If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, United Chrysler Dodge Jeep is the place to go!!! The service is exceptional. The guys there really go out of their way to make sure your experience is a good one. I personally would like to thank Fernando and Anthony for making my jeep purchase, my best experience. Had a wonderful experience here leasing my new Jeep Wrangler! Ari, Anthony and entire team were very friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process quick and easy. We made the trip to this dealership from Manhattan and are so happy we did! We visited the local Manhattan dealership but the customer service in Manhattan didn’t even come close to United. Would definitely recommend going to United Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

I have been leasing cars for many years in the NY area, always willing to travel a distance to get the most for my money. When United Chrysler of Bay Ridge was recommended to me by a friend after my several unsuccessful experiences in Upstate NY, I decided to heed his advice and take a road trip to Brooklyn. I'm so glad I did! I leased a fully-loaded, new Jeep Cherokee for less than estimates I was given at the other dealerships I visited. In addition, the staff was welcoming and attentive, without me feeling pressured at all. I was extremely impressed with the customer service; the management team, especially Mr. Anthony Burke, made my experience pleasant and stress-free, with the paperwork very easy to navigate. When my current lease ends, I look forward to another satisfying experience at United Chrysler~definitely a 5-Star dealership!

I have purchased and leased many vehicles in my lifetime. I had a few unpleasant experiences but this time it was very different. I I really don't write reviews often but this dealership is worthy of it. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a gentleman with a warm welcome. I looked a around the showroom and for once I wasn't attacked by salesman trying to pressure me into buying a car. The salesman was attentive and available to answer any questions I had without him smothering me. After choosing the right color and options the salesman sat me down to discuss lease payments. This is usually the part I don't like doing. Nothing worse than going back and forth with the salesman trying to get the best payment that fits in my budget. This was the first time at a dealership where we didn't play the back and forth game. The man in charge Anthony Burke got involved almost immediately. He greeted me and offered me something to drink and thanked me for coming to his dealership rather than discuss lease payments right away. Absolutely no pressure from him or the salesman at all. Mr. Burke was very transparent and went over a few lease options for me and we made a deal. I was in and out of the dealership and took my new Jeep home in less than and hour and 20 min!! This was my best experience doing business! 5 STARS!!!

Amazing customer service. The management team is a pleasure to work with. You would never know that the used car selection is not brand new cars they look like they just came off the showroom floor!
