I purchased a Toyota Avalon with a rebuilt title earlier this year. It was a quality car for a fair price. Bobby, the owner, made sure the car was clean and replaced the battery (which had died in the cold) the day of delivery. This was greatly appreciated. When we signed the buyer's agreement, Bobbie had also promised to furnish a couple of used remote key fobs, as the vehicle came with none. I wrongly assumed this meant fobs that were undamaged. However, after driving an extra trip to Sellersburg to pick them up later, I was disappointed to find one of them was partly broken around the key ring. That's not a big deal until you realize that a small, partial ring made of plastic won't last very long before it completely breaks, (I've had many break before) and that replacing and programming a new fob costs $150-$200 at a Toyota dealer. Once that ring breaks, it's practically useless. Bobby then promised I would receive a replacement (undamaged) fob "later this week" or "by next Thursday." This turned into two months and still no fob. I also noticed my follow up texts, emails and phone calls were mostly ignored during this timeframe. I ended up having to buy a fob on my own ($77) plus programming fee ($55). The experience left a sour taste due to several broken promises and "lip service" on what should have been a simple solution--especially after I spent over 7K at this establishment. The lack of customer service and common courtesy makes me hesitant in referring other customers to Unique Auto. Too bad, as it seems he has a good concept going with refurbishing salvage/rebuilt titles into quality cars. It seems Bobby is more eager to make a sale, than to follow through on the details once the transaction is complete. So if you buy here, don't expect much of anything once you pick up your vehicle--even if it is in writing.

Buying a 2002 Honda Civic from Unique Auto was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. While I was a little reluctant about buying a rebuilt vehicle, owner Bobby Windell showed me pictures of the damage sustained in the accident and described in detail the repairs that were necessary. I took the car to my mechanic to have it inspected and he confirmed everything that Bobby had told me. Bobby also took the car to the Honda dealership to have recall work completed before we picked up the car. The actual buying experience was great. I have purchased both new and used cars over the years and have come to expect many hours of sitting around the dealership waiting to get the process completed. Bobby had all the paperwork ready when I came in to pick up the car and I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes (note: I wasnt financing the vehicle so we didnt have to go through that process). In my opinion Bobby is an honest, sincere, and knowledgeable car dealer. Unique Auto will be my first stop when looking for a used car!

I purchased a rebuilt title 2009 Chevy Silverado w/ 40k miles from Unique Auto LLC. After having vehicle now for 6 months I can assure the savings was well worth the risk as many would say. With before and after photos on file and a carfax history report, making my decision was easy. Hope this helps many others out there when deciding if Unique Auto is worth the time. We are thankful to have found Unique Auto! On a limited budget we were able to get financing and full coverage insurance on the 2012 Honda Civic w/ rebuilt title. Before and after photos and Bobby's honesty is what sold us. We just felt he was as honest and gave us the opportunity to inspect and drive as long as needed before we made our decision. Thankful to have taken the "risk" as many feel with the rebuilt titles. As for I and my family we will not be afraid of any rebuilt titles through Unique Auto LLC. Thank you again for such a deal. Thanks to the many good reviews is why I considered and why I wrote one for future potential customers as this guy is legit!!

This year I was looking for two vehicles, one each for my wife and I. Bobby went out of his way to find them and I now have both vehicles I was looking for. Both are excellent and I haven't had any issues. Bobby was very knowledgeable on rebuilds and only sells quality cars. When I tell people they are rebuilds they can't believe it!. I saved so much money at Unique Auto and I recommend this business to everyone I know. I've always refused to buy from car lots due to the hassle and hounding. This is not the case here. I just recently purchased a used vehicle from Unique Auto and Bobby made purchasing a car stress free and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile and some to make sure me and my finace were satified with what we wanted to purchase. His prices are reasonable and fair when negotiating. Quality small dealer that I have watched move inventory rapidly and grow in the past eight or so years and had the opportunity to finally do business this past week. For a 2 guy shop they have my business and will be recommended to friends and family. Bobby is as down to earth and does not remind you of the typical salesman as he let me make the decisions from inspecting unit to deciding to purchase without any pressure from him. First vehicle that I have bought in eight years . If I had known about Bobby and his dealership I would not have waited so long. Great cars and great prices! The lady at the bank could not get over the car I got and what I paid for it when she was inspecting it. Great to know that Bobby can service it too. I will be back .

My experience at Unique Auto was the opposite of what I thought buying a Used Car would be like. Very open, low pressure, wanted to make sure the car was a good fit for me. I was buying for my son so wanted an affordable, dependable car to get him through college. Bobby was very up front about title and what happened to the car. Had the before pictures to point out the damage and how it was fixed. Encouraged taking the car anywhere to have it checked out. This one was a Lexus and took it to the Lexus dealer. Great review by the mechanic at Lexus. Got much more car than I thought I would for the money. No question I would go to Bobby again and would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Been very fortunate to never have bought used before until the kids started driving and that is when the search AND the Challenge began. After searching for more than a month I decided to give the smaller lots a chance due to my price range of 10k and under. Finding quality and cleanliness I found was more than a challenge during my search. So impressed with Bobby. Takes alot of pride in the vehicles he sells and is very upfront with you on the condition, pluses and any minus of the vehicle you are looking at. He made me very comfortable with the buying process. Provides what I consider quality used cars in excellent condition and very competiitive prices that I could never find anything close at a big named dealership elsewhere. I bought a rebuild title Volvo from Bobby at Unique Auto,and while I might have previously had reservations about buying a rebuild, I am glad I looked into it because I got a great car at a great price. Bobby had information about the vehicle and its condition and repairs, and encouraged me to have my mechanic check it out. I did, and it passed with flying colors; even the mechanic said I was getting a good deal and it was a good car, in good condition. I came away with the Volvo I wanted at thousands less than other ones I'd looked at. Bobby was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me at all in the sale, and it has to be the most relaxed buying experience I've had. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely keep him in mind the next time we need to purchase a vehicle, as well as recommend him to friends.

After almost a year looking for a loaded 4 door tundra I found a rebuilt title from Unique Auto... With the car history report and photos of the light damage I couldn't believe they would buy-back the vehicle from the original owner as it was priced very good considering being a 1-owner with very well maintained records. That was the biggest benefit of dealing with Unique, the price and the detailed info provided before purchase on a rare piece that I know from looking was hard to find! Thanks for the 4 year warranty and your assistance with providing us a vehicle that will last a lifetime!! Never thought I would consider rebuilt titles until I found Unique Auto. With photos of the damage before repair along side the car history report and the option to take to my mechanic was very helpful in making my decision. Before this purchase I was very skeptical of rebuilt titles due to peoples opinion and hear say, but after dealing with Bobby I will consider anything they have for sale and highly recommend!

Never considered a small dealer until I met Bobby at Unique! The facility is top notch (for a smaller dealer in a brand new commercial bldg.) in a great location directly off the I-65 exit. I highly recommend this dealer as I try to deal local and with the (smaller guys) when you can trust them, and that my friends is the challenge with almost all dealers. With a small service center I now use Unique Auto for all my repairs!
