Nit use to seeing a Dodge at a Mercedes dealership but thank God it was there cause it was what I was looking for. I also got the service that you would excepted at a Mercedes dealership. My sales guy Ben was cool, i would recommend him if you were to ever do business here.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was treated with courtesy and respect. Very important to a woman alone. Mike Bekenshteyn was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very informative. My comfort and understanding of the experience were of utmost importance to Mike Bekenshteyn, Chris Palmisano and Mario Sanfilippo. I couldn't be more pleased with my new car experience.

I purchased a VW Tiguan on Labor Day and had a very god experience with the Sales person, Mike, and the young man who had had just started, Devin. Both were engaging and filled with information that was useful.The deal on the car was excellent.Mario, the financing department representative was great to deal with. The only issue that might be addressed are the duplicate documents needing signatures. Perhaps the use of an automated system would help this.Many thanks.

Purchasing our SUV at Umansky was wonderful. No games. No stress. No pressure. Working with Ben McCulley was a treat. Laid back... informative... a real nice guy. I didn't plan on financing our vehicle there, but they had better rates than my credit union. Winning! Chris in the finance department was top notch as well. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Umansky in the future.

I purchased two cars from Eliud Mendez and would buy my next car from him. Not only did I get a great deal with NO pressure but was treated with respect. He called me 2 months later to remind me he would wash my car free for me. More importantly when I told him my Son was in the hospital he called me to check three days later to check up on him. I don't consider him a sales guy, I consider him my friend. I tell anyone who likes my PASSAT to see Eliud at Umansky Auto. When Umansky's Sales manager Young Kim found out I drive 100 to 125 miles a day for work he extended my warranty to 125,000 miles. Chris Palmisano explained in detail my options for financing and warranty information. I bought additional insurance for damaged tires. Three weeks later I had a nail in the sidewall of my right rear tire. The insurance paid for itself in three weeks. When I brought the car in Anne Lindert in service she found a car for me to use because I had a Dr appointment an hour later, Why would I go any where else.

I was pleased with my experience at Umansky as the salesman I was working with made the sale vey personal. He wasn't afraid to make a lower priced deal to get the sale and that of course is exciting as the buyer. He happened to be from overseas and made me coffee from his home country as well as when the sale was final gave me chocolate as a thank you. He didn't come to work on a daily business to be cut throat you could tell he was good at his job. Since the purchase he has followed up twice on the cars performance.

Eliud and his manager made us feel like at home and that is a lot. we left knowing we can count on them and trust them. The greatness of the service was something I will sell every time someone asks me of them or from where I bought my car. My family knows Eliud from a while back since he sold them their first car coming to the state of Wisconsin and they were so thankful of his service and attention that when me and wife said we are getting a new car they said you have to go to Eliud! And that how it happened. One thing that I really liked is how his manager Brian Hansen backed him up and everything of our process, that says a lot of the business. Overall Best experience I have had at a Dealership.

I have purchased 3 vehicles through this dealership with great sales and service every time. When the dealer ownership changed recently, I was wondering if this would continue. It has not only continued, but it is actually better than before. I have had 3 small service issues which Todd Dekker has handled quickly and in a very professional manor. He even offered a repair at cost due to some warranty issues (above and beyond my expectations). Just when I thought that was exceeding my expectations, I had the pleasure of talking to the Sales Manager Young Lee who decided that the full cost should be refunded. I was completely shocked - no questions asked - no hesitation - he just said he was mailing me the refund check. I have never been treated that way by a sales manager or service professional (we have owned 14 or 15 new cars and several used cars). Mr. Lee even gave me his cell phone number if I ever needed anything!!! I have never seen anything like this. And it all started a few years ago with Josette Ott who sold us our first car and then the next 2. Josette was actually the one who introduced me to Young Lee when he first started there and he remembered me when I talked to him on the phone. Josette also introduced me to all of the service people (including Todd) when we bought our first car. The customer service at this dealership is above and beyond any company (auto and non-auto) that I have ever dealt with. I am a customer for life.

I was not even a little in the market for a new car when a catastrophic engine failure forced me into Umansky"s service department. Unfortunately, the nature of the issue bewildered even them. After several difficult conversations, they resolved the situation with grace, caring, sincerity and generosity. I cannot say enough good about them. They truly made the best of an unfortunate situation. Having been long term customers of Concourse, my husband and I are extremely impressed with the new Umansky Motor Cars.

I didn't want to get a new car but unfortunately my car was totaled. I had no idea of what car I wanted. Purchasing a car is a big deal for me. With that being said I needed to take my time and really think about what I wanted. After test driving a few I made a decision on one, however I still wanted to sleep on it. Eliud focused on serving me. He was knowledgable about the vehicles and answered any questions or concerns I had. I am happy with the final decision I made. Long story short: Needed help with lug nut key and removal of lug nut.Ken Anderson was so kind. He and the service staff got me in and out in 10 minutes with a small job of getting a locked lug nut off so I could change my tire on my own! they did it for no charge. I will no doubt stop here first when I am in the market for a new car!

We are on our 3rd Mercedes over the last 3 years from this dealer. My wife has owned 2 GLK's and loved both of them. I recently got a CLA and can't begin to say how much I have enjoyed it. Josette Ott was our sales person on all 3 cars. She knows all of the details on every vehicle we looked at and was not high pressure to make the sale. In my 30 plus years of buying new cars, Josette has been the most honest, upfront and trustworthy sales person I have ever dealt with. When we get our next 2 Mercedes, we will be going back to this dealer and to Josette for sure. Todd in the Service Department was also great on a couple of small issues.

My experience at Umansky was satisfactory from beginning to end. Eliud, who assisted me with my purchase, was friendly, personable, and overall a pleasure to do business with. I did not feel pressured to purchase, especially right away, which is an issue at other dealers. I was also impressed with the dealers flexibility as a whole throughout the purchase process. My every need was was met from beginning to end.Mario, the finance manager, was very informative and easy to work with. He's also a huge car enthusiast himself which made for great conversation. I felt that the employees here truly care about the cars and their owners, not the sales. Normally I replace the dealer license plate frames, but I have no shame in seeing the Umansky logo adorned on the back of my car. They also did not stick their logo to the back with vinyl, which is nice. Would highly recommend purchasing from this dealer if anything on their lot interests you.

My experience going through the purchase process was very good. Eliud Mendez was the sales representative I dealt with, and he was friendly, responsive, professional, and timely in his dealings with me throughout the purchase. I was introduced to the sales manager and general manager of the dealership and both were polite and professional. I was given a competitive price on the car I purchased and a fair trade-in value. Overall, it was a positive expereince.

We originally called about a vehicle that was sold before we were able to come see it, but Eliud called with another vehicle he thought would fit our needs. He was very right. His demeanor, and everyone else's we had any level of exchange with at this dealership was extremely kind, professional, and exuded experience and trustworthiness. Several weeks ago I was in an accident and I was left without a vehicle. I called Umansky motors to find a replacement and was put in touch with Eliud. When I explained my situation he offered to bring the Mercedes Benz that I was considering out to my home in Sussex. He took the time to explain the car to me at my home. Made all the arrangements for the financing and even came back the next day to drive me to the dealership to pick up my new E class.Eliud and Umansky Motor Cars made the whole process seamless and pain free. One recent extremely windy day, I was driving my small soft top car, when out of the blue I was hit by a flying bus stop structure. The winds had lifted it up from its moorings and jettisoned it right into my car. I walked away from what could have been a horrific event. While the posts of my cari did to break, for which I'm very grateful, I realized that I wanted to be in a more substantial car that was very heftier and safety oriented. For my purposes at this stage in life, a smaller SUV fit the bill! Tom Scott was the person we immediately called, for we are returning customers of his! He's knowledgeable, competent, experienced, and personable. He arranged for me to test drive a GLA250 4-matic for a day which was all the test-driving I needed. Bought the car the very next day. Tom's also very patient for he spent quite awhile introducing me to the car's various features and systems. The day I picked it up, I had to drive it in a big snow storm. It did great! High marks for Tom and my new SUV!

I went to Umansky's to get my vehicle fixed do to an error on my part. The service center was very helpful and went over a detailed list of what was going into the repair. The repair was expensive however that was my mistake for braking my vehicle in the first place. I decided to trade in my vehicle due to the expensive repair. Steve from the service center got me in touch with Eliud who was super helpful in assisting me during the process of trading in my broke vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle. Eliud got us a great price for our trade in and super easy no negotiating price for the new vehicle. The process was smooth and not stressful. We will definitely being doing all of our future business though Umansky's.
