I've purchased two cars from this dealer and found the buying experience very positive. The service department is a totally different experience. I recently set up an appointment for an oil change and told the service rep I would be waiting while they performed the service. At 1:30pm the vehicle had not moved from the drop off point. The vehicle in front of mine also hadn't moved. When I told them that I had an appointment and if they hadn't even begun the service I would need to leave. The rep simply said the keys were in the car. No apology for the wait or lack of service.

I was in need of a dependable Ford service advisor in the area since it is almost impossible to get an appointment at the dealer that my new car was purchased. Thankfully I was able to be referred to this location and with the help of my advisor Blake Evans I was in my vehicle days after the parts were delivered. He went the extra mile to ensure that I had a courtesy vehicle once we discovered how long the replacement parts would take and kept me updated throughout the process. I will definitely use this location more for their service teams ease of scheduling and responsiveness!!!

Bob was quick and on top of everything we needed to get the car we wanted. Professional and friendly! Stefan in finance was incredible, too. Very thorough and answered EVERY QUESTION we had.

Very disappointing experience purchasing a car. I would say come here for the car if you can't find it elsewhere, but do not expect any level of customer service. Hard to believe in this day and age of so many online car retailers that this dealership and it's employees would rest on their laurels and not make any attempts at making a positive customer service experience. Shop elsewhere.

Tim, Craig, and the rest of the staff are excellent here. Helped me out big time with an unexpected vehicle purchase and their customer service is 12 out of 10. Definitely recommend going to them with any vehicle needs!

Best buying experience ever! Salesman Craig Lynch was so knowledgeable and friendly. Always quick to respond. Wanted the Ford Explorer, but after a test drive felt it was too big for me. Was not pressured in anyway to re-consider, instead Craig was more than happy to assist in what would be best for me. This is the second Ford purchased from this Dealership and am so happy I did. Even got to meet and speak with the General Manager when I arrived to pick up my new vehicle. Great Staff! Cant' say enough good things about Craig!

Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from University Ford North and Timothy Pleasant. It was an internet purchase, All the communication was professional and low pressure. They provided a very fair price on a vehicle that I was interested in. Once we agreed everything was as smooth as you could imagine. Showed up, completed my test drive and finished the paperwork all in about an hour. Was exactly the type of car purchase that you hope for friendly, fair and painless. Would absolutely recommend working with them and especially Timothy.
