the purchase of the Jaguar with Mark. I realize Mark is in business to make a profit however in my heart I feel he takes pride in being an honest and accountable Human Being first and foremost. I sometimes check his inventory looking for another good used car only because of the good experience I had during my first purchase.

I recently wrote a review of this dealership prior to actually calling them and discussing the problems I was having with the car. I was upset that I had so many problems and made a hasty decision to write a bad review instead of contacting Mark. Since then I have talked to Mark and he fixed everything for me and offered to fix any other problems that I have as well. I wanted to make sure that since I cannot remove my old review, the only 2 star review on this dealership, that I make up by placing a 5 star review to offset my previous bad review. I should have called them before placing the review and wanted to make sure everyone who does do business with them should know that they go above and beyond after the sale because they actually do care about the client and their reputation.

These guys were fantastic and just as important, they stand behind their vehicles. Purchased a used BMW for my Mom. After a couple weeks I had an issue with the drivers heated seat. Mark was so helpful in assisting me with my BMW Claim and coordinating with the local BMW dealership to get my issue resolved. It was a very time consuming ordeal but in the end I'm very pleased with the outcome. Mark and Mike are class-acts. I wouldn't hesitate coming back to them again in the future to purchase another vehicle.

I was in the market for a newer model BMW but wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. After I explained my very specific wants and needs, Mark (with his extensive knowledge on sport and power) and Mike (with the comfort and style knowledge) put their heads together and came up with the perfect recommendation. After buying the car an unforeseeable tire defect issue occurred and they were more than happy to handle the problem at no charge to me. These guys are a real class act.

I purchased a beautiful Lexus last week from Ultimate Motors and I have to say it was one of the most stress free experience I have ever had for a major purchase. Even though I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, Mark, the owner, gave me some suggestions of things I hadn't even thought about. I felt when I drove off the lot that I knew exactly what I bought and what I could expect from this car choice. I also felt truly taken care of when I heard a funny noise a few days later and brought it back in to check...it was a small repair but was included in the service of this company. I would suggest that anyone in the market for a high end vehicle make sure they check with Ultimate Motors first! I had gone to a number of car dealers before I came here and none of them made me feel as comfortable. I also was surprised that I got something different than what I had originally thought I absolutely wanted...Mark is a talented "Car Psychologist"! He knew more of what I was looking for than I did.

I bought a used 2005 Lexus GX470 and have had nothing but problems. I had to spend over $1000 on repairing the radiator, tire pressure sensor ( I suspect Ultimate knew about this but just reset it when I bought it), caliper sliders and worn pads on rear, and I have check engine lights that are coming on. I suspect they knew about the check engine lights as well because I had Lexus pull a complete history and it looks like they took the car to a local dealership near them and the check engine light was on but they had Lexus reset it. Anyway, they haven't offered to help with any costs but I guess that is what I get for buying a used car. I guess all these other 5 star reviews had much better luck then me. Oh, and I rated them low on Quality of Repairs because they put an aftermarket axle on my Lexus instead of an OEM and my local mechanic says that may be what is causing the droning noise at interstate speeds and they said they checked the brakes on the car before I bought it but missed the seized caliper slider.

I just purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz from Ultimate Motors. I spoke with Mark on the phone several times before driving 3 hours to make this purchase. Mark answered all my questions with confidence and he knew every detail about this Mercedes. On the day of purchase I was helped by Mike and he was really friendly and he could answer all my questions as well. Mike showed me how every function on the car works and explained everything in detail. I am really happy I drove 3 hours to make this purchase. If I purchase another car I will most definitely will contact Ultimate Motors first these guys are great!!!. Thanks guys for all your help.

All of the reviews speak truth. Everyone was friendly and there was no pressure at all. All questions were answered with out dancing around the answer. When I asked about the break pads, they even broke out a flashlight to show me. This was an easy transaction and I definitely buy from them again!

Mark and Mike are wonderful to work with and are truly knowledgable of their vehicles and the business. They deliver just what they say they will and the vehicles are of high quality. Repairs from the test drive were noted and completed for delivery. The offices and showroom are clean, modern, and welcoming. I'm an out of town buyer that contacted Mark about the 2004 Lexus RX 330 SUV. He told me to come up on Sunday to look at the car since I was working the day prior. I likethe fact that the he was up front, had CARFAX at the ready when I arrived, and pleasent. Test drive wasawesome! The experience was grade A+. Not pushy and great overall experience. Please guys! I spoke with Mark for the first time on a Thursday we set an appointment for that Saturday and I took delivery on the following Thursday. As a former used car salesmen I can say with total honesty I have never met a more professional person he was not just a salesmen but a person I would deal with and recommend friends to. Forget all of your images of underhanded used-car dealers. Mark is the real deal.I recently bought a used Lexus RX 330 from Ultimate Motors and it was the easiest decision on a vehicle I have ever made. I tested several vehicles on the lot before deciding on the '04 RX 330.The price was very fair and it even came with a warranty. BONUS!! But what separates Mark from other dealers is customer service....That is why he has a 5 star rating (try to find another dealer with as many reviews) and that is why I will refer friends and buy again at Ultimate Motors.

I am a "car guy"..I love'em and always have.I am,however, on a budget.My search for the best car for the $, led me to Mark Selahi and Ultimate.I had just put a deposit on a similar car and couldn't sleep knowing that I was trading down a couple years and getting less options.I went back on the inet, for the umpteenhth time ,determined to find a car that was right for me.I thought I found it some 800 miles away.I called Mark and the rest is history.He described the car honestly and succinctly. answering all my questions,while offfering his professional opinions...the car went off to pre purchase inspection and I booked a flight to Va.The car was as described and to some degree, even BETTER that anticipated. I have never dealt with a used car dealer with more integrity and intelligence . His cars are properly picked and my faith in buying a used car from a dealer (this one anyway) has been restored.I would do it again in a heartbeat... and I've got some friends around Cape Cod who might do the same .They are mighty jealous of my "new" car and if they're smart,they'll let Mark find them a car too. one hint to them though,don't drive through Baltimore /Washington between 3:30-6:30 pm DURING A WEEKDAY UGH !!! The car has had no issues and I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Mark. This is my second purchase from Ultimate Motors. I was looking for a mid-sized SUV for my son as he headed off to college. Mark always has a great inventory of quality vehicles that are in excellent condition. My son loves his new car! And for peace of mind, Mark offers a great insurance program that covers repairs to the vehicle. When my credit union was a little slow in completing all of the necessary papwerwork, Mark spoke with them directly and got us through the log jam in time for my son to take the car down to college on time! I recently purchased a 2005 VW Touareg from Ultimate Motors. I was looking for this particular vehicle and found this one almost 100 miles away. It was in my price range and had all the options I wanted. The mileage was a little high but it was very well kept. I viewed a couple other vehicles that were a lot closer but were in poor or un-kept shape. So I took a chance and made the drive and I was very impressed with what I saw. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Mark was friendly and answered all my questions with out any runaround. Overall Mark made the drive worth it. A few days later we made the drive again and completed our purchase. Mark was able to quickly and stress free, get the paperwork process complete so we could get back on the road in a good time. I would recommend Mark and Ultimate Motors to others who are looking for a friendly and no fuss experience in purchasing a well kept used vehicle.

My experience has turned out to be a pleasant surprise...Mark is knowledgable,personable and has integrity. 2 issues surfaced shortly after the purchase of my Lexus ES300, Mark quickly made the repairs at no additional cost to me. I've boughts two used cars from Mark and he was awesome each time. My sister referred me in the beginning when I was looking for my son another car. From the first time I met Mark he was so pleasant and very friendly. I promised him I would be back. OH yes, I went returned this month to purchase another car. He was GREAT again. I couldn't believe he actually remembered me and my last purchase. I will always purchase my cars from Mark. I've never had this wonderful customer service before when buying a car.
