My XF got its service done! Was quite odd when I was brought a Honda Civick for a courtesy cat! I thought I would get at least A jaguar vehicle while they worked on my Jagauar! I mean I understand that they are backed up due to covid but a Honda. This Courtesy car jist made me understand why I went to Jaguar! Me driving this Honda just felt surrealistic odd!

Union Park Jaguar is amazing for all of your Jaguar sales and service needs! Mr. Smith, the Jaguar manager is so welcoming and friendly, as well as the service manager Mr. Poppiti. When I got my 2016 Jaguar XFS serviced, Mr. Poppiti explained everything thoroughly and even provided a good brunch place while there from out of town. Thank you Mr. Poppiti and Mr. Smith for going out of your way to provide great customer service.

Joe at Union Street Jaguar Wilmington Delaware, is a scammer! I took my mentally challenged brother there to get a key for his Jaguar and because of hard times I was going to pay for him to get the key for his car. We was quoted 150 dollars on the phone from the parts department but Joe being the scammer he is told us that we had to purchase 2 sets of key and that he would not sell us just one key! How dare you pray on the poor/mentally challenged?

I purchased my jaguar from a dealership in PA but after today having service at this location. I don’t see myself going anywhere else. I purchased a part on Wednesday, the part was here the next day and my service was completed the same day within an hour. The lobby was nice, the customer service was excellent and most importantly the job was done right and FAST. Love it !!!!!
