Bobby was extremely personable and knowledgable about the ins and outs of the vehicle that he sold us. We did not feel pressured and they worked diligently until our price point was met. I just went and upgraded to a family car. Everything was perfect the whole experience was fast and easy. I felt no pressure to purchase anything. Dannie and Ashlee are always so helpful and treat us like family. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This was my second time buying from them and it’ll be the only place I go for any cars.

I have doing business with this dealership now atleast for 4 car purchases. I wasn't able to find what I needed on the lot the day I went in but the finance manager was very helpful and found exactly what I wanted and it came in right on time. Great customer service and they always give you more for your trade. Very satisfied!!

I couldn’t have had a better car buying experience. Our salesman, Ethan Johnson, was attentive, knowledgeable, and sincere. I appreciated his mild-mannered approach that allowed me to navigate through the whole experience without feeling pressured. He was always ready to meet my needs, patiently answering questions and researching additional information where called for. One issue in my situation involved a little more action on his part. Ethan kept at it until everything was resolved completely. This purchase was my fourth Kia and I am looking forward to working with Ethan again whenever I’m ready to buy my fifth. I should add that the assistance provided by Bobby and Justin at University Kia added to my positive car buying experience.

My purchase was great. The issue came two and a half months after purchase. I had an issue with a tire and contacted service department on a Thursday, twice. Was informed someone would call me both times. No one called. On Friday, text my salesman, Travis. Once again, no response. Fed up with this, I went to Discount Tire. They were awesome. Ordered the appropriate tire to match my others. Sadly, warranty didn’t cover, so I purchased the tire. They allowed me to add road hazard to all my tires. Maybe switching dealerships. Should have listen to my daughter and gone to Southwest KIA.
