I bought my family car from University Kia. Buying a new car is exciting but a headache at the same time... I was dreading the process! However, everyone at University Kia was friendly and very accommodating, but it was Brandon Black who made the entire experience a pleasant and enjoyable one! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. When we are ready to upgrade we will be back andwill definitely request to see Brandon in the future!

I had been wanting a Kia Soul in "Alien Green" for years and the time finally came that I needed a new car. We worked with Randy Wallace to find "the car" and it was a very low stress experience. I stopped after work to look at both new used cars and the first salesman I met, whom I took to be one of their lead people, was one of the pushiest car salesmen I've met in many years. One of his first questions was if I'd decided what trim level I wanted? Trim level? There are so many letters meaning so many different things they might as well be alphabet soup to me! Then I couldn't get them to give me a straight answer about the price on even one used car. When I pressed for a price, the lead salesman sent the new salesman who was with me inside to get the key so I could test drive it. I will not do business with sales people who are so disrespectful of a customer.

Recently, my daughter and I visited University Kia just looking for a vehicle for a possible future purchase. Car searching can be very stressful, but our experience was fantastic. The salesman, Herman Peoples was very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. I stopped by Kia on university drive to look at some vehicles. I was approached by an extremely friendly salesperson by the name of Alvin Sawyer. I never intended on buying a Kia, but after viewing what they had on the lot and the careful attention I received from Herman I made a purchase and returned the next weekend and surprised my son with a terrific graduation gift. The monthly notes were brought down to what I could afford so much so we plan on visiting soon to look for my husband. Ask for Herman P. he wasnt so sales person like especially if you're a woman he just really paid attention to what I was looking for and didn't rush me into purchase.

What a great sales consultant - Mr. Frank Munoz If you are in the market for a new car - GO SEE FRANK! I met FRANK at Sam's. He gave me his card and called me the same day. He convinced me to come by and check out the new KIA's on the lot. My friend and I met Frank and went for an adventure ride and I fell in love with my new Sorento. My first KIA Sorento. The salesman we had a couple of weeks ago, Mike Holavany, was like we were in a surreal car buying world. he had trouble finding information and knowing prices and we had called him before coming but when we arrived no one could find him and we waited a long time and then went out to look on our own. we had trouble with his hearing us and us understanding his accent. He seemed very nervous and made us nervous and when you are about to make a major purchase calm is what is needed. Mike you need to be watchful of and ask for someone else.

The salesmen aren't trained on the cars and cannot tell the buyer about the different features of the cars. The one my wife and I dealt with seemed very addled with each step from matching the key to the right car to test drive to us having a car empty of gas and the guy not being able to put gas in the car. He was a smoker and appeared a nervous wreck and kept playing with a cigarette and when asked question about anything we had to repeat it several times. The dealership needs to train their salesmen better or notice when one has nervousness working with customers. It was such a waste of our Saturday afternoon trying to test drive and buy a new car.

Oh my sweet heavenly father! This place is awesome! I went there with the hopes of getting maybe a used car on the cheap but the sales professionals (the Lord's own angels) there helped me get into the sweetest car on god's green earth...a 2014 optima SXL! It has the illustrious 2.0 turbo motor with enough torque to solve the world's hunger problems(I have no clue how that works just trust me). Legend has it that Martin van Buren, the 8th president of America told his cabinet that there would come a day wherein there would be a buggy with 5500 horses at the reins pulling with the might of god himself onward toward the sunset. My friends that day has come! Sweet glistening chalice of Odin, this car is fast! I reckon if one were to stab the skinny pedal at the north pole the earth's magnetic field would be inverted! But enough about the fastest and quickest car ever to grace the roads of man with it's presence. Let's talk professionalism, the men down at University Kia will help guide you to the path of enlightenment and automotive salvation! The showroom was so clean that I removed my brand-new shoes as to not sully the floors that had a shine as if they were buffed by the linens and waxes of Ramses III("Ramses" loosely translates to "Keeper of The Jeweled Floors") I seriously wouldn't think twice about enjoying a $500 steak right off the showroom floor at this palace of Korean wonder. The desk that I sat at to converse with the sales professional was as reflective and clean as a lake in the Tibetian mountains. I looked down and saw my own soul through my eyes in the reflection. I was offered candy from a bowl on the desk. What I thought to be regular candy from any store turned out to be the most flavorful, longest-lasting, mind-blowingly awesome candy I had ever slid into my mouth. I was taken aback... it was like the most complex symphony Mozart and Beetoven's love child had ever hoped to write. Hard to explain. When I sugned the final papers I knew I had done the right thing, in fact, I' have never been so sure of anything in this life. Overall i would have to say, if you buy a car at any other dealership in the world, it is like touching your newborn child for the first time though a blanket of steel wool...not good for either party.(and why would you even consider that a viable option?)

I recently purchased a 2014 Kai Sorento SX Limited and needed to go into the dealership for my first oil change. The wait in the service lane, explanation of service to be provided and costs were expalined so there would be no surprise when I checked out. After signing paperwork for our new car, and driving home (over 70 miles)we were informed a week later that the "finance manager" had a new deal worked out for us. Drove back to the dealership to be informed that they would not be able to sale us the car we had driven for over a week! Also, employee was not concerned of the fact that our trade-in, that had been at their lot for over a week, had a flat tire or why we would be asking to get our down payment money back from the dealership. First excuse was that the owner wasn't there to sign the check and when that didn't work, they didn't see where it had cleared their bank yet...WTC!?! Obviously, the sales department had taken us for dummies! We finally received our down payment money back after waiting almost 4 hours. Warning to others: We've read other reviews a lot like our own, DO NOT leave the dealership until they give you your money back!
