The effort and dedication that was put into getting me a car was way more than expected. I had previously been to 2 other places in which they couldn't help me. Then I decided to give University CDJR a try. Jason "Ref" Boatman and the team behind him made sure that I was going to be taken care of. In no time I was driving off the lot with a car that was above and beyond my expectations. It was the best experience as my first major purchase as an adult. We gave a 5 star rating because we received excellent service. The sales staff were friendly and worked diligently to get us the best deal possible. I recommend anyone thats interested in purchasing a new vehicle to go to University Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Anniston and see Dillon, Logan or any of the friendly sales associates for the best deal around.

My name is Mr.Mark W. Clark Sr. I am an ex policeman who through life ended up disabled and needed a quality vehicle.I went to my local Dodge dealer that is where i met Mr.Allen Spears a very polite knowledgeable and caring individual sales person.On or about 8/17 2016 Mr.Spears noticed me admiring a 2014 dodge charger and proceeded to tell me everything he knew about the car and also went out of his way and went to the service guys and asked about the stability and quality of the vehicle. After he and i went for a test drive in the vehicle i was very satisfied and impressed.Mr Stark let me look the vehicle over real good and assured anything i found that needed fixing or replacing that he would quickly get it taken care of and he did just that.I would not purchase a vehicle where a salesperson pressures me to buy a particular vehicle.this salesman is a keeper.If I had my own business I would hire him with no hesitation.he)s the kind of salesperson I would buy from again and again and always recommend University Chrysler Jeep dodge to anyone needing a new or used vehicle..

"Ref" Boatman and Dillon Brown were great to work with! Reed Turner sat down with me to explain the entire financing process and made me feel comfortable with the numbers and the great deal I got on my beautiful Jeep. The whole team at UCDJR was helpful and did whatever it took to get me into the car of my dreams!

My salesman Logan Deck was top notch and the finance team made sure I was going to be comfortable with my payment. My experience at University CDJR has been a good experience. Logan was very helpful and proactive in helping me with the car buying a new car. It's July, so the weather is really hot but the facility is cool and inviting.

After purchasing my lovely Car, I was welcomed to have my car Serviced at the dealer. A smiling employee welcomed me inside and showed me all of my options for good check up on my car. After a short time the man gladly took me to my car, and showed me all the great work that was done for me.

Typical bait and switch tactics - "Sorry, but the car was sold last night". I had setup an appointment to check out the vehicle, received email confirmation, also received an email on the day of the visit confirming my appointment to which I replied with a confirmation - but when I show up, the car was already "sold" - and they didn't even bother to let me know. There was good initial communication and follow-up by phone and email - but looking back, that was just to lure me in.Beware - you have been warned. Stay away from this business!

Found a car I was interested in online. Internet dept. was great but has no authority to give a price. I live 2hrs away. Gave me to the General sales mgr. named Jeff. His best price was 5000.00 over sticker. Continued my hunt online as we all do these days. Am taking delivery of my new car today at almost 10,000.00 less. Wow guys......

NEVER go to this dealership! Especially not alone if you're a woman. Not only was the sales guy super pushy and aggressive, I felt as a whole he didn't car about anything after the sale. I called there 2 hours before I made the drive and we did a test drive on E! That should've been red flag #1. The finance woman I worked with told me they would drive my old car back, NOT my sales guy Jason. I had to ask for gas (car I bought was on E) and for my car to be detailed again. That's only the tip of the iceberg. The car didn't have freaking tire caps and was saying low tire pressure. I find this funny seeing how they added a $700 shop bill to the price of the vehicle not included in the internet price. When I asked for the itemized work order they give me the run around. Another funny thing, went to use my keyless-n-go and guess what "damaged key" across my dash. I called there at 9am and didn't get a call back until 4:40pm after I had called a few times. I never will tell anyone to go to this dealership. Ever.

Rode through the parking lot just looking at the inventory. Never stopped or got out of my vehicle. As I was leaving a guy runs up to my window. I wave and continue to pull off and he is still all up in my window. I roll the window down and I tell him we were just looking. He proceeds to beg me to give him 5 minutes of my time. We say what the heck and go inside. We tell him what vehicle we were interested in. He starts the paper work. We'll 5 minutes turned into almost four hours. During this time our salesman goes to another desk and starts waiting on another customer. We were told everything was gonna work out and to drive the vehicle home that night because they were closing. He told us to be back at 9 am the next morning. We arrived the next morning and once again sat there for hours. Every time I asked him what was going on all he would say was " I got you , don't worry". Well he finally came back to his desk and said come outside. Once outside he said we can't get you in this vehicle but we can get you in this one and pointed to a vehicle he had pulled up behind us. We explained to him that we didn't want that vehicle and if we did we would have told him to start with. By this time we had wasted over 6 hours at this dealership and got nothing but a run around. We went inside to get our keys off his desk and told him we were leaving. He follows us out the door still giving us a run around. A very nice guy who was over the other guy comes out and tells the first guy to go back in. He was very nice and asked what the problem was. We explained it to him and he asked what vehicle we wanted. We told him and he said I don't see why you can't get that one. A new salesman started helping us and he was great. He got everything worked out and we got the vehicle we wanted. You might think the story ends with a happy ending. .... well it doesn't! We had a trade in and we were told it would be paid off. About a week later I started calling the loan company of the other vehicle to see if it was paid off. Guess what? It wasn't! So I call the dealership to find out what is going on because they already had the trade in vehicle. I talked to several different people and they were all very rude to me. One even transferred me in mid sentence while I was trying to talk to her. Finally I was told that they would not pay the other vehicle off till the finance company paid them for the car we just bought. So now we call the finance company and are told that the dealership was paid 4 days prior. I called last Friday to ask the dealership if it was paid yet. And it wasn't. I was told that until the finance company's money hit their bank account that they wouldn't pay off the other loan. The finance company paid them four days earlier. I was told to call back Monday to see if it was processed. I have got nothing from them but attitude every time I call. I called back today and I am told a different story as to when it will be paid. Something totally different from anything that we were ever told. It has been 16 days now since we made the deal and traded in the other vehicle and it still hasn't been paid off yet and get this, the payment for the trade in is due today. So I have to pay a payment on a vehicle that I don't even have any more the dealership has it. If I don't pay it then it shows up as a late payment on my credit. As the title says this is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely not ever do business with them again nor will I recommend them to anyone! .... I have purposely left out the names of the people. I'm not here to bash anyone, but rather to let people know the awful experience I had at this dealership.

Service is terrible.they never return calls or have any information on your vehicle. My vehicle stayed in the shop for over a month and I did not receive any information unless I called them.

My husband and I bought a vehicle a few days ago and overall our experience was great. Our salesman was Bulldog and he was a really friendly and funny guy. We got the deal that we wanted and later had an issue that Bulldog and the manger, Tony, worked really hard on resolving. I was very impressed at how they worked with us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and were happy. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Bulldog and University in the future!

We bought a new vehicle from University Dodge over the weekend. We are very happy with the purchase and every one there was extremely nice. We had a good time with our salesman (Trooper). We was a great guy. Sales manager was really nice and helpful as well. Only complaint I have is for final guy that we signed all the paperwork with. He came off a little rude and not as nice and friendly as the other people we dealt with. Overall though I would come back to buy a vehicle again.

The salesman, Reed Turner, was friendly and efficient and I think he is a great salesperson. The problems were in the department that handled the money. I traded in a vehicle which I still owed on. (More than it was worth) I gave Anniston Chrysler Dodge Jeep a cashiers check for $20,000 that covered the payoff on the trade in, and the down payment on the new vehicle. After a week or two, I noticed that the finance company still had no record of the trade-in vehicle being paid off. We called the dealership and spoke to Barbara who explained that due to an oversight, the payment had not yet been made. No big deal, we said OK and thought that was the end of the issue. Then we started getting calls from the finance company saying that our payment was past due and it was going to affect our credit negatively if the payment wasn't made. We called the dealership back and got the run around. No one seemed to know why the finance company hadn't been paid yet. Finally, we had to make a call to the dealership with the finance company on the line. We again spoke to Barbara, who didn't realize that the finance company was on the line. She stated that it was taken care of and the finance company would be getting the money the next day. The finance company representative that was on the other line had no record of any such arrangement. I'm just wondering how Anniston Chrysler Jeep Dodge managed to "misplace" almost $14,000 for an entire month. I was planning on purchasing another vehicle in the very near future, but will definitely NOT be going back to this dealership EVER again.

This dealership is greatly lacking in customer service. I live just a few miles from the dealership and drive 35 minutes to the next closest jeep dealership just so I don't have to deal with the rudeness of the service staff. If you need work done go elsewhere.
