I had a great experience and great value with the UM people! Great selection of vehicles in excellent shape. I thought the vehicle I chose was a 2021 because of the shape it was in. Turns out it's a 2017! John was great, very personable and no pressure sales. I would recommend my family, friends and work associates that are in the market for a vehicle to stop in at United Motors first! You won't go wrong!

I’ve been looking for a car for weeks and was very happy to find an excellent deal here at United Motors. Jon was extremely knowledgeable on all of the cars in his lot and has them all inspected before putting them up for sale. He was the only car dealer I had encountered that seemed to genuinely want me to purchase the right car for me instead of trying to make a quick sale. He wasn’t pushy in the slightest and was very honest about issues the cars had. Highly recommend!

John was fantastic to work with, and the whole experience was great. The car was already priced $200 below the low end of the KBB value, and we got it for a little cheaper than that. John seemed genuine, made sure we could inspect the car to our liking, and made sure we were certain before we put down a deposit. The price in person was the same as the website, whereas some other dealers had $1500 differences between the two, and I think shows United Motors is upfront and honest. Overall, I think we got a great deal, and I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY,LIKE MOST USED CAR SALES THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS. I PURCHASED A USED PICKUP AND THE FANCY EXTENDED WARRANTY WHICH COVERS THE VEHICLE BUMPER TO BUMPER AS PER JOHN. A MONTH AFTER THE PURCHASE I FIND OUT THE TRUCK NEEDS A $1400.00 CATALATIC CONVERTER WHICH THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER. THE ALSO SOLD ME THE VEHICLE WITHOUT A SPARE TIRE AND THE CARRIER IS BROKEN. THEY ALSO TRIED TO CHARGE ME 3% MORE ON MY INTEREST RATE THAN THE CREDIT UNION QUOTED. THE CREDIT UNION FIXED THE INTEREST RATE. NOW I OWN A VEHICLE WHICH WILL NOT PASS EMISSIONS UNTIL I REPLACE THIS CATALIC CONVERTER. ABSOLUTELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES ON THEIR END. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!
