Their service department is okay. They put somebody else's tires on my car and I didn't notice till they called me a couple hours later to come back and have the tires switched out. They gave me a ride home after coming back to get the tires switched, which was nice. The service writers were helpful and got right to the point, that was also nice. The biggest gripe I have is that a few of the sales people were not wearing masks, and one guy was loudly bragging for two hours in his office (which is right next to the customer waiting area) about getting kicked out of the high school football game for yelling at a ref who told him to wear a mask. We need to take COVID seriously and I am glad I did not contract the disease from them.

I recommend the University Honda service department. They always do a great job, all of the staff are really nice, and I appreciate the follow up phone call I get the day following my service appointment. They take great care of my vehicle!

We searched online and found a great, low miles used Ford Fusion at University Honda in Corvallis. Internet sales manager Michael Anthony answered our emails instantly and we test drove it the next day. Made a great deal on the spot and got a great car. Mr Anthony was very helpful and the process went quickly. It was a great experience from start to finish. We wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

Bought a new Honda Civic Hatchback from University Honda, and wow! what fabulous service! No-pressure sales approach from attentive, patient, and knowledgeable sales rep Michael Anthony. He provided several options on the deal that were all clearly spelled out and let me make my own decision. Shout out to Jason Burcina who wrote up the deal and patiently and thoroughly explained everything. I'm ecstatic with my new Honda and walked away feeling like I got a great deal. LOVE the car! Stellar follow-up and service after the sale, too. Like seriously, the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

The worst customer service ever from the service department. Can't believe the service department could not help my wife get back on the road when her car broke down. Made her drive from corvallis to wilsonville to another dealership because they said they were too busy to work on her car and the only option they gave her it was to tow the car. also they said that they run and diagnose and charged 95 dollars. The service advisor forgot to mention to my wife that the 95 dollars they have charged could apply towards the repair of the car.My wife managed to make it to Wilsonville Honda were she was treated with great service and respect. One of the technichian came out and tooked a look at the problem and he spotted it right away. (no diagnosed fee) thanks Wilsonville Honda for such a great Job.University Honda no thumbs up from an unhappy customer

Ron Theis is the owner, He paid sales people a bonus for generating reviews on web sites such as this. Any recommendations should be taken with several grains of salt. The dealership does have a good service department and several of the sales people are friendly and honest. As for the honesty and integrity of the owner, not so much.

We came in several times before we actually bought our car, and each time we were very happy with the helpfulness of the sales staff. Sam is not pushy, and was quite knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He has also helped us after the purchase to get a minor scratch on our vehicle fixed. We will definitely come back to him when we are ready to buy our next vehicle.

I should mention this is the 3rd new vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Our last one was 5 years ago and what keeps us coming back is the level of professionalism, from the sales staff to the service department. We just bought a new Honda CRV EXL from University Honda in Corvallis and couldn't be more pleased. They were friendly, courteous and very knowledgable. We arrived at the dealership later in the afternoon than we should have and they all (Tami, Sam and Ron) stayed until we drove away in our new car. Sure, I know that's their job, but it didn't feel that way. It was like dealing with friends you've known a long time. We had to go back the next day to sign some paperwork, get our free tank of gas and go over some more of the great features on the car, and no one rushed us. They just plain took good care of us. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or used car.

Sam was great to work with. We went in thinking about a new car and ended up with exactly the car we wanted, even thought it meant waiting for the factory to make it! The staff at University Honda was very friendly and made our buying experience painless and easy.

Jim Davis is not only very professional but fun to work with. He has a wonderfull ability to listen and understand your needs and does his level best to make your buying experience a positive one. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. His tennis game however is quite mediocre.

I usually don't write reviews for business, but after visiting University Honda I HAD to let people know about my great experience. I went in a little on edge and looking for a used car, and was greeted by a sales consultant by the name of Sam Bucks. Before I knew it, I was completely at ease, I didn't feel any pressure, he had me cracking up, and Sam did a great job of showing me the used cars on their lot that fit what I was looking for. Oh, and my goodness, does he know his stuff about cars - the MOST knowledgeable salesmen I have worked with while shopping for a car. Before I left, I was introduced to his manager, Jeff (who might be the friendliest person I have ever met), to see if they had any vehicles coming in that would work for me. Jeff made sure I had a good experience at the dealership and said they would keep an eye for what I wanted. On my way out I ended up chatting with the OWNER of the dealership. He was very nice and cared about what I was saying. Out of all the dealerships I have been to, I have NEVER seen the owner on the premises, let alone talking to people!Although I did not end up buying a car due to financial issues, I wanted to give credit where credit is due. These guys are awesome! By far the best experience I have had at a dealership at the dozen or so places I went. I went in not expecting much, and left feeling like I could grab a beer with them on the weekends. GREAT PEOPLE!

I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive the sales woman was and how fast I were able make a decision on a new car. Tami was able to get me into a car that has the options I wanted, as well as other options I didn't know I wanted. Having been my first new car buying experience, I was thrilled at how stress free the environment was, and how comfortable Tami made me. I will be going back to her for future purchases!

Tami was very helpful in getting me approved for a lease on a new Honda civic. She was able to process my paperwork and have me out the door in just a few hours. She also made sure that I received all te follow up help I needed to get my accessories installed. I will refer her to my friends!

Employees were polite and friendly. The dealership seemed to be dog friendly. I think thats cool. Tammy actually listened to me about my situation and didn't try to just keep 'selling' me a car. I haven't bought yet but will go back when I am actually ready.

I needed to purchase a vehicle for my teenage kids. A firend of mine found a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder at U Honda. Since I live in the Portland Metro area and was going to be driving two hours to check out a car, I was very specific about not wanting to spend a long time at the dealership; if the vehicle checked out I would be taking it home. My experience was awesome! Jim, who I was first dealing with over the phone, was busy with another customer, so he introduced me to Sam, who was also great! I took the truck over to the Nissan dealership where I had them give me an inspection of what repairs needed to be done and the cost of those repairs. Sam was with my son and I the whole time, and we had a great visit while waiting for the inspection. Once we got back to U Honda, it was a very smooth process of determining a price that would allow us to drive the Pathfinder home. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I'm blown away by the two reviews I'm seeing for University Honda! Everytime I'm there for Service it seems like one big family. Tom and Keith are respectful to everyone, and they certainly don't mislead or "sabotage" customers as I reviewer put it! Most of the time they are trying to save the customer money, helping them choose what's most important. Basically University Honda has always been an asset to Corvallis. I should actually write 10 more "good" reviews since my visits to University have always been great!

We felt very bad for our salesperson, who was new to University Honda, but our experience when meeting with the manager (who happens to be the owner's son) was so negative we walked out. We asked to know the price for a 2013 Honda Accord and were told we needed to test$ drive the vehicle first! We received an e-mail apologizing for the behavior and were told to come back the following day and make an offer between $24,000 and 26,000. We did drive back and made an offer for $24,500 which was refused!! We would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

OK, I'm not the public venting type, but I have to pass this word along. We drove our 2008 Honda Civic into University Honda in Corvallis on Saturday to have regular maintenance done. It wasn't making any strange noises and certainly not brake noises. The very minor regular maintenance was done and it was mentioned that the brakes were getting close to needing to be done, but there was still a couple of millimeters of pad left. My husband drove the car home and I noticed as he pulled in that it was making a lot of noise. He backed up and the scraping sound was even worse. Again, the car was making absolutely NO noise before we took it in. He called University Honda and talked to the service manager whose response was that they informed us that the brakes were getting close to needing done and if we wanted to bring it in and pay them to do a brake job they are happy to take our money. Such a sad statement on customer service and integrity. They clearly deliberately sabotaged our brakes and they think we are sheep enough to bring it back to them. This whole thing makes me very sad and angry...and now I have to take my car somewhere else and pay to have whatever they damaged fixed. So not cool. I guess that's what the Better Business Bureau is for. Sigh. We'll be taking the car to Salem, Eugene or Portland in the future. Hopefully, the Honda dealerships there are honest and have some reasonable level of integrity.
